ratingI called 1stopbedrooms to verify my mailing address and spoke with Joe. I only had to wait for about 15 seconds before my call was answered and my address was quickly verified. Joe was also very helpful in answering my questions and concerns about the shipping date. We have guests coming at the end of this month and Joe expedited our shipping to ensure that we will have our couch before our guests arrive. Thank you so much for your help, Joe! We can’t wait to receive our couch and we will definitely be using 1stopbedrooms again! -

ratingI placed my order on a Saturday and by Thursday night the trucking company was calling me to setup a time for delivery. When they came they said they had 7 pieces. I told them I only ordered a Sofa and loveseat, so they took it back. I contacted the store on a Saturday and they were closed so I left a message. I was surprise that someone from1Stopbedrooms called me back two hours later and explained to me that my set came in 7 pieces. Long story short I received furniture today and we love it. My mother-in-law loved it so much she went on line and placed a order for her home. I have to give them 5 stars because this was the most easiest trans action I have ever had buying furniture and everyone was so nice. The price was out of this world, trust me I shopped around. I plan to tell all my friends about 1StopBedrooms. -

ratingThe product I ordered was delivered within a week. At my local furniture store the price was $150 higher and would have taken 6 weeks to delivery. I am SO glad I came across 1StopBedrooms. And now I know they don't only sell bedroom stuff! My L-shaped desk is so sturdy and just what I was looking for, so I ordered the matching bookcase - also reasonably priced and quick! -

ratingThey are awesome! This is the second time I’ve ordered from them. First time was during the pandemic and they were able to ship when everyone else couldn’t. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This time they ended up saving me money on white glove delivery. Customer service called me to let me know It wasn’t necessary to order white glove as it already comes assembled. They could save me 70 dollars if I just used room of choice delivery. I couldn’t believe how honest and awesome that was in this day and age. I highly recommend this company. -

ratingI purchaned this 66" console to place my 77" TV on. It fits perfect with just an inch overhang on the ends. The console is very well made (no particle board) from solid wood and is pretty heavy as would be expected. The large unit arrive with only minor damage to an inside shelf. The glass panels were intact, which was a pleasant surprise. Even if the glass was broken it would have been easy to replace since the pane is attached with simple removable fasteners. No scraches or marks anywhere on the outside. It looks great and I am very pleased with this purchase. My only complaint was that the delivery date got pushed back twice which I blame on the holidays. I purchased this unit just after Thanksgiving. It took over 30 days to arrive. -

ratingTheir customer service is very thorough. Even when the address of billing and shipping don’t match. They emailed me to confirm who I was by then calling me back to insure the purchase was legit. I can appreciate that to help prevent fraud on my card. I was also able to make an upgrade and do a swap out on one purchase and only deleting a product on another. I was also able to get help on a shipment set to take a long time to be delivered to be pushed that it comes a lot earlier that would be useful for me. Even when they are able to access your cart when you don’t have an account that they can help you complete you purchase while expanding your choices to ensure you get exactly what you need was pretty solid. -

ratingThe response time and accuracy of delivery was amazing! From purchasing a couch, to adding on a mattress upgrade…. I had the most amazing experience. The delivery team was excellent and their delivery coordinator leading up to delivery and day of delivery was great. They communicated with me via phone, email and through text at my convenience. Would start my next furniture or bedroom search through them again and again! -

ratingThis sofa and love seat combo is truly amazing! It's stylish and very, very soft. I don't even want to sit on it, just stare at it all day and night. I love it! Not only was the shipping fast and free I have been shopping for this ottoman to match my couches for quite some time and had never seen a price that low. ratingI would highly recommend 1stopbedrooms to anyone. I was looking for a particular product on the internet and had searched many websites. 1stopbedrooms had the best pricing out of anyone. I placed my order with them for 2 loveseats and 2 couches. My experience from the ordering process all the way through delivery was excellent. There is absolutely nothing I could complain about. They were thorough in all their responses and I was kept informed every step of the way. I will continue to do business with 1stopbedrooms and will recommend them to anyone. -

ratingI’ve ordered several items here and was skeptical because I’d never heard of this site. I had a few questions about a coupe of orders and their customer service is ON IT. Super kind. Super helpful. Super accommodating. I haven’t received my items yet because I only ordered last week but I’m sure they’ll be fantastic. Tip: call 24-48 hours after you place your order to approve it so they can ship it. It has to be approved by you over the phone before shipping. They’ll send you a text with a link to confirm your approval within a week…but if you don’t want to wait just call and have it done asap. -

Loved the option of ordering chairs for the set without upholstery. During the phone call to verify our rural address, the delivery process and options were thoroughly explained to me. ratingThis was an easy process from the start. The website was easy to navigate. I did have a few questions. I easily found a number to call and didn’t have to wait to speak to someone. They were professional as well as helpful. I missed my first delivery due to a miscommunication, but they were able to easily remedy that without much wait and worked around my schedule. ratingAfter reading all the reviews, I was hesitant and scared at first that I was going to get scammed with this company. So I called their customer service dept and thankfully, the representative was pleasant and very helpful. I received texts that informed me of the status and when my furniture would be expected. They even texted me when they were on their way. Overall, I am pleased with the delivery and so far the furniture as well. Looking forward to doing more business with 1StopBedrooms. -

As soon as my order was placed, I was reached out to by a representative that confirmed order and shipping process. They over delivered on the delivery date by several days and the gentlemen that brought the couch to my home were very polite and mindful of my home while bringing inside. -

What matters most is how does a company respond and behave when everything doesn't go as planned? Sometimes things go sideways. That is life. ratingGreat experience with this gentleman he went above and beyond all expectations in answering all my questions he was friendly and helpful he even matched prices with Ashley’s furniture sale price an asked if I wanted the furniture treated. Never even thought of that but was glad he asked because I watch my 7 and 9 year old grandchildren and have an old dog who likes to hang out on the couch. All in all was a very pleasant conversation and enjoyed talking to him great job sir !!! -

ratingI received a notice to confirm shipping versus billing address. Simon was very helpful. He let me know my order was missing the base foundation for the mattress & box springs. He added that to my order so I wasn't blindsided when its delivered. Disappointed over 2 to 4 weeks for delivery when order stated it would ship to me by 11/10/24 but the total price was very helpful. -

I finally called and spoke with Shawn. He helped me get it ordered. I'm so excited and can't wait for my delivery they said 4 wks but could possibly be sooner. ratingI honestly was very skeptical of buying furniture online, but I'm glad I took the risk as this was a wonderful experience. It did take a while (i think it was 5 weeks), but when I called to get some clarification, they had great customer service and assured me that my furniture was on the way. Even told me how to cancel if I decided to once the furniture was at the warehouse. The furniture was delivered and set up by a friendly and helpful person. AND the furniture was nicer than I expected for the price. I got a great deal on beautiful furniture. I get so many compliments on it. -

ratingI purchased the Port Townsend Grey And Seaside Pine 92" Extendable Rectangular Leg Dining Table and paired with Stanton Side Chairs. Everything was incredibly well-packaged and looks just like the pictures online. It's truly solid wood and beautifully made. They did not cut corners in their craftsmanship - including finishing the underside of the table and using beautiful pieces of wood without knots or cracks. Extending the table could not be simpler. The chairs have tremendous support and cushion. I love the tall backs. For anyone interested in the chairs, please be aware it's a velour fabric. I was not aware of that. -

The set was purchased to accommodate a built in breakfast nook we added to our custom home. We’ve since sold the home and the dining set lacked additional seating. Searching the internet I found the matching chairs through 1StopBedroom. We received them and they truly are a perfect match same wood, same style and same color and same quality.
