ratingThis is the second time I have purchased from 1Stop. Both times have been a great experience. The first time I purchased a bed and nightstand. I also paid for them to be put together, which I am so thankful I did. The second purchase, which is the most recent one, I purchased the second nightstand. The craftsmanship of the furniture is outstanding. The delivery and setup was awesome. Ordering on line was exceptionally easy. I also liked how I was kept informed on the status of my order. If I could I would give 1Stop 10 stars. An Olympic Gold Medal for sure. Thank you for making this and my prior purchase a successful world class customer service experience. -

ratingI was having difficulty finding additional chairs to go with a table I had purchased locally (the store no longer had them). Several places I found online that actually had the chair either wanted to charge more than the price of the chair to ship to me, or just said I was out of their area completely. Then I found 1StopBedrooms. Not only did they have the chairs I needed, but the shipping was FREE! I won't look anywhere else first next time! -

ratingI ordered a red leather sofa and chair from the Luke Leather collection. I was a bit apprehensive because I like to feel, inspect and sit on a piece of furniture before I make a purchase. But I spoke to a helpful gentleman on the phone before I decided to go ahead and take the plunge. When the furniture arrived and we took all of the packaging off, we were immediately impressed with the luxurious look and feel of the leather and the quality of the pieces. We are hoping it will last us for many, many years! I would definitely recommend this collection and 1st Stop Bedrooms! Thank-you! -

ratingOrdered the Mission Hill Queen Captains Storage Bed, Door Chest and Nightstand. Was delivered about 4 weeks after order. Everything was well packed and no damage found. Only the bed required assembly and all pieces appear to be very sturdy and well made. These are quality pieces. One note... these are large pieces and we put them in a small room. Not a lot of extra space in the room but enough for a guest room. -

ratingI looked for furniture at every store in my area and wasn’t able to get the sleeper sofa I wanted. I then found it online at 1stopbedrooms and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process from start to finish. It was quick to order and it was delivered fast. And I have to say the delivery crew was professional and was on time and efficient. -

ratingHonestly one of the best shopping experiences. Was hesitant at first with how much cheaper the prices were vs Ashley Furniture. Attempted to haggle with Ashley Furniture to get closer to 1StopBedroom's prices. They told they wouldn't price match 1StopBedroom's due to customer's having bad experiences. Boy was I glad they didn't. This was the easiest shopping experience. Shopped online, ended up calling to place my order and ask some questions. Raymond assisted me and was very helpful and easy to work with. Was able to confirm the item was in stock and would be able to ship with in the next two weeks to help my concerns about long shipping times that others have reported. Raymond also let me know if I placed my order with him, it'd save some of the shipping time as the website takes longer to process. - Was also able to upgrade me from curbside shipping to in home shipping for free as this was my first purchase with them. Couch shipped with in two days as the website said it would. Couch arrived in my local area and received a call from the local delivery drivers on when to schedule my delivery. Couch arrived exactly the time they said it would along with being given a 30 min prior curtesy call as a heads up. Delivery drivers were extremely nice, fast and efficient. Very careful with all pieces of the couch, and ensuring no damage to any of my walls or doorway. In the end, I saved $1000 on my couch vs the exact same model from Ashley Furniture. Shipping was free, and the couch arrived in a week vs the 3-6 weeks Ashley advertised. Don't hesitate buying from here. Amazing service, give them a call to order and ask any questions you have. Fantastic service. -

It was so easy and I saved almost $1000 on my order vs the furniture store I was going to buy my bedroom set from. It was the exact same furniture! ratingI have been using 1StopBedrooms for years and their service is always TOP NOTCH! They have followed up with every single order I have placed, including orders that get shipped to different billing addresses. I find this refreshing that a company actually CARES about me and potential fraud, it's PEOPLE before PROFITS (rare in today's retail landscape). Now, the quality of the furniture I have ordered ... um, yeah ... that's GREAT TOO! I have never had an issue, always delivered on time, never any damage, and always easy to put together. I love the 1Stop!!! ;) Highly recommend this company, their products, and services. Oh, and one last thing ... even though I ALWAYS price compare and could have saved a few bucks here and there with another company, the peace of mind I get from 1Stop is WORTH the few bucks extra they may charge for their products. And it's never that much, their prices are excellent. -

ratingDid not take long to get my furniture. Wanted to get a general delivery date and Austin answered me right back then asked him for a delivery time on the day it was delivered and got an answer back right away from Austin. The day it was delivered the 2 delivery men went above and beyond. Had I thought about it beforehand I would have had tip money and tipped these 2 men. They were awesome!!! Give them a big raise they deserve it. My husband and I loved the furniture and had a great experience! -

Another advantage of ordering from 1StopBedrooms is that for a small fee, they deliver the furniture to the room of your choice. ratingWhat a wonderful shopping experience ????% satisfied!! From my original order to delivery. Every time I had a question the CS department responded, literally, in minutes! And with a satisfying answer. But my highest praise is for the delivery team (Bobby & Jermaine)! So professional and knowledgeable in furniture assembly! I was getting somewhat inpatient that it took 16 days to arrive ???? but as they say "worth the wait"! My entertainment hutch is beautiful! -

rating*update Furnature arrived, looks great in my home...process was simple and delivered as promised. Tracking system changed the dates for delivery once, however my sofas arrived in less than a month. My local Ashley Store had told me 6-8 weeks, 1 Stop delivered it quicker and at a better price. Thank you Joe and the team. Joe was great on the phone. He was able to answer all my questions and help me place the order. Joe also Verified availability, And made me feel valued as a customer. He gave me a number of options to protect the furniture as well. As shipping the furniture. I look forward to receiving my new living room furniture, next month. -

ratingThe website was easy and when I spoke to the sales rep, he explained everything and answered every question. Not one thing was the tiniest bit different than what I was told. The best experience ever. The furniture was literally artwork and the quality amazing. The finest leather so soft and comfortable. The color was exactly as shown on the website. The men that delivered called ahead for an appointment and came right on time. They were very professional and quick. If there were a ten star rating this company would get a ten. ratingI have used 1stopbedrooms for many of our furniture purchases. We have bought from them 5 times for our new home that we just finished building and the customer service is top notch. I have had the pleasure of working with Robin on some hardware parts that were on back order, then our post office lost them. Robin has been extremely helpful and very responsive with everything. They have delivery and assembly available which was a huge benefit. I appreciate Robin and everyone that I have had contact with during this last year. I have recently recommended them to a few friends that have come over to see our house and new furniture. -

I met- Via phone-a GREAT young man who did a Furniture HOUDINI.. He found EXACTLY what we were looking for- including a CHEST OF DRAWERS that was initially believed to be no longer in production!! Talk about GOOD at his JOB.. We did all payments over the phone AND he has CONTINUED to follow on the order by Email.. "HOPEFULLY" - if the delivery people can get ALL the pieces to our new home on the Scheduled date our movers are arriving, this will be a SUPER BOWL experience for us and a merchandizing "GOLDEN GLOBE" as we will continue to BELLOW the name 1STOPBEDROOMS!! ratingFrom the time I ordered the couch of my dreams to the time they delivered it was about 3 weeks. I called and had to work with a few people to see how fast I could get the couch and also change my delivery address and both times, they had excellent customer service and took good care of me. The delivery drivers at Blue Door were also highly professional and gentle with the delivery. I saved almost $300-400 and had a great experience with this company. -

ratingChairs were on sale for a very good price compared to other online stores. The chairs arrived in great shape, with no scratches or nicks in visible parts of the wood. I am disappointed in the fabric of the chairs. After sitting in one chair just two times, the seat fabric is wrinkled. The other chairs had slight wrinkles out of the box on the cushions. I don’t know what will happen once they are sat in more. Wrinkled seat cushions for a dining chair is not a good look. But I love the design of the chairs, particularly the curved wood. -

I added a piece of livingroom sectionals to my cart few days prior but as I was ready to checkout, I realized it was "President's Day". I called the number on the website and Mr Raymond was able to apply a discount and free in-home delivery service to my item. It has been a custom to replace worn out or outgrown furnitures almost every other year as a father of 2 kids under 5. 1stop Bedroom has won my heart and will continue to be the only stop for my furniture needs. -

He readily answered all of our questions, and even brought up things we had not discussed previously, specifically the need for a mattress support system. Now, if White Glove Delivery works this well, we will give another 5 stars! -

ratingGreat process from start to finish. My order was shipped on time and the only delay was caused by a snow storm local to me for the delivery. Received all pieces during my delivery and all arrived in good condition. There was one small hole on one box but the packaging held up and kept the sofa itself in good condition. The couch was easy to set up and like it says on the site it is the perfect sectional for our smaller space. The pull out bed is so convenient. Highly recommend this item and 1stopbedrooms. -

ratingI was looking for a coffee table to match a pair of end tables I bought almost five years ago. I found the table, at the lowest price on 1Stop Bedrooms. It arrived within the stated time period. No damage. Customer service was very good. My only negative is that after I placed my order that said FREE SHIPPING, I was contacted by 1Stop and informed that due to my location, a $49 shipping fee would be added to complete my order. They did tell me I was free to cancel, which I didn't do. Happy with this purchase. -

ratingI am moving to another state and I was getting worried about the delivery to my current address. I called and Morris was very helpful in changing the delivery address to be my new location. He changed it quickly, and said I would also get a call right before delivery to make sure the date is still good and I could be flexible on that when called. So far I am very happy. He also gave me a few upgrade options and checked my order verbally to make sure it was correct. If delivery goes this smoothly, it will be my first choice when buying furniture again.
