ratingThe selection and price were great but the customer service was outstanding. Vera R promptly helped me fix the order that I made a mistake on … and she provided me with options to upgrade I was not aware of (that I really wanted) as well as confirmed my selections for the sectional configuration to make sure everything was ordered just right. I was so impressed by the fast response times as well. All around a five star experience ordering from 1stopbedrooms! -

ratingI ordered from 1stopbedrooms because I am on a budget, but I needed to buy some new furniture because my old sofa was so broke down and very uncomfortable, so when I came across 1stopbedrooms, I was excited. I was able to purchase a reclining loveseat and a recliner for less than a grand, which is just awesome. The quality of the furniture seems to be pretty good, but only time will tell. The only complaint that I have is that it took about 3 weeks to receive the furniture, but maybe that's normal when ordering furniture off of the website. Overall, I am very happy with 1stopbedrooms. -

ratingGreat customer service. Their products look great and are good quality. AND - they are significantly less expensive than other companies (namely wayfair - more than $600 less for the same product!) Any questions I had were responded to promptly and with accurate information. I would highly recommend 1stopbedrooms to Everyone! And as you can see from the photo - it’s cat approved too!! -

ratingI received my order today which was 2 weeks earlier than my last update on delivery. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Delivery was within the time window that it was scheduled for. I would definitely recommend 1Stopbedrooms to anyone who is looking for quality and dependability in a furniture company. ratingI've searched for the furniture I purchased for over 1 year before I chose 1StopBedrooms b/c of the price and their offer of delivery & set up in my home. The price was the best I could find! They responded to any questions quickly with answers/updates. When I had a big problem with the delivery co I contacted them & they helped resolve the issue. I was very disappointed by the delivery co but 1StopBedrooms fixed the issue with help, understanding, support, and a quick resolution. I am satisfied with my furniture! It is everything and more! So beautiful and the BEST Price! I highly recommend 1StopBedrooms! -

ratingAfter reading some reviews I was hesitant to order from this site. However, I’m very pleased with my purchase. I just had back surgery and have not found any of my furniture comfortable. Therefore, my sister purchased this same over-sized reclining electric chair years ago and I found it so comfortable. So, I took a chance and ordered one for me. It’s the most comfortable place for me to sit now. I’m sorry I didn’t have this already when I came home from the hospital. -

I would not hesitate to purchase from Sean again, I certainly will look forward to doing so. ratingI was told to call 1StopBedrooms after placing my online order for a location verification. I was a bit Leary as I had taken care of the financial side of it already when placing the order. However, the next morning, I spoke with Simon in their Customer Support Department and he not only helped with the verification of my location but he also made suggestions for products that I could receive sooner. I am a first time customer and so far I am pleased with the service. Hopefully, my items will be delivered promptly and they will continue with a 5 star review! Thank you Simon! -

ratingI absolutely love Kobi from 1Stop Bedrooms! He is so helpful, honest and professional!! He really works to make the customer happy! Kobi goes above and beyond that of a typical salesperson! I will continue to work with him. My advice: pay him well or another company will snatch him up! PS. This is the second time he has helped me out with an order. He was great when I purchased a set of dining room chairs from him!!! -

ratingAlthough I had a slight telephone tiff with a sales rep (which was partly my fault), and although it took a month from my on-line order to delivery, 1StopBedrooms had the best price on the internet for the piece I wanted. Shipping and delivery was a bit pricey but reasonable and the delivery people were responsive and pleasant. It also was easy to keep track of my order status through their website. I got what I wanted at a fair price and minimal hassle, and recommend this seller. -

ratingThe online shopping experience was very good. Photos, descriptions and dimensions were provided. Checking out was on a secure site. Delivery and communication couldn't have been better. We received our purchase abt a week sooner than expected. The sectional we received is as expected and my hubby is totally pleased. We will order from them again. -

ratingAs far as the pricing 5 stars!!! Hassle free process. Was nervous at 1st because I never heard of this company before but I would buy again especially if it's something small like barstools. Company was easy to work with and shipping was fast. This isn't a review on the chairs but I will say they were packaged very well and seem to hold up but it's only been a day so far. -

ratingThey had exactly what I was looking for, at the most affordable price compared to other sites that I searched on. Super easy to place the order. When I called, as requested, to verify my shipping address a few days in advance, the gentleman I spoke with was very friendly & very helpful. I received a delivery confirmation call one day before delivery & then also 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery men were very friendly, professional & courteous. They were on top of my order from beginning to end. My loveseat arrived & it is beautiful! That is excellent customer service. I will definitely go to 1StopBedrooms 1st when searching for new furniture items. -

ratingThis is the second time we have ordered from 1 stop bedrooms. Both experiences have been great. The bedroom set was beautiful and sturdy my daughter loved it. She has had it 2 years and it still looks new. The couch we got this week, the shipping was a little long, but I purchased right before Christmas so it was expected. It is just as described. -

ratingPurchased this for the townhouse we are renting. It’s a great piece of furniture!! Great price ! I don’t know if they offer actual delivery to the room you want it in because they dropped it in our garage on a palette. It was so very heavy and my husband and I had to get it upstairs to the kitchen!!! Ouch!! It’s exactly what I was hoping for. We love it! -

The phone rep was friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions regarding delivery. The sectional sofa I ordered came a month sooner than originally scheduled. ratingI had never bought from 1StopBedrooms before. I needed a sectional and wanted faux leather, particularly in gray. When I was scrolling through, it got harder to choose. I found the exact one I needed and took a chance on ordering. When I received my couch, I was beyond thrilled. It is perfect. I know Ashley furniture puts out great products so I was not hoping for a comfortable chair, I knew that was coming with the quality. I’m super big on reviews, so I was amazed that this establishment had over a 4.7 stars out of 5 from almost every customer. At that point, I was sold! I found a beautiful sofa that I purchased the day before thanksgiving. Everything about the purchase and the delivery as been professional, and top tier. The communication, the emails, the phone calls for updates, 100% professional. When my sofa delivered yesterday, not only were the gentlemen nothing short of kind, but also the sofa was package PERFECTLY! I’m obsessed with my sofa. 1StopBedrooms has earned a lifetime customer out of me because I am in awe with the professionalism! If you are looking for a reason to purchase, let me be that reason. ratingI found 1 stop bedrooms online when doing a search for furniture as a gift for my Mom. She had been looking for side tables for her living room. The prices were reasonable compared to buying elsewhere. It was easy to purchase online, items shipped quickly and were packaged very well. As I was assembling the tables I had a small issue with one of the table legs. I called the company and received a call back very quickly, and the issue was resolved with promise of a new replacement part to be shipped shortly. My mom is very excited with the tables and the quality. I am very grateful for the representative I spoke to, Robin, as she was very well informed , understood my issue, and made the entire process painless. I appreciate Robin returning my call even though I am sure it was near the end of her workday. She was so personable, had a great sense of humor and represented the company well. I have already told several people to check out 1 Stop Bedrooms and I already have an eye on a bench for my dining room. Great experience in spite of the snag with the table leg. ratingI just placed an order-so my review is only for that (yet to see how delivery is). I first called local Ashley store ($150 more)-they would match this price and delivery about 6-8 weeks. By the way-most reviews weren’t too favorable for ease of delivery. I would also need to drive 35 miles each way to pick it up. Called here-Raymond was wonderful! Will ship right away- 3 weeks to delivery. He took my info to place over the phone to cut down on a day or two off delivery time. I know I will like the chair-so hoping it comes smoothly to my door -
