ratingI'm a first time buyer at 1 Stop bedrooms and was pleased to find great looking furniture on sale at half price for our guest bedroom. Their website was easy to maneuver around in. I purchased a dresser and end table which should be arriving in 2-3 weeks fully assembled (had to pay $129 extra for that). When I received a text asking me to verify my shipping address I found the rep to be courteous and willing to answer my questions. So far I've had a great experience with them! -

ratingThe gentleman whom I spoke to in the billing department so so very kind. He helped me get a better price on my added on throw pillows, and explained everything in kind detail. I truly think he should get appplauded. His customer service was phenomenal. As someone who works in customer service daily, I know not everyone has the best days or is kind to others and I truly hope this gentleman gets the recognition he deserves. He was great! -

rating1stopbedrooms were reliable and on time, the team was very nice and cooperative, the furniture was in good shape, I was so happy with the service and quality of the furniture, I was so happy and turned around and bought a extra piece of furniture and I paid cash for every piece with no payments. I am so happy that I'm truly thinking about buying something else, I am in the process of remodeling and I am in need for another set for my entertainment room, the couch set is good and sturdy for tall people, thankyou 1stop and Ashley furniture, I look to work with you in the future ???????? -

ratingThe online store was easy to use and made check out a breeze. My billing address and shipping address were different so they did a verification call to make sure that there was no fraudulent activity and that all the information was correct. Customer service was great and they were very polite. I would recommend to anyone looking for furniture. There prices were great too. We shopped all around and none beat there prices. -

ratingGood customer follow up and communication is rare with on-line purchases these days. 1Stop made sure our order was correct and verified it over the phone prior to shipping which was good as they were actually going to ship 1 additional piece we had not ordered. Shipping and tracking notifications were timely and all 3 pieces arrived promptly. We're price shoppers andt The 3 items we ordered were very specific and their price was lowest among their competitors. -

ratingWe ordered a bed and 2 night stands, I did not realize the bed didn’t come with all parts needed and one other piece would need to be ordered and before they just proceeded to send me what I ordered they called and verified what I was ordering and explained that this other part would be needed as well. They were very helpful and friendly! -

ratingAfter endless browsing, I finally settled on 1stop. Best decision I’ve made in a while. I must admit at first I was a bit apprehensive. Their prices were unbeatable, it was exactly what I had been looking for, and they delivered! Besides the prices, I liked that they kept me updated frequently on order processing. When my living room suit arrived the first thing I noticed was the attention to packaging. Once opened and set up, I was greeted by what had actually been described on the we website. Finally, the quality of the items I purchased is top of the line- so comfortable, so durable, I can go on and on. -

ratingFound them on line . Haas the best price on the sectional I wanted. Very easy to deal with. All in did was place my order. I was informed of delivery date and my Ashley sectional came in 2 boxes. If you have what ever I’m looking for , I will be buying it from 1Stopbedrooms. Do not hesitate to purchase from them . I’m very happy only thing is I wish I had it put together . 2 strong people to align it -

ratingLove my new desk. My husband said it was the best packed piece of furniture he'd ever opened. I call customer service after a couple days of placing my order with concerns on some bad reviews I read. My experience with this company was nothing like what I read. Everything was timely, efficient and will be ordering from this company in the future. -

ratingTo tell the truth, I thought I got into something that was going to be a nightmare compared to other ratings that I read after ordering my entire bedroom furniture. My experience from the time I ordered my furniture, when I had questions regarding how my order moved through their system (customer service was so helpful) to being updated when my furniture went into another column to get it to me, to my furniture showing up. The furniture that I received was absolutely beautiful. Nothing was broken, scratched and everything was accounted for in my delivery. I had paid for white glove service due to my husband and I being in our 60s; plus, he has cancer. It has been a hard year. The young men who delivered and setup our furniture was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Going forward, if I need new furniture, 1StopBedrooms will be my 1st stop to shop. And yes, I will and have (already) told my family and friends about this company. -

ratingI saved $337 on the exact same sofa I ordered from BJ,’s wholesale club. So glad I saw 1st stop bedrooms ad and canceled my order at BJ’s and have them a chance. The process was very easy and I received excellent customer service. I got my sofa quicker than expected and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I happily recommend this company. -

ratingYour web site is very hard to navigate. I trued to order a California King size bedroom set and all sets came up as queen size. I put in a specific search for Cal King and it added a queen bed. Also it didn’t give the option to add center support. Thus said Simon not only identified the missing item but asked if we still wanted the queen bed. In addition he upgraded us to a better bed. His sales ability is way above par. In addition I requested this survey just to insure he gets recognition for his efforts. Above and beyond is his style. Honestly I will be only ordering through Simon for now on. Due to your customer service alone I have advised your company on my social media. I say this not to receive anything but to acknowledge your service department’s ability. They should be read this and understand that their great work doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for everything Simon. -

ratingAs I've shopped for new furniture for two homes, 1stopbedrooms seems to offer the best prices on everything I've found. Even beating out local stores on their own products, to which the sales reps there always say "I don't know how they do this". I placed an order and needed to call today to verify my shipping info and it was answered immediately and the rep I spoke with (Joe) was very efficient and kind. -

ratingYour very competent representative, Joe made my experience great! I was surprised at how easy it was to order the Darcy sofa sleeper in the color I wanted. I have been searching for this particular sofa for at least 2 months. Noone had the Darcy blue, and believe me, I contacted every store on the internet! ratingI had the pleasure of speaking with a representative by the name of Joe who was extremely knowledgeable about the product I ordered. He was very upbeat, friendly, and extremely polite. Probably one of the best representatives I’ve spoken to with such a vibrant attitude so early in the morning this is what all customers look for when they call any company for assistance. I was also given a great deal on my bed. 1stopbedrooms has some of the best prices on the market for modern and luxury furniture. I am very pleased with my order and will definitely purchase more items from them in the future. -

ratingI found a sectional I loved but after shopping around on different websites, I couldn’t find a place that had decent shipping times or all the pieces I wanted in stock. I went to an Ashley Furniture store but the couch was overpriced and missing the chaise section. I called 1StopBedrooms even though the sectional configuration I wanted wasn’t available online and thankfully I got an amazing customer service rep! Joe was able to customize the sectional to be exactly what I needed for our space and added a complimentary scotchguard coating since I was concerned about keeping it clean with 3 kiddos. The shipping time and price were very reasonable too. I can’t wait to get my new sectional! I would definitely order from this company again because their customer service was great! -

ratingBill our sales person was incredible. He took time with us and then left us alone awhile so my wife and I could talk. We left the store after thanking him and went to see other places. We called him later and spent 15 min on the phone with us explaining everything and sending us Ann estimated. He stayed in touch with us during the week and we then decided to buy the pieces from your store because of Bill. He was the difference. He was funny, considerate and explained everything. After being in business for 30 years I can go early say you are lucky to have an employee like Bill. -

ratingThey communicated well, just a little confusing. A text said delivery would be between 2-6 pm an email said between 4-8 pm, a lady called and said between 9am and 10 am. I got a text at 12:15 pm that said they would be at the house in 20 to 30 minutes. They ended up getting to the house around 1:30 pm. Very friendly good service despite the confusing delivery times. The delivery guys were great, and customer service was very helpful. Overall I have no complaints. Product was exactly what I wanted. -

I called to verify a shipping address and the representative was friendly, but also went above and beyond to make sure the order included everything I needed for my new bedroom set. Even noted that I had good taste (which is always nice to hear). ratingI highly recommend this company! When shopping for bedroom furniture I looked everywhere, this was my favorite site, there was so much to choose from!!! I was pleased I found 2 beds that I loved, they we’re both on sale, they beat all the other stores prices and believe me I looked for 2 weeks:)! After placing my order, I left a message for a call back just to make sure I didn’t forget to add something, Joe was quick to call me back, he upgraded the mattress for me at a really good price and helped me finish my order! ratingInitially the ordering process was quick and easy! Then I received an email to call and update my information. During that call I was notified I didn’t select a support option for the bed which would either be slabs or bed frame. I was taken back because if you can’t use the bed without it then to me it shouldn’t let you checkout without the required selection. Anyway the gentleman I spoke with was very kind and took his time to explain and I honestly felt like he understood my frustration. He was able to give me a small discount and was very patient. This is a great example of good customer service when things don’t go as expected. -

ratingI'm writing my review based on the item I purchased which, I'm waiting to receive. The living room set is absoultely beautiful, it has a rich look. Once I receive the set I can attest to it's sturdiness, size, and overall look of the pieces. I also want to say a big thank you to Simon but pronunciation sounds like "Simone". A wonderful representative to the company. If only other customer service representatives, or employees, could take a lesson from him. He was polite, knowledgeable, and unhired while assisting I felt like a valued customer of 1stopbedrooms. A big thank you and Bravo Zulu. -

ratingFrom the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered. I was always able to speak with the most courteous customer service people. A rarity nowadays. The furniture is drop dead gorgeous! I ordered the Complete King sized set. I recently ordered my Dining room set online from another company..it was a nightmare! 1StopBedrooms EXCEEDED my expectations! The Furniture was much more Beautiful in real life than in the pictures! My bedroom has been completely transformed (still a work in progress with new paint, lighting fixtures, shades, etc), and the price was the Best found Anywhere! I've seen this exact set Double the price, elsewhere. Again..I'm thrilled with my new bedroom set and am now looking to upgrade the Guest bedroom with 1StopBedrooms furniture. -

Was apprehensive about ordering before checking it out in person and I definitely should've checked the measurements to make sure it would fit in my living room, but I managed to make it fit. I plan on moving into a bigger apartment, at the end of the year. All-in-all, I am more than satisfied with my purchase! It's a huge sectional for such a great price! rating1stop bedrooms were great to work with in finding my bed frame. I found the frame I wanted at a better price than any other store. After placing my order I had to call customer service to verify my info, and the person on the phone helped me out by letting me know I needed to buy a support system for the bed frame I purchased. So thankful he informed me of this because I would've been so frustrated having gotten the bedframe in and not being able to use it. 10/10 highly recommend 1 stop bedrooms. -

ratingWe ordered an Ashley sectional with matching ottoman. Everything, including the color, is exactly as pictured. Also, the price was awesome! About 2 weeks after placing my order I received a phone call from 1stopbedroom double checking my address and assured me the couch is beautiful and comfortable, which was nice to be reassured since you can’t ever be certain what you buy online. The representative I talked to was very pleasant and helped me feel comfortable in my purchase. Everything shipped out shortly after and the delivery guys were fantastic.
