I Received an Incomplete Order

If you are missing an item first log in to your account to verify that all items on your order have shipped.
If you need to notify us of a missing item from your order, please contact us.
Different items within your order may ship at different shipping times and or from different locations in order to expedite delivery and provide you with the best and most efficient service.

My item arrived damaged
- Make Notes: Make sure to notate and describe the damage on the delivery paperwork that you are given by the delivery team.
- Accept Delivery: Please sign for your delivery
- Pictures: Please take a picture of the serial number / label on the box. Please take a picture of the box (before unpacking your items) if there is damage to it. Finally please take a picture of the area that is damaged on the item itself.
- Notify Us: Please call 866-456-8823 or Submit a ticket.
- Resolution: Once we hear from you we will rush to action to review the claim and get back to you right away with a resolution.

I received the wrong item

Did you receive a different item than what you ordered? Please contact us so that we can resolve the issue for you. This is an extremely rare occurrence so there is no need to worry. Simply make a note on the delivery receipt describing what is wrong and sign to accept delivery. Do not refuse the item, you can use the wrong item until the correct one arrives.

Missing Parts

If an item arrives and its missing parts don't worry it's easy to get replacement parts.
Simply contact us to let us know and our customer service representatives will make sure to provide you with what you need. Most parts are readily available and able to ship with UPS or FedEx so you wont have to wait.
Check for any compartments, pockets, or pouches underneath or behind your item that could store the necessary hardware, legs, or feet to your purchase, i.e. Sofa legs are usually stored underneath the sofa within the dust cover. Should a part be missing, please contact us immediately.
- Details of why parts are needed
- Part number needed (found in the assembly guide or package contents)
- Part name and item options (color, size, etc.)
- Item model/serial/production #/dye lot # (if available)
- Side the part is needed for (when facing the item, left or right)
- Quantity needed
- Please provide photos of: The serial numbers on the outside of the package.

The event of something arriving damaged is extremely slim however on rare occasion accidents do happen.
