ratingI originally found this living room set at American furniture galleries. The sofas were stuck on back order from so many people putting in orders, so I decided to look for the same set somewhere else. Sure enough, I found 1stop bedrooms and the sofa set was $400 less than it would have been at american furniture. The sofas were white glove delivered in less than a month from purchase date. Very happy with the sofas and experience with 1 stop bedrooms. Would recommend to friends and family. -

ratingI have seen 1StopBedrooms on all of my late night Internet travels while searching for furniture for my new home, but I never stopped here. Well, all of that changed today when I found the Ashley Bladen Coffee Sofa at a very reasonable price! I was going to place my order online, but I had a question about the shipping. When I called, I was SO lucky to get "Charlie" :))) He was so friendly and SUCH a good listener! He processed my order right over the phone and answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. If I have any problems, I can just call back and ask for Charlie. He is a PEACH! -

ratingIStopBedrooms was excellent in letting me know what was going on with my order every step of the way. The customer service was great in helping me change the delivery location of the furniture…and lastly the delivery people were so accommodating and gracious to my pregnant daughter in law who received the furniture. I also should mention that the furniture was delivered in perfect condition. -

ratingI ordered a king bed and a 12 inch mattress. Simon was my sales representative from 1 stop bedroom. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. He lent me his knowledge and then made recommendations for my needs. I mentioned that I recently had open heart surgery and told him what I needed to make my condition as comfortable as possible. He recommended a different mattress than what I had in mind and gave me a product number to look at while we were having our conversation. He was right on and I went with his recommendation. He was very pleasant to speak with. You have a very good representative for your company. You need to keep. I will recommend 1 stopbedrooms to family and friends because of his knowledge and kindness over the phone. I am looking forward to receiving the bed and mattress and a good nights sleep. ratingAmazing experience with the customer service line. Kobe was able to get me a cheaper price and faster shipping than a competitor, better coverage for stains/spills, and informed me of recommendations for the specific piece (the sofa doesn’t include attachments). I’m super impressed with how fast this all was and now I don’t have to go three months in my new house without a couch. Can’t wait until it arrives! -

ratingI have been shopping around the internet for the best price on the Ashley Savesto sectional. I had intended to order it online but had a question I needed to be answered before I could place the order. I'm so glad I called. First, I did not wait on hold at all which is a win right off the bat for me. Then the salesperson I worked with (Kolby, I think :-/) could not have been more helpful or friendly. He quickly reconfigured the sectional pieces I was ordering to best meet my needs and got me a price that I was extremely happy with. I did lots of research on this sectional and am hoping it lives up to my expectations. My experience with 1 Stop Bedrooms, though, exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again in the future should I have need for another piece of furniture. -

ratingI love our new living room set! It’s beautiful and the quality is great. The pictures online don’t even do it justice for how amazing the furniture is in person. I had a bad experience buying furniture online from a different company prior to buying from 1stop and was very nervous but I got my order in a timely fashion and am so happy I went with this company. The price is unbeatable! I found the same set I bought from 1stop at a local furniture shop and for the set I would have paid $1600 more. The company is awesome about getting back to me about questions about my order quickly. Excellent customer service. My family will definitely be getting all our furniture needs from 1stop from now on. -

ratingTHiS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!! I have made 3 orders with other companies over the last year trying to get these cabinets. Each time I waited for the delivery of the order for several weeks before being informed they did not have them in stock. After reading the positive reviews for 1stop bedrooms, I decided to take a chance and try 1 last time to get the cabinets before I searched for something else. I called first to be sure they had them in stock before I ordered. I was expecting the order to arrive towards the end of the month, but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived early - about a week after my order. THANK YOU 1stop bedrooms! I highly recommend you! -

ratingI had a very nice experience. I haven't had any problem with this order and the staff I talked to for rechecking making sure my furniture was arriving at the proper address. Very pleasant and understood all he askedI have had a perfect setup with all transactions. Will use this again on the next buy. I highly recommend 1stop bedrooms. the gentleman told me who he was and offered me any extra I would like. not forceful at all. explained everything. My shopping and deciding what to get was the very clear ability to get what I was looking for at very good prices Very happy overall. I haven't received yet They had to make sure all was correct to send it to me. I am sorry I cannot answer the rest of the questions I haven't yet received the furniture just sat up and verify where it is to come. Very pleased so for. -

ratingMy order came really quickly! It was delivered to my front door with no damage. The process was easy. The only issue I had was I needed to purchase a railing system? Someone from 1stop contacted me before they shipped out my order, so I would have everything I needed. I wish that would have been included with the order, so I wouldn’t have needed to add it separately -

ratingI spoke with Joe and he did in excellent job, explaining everything to me, including some thing that I did not think about.Having both table top seal as well as having my chair scotch treated. He was very polite and very business like and I enjoyed talking to him. The way he explained things I will use 1Stop again if I need anything and I will also tell my family and friends. -

ratingI ordered 2 couches and 2 oversight Cheers. I have not received them yet I hope Then I can leave a review on them. I also ordered 2 Cheers to match my dining table I really like them although one of the Cheers has a leg that is a little shorter than the other so it wobbles. My 3rd order Is 4 Kitchen table Cheers I also like them a lot no issues with them. The service that I have received from one stop bedrooms has been impeccable, As far as the furniture I have to say so far so good. -

ratingI purchased the breakfast nook from a local furniture store. But I needed a few more chairs. I was lucky that I found 1 stop bedrooms. I was able to purchase 2 more chairs during their president's sale at a lower price than the asking price of 1 chair from local furniture stores. I made the right choice. With in 2 weeks, I had my chairs. -

After the order was placed, the call from the CSR to confirm shipping details and discuss optional elements of the purchase was handled professionally and efficiently. He gave a good description of the benefits and costs associated with each option, two of which I elected to purchase. I appreciated the information and the fact that the CSR informed me without wasting my time. -

ratingI’ve ordered from this company now twice. The process is always very seamless. They have great communication regarding delivery and options. The price is always hundreds of dollars less than competitors for the same products. They offer white glove delivery where they set it up but even the basic delivery was seamless and required minimal work to put products together. Will definitely use them again!! -

ratingOrdering was easy online. The items were shipped within the shipping dates listed online. The bed I ordered was an Ashley Furniture bed and it was listed on several websites including Ashley's own website. The pricing on 1stopbedrooms was best I could find anywhere. It even shipped directly from Ashley Furniture's warehouse via FedEx within 2 days of delivery confirmation from FedEx. Everything came as advertised no issues. This was far and away the best furniture buying experience I've had. I would definitely recommend! -

ratingAbsolutely love this dining room set!!!! The distressed look is beautiful!! Very heavy and study furniture. Easy to put together took two of us less than an hour to do 8 chairs and the table. We have more grey in the floors so I was hoping that there would be enough grey in the table to flow well and it does there’s blue grey specs in the table top that flow great! -

Great 1st time experience to shop w/ your company - Charlie was informative w/ my questions, definitely helpful & went the extra step to get what I asked for. Shipping was a little slower than expected but everything was delivered in great condition and customer service was prompt and helpful with any questions I asked. I had never ordered from this company before so I only ordered one piece of my living room set to make sure it went smoothly and I liked the furniture since I wasn't able to see it in person. It looks exactly like the photos and I love it. I'm planning on ordering the rest of the set. -

ratingWhile it took a while for initial contact to be made with 1stopbedrooms after my online order was placed, once it was made the process was easy. We purchased with free shipping, but were told during the confirmation phone call that our area was not included on the free shipping. After discussing it, they upheld the free shipping. Once it arrived at our local hub, we were supposed to get a phone call to schedule delivery. I never received that call, but I did get a call when they were 30 minutes from delivering our sofa at my home, while I was at work. I had to leave work, rush home, move a bunch of items and then there was only one man on the delivery truck, so I had to help with the heavy lifting. I will say, he was very kind and easy to work with. Overall, I would still recommend 1stopbedrooms. I ordered on 1/16/23 and delivery to Vermont was made on 2/28/23. -

ratingWe purchased a full set in November and had Im the order held until our home remodeling was complete. We did have a delivery issue but once I spoke with someone at 1StopBedrooms, the issue was resolved. I just ordered another piece via phone as I was not able to figure out how to do so online. Kobi was great and took care of me quickly and made the process easy. I look forward to getting my shipment soon. -

ratingI haven’t opened the items yet but I love the selection and ease of ordering. The only thing that I had an issue with was the order said that it would be shipped on or before Feb 14 and as of the 21st supposedly it hadn’t been. Then on the 23rd, I was contacted to set up a delivery date and I got it today! Yayyy! -

ratingI love 1 stop bedrooms! They were so kind and informative. They did take about a month for me to receive my order because delivery times were a little bit delayed but I expected that with the weather lately. They offered assembly and also informed me about the whole delivery process once my order was delivered to my delivery terminal, I was reached out to for a scheduled delivery. I was at work and wasn't able to sign for my order and they let my parents sign for me. Super cool and nice people to talk to. They are really understanding and so polite whenever I called to get an update on my order. My dresser I ordered also looks absolutely gorgeous! Ashley furniture had the same dresser and discontinued it, 1 stop bedrooms was the only place that I could find the specific dresser I wanted for a great price. I highly recommend them. -

ratingBefore ordering a set of barstools, I needed more measurements than were posted on the website. I called the number provided on the website and was connected to someone who was easy to talk to. I explained what I needed and then the call suddenly dropped! About 30 seconds later, the sales representative called me back, apologized for the dropped call, and gave me the measurements that I needed! Fortunately, the barstools were going to be a perfect fit. I order them on the spot. So nice to actually have a good customer service experience! This was our second purchase through 1StopBedrooms and have now had two great experiences. We'll be back again! Thank you. -

ratingSearching online for counter stools I found 1stopbedrooms. They had the same brand and stools I had just purchased on Amazon and paid over $100 more for and they had free and fast shipping. I was so impressed that I just purchased a complete bedroom set and spent over $9000. ratingFirst time using 1StopBedrooms, the price was great, quality was as described, and the support teams are awesome and very attentive! I had to call and make a claim because FED EX destroyed by table upon delivery!!!! But this was of no fault at all to 1StopBedrooms and the gentlemen with claims was very specific and incredibly helpful. I definitely will still shop with 1Stop despite FED EX.
