ratingPart of me wants to keep this as "my little secret" but the service here is only getting better and they deserve to thrive. Sadly, they will likely put local furniture stores out of business but since local furniture stores aren't really locally owned anymore (for the most part) maybe that is a natural consequence. The customer service is actually better than in the stores believe it or not. -

ratingNo problems from time of ordering and delivery was absolutely perfect. I don't usually say that. The cost paying it I did call ask why it came out 2xs she explained I added insurance at the end so they took that whole payment out again instead of just the insurance. She explained they did do a total charge and will returned the extra and she explained it were I was very satisfied. And they did follow through with what I was told. It was very nice experience and delivery they were very polite nice asked if we had any questions before they leave that if they don't have your answer they will tell us who and were.. I'm very happy all in all... Thank you .. Sharlyn Carroll. I would buy again from them. -

ratingI received a message to call and confirm my shipping info per recent order I placed and luckily Coby answered the call. He verified my info right away, then mentioned I was missing the wedge on the couch I ordered. I had no idea and would have been so upset to only receive a partial couch. He took care of me over the phone by updating the order, I paid the difference and he was pleasant and friendly the entire time. What an asset for this company! -

ratingI was looking for sofa & loveseat recliner. Not only did I find a set in the color & material I wanted, I found 5 accessories & was able to add white glove delivery for the same price I expected to pay for just the sofa & loveseat. Additionally, the maker of the furniture is a name I am familiar with and have other pieces in my home from them. Found this site by accident, however I am more than pleased & am very likely to purchase again from here. -

ratingI waited for over 2 years to find an unusual set and wow I found it. It is stunning my husband and I are pleased it arrived this evening and we put it together already. Going to order 6 chairs now we had no problems the delivery people and customer service people are so helpful. A big thank you to Aron you were very knowledgeable and helpful . So tonight you are getting another order for the chairs to complete the set. -

ratingThis my first time using 1stopbedrooms and it was a great experience. Initially, I found the Aspenhome Hawthorne Desk on another website and the pricing was completely outside of my budget. I did a little research and found it on 1stopbedrooms for significantly less! I called customer service to answer a quick question about shipping. I didn't experience any wait time and Coby easily helped me determine the type of shipping I needed and offered me a discount on the true coat without me even asking. I'm sure I will have additional furniture needs in the future and will reach out to 1stopbedrooms first. -

ratingNot only was customer service easy to reach but also insightful and made the purchase of our new couch seamless. We fell in love with the couch by Ashley Furniture but it was on backorder for 12-16 weeks, we got the same couch with 1stopbedrooms in half the time and the color we wanted. Our couch arrived with absolutely no damage, and communication with the team dropping it off was great letting us know the arrival time and when they were at the residence. Thank you again! -

ratingI do a great deal of comparison shopping when I make most purchases, and the bar stools I purchased from 1StopBedrooms were no exception. I couldn't beat their price elsewhere, and I'm glad I couldn't. From the making of an account, making the purchase, and receiving my items... It all went smoothly, just as it should. They sent me update emails to let me know when my item had shipped, and included the tracking information at that time. Great experience, I will be ordering additional items from them soon. -

ratingI purchased a full bedroom set at an unbelievable price... it is the most sturdy bed I have ever seen. It weighs a ton and will last for the rest of my life and then some! The drawers in the nightstands and dresses roll out smoothly and are so large! I had never heard of this company prior to this sale but now that I've had a taste of what they offer, I've just purchased a sectional couch! In very pleased with the customer service, communication, ease with buying online, quality and prices! Most definitely recommend 1 stop bedrooms! -

ratingIt’s comforting to know the fraud and security policy this company has in place is great for an online vendor. Due to an address change I had to call in and confirm my order. Charlie got me squared away and helped me with my order. I missed an important piece to my set and he found a better mattress than what I picked that was on sale and just a little more expensive. 2nd order from them so far and I will be placing more in the future! -

ratingI waited 14 months for living room furniture, only to be told I may receive in 6 more months. This was from a Giant furniture retailer. I finally ran out of patience. I called One Stop Bedrooms , I spoke to Charley and had a great experience. I’m sure the furniture will be great but Charley is the best. Thank you for a Perfect Experience. -

ratingI was about to waste a beautiful sunny Sunday in Daytona at my local furniture warehouse. I noticed 1StopBedrooms prices were about half of the major furniture retailer. The representative I spoke with, (Simon), was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. No pressure and no wasted time. The online prices were indeed legit for the exact same item and he gave me a little discount on top of that. I saved hours of haggling. Ordering was easy and FAST...like, Daytona fast!!! -

ratingI found the order process worked great. Furniture showed up on time and looks great. I did have a damaged piece in shipping and when making the claim the guy who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. He reassured me everything would be taken care of and for this I rate the experience high. Now I will wait for the new piece and fingers crossed things go as well as the call taker made me feel. If all goes well I would surely think about more purchases in the future. -

ratingI got a call about the issues with the order, it was very couteious and helpful person, took care of the problems in few minutes. The web site is confusinig that ot appears you get 2 chairs for the price but it is not clear even when you order that it will come as one or two. If I did not get a call i will be expecting 8 chairs instead of getting 4 from the wearhouse. It needs to be corrected on tyhe website for sure. -

He was personal, professional, and did not put me on hold! (Incidentally, he is a native English speaker, I never had to say, "what?" or "can you repeat that!") Hope the furniture when it arrives is worth waiting for! -

Find a few website selling the same chair with different price point. 1stopbedrooms has the lowest price plus free shipping. Ordering process on the website was quiet easy and they deliver the chair earlier than I expected. Great place for furniture shopping. -

ratingI compared the price of our recliners on several websites, and 1Stop had the best price. THEN I discovered they didn't charge for shipping! Bonus. Once I completed my purchase - which was very easy, by the way - the estimated delivery date was over 6 weeks out. At first I was disappointed, but then thought that was a fair trade for all the money I was saving. Lo and behold, our recliners were delivered ONE WEEK LATER. That was a delightful surprise. We did have a hitch in the delivery - initially, the wrong item was delivered. (We weren't home when that delivery occurred). But we made a quick phone call to the company, and two days later we had our recliners. Everything arrived in pristine condition, and we're very happy. -

ratingI found their customer service support to be outstanding- they kept me informed of the status of my order each step of the way. Their representative went beyond in calling the manufacturer to find exactly when I could expect shipment (due to Covid issues) They followed up with me on the shipment once my item was enroute- I couldn't ask for more! My item was delivered extremely well packed and without problem by excellent delivery personnel. I had previously ordered from two other big companies and both times my items came in pieces. Due to the outstanding service of Onestopbedrooms I will order all my other furniture from them going forward! Thank you!!! -

ratingI was happy to see that the frame was solid wood, well constructed, sturdy and from Malaysia. Assembly was relatively simple seeing that most of the sections were already pre assembled. It took an hour to unwrap a well packaged set of 3 boxes and another 1 hour to assemble. I had one non structural small stress fracture on a piece of one of the drawer boxes frame, which is under the mattress so I repaired it myself with wood glue . Other than that I am very pleased with the product. -

ratingThe site offers a huge amount of inventory to choose from. The small nightstand came immediately. It was easy to assemble. The only drawback are the drawers; they don't pull out smoothly, they stick because of the hardware used, they skimped on it. You have to pull out slowly and rock it back & forth. These weren't little drawers and needed better hardware to open smoothly. Not cool. -

ratingThe product and services provided by 1stopbedrooms was fantastic. I love my new 6 piece bedroom set that I purchased online. The only complaint is the shipping/tracking information constantly changed from day to day which made me very anxious and concerned. This caused me to reach out multiple times by phone and chat to verify delivery. I came very close to considering cancellation. In the end, I'm glad I didn't. -

ratingThe Sofa recliner is absolutely beautiful. The delivery man was above and beyond respectful! I would recommend 1stop bedroom 100%. My daughter loved my sofa recliner so much she is thinking of buying one. The price was unbelievable and believe me I search the internet before I purchase my sofa from one stop bedroom! Please take a chance with 1Stop Bedroom you want regret it. -

The associate was very helpful answering all my questions and helping me place the order. My order had been delayed by the manufacturer but any time I had a question they were very helpful. ratingThis was the second order I placed with 1StopBedrooms - and was very pleased with the entire experience! The prices are hard to beat and the delivery only took 3 weeks from order placement to delivery (though the dates in my account keep changing - since it appears my Ashley order was shipped directly by them, I suppose 1StopBedrooms doesn’t have a lot of control here). I wouldn’t hesitate to place another order with this company! -

ratingOne piece from my order shipped out immediately and arrived within two weeks. The other piece was delayed, however, I spoke to customer service and they looked into it. I was given frequent updates and was told the item was taking longer than usual. They provided me with a $50 discount on the item for the delay, and then I received it a week later. Excellent customer service! -

Overall I'm very happy that I chose to buy from them. They were very communicative through the whole process and delivery was great. The couch is just what I expected and more. I highly recommend. -

ratingI ordered a Ashley man den sofa from 1 stop bedrooms I was very pleased with the customer service I typed the wrong email address originally and contacted the company with correct one and they had an invoice for my purchase in my email shortly after. It does take time for furniture shipments to process I expected this and you should too the trade off on the wait is you will save thousands. -

ratingTo be honest I was pretty scared because I ordered my bed before I read the reviews on Google about this website but honestly the order went well. My bed was scheduled to be about 2 weeks late but it actually came right when they first projected it. Bed came without any damage delivered to the house. Great prices and quality delivery. I will definitely order from 1stopbedrooms in the future!
