ratingBed stand beautiful. Delivered very quickly. The only thing I didn’t like is you said free shipping and then called and said I lived in a remote area so there would be a $50.00 shipping fee. I don’t mind paying shipping and then get a call saying it isn’t free I don’t live I. A remote area. Fed extra goes by my ghouse every day -

ratingThis site is not just for bedrooms, they have furniture for interior and exterior, as well as many other things like accessories and decor. I found an outdoor set that was on Amazon and on other sites and paid 50% of what these other sites were charging. So they're pricing is very good and you can find some good deals. Delivery took a little bit longer than I wanted for some of the items, but for the most part I definitely will shop there again, and I've been telling other people about it because the pricing is really good for people who are trying to stretch a dollar. -

ratingI visited a few showrooms recently and balked at the prices that I saw. After some uncomfortable high pressure sales situations, I decided to look up a furniture set I was interested in online, and found the exact same set I was staring at in the showroom for significantly cheaper here. The order process was painless and I got exactly what I wanted at a much more reasonable price. -

ratingI actually purchase my entire bedroom set with a different company and decided to add another night stand; at first I was doubting since I never heard from this company. But the way they handle themselves from calling and texting to confirm address before shipping out product was the most professional I have since in many years even from dealing with bigger companies. Would definitely recommend them! -

ratingThis was my first time ordering a sofa online and from 1StopBedrooms so I was leary about it but all went well. My only complaint would be my online account did not update shipping so I emailed customer help and they got right on top of it and also called with delay notification. I had to staple bottom skirt in some spots where it broke loose but was no big deal. I use to work at a furniture store inspection and repair so all is good, honestly being shipped many states away I was worried there would be worse damage. I would order from 1StopBedrooms again. -

ratingThis was the 2nd purchase from 1stop and both purchases went very smoothly. The furniture looks true to the picture and both items are of quality and were packaged well for shipping. I previously ordered a couch from ANOTHER local well know furniture company and it took them 4 times to ship me undamaged furniture. Both times from 1 stop my furniture has came in perfect condition. I wasn’t sure about ordering online furniture but it has been a real positive experience for me. I will continue to shop at at 1stop for all my furniture needs. -

ratingLike many of you I placed my order & then started reading reviews & panicked a bit. However I just kept praying it would eventually come. I couldn't find this product anywhere else. I ordered on August 30th & I received on October 5th. So almost 6 weeks. The product arrived extremely well packed. It's not quite the solid wood quality I was hoping for but it will certainly serve its purpose. -

ratingOverall what made the company great was the service and price. I found the furniture I liked in the store but I did not like the price. I began searching for it online and found it here. While the price is what attracted me to purchase from 1stop, it was the service that has me looking to purchase more from here. After purchasing I was contacted to be informed of all shipment updates and when I called the company with a question the staff was helpful and very nice. -

I ordered a Ashley living room suite and from the time I ordered until the time my furniture was delivered totaled 20 days, which is great considering other furniture stores delivery time was at least 60 days. The delivery drivers called and let me know when they were 30 minutes away and I must say that the 2 young men were fast and efficient and polite! Overall it was great doing business with 1StopBedrooms. -

ratingThis was the easiest online order I have ever made...even over weekly grocery orders! The customer service gentleman was as accommodating as could be, and he was fast and efficient. For this $6K order, it was easier than $60.00 orders I place weekly at other stores. He was professional, efficient, helpful, and I have every confidence I will have a perfect hassle-free delivery of my new furniture! I will be ordering my bedroom set in a couple months ONLY with 1StopBedrooms. I won't even consider another store! -

ratingWas very leary of buying furniture on line sight unseen but the photo and customer service (Raymond ) was just awsome gave me a since of doing this was right then the contact while i waited for the delivery was outstanding texts and emails to keep me in the know and then when I seen my livingnroom set i was floored beauty like i wished for out performance what I expected will recommend 1st bedroom to You and all mynfriends and relative thanks qst bedroom for a now beautiful front room Sam from Orlando pS. ratingThe website is great, easy to navigate and has many photos and reviews. You call the number and you are connected to a live person with any questions you need answered. The email responses and status are up to date and easy to see where your delivery is. The couches arrived ahead of original schedule and were wrapped and protected with cardboard, bubble wrap all encased in another layer of plastic wrap. The furniture was in perfect condition. -

rating1st stop bedrooms had the best price for the Burke counter stools I ordered, and customer service couldn't have been nicer about communication and shipping. I received the items well packaged and in perfect condition within days after placing my order with CS calling to confirm the shipping address and date the day prior. The stools are gorgeous, and I immediately ordered 2 more. This is my second time making a furniture purchase with 1st stop bedrooms and will definitely do it again. -

ratingI like my new FireplaceTV Stand by Signature Design Ashley. It was delivery sooner than said and it perfect for my flat screen. The only thing that the deliver's did not do was to put the stones and crystals in the fireplace. The right screw was so tight that I couldn't get it open. I will continue to try and maybe use some type of tool and hope that I don't strip or mess it up. -

ratingI was searching for a new couch for my home and was hesitant because I have never heard of this company. I pulled the trigger anyways since they had such an amazing price on the one I wanted. The couch arrived within 2 1/2 weeks! I was pleasantly surprised. No damage & everything showed up together! Everything went so smooth, from the ordering process, talking to customer service to confirm delivery address, & delivery. ratingI recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service with a Sales Associate while purchasing my Mancin Grey reclining sofa and loveseat over the phone. Anytime I have great customer service, which is hard to come by, I like to share my positive experience. He was knowledgeable of the details of the delivery, etc. Once I decided on my selection, the purchasing process was very smooth. ratingI just ran across your web site yesterday! I ordered the chair I wanted today. Review of the process: contafcted listed phone number and was greeted professionally by a gentleman I believe the name was Joe. I was totally impressed as to how he guided me through this transaction and seemed like someone I woul;d want working for my company. 123 everything documented and arranged...NO STRESS! I am awaiting to see how smooth delivery goes and if it is even a quarter as nice as placing the order I am the Landlord for a Senior Independent Living High Rise in downtown Pittsburgh and we are non-profit and will be needing furniture for out lobby in the near future. We also have 14 other high rises as well. Perhaps when we are ready we can also purchase for our needs at that time. Overall....AWESOME service.....THANKS JOE! ratingBest furniture buying experience - hands down! I had been looking at a sectional for my new home that I'm purchasing online for awhile. I went to traditional furniture stores and the experience was either pushy or there was no one available to help. The sectional is a huge purchase for me, so I wasn't sure about purchasing something online, so I called 1stop bedrooms. The person who helped me was fantastic and quickly answered all of my questions to put my mind at ease. He even arranged it so that I can have my new sofa delivered to my new address right after I move in, rather than having to move it twice. Very helpful! -

ratingI recently received my order from 1stop which is a full size storage bed. I was really nervous ordering furniture on line, but I could not be more pleased. It's for my grand daughter and she loves it. It was well packed and delivered with care. For the price, the quality is better than I expected. My only issue was in the set of some of the drawer at the base. This was primarily because of the set piece slide on the drawer being so tight it had to be forced. Once set in, they work well. Thank you for a good product and good service. -

We didn’t even see what it look like in person I was concerned about the stone color wasn’t sure exactly how that would look in person, but it’s beautiful and the couch is elegant, stunning, and the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on so far exceeded my expectations -

Their system is very simple from start to finish and the white glove delivery was worth every penny. The furniture is very well made and came without a scratch! Thank goodness!
