ratingI r been shopping for a couple of weeks and I found my dream bedroom set. I called 1StopBedrooms and spoke with Mr. Raymond. He was very helpful in helping me place the order, set up delivery expectations, and understanding the process and timeframes. I'm a little weary of buying online, but I've got faith, after having a very pleasant and easy conversation with Raymond that the white glove delivery will be an amazing experience. Thank you all for being available to this disabled Navy Veteran on Veteran's Day. -

ratingTo start, the ordering process was very user friendly. Once I placed my order, I received sufficient amount of communication about various things they needed from me or to inform me of. About 2 weeks after placing my order, I decided I wanted to make an adjustment and they were very accommodating and super easy to work with! I spoke to Simon and he was very kind, very thorough, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I will be a returning customer and recommending this company to others! -

ratingI spoke with Kobi, extremely nice, very helpful and patient, he wasn't pushy at all he know this is a big purchase and is extremely helpful with everything. I haven't received my product yet due to just ordering so I will update after I receive my 3 pce furniture set. But as of now 11/5/24 I would order all my house hold furniture from them. -

ratingI found 1StopBedrooms online while searching for a nightstand for my 10 year old grandson. I was impressed by the photos and description available in the products this company sells. I received a text from the company after easily placing my order online. I was asked to call & verify the shipping information because it was different from my billing address. The customer service agent was upbeat, quickly verified the information and thanked me for the order. I was very impressed with his service. -

ratingI shopped for a nightstand for my 10 year old grandson. Lots of choices. Competitive prices. I ordered a nightstand then received a text message to verify the shipping address. This was a good security measure because the shipping address was different from my billing address. The customer service representative was professional and pleasant to talk to. He confirmed the information and thanked me for my purchase. -

ratingWhen I attempted to have my purchase shipped to my daughter in another city, my purchase was rejected because the zip codes on my card and the destination differed. When I called and spoke to a sales rep in person the purchase sailed through without an issue. Even though I was initially annoyed, I appreciated that their system prevented what could have been a stolen card. Free shipping - wow! -

They have all been wonderful, but this one was exceptionally wonderful because I had Shawn helping me place my order and answering all my questions about the timing of the order being delivered, what I needed beyond what was on the website and what items were in stock. Without Sean I would have left out some really important accessories. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to continue to work with this company and Sean. All the items have always been delivered with the utmost care and quality, exceptionally good prices too! -

ratingThe entire experience from end-to-end was excellent. The website led me to exactly what I needed, and when I phoned to place the order, the salesman was very helpful. I had questions about the shipping timing, and he contacted shipping to validate the delivery dates. I was not aware that the bed I ordered required a special set of slats which he pointed out to me to avoid an additional order and wait time. I was super impressed with the experience and will recommend 1stopbedrooms to everyone. -

ratingI purchased a desk recently from Wayfair and have spent more than a week and half on the phone every day and online with many online shopping websites with their customer service people trying to locate and order a 2 drawer lateral file cabinet and an executive Swivel Chair to complete our home office. Their Customer Service Reps. have not exteneded themselves to actually being Customer Service oriented at all. They would not assist in looking online without having a SKU#, they could not tell me if an item has been discontinued or when it may be available in the future or even it is going to be available. Many of the manufacturers offer the exact same items under a different furniture collections name. I came across 1stopbedrooms.com and read some of the reviews and was hesitatant because of the negative vibes. After speaking with two different Sales Reps. and asking them for reassurance that indeed they're legitite, I did feel completely comfortable and was able to place my first order for our chair and will receive it within 5-7 days. My other item will be back in stock within another week and I will definitely be placing the order with 1stopbedrooms.com This is the first time in DAYS AND OVER A WEEKS ON THE PHONE DAILY TRYING TO GET THIS DONE! I was contacted by Vera via email I told her my wife was pregnant and she immediately got on her job and was able to find me another similar set for less allowing me to add extra items to my order. Now my items are on the way well before December. 1STOP is your number one spot to shop and their customer service is amongst the top. -

This company beats everyones prices ! Great white globe delivery options which are half the price of the Ashley store ! Got my set and saved $1000 by coming here ! So happy I found this site and I cant wait to order a sofa ! -

ratingI have purchased furniture in the furniture in the past from One Stop Bedroom and was very pleased with the bed I purchased. It truly exceed my expectations. The bed has held up very well and still looks new although it is 7 years old. When looking for living room furniture I knew that I would get it from One Stop Bedroom. The furniture is excellent but so is the customer service. If you are looking for quality and great service this is where you need to go. -

ratingWe purchased the Alphons collection sofa and love seat which was on sale. Within an hour of ordering they called me to tell me it was on backorder and gave me a choice of canceling or waiting an additional 10 days for it to arrive. We had no issues with waiting so we waited, it was nice to have the choice to cancel though. The furniture came 2 days earlier than their forecast, it was delivered by a moving company who put it right into my living room for me. We're glad we waited because the set is nice. The color seems to match the website picture well, the fabric was well stitched and we could find no flaws, all the reclining mechanisms work well. The cushions seemed a bit stiff at first but after a couple of weeks they now are soft and very comfortable. We'd definitely recommend this set as well as 1StopBedrooms to others. -

ratingFound a recliner that my husband tried out and loved at Ashley Furniture. I found the same recliner on this site for big savings so I called. Caller rep was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and knowlegeable. My husband has extremely painful health issues and besides saving money they offered 2week delivery vs Ashley’s 6 to 12 weeks. We are so grateful for that. Will review again if delivery lives up to what was told!! -

ratingI got a very nice man to help me from the first minute he asked if he could help me. And help me he did. I was very impressed in everything he told me about what I was looking for and in the end I got exactly what I wanted. He was very helpful in telling me which one was the best to buy and talked me into getting the policy at a discount for 2 years. I ended up getting the cheaper of the two because he said the quality of both were good, but the cheaper one was just as good. Thanks to Simon, I will more than likely get my next chair from you also. Thanks Simon. Great job. -

The product is Ashley, and as I've had Ashley before so I presume a quality product once delivered. ratingWhen my husband and I purchased our first home 5 years ago it was during the pandemic. I had done online shopping before in the past. But not for furniture. So I found one-stop bedrooms online and I shopped there for our furniture to furnish off first home. Everything arrived right in the due time. And they put everything together and I'll be first home. Look, great. I am now coming to them again because it's time to do a refresh on the furniture from the first time so reordered furniture again to replenish our home for the next 5 years. Yes, and wouldn't choose any other place. But one-stop bedroom background. -

ratingI spoke with Irving. He was very efficient in explaining details of my item and was able to get what I needed in a thorough fashion. Did not know I could get the mattress also for my new twin bed. The price was a tad high but I decided to order anyway. My husband recently passed and now I'm moving from a home to a studio apt. In a city 3 hours away and it has been quite an overwhelming ordeal. So I appreciated Irving's efficiency and getting one less thing in order for me. When we were concluding I thought to ask if you sold Faux leather sofa beds and gave him a complete list of what I wanted in size, pillow arms, etc. And he is now trying to find what I need. Oh, he just called and found what sounds like what I want. One thing I did ask of him was if it could be combined with my bed order so I don't have to pay two shipping charges which I certainly need that savings and hope that will be possible. Very polite young man! You have a very good employee there. I used to be a Residential Service Administrator for a Corporation. One of my jobs was to teach customer service to customer reps within the Co. In 5 states. Just telling you this because I recognize immediately what I taught and Irving filled the bill totally. rating1StopBedrooms made buying my cocktail table very simple! In addition, I saved just over $200 from the cost of the exact same table at our local furniture store. And early the next day I received an email asking me to call them and verify my address. Otherwise, it would be delayed! They wanted to ship my table out to me ASAP, and I really appreciated them promptly taking the time to reach out to me. You rarely get that kind of service from any furniture store these days. Talk about great customer care! 1StopBedrooms showed me the best customer care and fair prices I've ever seen! You won't be disappointed purchasing any product from them! I will definitely be visiting their website again! -

Customer service most places was awesome but if he is the example of their customer service then most companies can learn from them. 10/10. Also, I move tomorrow so my shipping and billing address was different. They flagged it and confirmed it with me before moving forward and I love that. -

There is professionalism, courtesy and a very hard work ethic. It was only a few weeks for waiting for the products to arrive, and the communication was extremely thorough. The prices were lower than I expected and it was just a super experience each and every time! -

ratingI accidentally stumbled upon the 1 Stop Bedrooms website after doing a Google search for a very specific sectional sofa I was looking for. They had exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with their product. Even the customer service rep I spoke to was fantastic when placing the order. However, the delivery service was another story… Unfortunately, the young guys showed up unprepared without any tools and they damaged my door frame bringing the sofa inside. That is not a good way to make a first impression. -

ratingI Bought sofa and recliner set by Ashley's furniture. It turned to be around 15% cheaper than in Ashley's store, came with free in home delivery. I loved customer service. When I called them the agent was able to track down the order easily and send the updated delivery. Delivery was smooth and seamless. They came on time, were very polite and fast. Pleasure to do business with! -

ratingOn our recent move, our headboard for our bed was damaged. On 1StopBedrooms we were able to find just the headboard piece, without having to buy the whole bed frame again, and at the lowest price I could find anywhere, especially with the free shipping. Shortly after purchasing the company let me know the headboard was backordered and gave me the option to wait or cancel my order. I chose to wait and the headboard shipped exactly when they said it would. I was incredibly happy with the customer service and their communication. The headboard arrived quickly and was exactly what we needed. Now our bedframe is complete again and looks great. Definitely a company I would use again and would recommend to others. -

ratingI don't feel comfortable ordering from a company that I'm not familiar with but this website was set up so well and all my concerns were addressed. Every other company I looked into dropped off the furniture in front of your house with no options as to how you are supposed to get it in the house. Here you have options. I just hope my high expectations are met.
