ratingTo my delight, a Fantastic young man, Colby, quickly answered my call last night! He could not have been better in a single way. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, with zero pressure. This young man spent as long as I needed on the call with me. I've been shopping for furniture an extremely long time, I've been in a new place with a bed and dining room set for three years, that all I had. When I called I had no intention of making a purchase, Colby was such a wealth of information I felt great about finally making a purchase. ratingHonestly one of the best shopping experiences. Was hesitant at first with how much cheaper the prices were vs Ashley Furniture. Attempted to haggle with Ashley Furniture to get closer to 1StopBedroom's prices. They told they wouldn't price match 1StopBedroom's due to customer's having bad experiences. Boy was I glad they didn't. This was the easiest shopping experience. Shopped online, ended up calling to place my order and ask some questions. Raymond assisted me and was very helpful and easy to work with. Was able to confirm the item was in stock and would be able to ship with in the next two weeks to help my concerns about long shipping times that others have reported. Raymond also let me know if I placed my order with him, it'd save some of the shipping time as the website takes longer to process. - Was also able to upgrade me from curbside shipping to in home shipping for free as this was my first purchase with them. Couch shipped with in two days as the website said it would. Couch arrived in my local area and received a call from the local delivery drivers on when to schedule my delivery. Couch arrived exactly the time they said it would along with being given a 30 min prior curtesy call as a heads up. Delivery drivers were extremely nice, fast and efficient. Very careful with all pieces of the couch, and ensuring no damage to any of my walls or doorway. In the end, I saved $1000 on my couch vs the exact same model from Ashley Furniture. Shipping was free, and the couch arrived in a week vs the 3-6 weeks Ashley advertised. Don't hesitate buying from here. Amazing service, give them a call to order and ask any questions you have. Fantastic service. -

ratingFinding what I was looking for on their website was easy and they also had the best price. Shipping seems to be a very reasonable amount of time. I won't receive what I ordered for a week to 10 days but shipping was also free! I had a different shipping address and billing address that they requested I verify (which I liked), and someone actually answered the phone, which is very rare these days. -

ratingI tried calling to customer service yesterday and after multiple calls waiting hours no one answered. Automated system says to push 1 to receive a call back. Then drops you. Today I called around 3 and Sean answered and was very helpful. Answered my questions and advised calling back before 7 if I was ready to place my order. I just called and spoke with him and ordered a 7 piece sectional and he was very knowledgeable with warranties and wear, delivery so on. Placed order in less than 10 min. -

ratingI've ordered twice from this company. Most recent was formal dining room furniture. The hutch was lost in transit, and the table and buffet were damaged. Not 1Stop's fault, but I was having a hard time getting resolution until I was transferred to Jaki A. Jaki had resolution lined up within 24 hours. He kept in touch throughout the process. Damaged furniture has been repaired to perfection, and missing hutch is in transit. Thanks to Jaki I'll be back,. -

It is a long wait to get them on the phone but when you do connect, they have great customer service. Everyone is helpful and their automated service is easy to work through as well. ratingCommunication was very good. I was informed of a delay and was given the opportunity to cancel the order. Decided to continue with the order and before you knew it the order was delivered. The crew who delivered and put the dining room set together did an excellent job. They were very organized and managed to put the entire dining set together in about an hour. They removed all debris and left the working area very clean. By the way we love the dining set. Definitely would order from 1StopBedrooms again. Great job! -

ratingCan’t say enough about 1Stop bedrooms. I was looking for 3 couches through a different cite and was unable to purchase them due to the high price. Then I found the same couch’s for much less on 1Stop bedrooms! I saved a ton of money and an extremely happy with my new set. They called me a few days before delivery and set up a date and time range. Then the day of called me 30 minutes before they arrived. This made delivery super easy and convenient for me. Love the service and my new couches! -

To anyone that has read a bad review, I urge you to read all return and cancellation policies before buying. Pretty much everything you need to expect is laid out on the site. My furniture was backordered, adding an additional month to ship. 1stopbedrooms notified me immediately and I was given the option to wait or cancel and receive a full refund. -

ratingI ordered a beautiful table for my living room from 1 Stop Bedrooms last year, and I receive many compliments on it. The table arrived relatively quickly and was easy to assemble. Recently, I decided to order two matching end tables, which arrived just three days after I placed the order. ratingSo happy with the experience... I live in AZ so I was nervous about how all this would work with a NY-based company. BUT, went to the local Ashley Funiture store in AZ, and they wanted more than double for the same couch we purchased. I ordered it from 1stop, a local delivery company called, The guys set it up... all perfectly and at half the cost. Impressed. That was about 2 years ago. Just got around to posting today LOL. -

ratingAfter frustrations with Wayfair and the local Ashley store, I went on an internet search and landed at 1Stop. The price was the best out there. Ordering was super easy and in about two weeks my sectional arrived. The delivery guys were great and in a few short minutes I had a wonderful place to enjoy movie nights or long chats. 1Stop kept me informed all along the way. I will definitely come back when a furniture need pops up. Thanks for ensuring I didn't go another month without living room furniture. -

ratingFantastic experience from start to finish, the best price that we could find. When we ordered it we knew it was on back order, none of the local stores I tried to buy from could give me an ETA of when I would see it but 1Stop was able to provide us an ETA, updated us when there was a small delay, and actually wound up only missing the original ETA by one day. Delivery was as promised, furniture was exactly as expected and 25% cheaper that I could buy it for locally. If you are hesitant to make such a large purchase online then please consider this review a testament to a company doing exactly what they say they're going to do. We will be doing business with 1Stop bedrooms again! -

ratingI received excellent customer service! I had already placed an order with a different furniture company when they emailed me to say that the desk was going to be delayed 3 months. UNACCEPTABLE! I found the same item on 1StopBedrooms and gave them a call. I spoke with Stan who was very helpful. Stan explained how 1Stop could process the order, ship my desk right away, and since I did not have to pay for shipping the cost was less. It took me 3 days to cancel my previous order since I could not speak to anyone in person. I called 1Stop back and spoke this time with Raymond, who was also extremely helpful. Raymond helped me place my order, and arranged to have it delivered at the perfect time. Both Stan and Raymond offered me their phone extensions and asked me to please call them if I needed help with anything. This was truly the way customer service should be. I am so pleased. I purchased the Bali Curved Desk and File Cabinet. I can't wait to get them and then I will post pictures. -

I don’t know what they did but the moved it up and it was delivered today!! The date was imperative because of a wedding shower!! Love the couch loveseat and ottoman. Delivery was a breeze!! -

ratingSpoke with Steve Silver and he was GREAT!! After purchasing our bedroom set he advised me that we needed a boxspring frame and instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need he was honest and explained to me that a traditional bed frame would be sufficient, honesty like that is hard to come by these days. We’re extremely anxious to receive our furniture and I would highly recommend buying from 1STOPBEDROOMS and I can’t wait to post pictures -

When I spoke with Joe he was very calming and reassured me that my order was fine and that they just want to make sure my address was correct . ratingWe bought a chair. It came pretty quickly. The instructions would have been perfect except that they had already done some of the things they said we would have to do, so it was just a little confusing. The assembly was surprisingly good. All the holes lined up perfectly and the tools they gave us to use were just right. We had it put together in less than 30 minutes once we figured out that some of the tasks had already been done. We had a little problem making the 4 legs level. But honestly, it could be our floor. We put two felt pads under one leg and it is fine. We would buy from this brand again. -

ratingI love the couch. It is literally perfect! It is so comfortable and was the best price I could find. So far, it has worked well with my 2 dogs and I love that I can add more pieces to make it bigger if needed. It did take a few weeks to get, but it saved me a good amount of money so it was worth it. -

ratingSimple and Effective I ordered a sectional sofa with one stop bedrooms as I found them more cost friendly than other places I tried, I was a little nervous as i was thinking of the headache of having to deal with any problems with a faceless online company, however needn't have worried. First before my order dispatched they called me to ensure that everything was fully correct. When the sofa arrived (flawless delivery as well) I thought I was missing a set of feet that needed to be attached to the sofa, I emailed and within 30 minutes had reeived a callback with a very patient customer service agent, who helped me understand where they were hidden. The sofa is beautiful and I would not be happier with the service! Will definitely be doing more furniture shopping with them. -

ratingGreat couch, very comfortable! Raymond was very helpful with placing our order and getting us discounts! Very happy with couch, it is wonderful. Firm, but not hard, easy to get in and out of and even fits tall people. Note: to our surprise, inside delivery does not include setup and directions are almost non existent. The whole couch had to be tipped upside down to find all connectors. Very heavy and difficult for someone on disability. -

ratingA Great Buying Experience! I ordered the Georgia Dining Room Set with the bench and Server on April 19, 2024. It was delivered on June 11, 2024. I was expecting quality merchandise, but it was even better than what I was expecting. I was treated with respect by everyone, from the customer support personnel to the men who delivered it inside my threshold. This was the most expensive online purchase I've ever made so my wife and I were very nervous about it. ratingShipping and delivery took around a month which seemed like a con but to my surprise it was well worth it. My furniture was extremely well packed and arrived fully assembled without a scratch or nicked anywhere. My piece of furniture was 98” long and you can tell it was handled with care and over packed to ensure a safe arrival. I’m beyond pleased with the look of the item better than the websites pictures and all solid wood and built to last. This is not a cheap IKEA item. I would highly recommend buying from here and would pay more to have the service that I experienced. Old school service was imo now days it’s hard to find or match the quality this company is providing. Great job 1stopbedrooms you nailed it and have my future business. Thanks again -

ratingSo, as with others I was nervous about ordering through 1stop based on reviews We redid our family room and I really wanted a new couch. I went furniture shopping in a nearby town and MAN they are like wolves in there!! The woman who worked at Ashley hounded me for weeks and when I told her I ordered from 1stop she told me she had only heard horrible things and that my shipping would take weeks and if anything was damaged it wouldn't be replaced yada yada. I stood my ground and ordered anyway BUT I was nervous and kept hoping I didn't make a mistake. I saved about 1200 ordering from 1stop and it was so worth it. Shipping did take 20 days. They did keep me posted along the way though.. delivery was seamless and I didn't pay for white glove but the guys even brought it in my house. 10/10 would recommend and I will order from them again in the future 100%! We ordered the Sophie sectional In brown :) -

ratingJoseph. Manager called me offering a partial refund and he said that he put the partial refund on my card but I haven't received the refund as of yet. I removed my previous review because of Joseph contacting me and offering a partial refund. As soon as I get the partial refund I will be glad to post a more positive review accordingly. As of now I'm still waiting on my partial refund which he said will take approx 3-5 buisness days to post to my card.
