ratingThis website & company has impressed me since day 1. They texted for me to verify my address then left me know my dresser could come fully assembled shipped so I didn’t need to do that. Being 4 1/2 months pregnant that was a weight literally lifted off my back. Joe was super friendly, helpful & professional on the phone. I will absolutely be back on this website to shop in the future. A++++++ customer service!!! -

ratingWho is 1stop bedrooms? I'll tell ya! They are a one-stop shop that saved me a whole lot of money with my most recent purchase of some beautiful, high-quality kitchen stools. I had shopped around a lot (gotta make that money stretch)! They were the biggest bang for my buck! From placing the order to receiving the confirmation to the time they showed up on my doorstep - it was seamless and very easy! Thank you so much for making my purchase enjoyable! I will be back! -

ratingFound 1 Stop Bedrooms on a web search. Followed through with the easy to use site and discovered exactly what we wanted in a new bedroom set...Acme Ireland, in gray. When the time cam to place the order, I called (land line!) to speak with Simon who was extremely helpful and even covered a few things we didn't account for in our plans. The order placement went quickly and easily...even allowing for the caution in VISA approval...and delivery is scheduled. Thanks to 1 Stop and particularly to Simon for making this transaction as painless as possible. Looking forward to our new beedroom suite! -

ratingBig Beautiful Dresser! It feels alot bigger in our bedroom, than we expected, but love it! Great price! Good Quality! VERY Heavy! We ordered the dresser online on April 14th and it was just delivered today. It took a while, but we were told it would, but it was worth the wait! We are very happy with our purchase so far!!! Thank you 1 Stop Bedrooms for having reasonably priced, good quality furniture!!! -

ratingShopping on the website was very easy to navigate and they have a lot of promotions! The number of items they have on their website provides a lot of variety so that you will be able to find something for your home! In this case, I bought the Ashley Sophie Light Grey Chaise couch. I LOVE OUR NEW COUCH! It’s so amazing and definitely worth the wait for the shipping! The only problem that I had with my order was that I got an email that said that delivery was going to be delayed for another month but the couch arrived a couple days later. Regardless, I got the couch and it’s very amazing :) -

ratingMy husband and I have shopped with 1Stopbedrooms twice now. Once in 2020 and now again in 2023. They have amazing modern contemporary furniture for a great price compared to so many other places. The customer service is great as well. If you are questioning going with them, don't. I did when I first came across them, but I'm glad we decide to purchase furniture from them. They are definitely worth it. -

ratingThe four chairs were immaculate and assembly was simple. The chair set enhanced our wrought iron table legs. The website made for easy shopping and the illustrations made my choice for the chair set accommodating. The pricing was great which topped off the icing on our cake which we will now celebrate on my birthday ….cheers to your good service and JIT delivery…. -

ratingGood experience overall; got the sofa we wanted at a cheaper price than other stores had it offered at. Delivery was professional and well communicated. I do wish that the time between ordering and delivery hadn't been quite as long - the initial quoted time ended up being incorrect. But even those delays were communicated well and we were kept informed along the way. Would definitely recommend. Thanks! -

ratingI have ordered from 1 stop bedrooms and never had any issues with ordering or the delivery. However, this time around, the whole experience exceeded all of my expectations. The living room set was exceptional, customer service was great, and it was delivered way sooner than expected. I placed an order on 04/29/2023, and the furniture was delivered yesterday, 05/06/2023. I usually never write reviews, but I was pretty impressed. -

ratingNever having ordered furniture from a website I was a little anxious. However, I can’t say enough about how positive the experience has been. I ordered a side table with built in electrical and USB ports for my den. It is perfect, exactly as pictured and described. The on-line ordering process was easy and it was delivered in to my door in less than one week. I wont hesitate or be anxious about my next on-line purchase from 1 Stop! -

ratingThe furniture came sooner than expected and in perfect condition. I tried two times to get this same console table from Ashley and both times it came in pieces. Found out about 1StopBedroom by accident and saved $300 for the exact same console table. The salesman at Ashley told me the furniture from 1Stop is second hand and could be damaged which was not true. My piece was brand new and, again, saved $300!!! I highly recommend 1Stop if you are looking for furniture, especially if you are shopping at Ashley, as it is the same exact furniture at lower prices!!!! -

He was able to guide me to the best mattresses for my chosen beds that were within my budget. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. ratingI love the quality of the furniture. We ordered a sleeper sofa. The color is beautiful (color = slate). I love that they called to offer a thicker 4” mattress for a reasonably step up charge. A comfortable mattress for a sleeper sofa is such a must for our guest room. Beautiful accent pillows that came with it. Friendly delivery. Great website. Wonderful prices. Excellent customer service when I called with questions. Thank you. -

ratingSaved a lot of money by going through 1StopBedrooms. Through Ashley, I was about to pay 40% more for the exact same thing. I called their customer service line and was reassured that they sell the exact same model. Less overhead means cheaper price. Delivery took approximately 1 1/2 weeks from the time I hit the buy button. White glove delivery company was also excellent. No damage, and they took their time bringing in all the pieces. I purchased the Ashley Dunleith 6-piece sectional. -

ratingI ordered an Ashley furniture dining room set from 1 Stop Bedrooms after experiencing a delivery issue from an Ashley store direct. I had to assemble the chairs and table, but it saved some money this way, and it’s the exact same quality set as in the Ashley store. I called customer service two times to get updated status of delivery and 1 Stop Bedrooms agents were very helpful and accurate with their delivery. You also get a link to track delivery status, I do think they pad the delivery date to allow time to locate what you’re ordering. My delivery came well in advance of what was posted. I received a call the day before with a window of time. Our driver arrived in the window of time, and I was very careful and professional. Here’s how set looks. I’m very happy! I would definitely recommend! -

It was way better than going into a furniture store and having to deal with sell person who wants to up sell items rather than allow you to pick want you want out and have it delivered right to your living room and if I’m not mistaken it was free delivery in which furniture store charge extra for that! Very quick and easy! -

ratingKobi was an outstanding help!! I just really appreciate the time he took with me to find a needle in a haystack! I looked over all online to find a power lift, zero gravity recliner, and I need relatively quickly! Everything out there was back order, so I took a chance and called the 1Stop Bedrooms. Someone (Kobi) actually answered and provided great help, rare in this day and age!! I am so used to being blown off in regards to customer service, this was really refreshing because with a little bit of time Kobi was able to provide me with what I need - and on sale to boot!! :) Thank you so much!! -

And then was told that shipping would be extra because it’s coming from the East Coast to California after speaking with the gentleman, he agreed to waive the extra shipping fee which I felt was nice I have not received the order yet, so I’m not sure the condition but I am looking forward to getting my stand. So far the service has been excellent. -

ratingFinding what I wanted was a breeze. Setting up my account and paying was was easy! Communication and verification was easy and fast. No waiting on the phone for an hour or having to get a call back later. Staff got me what I needed and didn’t leave anything to chance (asked if I was using an adjustable base) and got me the pieces I needed. Set up for delivery went perfect. What I love the most was the quality and spot on description of the furniture. Couldn’t have been a better experience. -

ratingExtremely helpful. Very pleasant to speak with. Helpful without being pushy. I shopped for 2 days at local furniture stores after getting quotes that had so many unexplained fees added I decided to shop on line myself and saved over 2k for the exact products. Once I finished my order I received a message to contact customer service about a billing /address issue. So happy I did I had several things explained to me and changed my order a bit and finished my process to be extremely satisfied. Now just hanging by the lake waiting for delivery. But what really stood them apart from the other sites was in their customer service area. Coby listened to me drone on, and was professional and wet above and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer. Also, shout out to Carla, who was beyond patient and understanding. What a great team in their service department. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. -

ratingAlways buy from 1stopbedrooms, they have the best prices for the same products they sell at Ashley Furniture. The delivery is always easy to follow, unlike with Ashley Furniture. I have vowed to never buy directly from Ashley again, due to billing issues (overcharged), as well as delivery issues. So 1StopBedrooms is my go-to when purchasing furniture for my home. They are great to work with, with great prices. -

ratingIt was getting discouraging trying to find the matching dresser to my bed frame but 1 Stop Bedrooms had it! It was nice to call to verify your order so that details could be confirmed & it was in fact in stock (I’ve had multiple places take my order and cancel when actually it was not available). I talked to Cole & they were super helpful and answered all of my questions. Just have to wait and see the finished product when it’s delivered! -

ratingtook a couple of weeks to get my furniture which is not bad at all. and the delivery guys were very nice,took furniture out of packages set ot up where I wanted,and also the delivery men ask me before they left,is there anything that we can help you do around the house,they even asked if they could take my trash out for me.they were very nice young men and I thank you for sending them to deliver my furnturethey did a great job,if I need more furnishings I will contact one stop bedrooms for sure.thank you very much. -

ratingI have been shopping for kitchen chairs. I found the chairs that I wanted at several different places. But 1StopBedrooms had the best price. When I got them they were better then what I thought. The chairs are great looking and very comfortable. Iam from the Midwest in Iowa. The service was great. It took about a month and half to get them because of the covid putting everything behind time but the chairs were worth it. I would highly recommend shopping at 1StopBedrooms. ratingAbsolutely love our new couch. Customer service was very helpful. I knew the couch was backordered when I purchased it. I was kept up to date on availability, tranport, delivery etc. The color is great and is comfortable. A little firm out of the box which is nice. Means it won't sage immediately. I don't have any problem with cushions sliding as others have. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.
