ratingWhat a great experience. We bought a Larsten 5 drawer dresser for our master bedroom closet. Fast, free shipping, quality of this item was very good and price was so very reasonable. We ordered the exact same item about a month ago (we needed 2 but wanted to see how first one looked) and we reordered second one right away. The instructions on how to assemble were super clear and easy to understand. We loved the "comic relief" inserted throughout the instructions! LOL! It did take 2 of us to assemble but I mainly held pieces etc. We would order from this company again. They are awesome. -

ratingVery prompt and courteous customer service with a hold time of under a minute for two separate calls I made about 2 pieces of furniture. The online order was followed by an email to verify the shipping address. I had a bad experience with other companies who priced the same pieces of furniture lower on their websites, but could not fulfill the orders because they did not have them in stock and were not accepting back orders. 1stopbedrooms seems to be on top of its inventory management and order fulfillment. It also has a huge selection of high quality furniture. -

ratingRaymond was fantastic, helpful and accommodating. just as in my first 1 stop purchase, service level is exceptional and made it so easy as when i called in with a question, he said he would be happy to complete my offer over the phone. Product is perfect for small den so we look forward to another seamless delivery as in delivery of barstools -

ratingI had ordered six chairs from another company back in Nov 2022; they recently told me the vendor sold out of the chairs. I saw the 1stopbedrooms had them! I ordered the chairs but had some additional questions on my purchase. I received the most exemplary customer service from Vera. I had several exchanges with her. She was always prompt in responding, and provided me with the information I needed to move forward with my decision. I am looking forward to getting my chairs and feel very fortunate I ended up purchasing from 1stopbedrooms. Vera deserves a huge kudos for her prompt, informative, courteous responses. ratingI looked at many companies before making my purchase and for what I wanted it was 1Stop Bedrooms that offered more for my money. The product appears to be just what I was looking for and the price was reasonable. In dealing with the company the representatives were professional and always willing to answer questions and provide assistance if needed. It was relatively easy to track my product and the company does a good job of keeping customers informed of any updates. I highly recommend 1Stop Bedrooms. -

ratingThe initial sales support by Raymond was good and even saved us a few dollars on our order. The support team was ok but the stand our was Kristian Y was great and helpful through the process which included a claim for an faulty USB door on one side of t he loveseat and took care of the replacement and part which made the overall process stress free. I would recommended 1Stop for best prices, service and helpfulness Great JOB! -

ratingMy experience with 1 stop bedrooms was very positive. This was my first time ordering furniture online and I wasn't sure what to expect. 1 Stop had a variety of the item I was looking for, comparable to what I was seeing in my local showrooms and their websites and the price point was competitive as well. I was given about a 6 day delivery window which was over a holiday weekend. The item arrived earlier than the end of that range. After hours of researching online, based on the photos on 1 Stop's website, we felt that the item would be a perfect fit to go with other items recently purchased for our living room. When it arrived it was as seen in the photos with great quality and looks. With the simple instructions and the tool and hardware provided, I was able to unpack and complete the assembly in just a few minutes. I would shop online with 1 Stop Bedrooms again and I would recommend them to friends and family. *Note: The item did have a spot that was damaged on one of the corners. I believe this to be due to shipping. It was a pretty significant nick, however, I was able to use a furniture pen to color in the discoloration nick and now I don't think it would be noticeable to anyone that didn't know it's there. The item was large and heavy and the delivery driver was a young lady with FedEx, driving a mini-van. I'm a large guy and I had to unload the item and use my own hand-truck to bring the item into the house. So I can only imagine how the item was handled throughout its journey. I realize that 1 Stop has a say in who they use for shipping, but I don't hold them responsible for this issue. I put this on the delivery service. -

ratingAfter searching for weeks to find the right size and style storage cabinet for my small bedroom, to keep all makeup, nail polish and other items in, I’m SO glad I finally found this one - perfect size and I LOVE the style with the different colors!!! Love that no assembly required, just take out of box and use. I’m very happy with it!!!! I think it looks nice in my room beside my dresser. -

ratingCharlie was very pleasant and informative. I was nervous about making such a large purchase online. He explained it was safe and that he guaranteed I would love my purchase. I wasn’t sure about the dimension of the sofa and he explained not just the dimension of the sofa, but he also informed what the doorway size should be. Answered all my questions without getting impatient as I know I asked the same question more than once. He answered questions I had about the fabric of the sofa and if it was durable. Overall, my experience ordering was great! -

ratingI can only rate the people that I have talked with since I will not receive my Pendleton Swivel Recliner for 4 to 5 weeks and have no idea what condition the recliner will be in nor how helpful the in home delivery personnel will turn out to be. I have asked for a smaller delivery truck since I am paying extra for delivery. Thank you for your attention, Lynda Ware order#9333825 -

ratingSome initial delivery confusion was caused, because my billing address is different than my mailing address. A week was wasted on multiple emails coming to an account that I don’t check as often. I was texted a week later, but I should have been texted immediately. It took some time to get won one on the phone, but once I did the matter was handled. Hopefully the chair now comes on a timely manner. -

ratingI have felt like Goldilocks looking at media consoles for three years. If I liked the looks of a cabinet, the price was prohibitive. If the price was right, the look was never quite right. I can't speak to how the Parker House Crossings Maldives Media Console (76") actually looks in person since I just placed the order over the phone, but I CAN speak to how effortlessly my interaction with Coby (spelling?), 1Stop Bedroom's service agent was: exemplary. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and honest when I asked a specific question. I also asked if the piece came assembled. He checked for my area and offered a great deal on PRE-assembly (not available in all areas). I am grateful my hunt is OVER and feel confident that this piece is going to serve me well. I love that it is solid wood, not TOO modern, but not farmhouse or traditional, and still has enough detail to make the cabinet interesting without screaming "look at me." At 76" W x 15" D x 36" H, I know it will hold electronics, media and games and help tie my living room together. Outstanding customer service on top of all of that—I am a happy woman! Thanks Coby! -

ratingThis sofa is AMAZING!!! I bought another sofa before I ordered this one from another seller and had to return it. It was cheaply made. This one is a keeper. Such a good quality and is so comfortable. It looks great. My daughter doesn’t want to get up. It’s worth every penny. I definitely recommend it. You will love it! The only bad thing is waiting a little bit longer to have it delivered but if the company is make it from scratch then it’s understandable. I would rather wait for a good quality sofa then get the cheap quality one the next day. I give it an A+ -

ratingOkay…. I ordered online with 1 Stop Bedroom for the first time. I didn’t have any expectations because what I was ordering was 70% off it’s original price. Well I was so shocked and surprised after I finished putting this together!! Not only is it gorgeous! It’s super well made, extremely easy to put together and very sturdy. The delivery was also fast, a little over a week. And the packaging was the best I’ve ever seen. I will definitely be ordering from them again. -

rating1st stop has been consistent from start to finish in answering my questions about the bedroom set I was interested in. prior to purchasing it, they were able to get and provide answers about the materials used, and then as I chose which delivery method was best for me and then keeping me informed as to the status of shipment. Ultimately I waited 2 months from the date I paid before the set was delivered to my Chicago home, so I would advise people to be able to accommodate that long of a waiting period. Also, I learned upon receipt, that the manufacturer (though based in North Carolina) had the entire set made in Mexico. The entire set is extremely well packaged to prevent damage, however, the dresser was missing one knob, which I reported. I’m still waiting to hear how and when that missing knob will be sent to me. I hope it doesn’t have to come all the way from Mexico. -

ratingCharlie, the representative was very helpful and allowed me to take my time getting what I wanted. He was very patient and helpful with me. I have broken my L1 vertebrae and he asked his manager if they could give me the items I ordered already assembled and put into the house for free since I had already spent a lot on the items and he told him yes. So it will be shipped all the items put together and set in my house when it comes, which will help me greatly. May God bless Charlie and 1 stop store company. -

ratingI found some Ashley chairs when shopping at the Ashley store and decided they were the chairs I wanted...but I didn't want to pay the $199/chair they were selling at. I looked online and found the same chairs at 1StopBedrooms. The price for 2 chairs was less than 1 chair at Ashley!! We received the chairs about 10 days after ordering and when we put them together, they are perfect and will probably order a few more! -

ratingI rented an Airbnb on the water, and one of the chairs there was a green velour, we decided that it would look great in the sitting part of the master bedroom of our home. I got the name of the manufacture, googled it, and found one stop bedrooms, had the chairs and ottoman in stock. They were delivered on a timely basis, and in excellent condition, couldn’t be happier. -

ratingOrdering from 1 Stop Bedrooms was very easy and their customer service is excellent. I ordered the Texline sofa and 2 recliners by Ashley Design, they are great quality and beautiful. It was a wonderful experience. I did pay for the insurance $199.00. To my surprise, I received a call from their customer service department letting me know it did not cover any electric mechanics for the sofa or recliners (they both have electic power reclining) and they offered Ashley Furniture insurance and they allowed me to apply the $199 towards the $649.00. The thing about Ashley is if you do not have to use the insurance after 5 years they refund your money. I have bought from Ashleys several times. Do not hesitate ordering from this company, I saved a lot of money and they are amazing! -

ratingThe ordering process was smooth. Raymond was great to work with. My only disappointment was that the furniture I ordered ended up on backorder from the manufacturer. Once the order was released communications were frequent. The delivery arrived a few weeks earlier than expected once it was shipped. I absolutely LOVE my set. Larkinhurst Queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and recliners by Ashley Signature Design. The price through 1StopBedrooms was several hundred dollars less than direct from the manufacturer and other sellers. Great customer service, great price, great product! -

ratingThe Kaden Black Fabric Sleeper Sectional Sofa Chaise With Storage Arms And Cupholder is PERFECT and built really well. The fabric is perfect if you have dogs, because if your dog sheds like ours; the hair does not get stuck between fabric on this couch and falls right off. My wife was broken hearted about them thinking we would be the next terrible review. I said just wait and see! Well, I don't know what happened to the other people but with us, those reviews are the FARTHEST FROM THE TRUTH!! We got what we wanted, the delivered into my brand new home w/o scratching the walls and they did it 2 weeks ahead of schedule!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! -

ratingCompany was great. And the price was cheaper than the manufacturer. Only issue I had was when I called to confirm delivery the guy tried to sell me another mattress for the sleeper sofa when it already came with one. I called the manufacturer to see if it was included and they confirmed it was. That was dishonest of him and kind of rubbed me wrong. But overall my sofa was great and shipping and delivery were fast. -

ratingMy item was backordered, but I received clear communication about the issue and was given the option to continue waiting, or receive a refund. I opted to wait, and the wait was worth it!! The item arrived even earlier than the expected backordered date, and was more beautiful in person!! Also, zero assembly, which I didn't expect. ratingThis was the easiest and by far the least stressful experience I have ever had with purchasing furniture. You literally find what you want on their website and call and place your order! They give you an estimated delivery time and that is it! No calls with delays. Not even a call that they can’t find me. Just plain and simple old fashioned service with a smile! They do exactly what they say and when they say it! The delivery men called when they were less than an hour away and when they arrived at the end of a very long day they still had a smile on their faces and was ready to go the extra mile to complete our delivery to our satisfaction. I was very skeptical at first and read a lot of reviews before placing my order for an entire master bedroom set . But after all my research I threw caution to the wind and placed my order and I am so glad I did! It just doesn’t get any better or easier than this! When I finally made my decision, I called. Coby was extremely kind and professional. He assured me that I would be receiving both a sturdy and a quality set. He helped me start my order.
