He provided information I didn't consider during my initial purchase, as a result will save me money in the long run. He was straight to the point and knew what he was doing. Easy to navigate website. Actually drawn to the website by a coupon savings extension and was able to purchase all the exact same items for alot less. Thanks again Joe! -

ratingI spoke to Kobi over the phone over our couch purchase and he was hands down simply the best. He was very personal, knowledgeable, and quickly got our order done the way we wanted. We are very excited to receive our new couch for our new home. We will definitely be using his extension to reach him again in the future when we make more furniture purchases. Thank you Kobi! -

ratingA wonderful experience from placing my order to the delivery. Furniture was packed nicely and in perfect condition. Delivery time was as expected. We needed an extended delivery date and 1stopbedrooms was extremely accommodating. An issue with the delivery company was immediately and efficiently rectified by, Susan, at 1stopbedrooms. She even called me later in the evening to follow up. I would absolutely recommend 1stopbedrooms for your furniture needs. A great experience!! -

My customer service rep, Dawn, was incredible as she followed up each week over a period of 6 weeks with me to provide status updates from the manufacturer. ratingI purchased a couch and reached out to have updates and expedited shipping due to oncoming childbirth. I got a response within hours and was promised fast shipping. I got an update each step of the way and got my furniture a week before my due date. Everyone was super nice, helpful and caring. ratingAfter placing my order i started seeing many bad reviews and was honestly so nervous about getting the wrong item or it be in bad shape. From my experience i feel as if the ones saying they have received broken items and claim they refuse to compensate it I’m having a hard time believing that. Everything was smooth start to finish and i do plan on ordering again in the future if i need a new piece of furniture i cant be happier with my couch -

ratingWe bought a couch from them and it’s a fantastic and comfortable couch for the price. We have an elderly dog that lost her bladder on one of the cushions and we spent weeks trying to clean it, but could not get the smell out. I reached out to customer service to ask about getting a replacement cushion and Steven with their customer service was a great help in getting it replaced quickly. -

ratingI have been looking at one-stop bedrooms furniture for months and I finally caved and bought a very expensive couch. It’s my first ever big purchase and it was nerve racking spending this much money online. An assistant called me right away to confirm my order and make sure the shipping address was correct. I will be purchasing from one stop bedrooms again. The representative was very kind and helpful. -

ratingI'm very excited about using this company they have had wonderful customer service. I bought the same bed on Amazon and it came completely destroyed. The actual side pieces were completely cracked in half. I had to stay on the phone with Amazon for hours trying to get my return done when they were supposed to pick it up they never showed up even though I stayed home all day waiting on them. When I called they said they weren't going to come because they had decided to change plans. They also told me they were going to make me put all the pieces back in the boxes. I highly recommend buying a bed from this company and not purchasing this type of object from Amazon because it was a complete nightmare. -

ratingI contacted your company to confirm the delivery details. During the call, the representative, Charlie, who was very knowledgeable and professional, advised me that I had not ordered the platform for the mattress to sit on. I had no idea this was needed so I very much appreciated Charlie’s attentiveness in making sure I received this item along with the bed. One thing I would add is that it was absolutely not obvious to me that I had to but this item so I hope the company takes note of that and makes it crystal clear that the bed does not come with that necessary component. Thank you. -

ratingI highly recommend the Lindyn modular sofa! We bought one for our home and one for our son’s apartment! The company is great to work with as well! If you are looking for a super comfy couch that is easy to clean. We have lots of dogs and if one of them pees on it…it just sits on top, so you can wipe it up! The delivery team was great too! They were fast and did a great job! -

I had to submit a request through customer service to correct my mistake and I was nervous that maybe I got scammed but one bedroom reassured me that. ratingMy bedroom set is perfect. I love the quality and looks of my set. Customer support was awesome. I called a couple times because I had a couple questions. They answered the phone and I spoke with a human who spoke perfect English both times. I was expecting delivery to take a long time but I actually received the entire order 2 days after I placed the order. I have no idea how they could do that with such a large shipment. I am a very satisfied customer. -

ratingI ordered the Lowder sectional in stone and it was exactly what we wanted. The cushions are extremely firm and after a couple weeks still hold their shape really well. I was hesitant buying furniture I could not see or feel in person but Steven from 1stopbedrooms made it all extremely easy. The white glove delivery is outsourced and two folks I had were just okay. Other than that the entire process was great. -

My grandson just turned ten, he had a pirate ship bed and felt like he was in need of a little change. I raised my daughter (his mother), as a single blind mother. Things were very difficult back then.But now that I have the means to help provide a good life for my grandchildren... you better believe it's the best feeling in the world. We search together to find his perfect dream bedroom set... something he can use later in his teenage years, to early adulthood. He was looking for style.I was looking for quality. We found the best of both at 1Stop Bedrooms. He's actually folding his clothes and color coding them, now that he has his new handsome bedroom set! His room looks absolutely amazing and he feels very special. We were not able to purchase the tall dresser.That belongs to the set simply because there was no space for it in his room. Being visually impaired and only being able to see things magnified, was a bit difficult. But the website was very helpful and easy to navigate.m! Thank you so much 1Stop bedroom! But then I was also amazed with their customer service and how they made sure that my wife and I were both happy with the product and the shipping of the product to get to our home before they said that it would arrive. ratingI ordered 2 couches a leather chair and ottoman on Dec 26 and was told delivery would be late January. We ordered something that turned out to be Out of Stock everywhere we checked. Today, April 3rd, three months later, we took delivery and are very happy with the product and the White Glove Delivery. 1 Stop BR has a great supporting staff and a great delivery service. Although we were nervous about ordering online, I am glad we did. The products showed up in their original factory wrapping and were uncrated in front of our house. I look forward to purchasing from them again. They are the real deal. -

However, I must say that the customer service representative I spoke with over the phone was very pleasant, and I could really use the $2500 gift card because I am a struggling single mother of three who always gets left out of almost everything. ratingThis is the second time I’ve ordered product from 1Stop Bedrooms. My most recent order was for a complete patio set. The price from 1Stop Bedrooms was $850 less than local furniture stores. Delivery time was reasonable and very conveniently delivered into my garage. Would definitely recommend 1Stop Bedrooms to anyone looking for Quality furniture at the most reasonable price possible. -

ratingI ordered my new sofa in January 2024 and it took an 8 week period for it to be made. I must admit I was quite impatient waiting for it to be delivered. I received it a week ago and I am thrilled with it. Its very well made, the color is beautiful and it looks wonderful in our living room. ratingBrowsing online for a sofa sleeper I ran into 1StopBedrooms! To my surprise they had exactly what I was looking for plus more. On top of the wonderful sales we weren’t too sure if they offered military discount so a quick phone call led us to a fast and friendly transaction over the phone. Although they weren’t able to provide a military discount they offered a great price cut elsewhere. The customer service I received from Ray, was above and beyond my expectations! It was made by Ashley, but Ashley did not offer the Table on their website. it took a little longer than anticipated, but once I set the final date for delivery, they were extremely prompt and were at my house very early in the morning. ratingThough it took almost a month to received my sofas it was worth the wait . Delivery was quick. I am so pleased with my sofas they are exactly what I order and are so comfortable that my cat can’t stop sleeping on them. I had to put blanks to cover the sofa cause of his nails. And the pull out bed is so comfortable my husband want to stay sleeping on them. Thank you so much for keeping me posted on when my sectional would be delivered. And I just love the color blue they are beautiful
