ratingSo be fore warned that it does take longer than the estimated delivery date. Like 3-4 weeks longer. Make sure you have enough time before ordering from them. However with that aside they have the best prices and customer services. We have not opened and put our stuff together yet and some boxes look like they were damaged in transit (we did take pictures) so we're hoping our stuff isn't damaged when we open it tonight. Make sure to take pictures of your boxes if damaged before opening and open the night you recieve to inspect for damage as its part of their policy to do so within so many hours (24 I believe) -

ratingI ordered 6 chairs for assembly. 5 of them were put together very smoothly. The 6th one did not have the pre drilled holes in the chair back frame lined up properly to accept screw coming through the pre drilled holes on the seat cushion square I sent in customer service request on a Saturday evening. Next day , on Sunday I got a call from Andrew R. My order # was 9266397. He sent emai link to reply back with video. This proved to be a bit complicated due to file size and issues with my older iphone 7. Ultimately, Andrew promptly replied to all my emails and got a new chair on the way. His promptness and advice was "gold star" -

ratingShopping online with 1StopBedrooms.com was very easy and I got the best price for the item (bar stool chairs) that I was searching for on the internet. Buying process was clear and easy. When checking in on the status of the order, it was very easy to communicate with customer service, and order updates were provided in a timely manner. All items arrived as promised. I will defnitely be placing another order with this company very soon. -

ratingTo begin this story, I first ordered my product from Amazon and it was a nightmare and a half. They failed to deliver when they said they would and then lost my product. Amazon then tried to charge me higher rate to order again with “promise“ they would refund the difference. My experience with Amazon was so bad I returned it and ordered from 1StopBedrooms. Thanks to 1StopBedrooms they got me what I wanted without any hassle and Mitch faster than I expected after my previous nightmare with a major online retailer. The delivery went so smooth and it was priced better than most places. I’ll be looking to 1StopBedrooms for my furniture needs going forward. Also, the Signature Ashley furniture Party time couch is so amazing. My friends have already given me so many compliments. -

ratingWe’ve been looking/browsing for a bedroom set for months. I stumbled across this website and found some really beautiful sets. I had some questions on measurements, called and spoke to a very knowledgeable representative, Sean. Very friendly, personable, and understanding, and patient, thankfully. ratingKobe was a pleasure to work with. He was quick knew exactly what I wanted. Gave me a chance to compare pricing and describe to me what the sealant is for the top of my furniture. I had not heard of that, so he convinced me to add that. I literally called 8 other furniture vendors to try to buy this desk so I’m really glad that I was able to reach your sales person. -

rating1`Stop Bedrooms was excellent. The furniture is beautiful. However the shipping company refused to bring it in the house so I threw a fit as much as a 79 year old can. After my fit they agreed to bring it in the 1st room of my house - which is where I wanted it. They promptly left the furniture with all the cardboard and packing materials and said it was not their job. I -

ratingEven though the furniture was on back order for awhile, they keep me updated via email and text with up to date status communications throughout the purchase process. [AMENDED AFTER PURCHASE] I love this sectional. It looks very sleek and modern and even more, it seats 5 - 6 people comfortably. Getting ready to buy the matching ottoman to complete the set. -

ratingI went online and had a custom couch built with Add ons, Wasn't sure if I did it correctly so I called the 800 number for customer service. The gentleman who helped me I believe his name is Charles was very understanding and helpful and was able to Guide me through the process and eventually purchasing it through the website.. I got a better price Ashley's couch than anywhere else even after I went to the Ashley store. I recommend this website. Thx-Leo -

ratingI received my nightstand much later than expected and when it finally arrived it came damaged. I sent pictures of the damaged box and nightstand as requested. Why I am still willing to give them a 5 was because they immediately made it right by sending me a new one. I’m still waiting on that, so hopefully it arrives intact, but customer service and the fact that they made it right was what saved them from no stars. -

ratingAfter ordering kitchen chairs I checked the reviews on 1StopBedrooms and I was more than a little concerned. I sent them emails asking for tracking information, which they sent. When checking the tracking my package was at the same FedEx location for 2+ days (this was one day before scheduled delivery). So of course this heightened my concern. I sent yet another email and I was assured that my package would arrive on time. Low and behold it was delivered the next day! I’m guessing the tracking problems were on FedEx’s end. I love my new chairs! They are beautiful and very sturdy! My husband is 6’6”, 300lbs. so sturdiness was a must. 1StopBedroom’s prices were better than other furniture places I usually buy from. I will definitely come back when I’m in the market for furniture in the future! BTW they are not just bedroom furniture. -

ratingDelivery was on time. FedEx personal brought the 5 heavy boxes inside the house. Assembly was somewhat difficult, but I had a friend help to assemble. One issue was when installing top two of the threaded inserts had glue closing the opening not allowing the installing of screw until I removed the glue with a sharp nail end. Other than that, all went will and we like the kitchen island. -

ratingI had ordered two saddle chairs to place at my island area for extra seating since everyone always migrates to the kitchen area. They actually look much better than I had expected and are very comfy, heavy, and sturdy. I had to screw the legs in and one section did not match up with the pre-drilled holes in the seat. Customer service was a delight to speak with and corrected the issue immediately! I had a new seat within the week! I would use 1Stop Bedrooms again and recommend to others. -

I was hesitant to order via the internet instead of in person at a store but their site made it easy to navigate. I was able to place my order on easy monthly payments. ratingCustomer service was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices can't be beat, we shopped sround for a specific set and the major furniture stores were selling parts for 1/3 what we paid. We ordered a lot from them recently. We ordered 2 sleigh bedroom sets. All the pieces looked great and they was no damage. We have ordered through this company 3 times so far within the past 6 months. The timing for delivery of large items is long as they use athird party delivery service, so order at least a month or 2 in advance. We received our smaller items (kitchen stools) within a week of ordering . -

ratingMy experience so far has been great, my order hasn't delivered yet (only ordered it a couple days ago) but after looking through several other furniture websites and not finding anything I wanted that was in my price range and readily available I came across 1stopbedrooms. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other sites and the delivery timelines were much better in comparison as well (talking the difference of a week vs. months!) Customer service was also great- quick and easy. -

I just moved to a larger space and was happy to know I was able to order the remaining pieces to the set. I was also able to order additional pieces of furniture at a great price. ratingI csnt believe how much I saved from 1stop. This is my second purchase if furniture from them. Great communication keep updated the whole time. My couches even arrived before the time they gave me. Very high quality and happy with my purchase. Will only buy furniture from 1stop for now one. They saved me thousands on my couches. If I would bought from Ashley direct would cost me twice the amount. -

ratingWe would recommend. We ordered this couch after we spent a long time trying to find the matching piece to our recliner. We ordered and they called to confirm my order and luckily I needed an additional corner piece insert. We also confirmed address. Delivery took almost 3 months and I was told was this was supposed to be because of COVID, the weather, a lack of employees and drivers, and other excuses. Regardless it FINALLY arrived to the terminal. I got a text three days later saying it would be delivered the following day. And it was. Perfect condition. -

ratingThis sofa is everything it says in the description and more. However it was heavily damaged and we are waiting on a claim. It’s a hassle but we are confident it will be handled soon. Its comfort is superb and the color is beautiful, we love it and look forward to the resolve, it’s not a cheaply made sofa, it’s well constructed. It’s an amazing buy you won’t regret, nor will you regret shopping with 1 stop bedrooms. The leather is very nice and supple in my opinion. Comfort is everything and this fits the bill. ratingI ordered a nightstand to match my bedroom set that I bought a couple years ago. I was able to find it on the website easily. The order came quick and was protected well in the box. This website was actually cheaper than what I found at Big Lots and on Amazon. I was extremely pleased with my nightstand and now my bedroom set looks complete!! -

ratingI will NEVER buy furniture anywhere else again! This was the easiest, smoothest, most hassle free experience ever! I found this at a local store, sat on it and fell in love. I went home to try to find it online, as the store couldn’t get it for 6/8 weeks. I was hesitant about ordering online from someone I’d never heard of but the reviews were great and I took a chance. It was cheaper than the store I’d went to, and shipped free. I don’t know how they determine who they use for shipping, if it’s the same company or different depending on where you live, but they were extremely friendly, and showed the same friendliness upon delivery. All of the sofa pieces were wrapped and protected beautifully as this was also a concern of mine, the worry of damaged products being delivered and having to our deal with that. No worries! I could go on and on and I don’t generally even write reviews like this. I just want people to know how great 1stop bedrooms is! Buy the furniture!!! Our dogs love it as well! -

You can track your delivery the day it comes and see how many stops they are away fro you at all times. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture were professional yet extremely pleasant. ratingFound these gorgeous Ashley recliners in a store and almost bought them. Decided to see if they were available through 1 Stop Bedrooms. Not only were they priced much better, but they delivered FAST, the guys were great, and the chairs are perfect!! Saved $$$$$ and will definitely shop here again. The chairs are the most comfortable I have been able to find and everyone that sits in them wants to know where I got them! -
