ratingWe bought the Swift Clydesdale LAF Power Reclining Sectional Swift Collection by Parker House. It showed up well packaged without any damage, and so far we love it. One thing for buyers to know before hand when ordered. The power recliner batteries do not come with the price listed. You will pay about $75-$100 for each battery to have assembled before shipment. We had three power recliners; two with the power headrests. The power headrests are an amazing additional feature to the power recliners. -

ratingImpeccable customer service! We were placing a larger order for a full dining set, china cabinet and living room pieces and Charlie went above and beyond to help us select the right sizes and made the entire ordering process seamless. He was thorough and reassuring of what would fit in our home based on the measurements we provided. Literally the best service I’ve ever had with a furniture company. Tomorrow is the big day and we’re super excited for the beautiful set to arrive. I’ll be providing a second review upon receipt of my pieces, but if the quality of their furniture is as great as their customer service then we’re in for a treat! Thank you, Charlie! -

ratingFrom (was) Fort Myers Beach to (now) Naples, FL. After losing almost everything to hurricane in a few months ago, I stumbled across one stop bedrooms while searching for what would be my replacement furniture. I have never ordered full sets of furniture online before and to be honest, was reluctant to conduct the transaction. After sending weeks searching, I kept coming back to One Stop. Their selection was extensive and the prices were competitive. Plus, I was given so many options regarding financing, delivery services and package discounts. I found EVERYTHING I was looking for And purchased a complete dining and bedroom suite. The furniture I received is top quality and beautiful. I am finally starting to feel whole again. Hurricane Ian took a lot from me in Southwest Florida, but One Stop Bedrooms has made this girl, VERY HAPPY!! Thank you One Stop! PS: There is so much on the One Stop site that I love soooooo much. The product material was soft and top quality for both the sofa & love seat. The chair was unique as well. On top of that- fast delivery and professionals when handling and placing products in home. Top notch ! Would recommend and purchase over & again! -

ratingI found the chairs I wanted on this site for less than any other store. They came in perfect condition and only slightly delayed! I would definitely order from 1Stop again for my furniture needs. It’s virtually the same product as high-end retailers for a fraction of the cost. Also, their customer service is great! I was able to get a human on the phone instead of an annoying automated line. -

ratingI was hesitant to order because I’d never heard of this company. I called weekly because the website’s tracking wasn’t showing any progress but the technicians assured me it was a glitch and it was being processed for transition. In total it took 8 weeks which is what I was quoted at checkout. Please rest assured knowing they are reputable. I love my office furniture and will be ordering more pieces very soon. -

ratingAt first, it was very hard to complete the information necessary when I felt when I ordered the piece of furniture that all the information had already been given. I was not made aware that you needed to order batteries for the piece. However, I did order them, which was an additional cost had I known this I would have gone with something else that included the batteries. Other than that customer service was great. We solve the issue and Hopefully I will get my piece of furniture sooner than what they’re saying I am to get it. -

Had to make a correction to the billing address after my order was placed, and that was a pleasant process with customer service (shout out to Simon). ratingWe have been looking for a table for over a year. We wanted something rustic, sturdy and beautiful! We found it with the Tuscan Vintage Mocha Expandable table! We love to entertain and wanted a table that was expandable to our needs. This table is well made, solid woods and beautiful. We highly recommend it. It was fast and easy to put together and completely updated our kitchen with the table, bench and chairs. All solid and very well made! -

ratingI read a lot of reviews….that said I was skeptical about buying from 1stopbedrooms. Their reviews were all over the place. But they had the best prices! So I took a gamble. And boy did it pay off. I had nothing short but a great experience. Great communication and my huge sectional (which is amazing) was delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend you take the gamble and buy from this company! From the top to the bottom A+++ -

ratingI found some barstools that I loved on a different site but they were very expensive. Imagine how it surprised I was to find the exact same barstools at one 1stopbedrooms for a much better price and shipping was expedited. I got them within a week. I am so very happy. Customer service was great as well. I will definitely look at one stop bedroom before I go to any other place to purchase furniture It is high quality products at a fantastic price. -

ratingI ordered an Ashley sofa and loveseat on Nov 5th. 1Stop kept me informed every step of the way during the process of getting it to us in Florida. Free delivery and I saved hundreds of dollars ordering from 1Stop vs Ashley. We were told it would take two months but it was efficiently and professionally delivered early on Dec 12. It was a very pleasing experience. -

ratingI ordered a table and barstools. The top of the table got messed up in shipping. I contacted the claims department and got Steve K. He was great! I let him know that I had just moved and was having a party and really needed my table together. He kept communicating with me every step of the way and I got my replacement in time for the party. Great customer service. -

My purchase arrived damaged, and when I contacted 1stopbedrooms to place a damage claim, I was truly amazed and surprised at how quickly they responded with a very satisfactory solution. This was also my first time hearing of 1stopbedrooms, but, without a doubt, they are now at the top of my list for furniture purchases. Their prices and availability are very noteworthy. The delivery outcome was unfortunate, but I look forward to shopping with them again! -

He was able to take the wrong item off and place the new item (I had the web ID ready) on and complete my order in less then 5 mins. ratingI ordered from 1 StopBedrooms and found the perfect mirror. I found one similar elsewhere but came across their website and it was literally 1/2 the price and the quality is superb! ratingI never heard of this company but found them on the Internet when looking for an Ashley Rafferty chair side table. They I called and they assured me this was a very reputable company and not a scammer. So I placed my order and received it within 5 days! Please note that the company shipped from New York to Colorado and my side table was in excellent shape. I will definitely order from them again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family! -

He verified every detail making sure I got what I needed to go with the chairs and even tried to save me money from white glove service as there was nothing to put together. ratingThis review is identical to our first, but we actually had 2 separate orders, placed 1 day apart. They delivered both orders on the same day. Initially we were nervous about ordering furniture we’d never seen over the internet, from a company we’d never dealt with. We were especially concerned that the furniture would be back ordered for months or simply impossible to get. But we were pleasantly surprised with our experience from start to finish. Our order was promptly acknowledged and we were kept updated every step along the way. The furniture was on our doorstep in just a few weeks and although we haven’t unboxed it yet (the room is still under construction), it appears to be of good quality and just what we expected. We saved hundreds of dollars, which makes us very happy! -

ratingI was nervous about ordering furniture online especially since we had just had a bad experience with Coleman furniture. We took the leap and I’m glad we did! I highly recommend 1stopbedrooms! The entire experience was flawless! We found a sectional and recliner set here in town that was way over our budget. We found the exact same set at 1stopbedrooms at a HUGE discount! We also got delivery in half the time the local store estimated. From the time we ordered until delivery was only 12 days and that was right before Thanksgiving and post-Covid, when other companies are having crazy delays and shortages! I will order from this company over and over and I will tell everyone I know they are amazing! If you are afraid to buy furniture from a company online, this is the company you need to buy from! A five star rating is not enough. -

ratingEverything about my experience with 1stopbedrooms was great. They had the lowest price on the couch I bought. They had the lowest price, even cheaper than Ashley furniture which is wear the couch came from. Ordering was easy and I was kept informed of when my item would arrive. I even received my couch earlier than anticipated and they already had the fastest turnaround time. I would highly recommend 1stopbedrooms. Zero complaints, honestly! -
