ratingIt's my first time to order from this company 1 stop bedroom. And I have ex select experience ever in my life. First the company contacted me and asked exactly how many pece I ordered. If I need anything else and I glad they asked. Because I really need some extra hard wood mattress is required with this bedroom set. Then fallow me with my order until my order arrives and asked witch day and time I would like to get my bedroom set. So I opened and set together with my daughter she is 17 years old. And I can tell is easy so I very happy with my bedroom queen bed, quality excellent thank you so much. -

ratingI needed a great quality bed with an affordable price. I was able to find one for my daughter who was starting college. I was able to order and have shipped within a week. ratingMr. Raymond was very professional when I placed my order, it took him less than 5 minutes and my order was in the works. I will definitely shop more from 1StopBedrooms. The item I ordered was more than $300 off the original price. I know for a fact this piece is good quality because I shopped around at local furniture stores and would have had to pay full price with them. I am glad I found 1StopBedroom. ratingI was SO nervous due to the hit and miss reviews BUT Ashley furniture wanted 3,000$ more for my kincord Ashley sectional and my delivery would have taken 8 weeks !!! So I decided to give 1stopbedrooms a shot. I live in Washington state and placed my order August 17th. I called 1stopbedrooms that following Monday to ask how the process works everyone was so nice and awnsered my questions with ease. My expected delivery date was September 20th . I received a call August 25th letting me know my couch was ready to be delivered on the 26th of August. I was thrilled !!! The delivery guys came in set my couch up and it looks absolutely beautiful. I'm so pleased with my purchase and am so glad I decided to give them a shot ! ?? will be updating in 6 months incase anything changes otherwise 5 stars all the way !! -

ratingI was so nervous due to the reviews but I decided to give it a shot sense the couch I wanted was 3,000 dollars less then what Ashley furniture wanted. I placed my order on August 18th. I called 1 stop on the 20th to ask about how the process works everyone was so nice and awnsered all of my questions. My delivery date was expected to be September 20th I got my furniture delivered today August 26th ! They were a hour early and gave me a 30 minute warning phone call and a 3w hour notice for delivery I was so thrilled !!! I live in Washington state and couldn't believe how quick this was. I will be buying from them again !! -

ratingOk so i got my recliner in today. It was super easy to assemble. I just slide the back on and that was it. The first thing i noticed about it was it is alot darker than the photos on here. Mine is the color of dark chocolate. I thought it would be more of a walnut or buck skin look. It sits a bit too far forward rite now but so do most recliners until they get worn in. The mechanism is extremely easy to use and i can use my legs to close it very easily. The chair so far is very quiet rocking and reclining and it is so comfortable. I highly recommend buying one. I will update this review later on. -

ratingfirst of all your prices or absolutely extremely reasonable and down to earth , where everyone else with the exact same item is almost double the price plus their outrageous on shipping costs , which brings me to my next thing great that I liked shopping at one stop bedroom you offer free shipping that also means a lot and you also offered financing with Affire but the bottom line is I will definitely always be thinking -

ratingKobi with whom I spoke was very helpful after I was transferred from an initial intake phone call from CS. His attitude and seeming confidence & understanding by which he answered and assured me about specific questions/ concerns ( online accuracy,first quality) and also enabled me to take an opportunity for a bed support structure was nothing short of superior imo. Here is guy who makes it easier for the customer and any company is lucky to have if indeed his promises are delivered upon. Sadly many companies don’t grasp the impacting significance whereby so many current CS’s personnel just tune out the voice on the other side- they drop from the ‘go to’ companies. Btw, this level of stellar CS is not the case with other 1stop online companies. Hope this feedback lent some value. -

ratingTheir automated communications leave a lot to be desired - the anticipated arrival date kept getting pushed out further and further. However, once I spoke with a customer service agent (who contacted me extremely quickly) my concerns were resolved. I received my sofa in less than a week from order to delivery at a price several hundred dollars less than competitors. I was very pleased with the overall experience (aside from the automated emails) and would definitely consider ordering from them again. -

ratingOur shopping experience was one of the best we have ever experienced. The gentleman we spoke with was so helpful. We asked him his name and when he told us that his name was Kolby he made our day.!!! We had just lost our Grandson 3 weeks ago (22 yrs. old ) whose name was Kolby and the conversation we had with Kolby on the phone sounded and acted so much like our grandson that my wife and I lost it. We could not find the complete set on any other websites when we call we spoke with Joe, and he was able to find us the exact table, and chairs and at an amazing price! ratingJoe was a wonderfully warm and kind human to interact with. I have been fighting with my local store to get this bed set and I was getting upset when the computer was having an error taking my card information. Joe also helped me make sure I got all the items I needed for my order as I did not know I needed to also purchase the slats for the frame. His kindness and compassion for my challenges with my local Ashley store for this item was beyond what I needed. Thank you for all the help and support. ratingI am glad that the sofa and love seat made it safely from China to my home. The sofa and Love seat were well-packed in original packing. The only problem was that shippers loaded the sofa and the loveseat in their truck upside down, which caused the tacks to make holes in the covering. I am glad that upholstry did not get gamaged or dirty. Also, 1stopBedrooms made me buy the insurance, which I did not want. The assembly of the sofa and the love seat was easy. Overall, I liked the sofa and the love seat. Last but not the least, I must not froget to thank 1StopBedrooms for the low prices. -

ratingI love the selection of furniture pieces and decor! The price was the best I found for the specific dining table I was looking for...and believe me I looked far and wide!! Definitely would recommend 1StopBedrooms if you need financing options - that process was easy, quick, and painless! I was a bit surprised by how long the shipping took, but it was a large item and had to be processed out of state, transported to a local warehouse, and then delivered by a local 3rd party...so it took a lot of coordination (all of which was handled by 1StopBedrooms btw). I just received my dining table today and I am head over heal in love with it!! Well worth the wait! -

ratingGotta say, I didn't know 1stopbedrooms was a legitimate thing. I had never heard of this store at all. But after looking at the selection a mulling over colors and styles the wife and I finally settled on OUR bedroom set. It's beautiful and sturdy. Ordering was simple and user friendly. Delivery was fast and the fellas who delivered were very respectful and nice. Anyone who needs bedroom furniture in the future I'm definitely sending them to this store. Diamond in the ruff. -

ratingUsually, when I buy stuff online, it's not to my expectation when it arrives, and furniture? I had big doubts about the quality and shipping handling process. But to my surprise, 1 Stop Bedroom did beyond my expectation. The packaging was outstanding, with no chances of getting scratched or chipped, and the quality of my bedroom set is so elegant. I am extremely happy with 1 stop Bedroom purchase and Sanremo by J&M makes the best furniture, minimum labor is required for installation, quality is best. Will recommend all my friends, families and everyone I know. -

ratingI ordered a full length mirror and initially received a set of dinning room chairs. The customer service representative, Steven, was super helpful to get it sorted out quickly. Within less than a week I received my mirror (which is beautiful) and even got to keep the set of chairs. I would certainly order from here again. The products are nice quality and the team is quick to help sort out any mistakes. -

ratingMy customer service experience during my bedroom set and mattress purchase from 1stop bedrooms was wonderful! Koby was my sales associate, and he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He provided me with suggested mattress options after obtaining relevant information on my sleep style and talked through all of the brand options and pricing. He even found a coupon for me for the one I ultimately purchased! He then told me the type of bed support I needed for appropriate set up with my bed frame/headboard choice. ratingWe were constantly kept informed on the status of our order. We were called a couple of days before delivery to set up a good day and time for delivery. They arrived with the sofa bed within the widow of time they gave us. The sofa is beautiful and so comfortable to sit on and sleep on. I would highly recommend 1stopbedrooms.
