ratingAbsolutely love our new couch. Customer service was very helpful. I knew the couch was backordered when I purchased it. I was kept up to date on availability, tranport, delivery etc. The color is great and is comfortable. A little firm out of the box which is nice. Means it won't sage immediately. I don't have any problem with cushions sliding as others have. All in all I am very happy with my purchase. -

ratingHigh quality seller carrying high quality suppliers. My Coaster office cabinet arrived on time and thoughtfully packed to protect the integrity of every piece. Clear assembly instructions and accurate millworker made this piece a joy to build unlike some competitors I have dealt with. Every finish in pristine condition; no mars or scratches or damaged corners. I could do it myself with minimal tools—one Phillips screwdriver! I bought the dark gray. Really upgraded our home office. Can’t wait to add more pieces. -

ratingMy chairs came in as promised and arrived undamaged. Easy installation although you may need a bit of muscle to tighten the screws. All holes are aligned accordingly. Tips for you guys complaining the chairs/table legs are not on the ground on all 4, and are wobbly. DO THIS: Before 5 turns to screw to the max, sit on the chair and have someone go under and tighten the screws again. I can assure you, all 4 legs will be aligned with the ground. Do make sure the floor is level -

ratingI’m so excited that I came across them on google. Because I saved about 38% on an ottoman that I purchased. I ordered on line and about 5 days later it arrived at my door, and it came two days earlier per Fedx. The same brand and quality that its competitors are selling at a price too much higher! I would definitely try them again for my furniture wants/need. I highly recommend to give them a try. Because why pay more when you can pay less. Thank you for your affordable prices. -

ratingThe young men they delivered our furniture texted and called before they came to make sure that we were home and would except delivery. I wasn’t able to take delivery on the first date but was able to get it within the next week. All through this time they did call and verify what days I was available. They also were here by noon instead of between 3:30- 7:00 -

ratingGreat customer service! Placing the order on the phone with Joe was easy. The communication via email was excellent with documentation of everything. The chair came a week later than what I was told but I was kept in the loop with info on where the chair was in transit and it came today. The chair was delivered in perfect condition and I am happy with my purchase. -

I shopped around for a little bit before I started to hit the web and found them with the lowest price on the furniture I was looking for. 5 stars in my book. The furniture took a little long but was expected due to that fact that I live in Texas and they are based out of New York. -

ratingI was skeptical at first, as I couldn’t believe that the same furniture I saw in a store was available online for such a better price. I purchased the Ashley Cambri Swivel chair for almost $200 cheaper than direct from manufacture, and shipping was much cheaper as well. I thought there would be a catch - either extended shipping time or issues with the order but I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. Ordered March 7th, arrived April 1st (ahead of schedule). 1StopBedrooms kept me updated through the entire process. Their order tracker was detailed and they let me know when each step was complete. They used a third-party delivery company (Rainbow Movers) to deliver the furniture, they called me once to schedule and once again to confirm. They arrived on time and the movers were very careful with the furniture. An extremely professional experience from beginning to end. A 10 out of 10 for me -

ratingI have to admit I was nervous that I ordered from here after reading some negative reviews but my experience was absolutely amazing. I saved thousands of dollars on the couch I love and it was a seamless great transaction. I thought the delivery time would be longer because they gave a date further out but it came early and super fast !! Sooo happy thank you guys ! Will definitely buy from you again -

The items I did receive were in great condition and exactly how it was described. The prices were amazing in comparison to other online businesses I look into for the same items. ratingI ordered a Hooker armoire. Even though their website isn't great for details regarding the progress your order is making, their customer service via phone and fb messenger is outstanding. Each time I called the answered quickly and followed up with emails. My item arrived in great shape with one imperfection from Hooker Furniture. The immediately took steps to rectify the issue (impressed with how fast they are on this). I saved significant money off retail with this purchase. I would order from them again. -

rating1stopbedrooms is the only furniture store I use. Costumer service is top tier. The representative “Joe” is fantastic, very attentive to the orders and super nice and easy to talk to. There’s never any issues with purchases and delivery is quick and easy. Prices are outstanding. Every time I try to “shop around” for furniture I end up back to 1stopbedrooms because their prices are unbeatable. Highly recommended. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. -

ratingAfter finding these absolutely beautiful bookshelves I looked at probably 10 other sites to see if I could find a better price and I’ Have to say one stop bedrooms had the best prices on several things and I’m talking one furniture place was almost half the amount more you can’t go wrong And they have the best customer service. ratingIncredible from start to finish. Excellent pricing, customer service answered all my questions. Shipping took some time but everywhere does now days. The shipping was free as long as I didn’t require the delivery be carried up the stairs. They wrapped up my white couch and even put in boxes and carried them with their hands down my long driveway because they couldn’t get the truck down the driveway. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. Will definitely use 1stopbedrooms again! -

ratingWe found our dining set on here for 1/2 of what Ashley had it for in their store. We went in and asked if they would match the pricing and said that they couldn't as 1 Stop Bedrooms sells after-market used furniture. Well, we checked reviews and searched online and never saw evidence of this and took our chances. We could not have been happier with the service we received. It shipped quickly and we even received a call the day before shipping to verify the address and credit card information which in this day and age I found very refreshing. Upon arrival, we had a piece that was damaged and I was pretty sure from the packaging at the manufacturer so I called their help line and was sent directions on what I needed to do to file a pretty easy claim. (Do not throw out any packaging by the way) and within a few hours had a response back and the piece was at my home within a week. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE! -

ratingIt took some time but, that is to be expected for such a high quality piece. The table is 72 Inch solid top. The base is square and no one has to sit on a leg! The chairs are a snap to assemble and not only are they sturdy but beautiful! I would highly recommend this dinning set, as well as 1Stop bedrooms! Customer service was a pleasure to deal with! ratingI found a pair of Ashley Furniture living room end tables on the Ashley website. After doing more research on them, I found them actually cheaper on the 1 Step Bedroom site - I saved over $150 for the pair than if I had purchased them directly from Ashley. They communication was a little light on the shipment information but they arrived early and in great shape so I didn't care. The end tables were packed better than anything I have ever purchased before. The set up was super easy and I was very pleased! I would definitely buy from this site again. -

ratingWe ordered 3 barstools (counter height), we were trying to match 3 others we had purchased a few years previous from another place. When I went online I found 1stopbedrooms and they had them and at a great price! I ordered them and they came quickly and in excellent condition, no damaged packaging! We now have 6 matching stools for our expanding island in our remodeled kitchen! I will definitely be ordering from 1stopbedrooms again! -

ratingI purchased the Trinell entertainment wall unit by Ashley. I was a bit nervous purchasing such a large piece of furniture online but I'm happy I did. It did take a while to be delivered. Over a month but I am completely satisfied with the unit. The quality is great. It's a sturdy piece of furniture and it looks great! I would not hesitate to purchase from 1stopbedrooms again. -

I live in a fairly rural area where it is not easy to take delivery of larger purchased items. The delivery was slow, but easily tract and ultimately completed. I am satisfied completely with my desk as it is a complement to our home at a good price. -

There was a dining room set and so I had my kitchen remodel and I wanted to match the dining room chairs with some chairs or barstools chairs to go around my island and I found one stop. They were a perfect match, I love them and I will be ordering more barstools. The quality of the barstools, the color of the barstools and the price was what sold me. -

ratingOur chairs arrived yesterday morning after waiting three months for them. It was a loooong wait, but it was worth it. The chairs are well-made, comfortable, and beautiful. They do everything but sing and dance. My sister describes them as elegantly cozy. And that is exactly the impression and feeling they give. I look forward to spending much more time in our library/music room now that we have our chairs. -

ratingWe upgraded the beds for our twin girls bedroom from a bunk set up to these beautiful twins. There is limited assembly required, though the headboard is heavy and may require another person to lock in to the rails. Packaging and delivery was upto the mark and damage / delay free. beds look great, theres MDF boards behind the frames to lend it additional sturdiness and great overall. Paint and finishing is 4/5 as there are some minor blemishes but nothing visible up front. -

ratingAfter looking for the best deals locally and online, I found what I was looking for here. Ordered a large storage bed from 1StopBedrooms. Shipping took a little longer than anticipated, but they have great customer service that was able to provide updates as needed. When the product arrived, it was packaged up very well so that the pieces had no shipping and handling damage at all. They used a delivery company to make the local delivery, and that went very smoothly. All in all I very much recommend using them. -

rating5 STAR SCAM ALERT! I got sent damaged/broken parts. After 3 weeks of asking to resolve they want me to pay shipping return of 94 lbs and "other fees" to get my money back! Found numerous lawsuits online and BBB review: CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS Pattern of Complaint: BBB files indicate a Pattern of Complaints concerning the company's order fulfillment and customer service practices. Consumers are telling BBB about the problems they encounter after purchasing household furnishings from 1Stop Bedrooms. Many consumers allegedly made multiple attempts to contact the company to obtain an update on the status of their orders, but cannot get a response. Other consumers reportedly encounter an issue with defective, poor quality or missing merchandise. Most consumers that have contacted BBB claim they experience extreme difficulty in getting a resolution from the company concerning their requests for repair, replacement or refund for the items they bought.
