ratingThe customer service has been great with 1StopBedrooms. I was a little disappointed to find out that I had to purchase brackets separately for my sectional couch to connect them together after I put the order in. Otherwise everything has been great with giving me updates on the process. I am looking forward to getting my new couch and enjoying it for years to come. -

ratingThis is our second time purchasing from this company. The last time the purchase went smoothly although the furniture was not comfortable. This time we spoke with a representative and he was extremely helpful in our decision to make another purchase of more comfortable living room furniture. The representative was friendly and knowledgable and very helpful in making sure we had the necessary items to be able to hook-up the pieces upon delivery. -

ratingI have been searching for weeks to purchase a 2 drawer lateral file cabinet and a swivel chair. No one else has it in stock nor could they even tell me when it could be back in stock. We purchased new couches and were contacted shortly after purchase asking if we would like to get the stain guard added to the couches, we have young kids so that’s a must, we are so glad someone reached out because we did not see the option when purchasing. The updates by text and email were great at letting you know where your order is at. Delivery was smooth and quick, a text message notified us the couch was 10 minutes away, always good to have a heads up. 10/10 recommend. -

The home bar and stools we purchased is great quality and not cheap whatsoever…and the not only was the customer service amazing when I called to confirm my appointment, the installers were great too and very professional! ratingOur family had a long vacation from July to August. I ordered a sofa before that, but later I received a message saying that the delivery time was delayed. I was a little worried that I would not receive the sofa before we left home. It was a pity that the delivery time changed again and again. I thought the order had been cancelled, but finally we found that the sofa had arrived when we came back from the long vacation. My daughter was very happy because it was her choice. The sofa is large and soft, more suitable for a large living room, but my daughter likes it very much. -

ratingAfter losing all my primary furniture in a house fire I was so happy to see the exact sofa I'd had available for nearly $600 less than when I first bought it two years ago. It's hard to explain, but being able to replace the sofa with the one I loved is such a comfort to me. The sleeper sofa we ordered is exactly as described, with great quality and comfort and cheaper price than anywhere else we looked. Delivery was quicker than expected (3 days earlier), and the sofa bed arrived in excellent condition. Due to it being outside of their regular working hours, I was sent to voicemail and set it up so they could call me back at a later time. I expected to get a call tomorrow, but a little over an hour after my initial call, I receive a call back. I talked with the representative (Joe) and was able to get my furniture ordered and a delivery set up very quickly. It was a quick and simple process, and if I need more furniture, I may just know who to turn to. -

ratingVery efficient service right through to the "on time" delivery. Everything was beautifully packed with no scuffs at all. The chairs look beautiful and are well designed for easy assembly. We were delighted with the carvings on the backs and legs which made them look very classy. The whole experience was great and we will enjoy our purchase for many years enhancing our dining room. -

ratingWe went to an Ashley furniture store saw a set I loved , but wanted to see if someone else might carry it for less . I came home to search and found 1Stop Bedrooms not only carried the same furniture it was a good 600 less than Ashley. I love saving money on the same furniture and all the perks of an Ashley store. -

Couch was delivered earlier than expected, and the delivery guys were great; they were very respectful and considerate, and were able to get the job done very quickly.
