ratingMy wife and I just purchased 3 living Room tables from 1stopbedrooms instead of from a furniture store we found them at because they were priced considerably lower and promised to be delivered weeks quicker. Joe, the representative I spoke with, was one of the nicest customer service rep's I've ever talked to over the phone and was very helpful with all the details of our order. To be completely transparent with this review, at first, my wife and I were a little apprehensive about placing our order with a company we had not heard of before, fearing there was something hidden behind this "TO GOOD TO BE TRUE" offer, but after talking with Joe, that anxiety has been put to rest and now we can't wait to add these beautiful tables into our home. -

ratingI’ll purchase furniture during the Massachusetts tax free holiday and was charged tax. I have been trying to get the sales tax refunded for a week. I have talked to no less than 5 people on various occasions, asked for a supervisor and was refused to be transferred. They staff didn’t speak English well at all and were from different countries. It wasn’t until I talked to kobi, that my problem was resolved quickly, courteously, and professionally. Thank you kobi. You are an asset to the company. -

ratingThe ordering and handling process, delivery all really good smooth process. The furniture itself is very low quality. The wood inside the furniture makes sounds and creeks like old floors every time you move. The stuffing is uneven and lumpy on the back cushions. One corner of couch the material is not covering the under portion all the way to the corner. The overall cushion seating is really hard and stiff. Good fast service, furniture not so great... -

ratingOur order had a hold on it due to a billing and shipping address discrepancy. I called the number provided and Joe was extremely helpful and completely knowledgeable about every question I had. I’m not sure everyone has that sick feeling in their gut when they are spending money. But we do. So talking to someone that helped ease that made it a great experience. Knowing that our purchase is in good hands and any issues we may have will be resolved is worth it’s weight in gold -

ratingHave used one stop bedrooms twice now. First time in the spring. Order was delayed but not anyone’s fault just due to supply chain issues. Once ready, the delivery & set up was excellent service. Now ordered my second shipment and very responsive and friendly on the phone with questions and getting the order finalized. Looking forward to the delivery of the second order. -

The order process was very simple and my couches were quickly delivered by very kind and efficient men, to the room of my choice. I called customer service with a quick question during this time and received very friendly and helpful information that I needed. -

ratingI just had to most easy and stress free ordering experience. I had my cart ready and wanted to make sure everything was in stock before ordering. This nice young man helped me with giving him my cart ID which made the process so quick . I’m very grateful I called in because he explained the power packs to me of which I had no idea about.. I would give 10 stars if I could . -

ratingMy couch and love seat arrived as expected but with a few damages - a small rip on the left side and missing holes to screw on the legs. I was upset, but I was pleased after I called the CSR at 1StopBedroom. The customer service Rep, Adam, replied to my email and called me back to get distance pictures. I sent it to him, and it ended up that he would send me the tools necessary to correct the damage. When I get the essential items he sends to me, I will notify him, and he will send a technician in my area out to fix the damage. -

ratingSpoke with Simon. He had to varify my shipping address and also gave me some very useful information that I was not aware of for my new bedroom set. He offered to sell me a mattress and box spring but I told him I was not ready to purchase. He was very accommodating and understanding. I am sure I'll be calling him back in future for a mattress. I found it on 1stopbedrooms.com for $179 cheaper that in which priced furniture store and I received it in less than a week. Packaging was great! No damage to the table at all. Great shopping experience and I got exactly what I wanted. -

ratingI am wary and nervous about making large purchases online, especially when I have no experience with the vendor. But 1stopbedrooms is the ONLY store that had exactly what I have been searching for, and I mean for weeks. AND the prices were more than reasonable for such a quality-looking product AND my items were on sale. The purchase process was easy and I appreciate that they waited to speak to me to validate my order before just processing it. When I called, Garret answered the phone! He was pleasant and helpful. Over all so far I'm extremely pleased. Now I can't wait to see the items. I hope they are quality and come delivered undamaged. The products and prices were so attractive that it was worth it for me to take this brave step. I don't spend my money easily. Right after I placed my order for coffee tables, I looked for a desk and found the most unique and perfect form for my office at a great price, so I bought that, too. I will be pleased to review the products once they arrive, so stay tuned! -

ratingI picked out a dresser for my daughter to complete her bedroom. Ordered online and had it delivered in 2 weeks. This is awesome for you see I placed an order with Rooms to go on Dec 12,2021 for a complete bedroom suite. We received the bed in February 2022 and the rest of the furniture was delayed, after my 3rd delay this momma was infuriated. Let me tell you this company has been awesome for we had the best customer service to the delivery drivers. Can’t praise it enough. Buy from them, can’t go wrong -

They reached out to us to make sure we added it and the whole process was super quick! We were even able to pick a room in the house to get the items delivered so we didn't have to worry about getting them in the house. -

ratingI was nervous at first to shop at 1stopbedroom because buying furniture online can be difficult especially not seeing what your really buying. But the sales representative Shawn and Joe make it so much easier for me. First I purchase a coralayne queen upholstery bed,mattress and a coralayne dresser. Delivery was quick and furniture was a beauty to look at also they are very sturdy. Being very pleased I had to went back on the same day......I mean the same day I got these furniture to purchase the chest n two night stand. Omg I can't wait for them to be delivered -

When I called, I was asked if I had purchased the electrical packs needed for my new Ashley sofa and loveseat for the recliners. I had no idea that I had to have these in order for the recliners to operate. I added these on to my order and was very appreciative of the information given to me. -

ratingAs I was placing my order online, I had a quick question. The CS Rep Kobi was wonderful! He answered my questions and completed the order for me himself. He said he didn't do much. But, for a first-time customer this was huge. Having a CS Rep go the extra mile when he could have easily answered the question and directed me back to the web, which so many virtual CS Reps do - let's just say this was most refreshing. Kobi even made me feel great about my purchase adding positive insight about the manufacturer, quality and the style of furniture I chose. As a former CS Rep and Manager of a CS department; this is the type of associate one aspires to be and service you want your customers to receive. Kudos - thanks Kobi! -

ratingRaymond helped me with my purchase from beginning to end. He was very patient and explained everything to me as I was nervous about making a large purchase of furniture sight unseen. He reassured me that 1 Stop Bedrooms will be with me the whole way if I encounter any problems. We accidentally were disconnected and he called me right back. I will definitely call Raymond again in the future to purchase furniture if I am 100% satisfied with my purchase once I receive it. We are renovating a house and will need more bedroom furniture in the future. Thank you Raymond! -

ratingI would definitely have to say that this is now my top favorite places to utilize for furniture purchasing. This was my 1st purchase with them but the response I got from them and the simplicity was definitely beneficial. Especially when I had questions about the actual product that was not really in the documentation specifically on the site. This give me the understanding that they really mean what they say when it states they have a high level of customer service. Again, I will definitely use them often often, or whenever I need furniture. I will recommend them to everyone. -

Garrett answered all my questions about the chest 3. At first I didn't quite understand the difference between the two delivery options but Garrett patiently clarified it for me --- 3 times - (It was me, not him) 4. I will look forward to being kept abreast of the status of my order via regular emails. 5. Next time I need a piece of furniture I will go to 1 Stop Bedrooms before I go to Wayfair or Overstock. The option to have the piece arrive assembled is a plus for me. -

ratingI originally ordered my bedroom set from Ashley Furniture On May 28th, on June 9th they told me probably not recieve my items until early July. On June 9th I canceled that order. I then shopped here at 1stop bedrooms. So glad I did. My order arrived at the logistics carrier for white glove delivery on June 20th and on June 24th items delivered. Great service from both parties was able to track order and absolutely love the Ashley Baystorm dresser and chest of Drawers. I already had the nightstands. Will definately shop here again. Thanks -

Ease of order entry, e-mail confirmation that the order was received and being processed and then a follow up phone call this morning with Raymond to confirm that the shipping address is different than the billing address along with providing my middle name and the last 2 digits of the year I was born. Raymond confirmed that the product is in stock and should ship within a couple of days and that I will receive an email confirmation when the chairs have shipped. Pretty complete and straight forward customer service allowing me to update my file for this order. Thank YOU! -

ratingI was a bit concerned having not ordered furniture online from a company I didn't know. I loved the site and what I bought was expensive for me and so scary. They had a style I loved and just had to take a chance. They were great keeping me informed while I waited. They delivered, set up, and were so professional. Good guys. I loved the experience from the ordering/communicating/to delivery. I was so impressed I ordered another piece. Really good company. Really good. -

ratingI was very pleased with Simon. I had placed an order for a full Bedroom Set Last week and noticed this weekend that the Mirror was not added to the new order. I had gone over everything with the orginal salesman Joe and he assured me the mirror was on the order. I tried reaching Joe several times and ended up with Simon helping me. He listened to what I said and in 15 minutes he had it all figured it out and he patiently guided me through the checkout process. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Thanks Simon!! -

ratingI researched a variety of twin beds; and at the end, made my way to 1StopBedrooms because of the sleigh beds. And I found just what my family needed! Then I tackled box springs and mattresses. It can be overwhelming given the huge variety of brands and recommendations; it's exhausting. I had reason to call about my order, and I spoke with Coby, who is the consummate 1SB associate! I started asking questions, and Coby, who clearly was very knowledgeable, answered straight-away. So, after chatting and sharing requirements, Coby recommended the Fairmont mattress and box spring; and presto, my order was complete! Now all is in order! Hooray!! Thank you, Coby!!
