ratingI ordered a table & chairs for my kitchen & absolutely love it. We have a problem with the table top on the edge, but we feel it will be taken care of. The company is nice to o deal with when ordering. The photos that are shown are a correct illustration of the product. I must say that I would not be reluctant to purchase any product from them. I also feel the designs are very updated. -

ratingOk. so here is my "scoop" I spent about 10 hours looking for the RIGHT coffee table - wanted it to lift so we could work from it and eat from it when we wanted - i found one on wayfair but my hubby didn't want to spend almost $800 on it... soooooo I googled it and found it on 1 stop bedrooms for right at 500.... toooooooo good to be true i suppose. BUT i thought well, if i am buying w my cc i will be covered... SO i made the purchase, and so glad I did. I had not heard of this store before googling... i saw that it was going to be a few weeks before I got it and i was thrilled when it arrived over 1 week early and it was already assembled (guessing it would have been with wayfair too) but yay! I just love our coffee table! -

ratingOur Huge Entertainment Center was Delivered on time !! It’s Absolutely Beautiful and no issues whatsoever !! The Two delivery and Set up Men were very Professional and Careful with the whole process !! Put it in Place in our Living Room and hauled away ALL the boxes and packing Materials !! We will order our new bedroom furniture from here for Sure !! Thanks -

rating1StopBedrooms was not only 1Stop for the bedroom, but the whole house! Found so many pieces that I wanted and was able to order all in one place. Charlie from customer service called to review my online order and was extremely helpful making sure that I had exactly what I wanted. He also gave me the option to add on to my order so that I could have the White Glove Delivery service deliver everything at once! I will definitely be back to order the rest of the items that I need for my new house. -

ratingI found exactly what I was looking for in a bedroom dresser and it was on sale, but I will be travelling at just about the time it would arrive. I called and spoke with Simon about getting a delayed shipment. He couldn't have been more helpful. He worked out all of the details so I can get delivery exactly when it works for me. It is so refreshing to find good, personal customer service. I will definitely shop with 1StopBedrooms again in the future. -

ratingI have not received the couch I just ordered but the bedside tables I have ordered in the past were perfect and I was so happy when I found them here since when I ordered the set from a local furniture store they could not get the tables and had a 3 or possibly longer month back order, so my research found them here and they have been awesome to work with. -

ratingCharley was great to work with! He was very patient and explained to me ways to save money. Charley waited while I set up my affirm account and each step was explained clearly. He also explained that some of my furniture pieces already come assembled. I am moving out for the first time and I bought an entire bedroom set. I would definitely buy from 1stopbedrooms again! -

We called back and were able to get someone on the phone very quickly. They also give you very thorough updates on the status of your order. We are happy! -

ratingI was a little nervous ordering from here. Since 1stopbedrooms is cheaper than Ashley. I gave it a try and boy am I glad I did. The delivery took about a week. I have bought stuff directly from Ashley furniture and had to wait over a month to get it. Sad part about that is I'm less than a 100miles from the furniture plant. 1stopbedrooms is legit. With great prices and fast delivery. I'm definitely going use them again. -

ratingImpressive service. I was about to purchase the same desk directly from the manufacturer, as I have in the past, but decided to check online to see if I could find a better deal and I did. The same desk was being offered by 1stopbedrooms about $305 less. The package was supposed to take about 14 days to be delivered, but it was shipped within 3 days from purchase and delivered the next day (part of this is because the manufacturer is located in the same state). Everything went smoothly from the date of purchase to the delivery. A++ experience. -

rating5 stars for great customer service. I had delays with my shipment date twice, and I understand that there are supply chain issues. It is what it is. I called and spoke with Kristian and he was incredibly professional and kind and went above and beyond to make it right and eventually got me a refund. I would order from them in the future for this reason. Thank you! -

The products were shipped appropriately and without damage. The stools add just the touch I was looking for and are very comfortable. I will continue to use 1StopBedrooms in the future. ratingOrdering was easy and the price was lower than other retailers. Shipping package was great but there were loose silica beads in the box which made an extra mess to clean up but that’s a small inconvenience. Assembly was easy and although instructions say it required 2 or more persons, I was able to assemble myself with no difficulty. Love the chairs and they match my Realyn desk perfectly! -

The soletren collection is so much cheaper here than anywhere else and it seemed too good to be true. But it is the real deal! From the time that I ordered the furniture until I received them was only about a month! Customer service was helpful and the delivery team was fast and efficient. I could not have had a better experience! -

ratingI was kind of skeptical ordering from this site because I had never heard of it before. I order a dining table, a bench and 4 chairs. All of them came in perfect condition and quickly. I was missing the legs for my table which came in a separate box and they came a day or two later, without me having to fight with customer service or get the run around. Super easy process and I would definitely order from here again. Thank you! -

ratingHighly recommends this money. I had an order with another company (Emma mason) for the same furniture I ordered here, Emma mason delayed my order month by month. Finally my furniture was scheduled to be delivered early February, guess what, they told me the headboard was damaged during the transportation. They had to ask the vendor to ship again and it would be the same time frame which was more than two months. I was so frustrated and canceled the order immediately. I found 1stopbedrooms online which has the furniture I wanted. I called the sales assistant to verify if the item was in stock. The gentleman I forgot his name, he was professional and knew well his job. He said I should get my stuff within two weeks. Guess what, in ten days, I got my furniture I had been waiting for two month and half. The delivery team was also professional and updated me every move they made. Two guys came to deliver my furniture, my order said leaving the item outside but they helped me carrying inside. So nice. When I opened the box, I was hesitated a little and afraid some damage might occur like what happened to my order with Emma mason, but everything packed so well so professionally. Overall, the best of the best furniture company. They did what they said, I will continue using this company and recommend it to my friends. -

ratingThe couch was very comfortable and delivery was 8 days even though I was told to expect 4 weeks. Delivery folks were helpful and careful. Great price. I called to ask questions and wasn't super impressed with the hold time or the helpfulness of the guy I talked to when I called. His answers didn't turn out to be correct, so he must have known what he was talking about -

ratingAbsolutely beautiful sectional! Rawcliffe by Ashley Furniture. Ridiculously soft and comfy. Expected delivery time was updated twice, however my sectional still arrived quickly! Ordered on Jan 2 and it was delivered on Feb 10. Would’ve been a week prior but we have COVID. Customer service was fantastic and easy to get in touch with. I was so worried about reading reviews online about it being a scam, but it was definitely not a scam. This company is legit. I will definitely be ordering more from here. To me waiting a little longer to receive the item is definitely worth the discount! More money to buy more furniture! -

rating1stopbedrooms delivered the photos without blemish, undamaged, and way ahead of schedule. The pictures are great quality and I do love them. One comment that I had seen in prior review that was indeed correct was that the steams on the plants are darker than I had expected for sure. I still love them but that is indeed true so just be aware they are a dark green not on the lighter side. Great experience and will order again from 1stopbedrooms! -

I kept looking because she really wanted it and I came across 1stopbedrooms. They were able to order it with clear communication that it wasn't immediately in stock. ratingAt first I had a problem with confirming my delivery! It said they were coming from 2 to 6 on Thursday but it never happened! A dispatcher called me Thursday evening and set up another delivery from nine to one! The delivery truck arrived around 915 and the two delivery boys were just wonderful! They cared about what they were doing and they even took off their shoes when they came in! Thank you for all the updates and I would highly recommend your company! Thank you very much! ratingSimple, straightforward process. The person we spoke with on the phone knew their stuff and then the follow-up by email and text was well done. When there was a delay on the anticipated delivery date, I received a nice email explaining the delay and offering a full refund if that was my preference. The delay was not a problem. The furniture we bought was about $2K less than a furniture chain was selling it for. Will shop 1StopBedrooms again. -

ratingI bought a sofa from here. I really like the prices, the timeliness, the great communication and the ease of navigating the website. My product was from Ashley furniture. I regret not paying for the white glove service because I can't get the legs put on the sofa. It's taking me all day. And I actually had to give up for now. It's the Darcy sectional. -

ratingNot only are the prices fantastic but the customer service is phenomenal! I ordered a bedroom set and didn’t realize I needed compatible sideboards for my adjustable base. After I placed the order customer service contacted me to confirm the order. This on its own was fantastic! They caught the mistake I made and corrected it, saving me soooo much effort and time if I had gotten it with the mistake I made! I have never experienced such wonderful service. Everybody I spoke with was extremely professional, polite and explained shipping times, installation options, etc clearly. No hold times and you get to speak with a person right away! I cannot say enough good things about 1stopbedrooms. 10/10 will recommend to everybody and continue to buy all my furniture from them moving forward!
