ratingI wanted to buy a particular coffee table to go with my new console, so I searched the internet for the best deal. The table is made by a popular company so it was offered by many sellers. I perused them all. When I landed on 1stopbedrooms I noticed that they offered free delivery along with a very competitive price. I placed the order and very quickly received a confirmation in my email. This was followed up with a phone call to verify my shipping information and an update on when I might expect delivery. I haven't received my table yet, but I do expect it in 2-3 weeks. All other sellers were 6-12 weeks out with an average of $240 delivery fee. If I end up having a problem with this company, I will revise my review, but in the meantime, I've been very pleased with the service. -

ratingMorris was very helpful and new exactly what I was ordering even though it was by phone with little info. Processed my order and gave details on shipping information and how the products looked as the online pictures were limited. Excellent customer service and pleasant. 1stopBedrooms had exactly what I was looking for and was able to ship to me as I saw the same products at another furniture store that could not ship to my address. Will definitely be shopping at 1stopBedrooms again. -

ratingThe young "gentleman" that handled my transaction was very professional and genuinely invested himself in assisting me in all details. He made sure I was informed of each step throughout the process, from the internet/purchase interaction with him, the shipping process, until the 'final' delivery. He was very knowledgeable of questions I asked of him and provided the answers without hesitation. Definitely a "5 Star" +++ associate! -

ratingI was skeptical on whether or not this website was legit, however I took a leap of faith once I saw a sofa set I was eyeing from Ashely’s Furniture store posted on the website, but at a discounted price ($200-300 cheaper plus free shipping)! I couldn’t pass that up! I also got an email and text message from them verifying a delivery date while also offering to set-up my sofa set for free once it arrives except I was a first time customer. Definitely recommend (will update review if needed)! -

ratingI had the most pleasant experience placing my order with Simon. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I had no idea when I was browsing the websites for bedroom furniture for my new home, (purchased last year) that the store was in the neighborhood I once lived in for 10 years. ratingI live in Erie Pa. and we were looking for new dining room chairs. I found some nice chairs at a local furniture store that carries Ashley brand. The problem was they couldn't answer my question for a few days as to when I could have these 8 chairs delivered and they did sorry it would take at least 3 weeks and wouldn't have them for Thanksgiving. Well I did a little searching online and found 1stopbedroom . Your company not only had my chairs delivered in 2 days we also saved $800. Yes the same exact chairs! Thank you very much! -

ratingI was contacted after I placed my order for verification since the billing and delivery addresses were different. I appreciate the added security! The customer service was excellent. My calls were routed quickly and to the correct area and both agents I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. I haven’t received my items yet but so far it’s been a great experience ordering from here. -

ratingOk, I want to start by saying after reading the reviews here. I got scared, skeptical, and thought I was gonna need a lawyer one day. I can say this company was absolutely excellent to deal with. Did it take longer than usual to get my couch? Yes. But I am a patient man. One month it took. And let me tell you. The quality is just as good as it was in the store it self if not better. Its beautiful and Im beyond happy. No damage and the delivery company was AMAZINGLY accommodating and nice. They outsource delivery drivers so it depends on your area. They order furniture in bulk and sell it. Be patient. These guys provide excellent furniture at a cheaper price. This couch was $2499 at Ashleys. This was worth the wait honestly. Thank you for not allowing my skepticism to win. People? Be patient when you order. Its worth the wait for the price. Free delivery. Did the set up my self. Idk what more I can say. I just want people to know its not a scam. Its a waiting game is all. -

ratingKobi is an Ace when it comes to knowledge and customer service. He volunteers information that adds extreme value in decision making. Having a direct line to make sure you always get Kobi is huge. I will use this company again as long as I can work with Kobi. 1StopBedrooms allows the customer to be in charge of their purchase delivery schedule. This is great customer service in my opinion. -

ratingGreat prices, easy check-out process, and even better customer service. I had to call to verify some of my billing information, before the order could be processed. The agent I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. He asked additional questions just to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. For example, he asked wanted to confirm with me that I knew that the sectional I chose had the chaise on the left side , just to make sure that was my intent and that it would fit in the space that I had planned for. He asked me did I need brackets, because Ashley furniture does not include those. He sent me a link to order, made sure i knew exactly what to do, and it was just as easy and seamless. Thank you for all of your help and care! -

ratingOrdered a bedroom set back in June 2023. That purchase went so smoothly and the furnitire was high quality. So decided to re-order exact same bedroom set for another home we own. Haven't received this order yet So can't review or give any feed back yet. Other than the employee who assisted with my orders today was great and very helpful to me. -

The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the sales person that called me. ratingOrder was quick and easy...I did have to verify my order due to my bank card showing one address and the fact that I was having delivery to a different address. It was refreshing to be able to talk to an agent that spoke english as their first language and they were extremely helpful. This certainly made up for what I dealt with trying to order the same couch from one of their competitors (Ashley Furniture) only to have Ashley Furniture cancel my order by email. Hang up on me when I reached out to customer service and have to try and translate the information on why my order was cancelled. If I learned anything its stick with companies that know how customer service works. -

ratingI just placed an order for furniture for a lake house we are going to use as a vacation rental. We have limited time we will be there and needed special consideration on shipping times. Charlie was very easy to work with and understood my situation. Hopefully everything will go as planned and the furniture will arrive within our window of time when we will be at the property. -

ratingI'm so excited! I just got my hands on this amazing credenza. And you know what? It arrived in a flash! But here's the thing - when I finally saw it, I was heartbroken to discover that it had been damaged during its journey. Can you imagine? However, I can't stop raving about the fantastic customer service I received. As soon as I contacted them, they responded super quickly and put in a ton of effort to resolve the issue. I can't even begin to express how thankful I am for their unwavering support. -

ratingIt is hard for me to find the words that explain the euphoric feel of finally having found a company that had all of the things I wanted in one place. Having just moved to a different state and having all the furniture seriously damaged I need to stuff I have been searching for a Victorian leather furniture ensemble For over two weeks and very frustrated because all the companies seem to have a piece, but this is the only company that was able to fulfill that the deal with a couch and loveseat a chair, a side table and a coffee table. They all match. The service and the bottom line price were excellent , I could not be happier -

ratingI bought this beautiful dining room set somewhere else and overpaid at $1200. Then I discovered 1stopbedrooms had it for $659!!!! Today I ordered one from 1stopbedrooms and I am returning the one in the photo to the place that overcharged me. I received a personal call to confirm my address for shipping I look forward to buying from 1stopbedrooms again in the near future. Marian -

ratingActually, the order went as it said in the shipping details From start to finish, it did take a month. But, unless your shopping at Amazon, most big items do take that long. The recliner couch was about $500 less than other places I had looked, so all in all. I think everything went great. They did call after I ordered to see if I wanted the brackets that hook the chase onto the recliner, that was alittle strange, should be included. But again, 5 stars. The delivery team brought it right into our family room, even though I didn't pay for that delivery So very happy customer here! -

He took the time to help out. I order new living room set today. I’m very pleased with the style. He was very experienced caring and concerned about my feelings. ratingI ordered 2 big and tall recliners which we just love. One of the recliners reclining mechanism wasn't working. After I contacted them and told them the problem I received a box containing the piece that needs to be replaced. 5 business days later. They are getting with a service tech who is going to contact me with a time and date that they will be here to repair the recliner. You can't ask any better than that. -

ratingI had a great experience with both this vendor & the gorgeous loveseat I bought from them for my new house. Communication was great- we had a delivery issue & they called right away & worked with us on getting it resolved, then the loveseat arrived early! The delivery company/crew they used were also very communicative, easy to work with, polite & delivered with care at a remarkably accurate time. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for nice home furniture. A+. -

ratingThe packaging of item was superb, it took longer to unpack desk than it did to put it together, and thats a great thing, there was no way anything was going to be damaged. they take extreme care in their workmanship and packaging to make sure you get your it in perfect condition, we would definately buy from there again, thank you and your whole team, great job. -

ratingI spotted this sofa and loveseat a few months ago in a store a few miles from my home. I later went to the store’s website to admire the sofa and loveseat and was led by a pop-up, price comparison to 1Stop Bedroom. After much consideration and calculations, I decided to order online with 1 Stop Bedroom. I was rather impressed with how smoothly (from start to finish) the process went. My furniture arrived over a week earlier than initially stated, and “early” is always a positive. I am so in love with this suite and all of its features. Furthermore, the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. The furniture was large and heavy; however, the guys worked diligently not to scratch my floors. Their compassion and understanding meant a lot to me. 1 Stop Bedroom, you have earned a new customer! -

ratingGood things come to those who wait.....LOVE LOVE LOVE our new favorite piece of furniture...the Sanibel Console Leather Loveseat In Rainer Black With Power Recline, Power Head Rests and Power Lumbar. Took awhile to finally arrive, but had White Glove delivery service timed perfectly for our Anniversary day. Appreciate the hide-away cup holders to keep the sleek look, lots of storage space (with outlets and usb chargers) in the console area and the wireless charger is a great bonus. 1StopBedrooms customer service team was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout our whole process, from ordering to delivery. ratingMy experience with 1stopbedrooms was A+. The couch we ordered is amazing and I love it. My only complaint is we paid extra to have the delivery company bring it inside our house figuring it’d be the safest option since they’re “professionals” but we would have been better off doing it ourselves. With the couch still wrapped, it seemed fine but when we took the covering off, a corner of the couch was shredded down to the wood. While they were bringing it in, they must’ve hit it or scraped it on something which is frustrating. Feels like we paid extra for the delivery for no reason and now our brand new couch is flawed. But the delivery team has no reflection on 1stopbedroom themselves - I’d definitely buy from them again except I’d probably just choose to go a different route for delivery. -

ratingPrices were so good that we were almost concerned it was a scam! But everything went smooth, right up to the "through door" delivery. The customer service was great and responsive! No dealing with crazy long waits or language barriers - all the people I spoke with very informative and helpful. The automated tracking is not very accurate, but if you call they will provide you with the correct delivery information. Would definitely recommend to others and shop here again!
