ratingI did a deep dive researching the specific chair that we wanted for our living room so it coordinated with other two pieces. Upon seeing the price of this name brand chair at 50% to 90% more plus shipping at other online and brick and mortar stores, it was a delight to find it at One Stop. I was worried that it would take months so ship which was the timing my neighbors experienced with their furniture orders elsewhere, but it arrived in less than 6 weeks. Tracking information was great, and delivery was well coordinated with plenty of notice. Overall a great experience. -

ratingThis thing is 175 lbs empty! Solid wood. The feet must weigh a pound each, every drawer is velvet lined not just the bottom but the entire drawer inside and out and underneath! It has soft close drawers. The mirror is arched at the top and the entire thing is beveled. The outside is gorgeous. The crystals are great quality not glued on the front but actually inset into the cabinet. It came assembled just had to put the feet on and turn around the knobs. They were installed on the cabinet inside so they didn’t get messed up in shipping. It is so much nicer than in the pictures. The black iguana is so classy! -

ratingAfter many months of looking for a sofa online, 1Stopbedrooms was the one company who could offer what I was looking for at a comparable price, and deliver it in a decent amount of time. The delivery process was easy, with communication from the company and the shipping venue. The delivery men arrived nice and early, just after 7AM as scheduled, and they were efficient, professional and friendly. As for the sofa itself, it's exactly as described, and I love it. I couldn't afford the White Glove delivery service, but I had no problem assembling the couch myself. I will definitely turn to this company for my future furniture purchases. -

ratingSecond time ordering large furniture. Everything is always beautiful, no damage and friendly installers. Very happy with the company!!! ( bought a beautiful cassimore 4 post canopy bed in 2019 and a gameboy 3 seater power reclining couch this year 2022 and am always very pleased. Any issue just keep trying to contact their numbers or on Twitter and they get back to you asap and fix any issue. -

ratingI had never heard of this company until I decided to purchase a bed. I contacted them to confirm that it was legitimate and to confirm that the price was correct. The gentleman I spoke to was vey courteous and put my suspicions to rest. I was contacted later to confirm some information, and again was pleased with service And information I received. I am waiting for my delivery to complete my thoughts. -

ratingI bought my bedroom set from 1st Stop Bedrooms. They had the best price and was claimed to be the best in Newsweek. I read all of the wonderful reviews and felt encouraged. My husband then read the bad reviews and in his cynical way got me concerned. I emailed them several times for the status of my order. They replied to every email and promptly and gave me reassurance. My furniture arrived in the timing they said it would. The White Glove Service came in and set it all up for me. I was not the easiest customer to deal with but they were gracious and my furniture is just as expected!! Beautiful, without damage, and on time!! I will buy from 1st stop bedrooms again for sure! -

ratingMade purchase Sept 3rd -order 9176497. Order was for powered recliner loveseats and single recliners. Site indicated based on zip code delivery would take place 1-2 weeks. After placing order and company taking funds, I received a call where was notified none of my powered furniture could use power features without an additional $800 purchase. I paid this and moved on. It took several weeks to get est delivery date which at one point was a month out. Once could schedule actual delivery was set for 2 months after purchase. Main issue is predatory business practices in fact they claim a est delivery time but informed of real delivery time well past the 24 hour mark. You only have 24 hours to cancel a order for full refund. If done after that the fee is 15% +$1.75/lb which makes it so expensive you can’t and are locked in. They do not advertise that delivery can take 4x or more time they give you at time of purchase. They also don't list real price which is to make sure goods can be used for intended purpose. They then intentionally miss inform you so you can’t cancel in the 24 hour window to get full refund (i.e. knowing realistic delivery window or total cost to ensure goods work as indented). The company uses false advertisement, coercive business practices -

ratingI am one of those people who is very skeptical about on-line anything, especially shopping at unknown websites. I have been searching for over a year to find the perfect two tone bench to match my refinished table and new chairs. I came upon this bench on another website and fell in love with it! I saw who the manufacturer was and continued my search, which led me to 1Stop Bedrooms. I found my product there for HALF the PRICE! The other company did not have a phone number. The ONLY reason I took a chance on this website over the others was because they had an actual Customer Service phone number with a real person that actually answered and helped me with product information and ordering online! He provided EXCELLENT customer service and made me feel better about ordering from an unknown company. The product was shipped earlier than the time stated and was in perfect condition! It was easy to put together and looked even better than the pictures! I absolutely LOVE my bench and will order again from this company!! Thank you, 1Stop Bedrooms!!! -

rating9-16-22 While we are awaiting our delivery, I believe the process of keeping in touch is very important. My husband and I liked the tone and friendliness of all the office. Everyone involved in getting our order right and delivered correctly was impressive. Because that does not happen, that's why it stood out with treatment from so many. I was concerned if the quality would be equal and it was the same piece that I found at the store. I bought additional furniture through the company as well. -

ratingI rarely call to place orders anymore, but I figured that given the larger investment in furniture, I figured I should call in to ask about the product. I’m happy to report that the customer service rep was very knowledgeable helped with with my questions thoroughly and with a great attitude In fact, he was so helpful that I felt confident placing the order right then and there - ordering was a breeze. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends. -

The rep was very friendly and helpful. He admitted when he didn’t know something and checked on the answer. He informed me of add ons but NO high pressure!!! Haven’t received my loveseat recliner yet but expect a continued experience! -

ratingThe customer service is excellent! I looked on this website multiple times contemplating ordering a bed. I spoke with Simon and he answered all of my questions without any pressure to purchase! I waited a couple weeks and called back after finding another bed. He was just as helpful as before and still no pressure. That's what made me decide to buy. So now I'm just waiting for my bed. The reviews are excellent, so I anticipate great furniture! -

We found exactly what we were looking for at about $30 less than the same clock on A..Zon. It didn’t arrive in two days, but it did arrive in five, and that to save $30 is just fine! Once we made our mind up we called Simon back and he was able to place the order quickly and help us with everything. She initiated the claim, provided monitoring and feedback on the status, and made me feel like a priority customer. The new piece of furniture has already been scheduled for shipping. ratingOn 8/31/22, I had bedroom items in my cart- I knew they were a good price but assumed it was due to the Labor day discounts. On 9/1/22, I went to place my order but the prices increased dramatically. I called 1 Stop Bedrooms and spoke with Cody. Initially, he was not able to match the price but ended up calling me back within a 1/2 hour after speaking to his management to try to get me the better prices. He really went to bat to ensure he provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Cody!! I am excited to receive my new bedroom and thrilled to be getting it at the sale prices. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! -

ratingI am extremely happy with my furniture The pictures did not do the furniture justice and the white glove service provided by the crew the delivery men were extremely polite worked very carefully to bring in my items and pulled the trash away and took it with them I would recommend this company with the same kind of service to anybody thank you so much for everyone involved at one stop bedroom’s very grateful very blessed I hope everyone has a great day!! I was kept informed about my purchase and the delivery with a courtesy call before hand. And by the way I really appreciate receiving my furniture within a timely manner extremely happy about that also!! I have been looking around for approximately a year and couldn’t find a company with a better price with this kind of quality!! -

ratingI never thought I will be purchasing such an expensive Man-Den Sofa set but after testing out the sofa, I fell in love with the mechanism for back support. Although very pricy, the customer service I received made it an easy choice to buy from 1StopBedroom. My salesperson seems very experienced and was easygoing answering all my questions. I did not feel pressured at any time but was happy to receive a good Labor Day discount making the purchase within my reach. I was told I will receive the furniture set in three weeks and can’t wait to get it. I am the type of guy that doesn’t buy furniture insurance but given the total cost, I decided on the discounted insurance. Very good customer service -

ratingI ordered a sofa when I moved into my new apartment but there were some issues with the place & they will be moving to a different apartment so I had to change my delivery address. I was originally told that since I paid through PayPal I would need to cancel the order and then place a new one with the new address but after I asked to be transferred to somebody who may be able to help me, they were able to update my delivery address without me having to jump through hoops. Thank you! -

Simon immediately corrected the problem and completed the order for me, so I didn't have to order from the website. ratingI’ve been trying for months to find the perfect living room suit. Found it locally and the price was too high and delivery was going to take too long. And I’m not very computer savvy, but I attempted to find the furniture online. Fortunately, I chose 1 Stop Bedrooms and received a call from them once I placed my order. The initial question was over my billing and delivery ZIP Codes. The customer service representative was so wonderful he took the time to go over better deals on the living room suit I chosen. He was able to upgrade my leather and keep the price in my price range. Absolutely the best service I have ever received from any company. I am almost 60 and I bought a lot of furniture in my days, but I’ve never had an experience as wonderful as this…and it was all done online and over the phone . It makes me so happy to know that in this day and time there are still companies hiring people that know how to treat others! I’ll never buy furniture from anywhere else. 1 Stop Bedrooms is the BEST! -

ratingI ordered from anther company and my order was to be delivered In four weeks. I didn’t get my order in four weeks. Six weeks later I still didn’t have a delivery date. I canceled my order and ordered from 1stop. My order will be delivered next week. The customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back for more furniture in the future. -

ratingIn the last two years of the pandemic, the customer service of most retailers has really dropped. It is hard to get someone on the phone, even harder to get a response. This is TOTALLY the opposite with 1 Stop Bedrooms. I ordered a bed and it was backordered and several LIVE people--three cheers for Liam and Charlie--have called me, emailed me and helped me find alternatives. Thank you! It's been such a pleasure to shop with you. If only other retailers could follow your lead.
