ratingI found 1 Stop Bedrooms after searching for a better price on an Ashley Furniture Bed. 1 Stop matched the store price and saved me a few hundred dollars not just on the bed itself but also on the free delivery. They also took the time to notify me that I had forgotten to order a support beam insert because I didn't want to use a box spring. I will recommend them to my friends and family! -

ratingHe was.very helpful as I made my order for the dresser and I looked at the width again and it wasn't going to work for my TV so I changed the standup dresser and then we talked about that I have an adjustable bed and so I needed adjustable bed bed rail so we made that change and then he helped me again after I saw my new invoice as I was getting white glove service to any bedroom any floor and when I looked at the change order, they were going to charge me for the second floor so he took care of that charge as well. So far so good and I'm glad I picked the bedroom set that I did. First time using this company. -

ratingI was in the market for a bedroom set for my son, who lives in Charlotte, NC. Your website popped up, so curiosity got the best of me and I kept saying to myself, this is too good to be true. Long story short, I ordered on Christmas night and the morning after, I was on the telephone with a very pleasant and knowledgeable person name Simon. He explained just how the process works. My mind was at ease at the end of our conversation and to know that someone will put the furniture together who knows what they are doing. This will be my only furniture store moving forward. ratingGreat prices and fast shipping. I recently moved to a smaller town and was told by other furniture sites that they couldn't deliver to my address. Or that it would cost $300 and take 4 weeks to deliver. But with 1stopbedrooms I got free shipping and a 2 week white glove delivery. And all for same price I was going to pay at another site. 5 stars for me. -

ratingI recently bought my dream headboard that I've been wanting for the longest time and I found out that it has been discontinued but Vincent called me from 1stopbedrooms and went above and beyond to help me find and see if there was any King size bedframes that didn't sell out and were possibly hidden away in any of the warehouses they own and He called me back and was super patient with me and found the king size bedframe I wanted and helped me complete the payment process. Would highly recommend this company and the delivery was amazing and super fast! Werent late they were on time and even a little bit early! -

ratingI made an online purchase of 2 oversized recliners. I received notice from them that my order was in process. Later I received another notice that the chairs would be on back order and they are sorry for the inconvenience. That was okay with me I appreciated them contacting me so quickly. The next day I received a text to contact them about my order. They wanted to verify my order and explain to me the white glove purchase I made. The staff was very polite and helpful also professional. I felt they cared about my purchase wanting to make things go smoothly. Thank you 1 StopBedrooms! -

ratingMy experience with Sean was amazing, from creating the order to checking it out. Sean was very patient, professional and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. What seals the deal for me is the fact that Sean took the time to text me his extension so that I would have a personalized experience. I purchase two bedroom sets from one stop 4 years ago and today I purchased a siding room set and I will continue to shop with them because there price is incredible and unmatched, not to mention their service. -

ratingYesterday, I received and email stating that I wouldn't get my order until January 8th. I called in and was sent to one of your customer service agents (i don't know his name). Anyway, I was so disappointed that my 12 year old son wouldn't get his Christmas gifts of having a redone bedroom and brand new bed set . In fact I was sad and the bed set wasn't even for me. It was just the Idea of my son not having anything on Christmas day. Before calling in, I was frantically searching for a new set elsewhere, only to come up short. Nonetheless, when I spoke to your customer service agent, he was able to work with me and we came up with a new deal that would not only make me happy, but it's going to be here before Christmas. This makes my heart so happy! Please let your customer service agent know that, he not only restored my faith in superior customer service, but he restored my faith in 1stop Bedrooms. ratingWe were happy to find a quality piece of furniture at a reasonable price. It arrived in great shape and was packaged to prevent damage. Delivery wasn’t as quick as we’d hoped, but free shipping was a huge plus that made up for that. In home drop off is what you are provided by 1stopbedeooms; however, delivery team wanted to drop off on the porch. After we requested placing inside our door, they did accommodate our request. Overall, we’re very pleased with process and merchandise. -

ratingI actually had to call to place an order with the rep via the phone because I was purchasing as a gift for my daughter. The address it was being shipped to was not my address and had to be verified. The rep.who handled the call did so in a flawless manner and was able to process the order. I was very appreciative of how smoothly this went. I thanked Victor, for his help with getting my order processed. He made it quite easy. I can hardly wait to hear what my daughter will say when she receives it at her home. I hope she likes it as much as I did when I saw that beautiful dresser. It is a surprise! -

I reached out to the suggested representative, Sean, and he was super helpful and helped me get everything I need and quickly. He was very courteous and helpful and at no time was pushy to sell extras etc. just provided the information for me to make an informed decision about my furniture. ratingMy experience with this company was very pleasant. I honestly was going to cancel being a retired person because of the total amount the items I picked. I needed to add white glove to my order which means the guys bring everything in and set it up for me and then takes the boxes with them. It was a little over my budget, but this sweet gentleman and I don't have his name, waved it for me. And also gave me a black Friday deal. Everyone was very helpful and nice that I talked to. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking for some nice furniture. -

ratingWe ordered a bookshelf from 1StopBedrooms and initially it was available. Unfortunately we received very soon after placing the order that the product was backordered. I thought about cancelling the order and purchase it somewhere else but I was glad that I didn't. Why? Let me share my experience...the new date was communicated and we could either cancel or kept the order. Then we experienced it one more time a couple of weeks later and we decided to keep on the list. The service was great and very transparent, which we truly appreciated. The package was delivered on 11/24/2024 and it was very well packaged. It was wrapped in plastic to protect from the rain as well as extra support in the corners to avoid it being damaged during transport. I can only say that we appreciated the service level and the way the package was shipped. You can see that they really care about the products and service they deliver. For sure we will look at 1StopBedrooms again for future purchases. -

They answered all my questions and were very helpful. My loveseat was delivered in perfect condition. The drivers put it in the room where it would stay. Help is always there and with a human not a machine asking 20 questions getting nowhere. The choices are many just make sure you have the time to look at everything before choosing the item you are looking for. On a follow up call to the company, the customer rep explained very clearly, warranties and other options available. There was no 'hard sell' which I appreciated. ratingWhen I attempted to have my purchase shipped to my daughter in another city, my purchase was rejected because the zip codes on my card and the destination differed. When I called and spoke to a sales rep in person the purchase sailed through without an issue. Even though I was initially annoyed, I appreciated that their system prevented what could have been a stolen card. Free shipping - wow!
