ratingSo I spoke with joe and I just moved so my information with my bank zip code and address was not the same as what I was using I was not able to make a purchase one simple phone call and my purchase was made simple easy and quick that’s what I enjoy was how fast and easy the process was gave them my credit card number gave my old address confirmed my new address and less then 2 minutes on hold and my purchase was made thanks for the easy on point service -

ratingI would order from 1StopBedrooms over and over! They are fantastic! Let me start by saying I was skeptical, but I took that leap and I’m sure glad I did. We went shopping locally and found a sectional and recliner we loved, but it was way out of our budget. We decided to look online and see if we could find it at a better price. We actually found it at Coleman furniture first and we were thrilled because it was such a good price but the experience ended up being a nightmare. They took money out of my account multiple times and I had to wait days to get it back and then after over a week and after they told me the furniture was about to ship, they sent me an email telling me that they were unable to get my items from the manufacturer and that my order was canceled. We continued to look online and saw that 1stopbedrooms had The sectional and recliner that we were looking for as well and had mostly good reviews so we took our chances. Not only did we save $1800 on the collection that we wanted but their communication was excellent, and we got our furniture way faster than expected! From the day we ordered until the day it arrived, was only 12 days and that was during the holidays as well as post-Covid when a lot of companies have delays! Just WOW. We did not do white glove delivery, but we had everything brought inside our door and did the unpackaging ourselves. We had a lot of packaging to get rid of choosing that type of delivery service but everything arrived in perfect condition. I cannot recommend 1stopbedrooms enough, and I will be using them for everything that I buy in the future! If you’re skeptical about ordering furniture online just do it- you won’t be disappointed! :-) -

ratingCustomer service was excellent. They replied in less than 24 hours to every question raised. Delivery was on time and item exceptionally packed to ensure no damage to merchandise. Directions for assembly were complete and easy to understand. And every piece necessary for assembly was avaliable. Merchandise was exactly what was advertised. Complete satisfaction with every detail of the sales, marketing and delivery process. -

ratingI'm closing on a new house on 12/1/22 and wanted to find items in stock that fit my taste. Simon was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as we went through each room I was furnishing. He was able to bundle bedroom items to save me money and thoroughly explained all services offered by 1SB. If there is recognition for awesomeness, I highly recommend you consider Simon. I furnished my other home to 1SB and had a similar experience - great customer service and great prices!!! -

We ordered our large coffee table from 1StopBedrooms website, but I noticed that the estimated delivery date was quick approaching and my item was still in the “processing” phase. I sent an email to customer service, and it was one of the the most efficient and effective interactions I’ve ever had from a customer support email! They had my item processed and shipped within 3 days of contacting them. -

ratingI had shopped around for a sofa bed and found one I liked in a store. After searching several other stores I thought I had found the best price. Nevertheless, I googled the product and found other online order options. I saved several hundred $$ with 1Stop which included FREE delivery. The entire process with 1Stop was super simple, and telephone support was phenomenal. I got exactly what I wanted precisely when I was supposed to get it and in perfect condition. No delays. Was kept abreast of the status of my order and delivery every step of the way. The delivery team was prompt, courteous, and right on time. Due to using a discount, online, company, I anticipated subpar service. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend 1Stop. -

ratingThe purchase experience was great due to wonderful customer service from Coby. I had called earlier this morning, but needed to consult with my wife about the purchase. Coby addressed my concerns about the quality of the wood used for the bed construction. We have never bought a bedroom set online, always preferring to touch, feel, and test the sturdiness of a piece of furniture before buying it. When I told Coby that we have bought beds costing much less than the bed we are buying and they included the inner support frame, he was able to get the support system included with no additional cost to us. We look forward to getting our bedroom set delivered and assembled within the next 10-14 days. Our experience will certainly help us to refer friends and family to 1 Stop Bedrooms. ratingI went shopping yesterday (all day) and could not find anything I liked. I found 1StopBedrooms(by accident) and fell in love with this table! I placed a call back and within minutes ( I thought it would be a day or two!) And spoke with the Most wonderful man, Joe!! He helped me place my order( I am not very tech savvy) explained and answered all my questions and as we could really use this at Thanksgiving, he said he would do everything he could to expedite my order and pray it gets here in time. But regardless of that, I'm so so excited and happy I found Joe!! Will be ordering Livingroom furniture next!! I give you a 10!! -

ratingI purchase an end table from 1StopBedroms. I shopped around for this particular table, and they had the best price around (much less expensive than a certain huge online retailer!). There was a small delay in shipping, but that’s no surprise in this post-Covid world. They did notify me of the delay, and it turned out to be less than they thought. The table itself was packaged very well and arrived with no damage to the table or the box. I will definitely shop here again! -

I saw what I wanted on the Ashley site but they're price was more than I wanted to pay, so I did a little digging in Google and found 1Stop Bedrooms had the very best price AND (wait for it...) Free Shipping! They have been updating their site with status and even called to verify my delivery address. I can't wait to get my new sleeper sofa and have more friends and family come to stay!! -

ratingI was looking to get an extra nightstand and stumbled across this website. I had previously purchase my bedroom suit from Ashley Furniture but the nightstand was very expensive and the shipping cost was higher than I thought it would be. I have not received my purchase as I’ve just placed my order but I’m looking forward to it being delivered. I’ll update my review when it comes in. -

ratingFirst of all, I must sing the praises of your Customer Service Agent Simon! I was ready to cancel my order because I was unaware of oh expensive the shipping costs would be and the time frame involved. Simon very professionally and politely made me see the light. He explained how much money I was saving on the item compared to other retailers even with shipping costs and the delay and even discounted the shipping for me. I of course was convinced that he was 100% correct and am going ahead with placing the order! He is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise turbulent world. Please acknowledge him as such! ratingThere were many items to choose from on the website and unlike furniture stores, the ETA for products were only two weeks after the purchase. I also admired the fact that the site took extra precautions and reassured my purchase because my billing and shipping address were different. ratingYour website was easy to work with when looking at office furniture. You offer wide range of product costs. Was impressed with your transportation of large pieces. Liked your 2021 online rating with Newsweek. I called in and left my phone number and Charlie called me back. Had several questions that he was able to answer for me and got me to the best product for my use. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Easy to converse with. Pointed out something I had missed. You are lucky to have an employee like Charlie. He truly likes what he is doing and it shows in his level of customer service. His help made my day! -

ratingI’ve had the best customer service EVER! We are not going to be home during the delivery, so they put a hold on it, so we can be home during the delivery! I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but I’m almost positive that it started with an R, Raymond, Ramon? I’m not sure, but I do know that he was extremely helpful! We went to Ashley store (franchise), and they kept trying to get us to buy furniture that was 3 times more expensive that we even let them know we didn’t want. 1stopbedrooms had what we wanted with better shipping time, and clearly no sales pressure. -

ratingThe delivery date is not what I was expecting, I was starting to worry.. But today I got a call and my furniture is on its way. The customer service was great, polite and professional, the process was super easy from shopping website, purchasing/financing and upgrading if needed! Representative was so helpful when I did call… Just be mindful of the delivery date, that maybe slightly delayed.. I was okay with that, and everything else was great so 5 stars for me! I’m super excited about the furniture! -

ratingWe had a fantastic experience buying our sectional couch! The product details were easy to follow as well as the measurements and the checkout process was super easy as well. We went with one stop bedrooms because the pricing was also better than a lot of the other competitors that we looked at so we were sure we were making the right decision. The movers were awesome too, they were careful moving the furniture off the truck and into my home. I will say so far I am pleased with what I got (I am still waiting on my sectionals) the tulip accent chair I received was just as on the picture. I just love it. The size of it is perfect for my leisure room. I will enjoy it. -

ratingDespite a backorder that caused over a 2 month wait time for the endtable I'd ordered, I was notified, given the option to continue with the order or cancel with full refund. By the time of my upcoming arrival date, I had moved and needed to do an address change. The customer service representative was very protective of the order, and did quite a security search to insure that I was indeed the original person placing the order and rightful person to receive the product. The package arrived without damage to box or product~a very happy event these days! I was easily able to put the table together myself. And it is of the look and quality that was presented online.
