Had a few questions in regards to some items was able to call customer service and get them answered as well as The additional support I made it from my customer service representative who’s name by the way was Simon. I was very pleased with his knowledge of the items and assistance and will definitely be ordering more items from them in the future. -

ratingI've been eyeing this particular bed for e months now. I even compared to others but my heart was set to this perfect bed to me. I am soo excited and look forward to making my bedroom as beautiful as this bed.... Staff was very kind and informative. I will most certainly continue to shop with this company.. ratingI had found a dining room hutch and server that I liked at a local furniture store and decided to look it up on line and I found the same set on your site and was able to save money. I was concerned if the quality would be equal and it was the same piece that I found at the store. I bought additional furniture through the company as well. -

ratingI rarely call to place orders anymore, but I figured that given the larger investment in furniture, I figured I should call in to ask about the product. I’m happy to report that the customer service rep was very knowledgeable helped with with my questions thoroughly and with a great attitude In fact, he was so helpful that I felt confident placing the order right then and there - ordering was a breeze. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends. -

ratingI had never even heard of 1 stop but am glad it popped up on my feed. Researched the company and found good reviews. I had questions about a potential purchase. The rep was very friendly and helpful. He admitted when he didn’t know something and checked on the answer. He informed me of add ons but NO high pressure!!! Haven’t received my loveseat recliner yet but expect a continued experience! -

ratingThe customer service is excellent! I looked on this website multiple times contemplating ordering a bed. I spoke with Simon and he answered all of my questions without any pressure to purchase! I waited a couple weeks and called back after finding another bed. He was just as helpful as before and still no pressure. That's what made me decide to buy. So now I'm just waiting for my bed. The reviews are excellent, so I anticipate great furniture! -

ratingWe were looking for a clock that automatically adjusted (aka atomic/radio control) for DST because of the location, high up on our kitchen wall. We found exactly what we were looking for at about $30 less than the same clock on A..Zon. It didn’t arrive in two days, but it did arrive in five, and that to save $30 is just fine! Great online retailer! -

ratingWe found the dining set that we wanted but we wanted the round table instead of the rectangle. We called the phone number and were connected with Simon (ext. 7057) and he was very helpful! Once we made our mind up we called Simon back and he was able to place the order quickly and help us with everything. Can't wait for our table, chairs and buffet to arrive so we can see if the quality is as good as the service! -

ratingTwo pieces of bedroom furniture were delivered in a timely manner to Powhatan Virginia. One piece was perfect, but the other had a few 'bumps and bruises'. Robin G was exceptional to talk to! She initiated the claim, provided monitoring and feedback on the status, and made me feel like a priority customer. The new piece of furniture has already been scheduled for shipping. ratingOn 8/31/22, I had bedroom items in my cart- I knew they were a good price but assumed it was due to the Labor day discounts. On 9/1/22, I went to place my order but the prices increased dramatically. I called 1 Stop Bedrooms and spoke with Cody. Initially, he was not able to match the price but ended up calling me back within a 1/2 hour after speaking to his management to try to get me the better prices. He really went to bat to ensure he provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Cody!! I am excited to receive my new bedroom and thrilled to be getting it at the sale prices. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! -

ratingI am extremely happy with my furniture The pictures did not do the furniture justice and the white glove service provided by the crew the delivery men were extremely polite worked very carefully to bring in my items and pulled the trash away and took it with them I would recommend this company with the same kind of service to anybody thank you so much for everyone involved at one stop bedroom’s very grateful very blessed I hope everyone has a great day!! I was kept informed about my purchase and the delivery with a courtesy call before hand. And by the way I really appreciate receiving my furniture within a timely manner extremely happy about that also!! I have been looking around for approximately a year and couldn’t find a company with a better price with this kind of quality!! -

ratingI never thought I will be purchasing such an expensive Man-Den Sofa set but after testing out the sofa, I fell in love with the mechanism for back support. Although very pricy, the customer service I received made it an easy choice to buy from 1StopBedroom. My salesperson seems very experienced and was easygoing answering all my questions. I did not feel pressured at any time but was happy to receive a good Labor Day discount making the purchase within my reach. I was told I will receive the furniture set in three weeks and can’t wait to get it. I am the type of guy that doesn’t buy furniture insurance but given the total cost, I decided on the discounted insurance. Very good customer service -

ratingI ordered a sofa when I moved into my new apartment but there were some issues with the place & they will be moving to a different apartment so I had to change my delivery address. I was originally told that since I paid through PayPal I would need to cancel the order and then place a new one with the new address but after I asked to be transferred to somebody who may be able to help me, they were able to update my delivery address without me having to jump through hoops. Thank you! -

Simon immediately corrected the problem and completed the order for me, so I didn't have to order from the website. I greatly appreciated his willingness to help and going the extra step in placing the order. GREAT EXPERIENCE -

ratingI’ve been trying for months to find the perfect living room suit. Found it locally and the price was too high and delivery was going to take too long. And I’m not very computer savvy, but I attempted to find the furniture online. Fortunately, I chose 1 Stop Bedrooms and received a call from them once I placed my order. The initial question was over my billing and delivery ZIP Codes. The customer service representative was so wonderful he took the time to go over better deals on the living room suit I chosen. He was able to upgrade my leather and keep the price in my price range. Absolutely the best service I have ever received from any company. I am almost 60 and I bought a lot of furniture in my days, but I’ve never had an experience as wonderful as this…and it was all done online and over the phone . It makes me so happy to know that in this day and time there are still companies hiring people that know how to treat others! I’ll never buy furniture from anywhere else. 1 Stop Bedrooms is the BEST! -

ratingI ordered from anther company and my order was to be delivered In four weeks. I didn’t get my order in four weeks. Six weeks later I still didn’t have a delivery date. I canceled my order and ordered from 1stop. My order will be delivered next week. The customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back for more furniture in the future. -

ratingIn the last two years of the pandemic, the customer service of most retailers has really dropped. It is hard to get someone on the phone, even harder to get a response. This is TOTALLY the opposite with 1 Stop Bedrooms. I ordered a bed and it was backordered and several LIVE people--three cheers for Liam and Charlie--have called me, emailed me and helped me find alternatives. Thank you! It's been such a pleasure to shop with you. If only other retailers could follow your lead. -

ratingMy wife and I just purchased 3 living Room tables from 1stopbedrooms instead of from a furniture store we found them at because they were priced considerably lower and promised to be delivered weeks quicker. Joe, the representative I spoke with, was one of the nicest customer service rep's I've ever talked to over the phone and was very helpful with all the details of our order. To be completely transparent with this review, at first, my wife and I were a little apprehensive about placing our order with a company we had not heard of before, fearing there was something hidden behind this "TO GOOD TO BE TRUE" offer, but after talking with Joe, that anxiety has been put to rest and now we can't wait to add these beautiful tables into our home. -

ratingI’ll purchase furniture during the Massachusetts tax free holiday and was charged tax. I have been trying to get the sales tax refunded for a week. I have talked to no less than 5 people on various occasions, asked for a supervisor and was refused to be transferred. They staff didn’t speak English well at all and were from different countries. It wasn’t until I talked to kobi, that my problem was resolved quickly, courteously, and professionally. Thank you kobi. You are an asset to the company. -

ratingThe ordering and handling process, delivery all really good smooth process. The furniture itself is very low quality. The wood inside the furniture makes sounds and creeks like old floors every time you move. The stuffing is uneven and lumpy on the back cushions. One corner of couch the material is not covering the under portion all the way to the corner. The overall cushion seating is really hard and stiff. Good fast service, furniture not so great... -

I’m not sure everyone has that sick feeling in their gut when they are spending money. But we do. So talking to someone that helped ease that made it a great experience. Knowing that our purchase is in good hands and any issues we may have will be resolved is worth it’s weight in gold -

Once ready, the delivery & set up was excellent service. Now ordered my second shipment and very responsive and friendly on the phone with questions and getting the order finalized. ratingMy couch and love seat arrived as expected but with a few damages - a small rip on the left side and missing holes to screw on the legs. I was upset, but I was pleased after I called the CSR at 1StopBedroom. The customer service Rep, Adam, replied to my email and called me back to get distance pictures. I sent it to him, and it ended up that he would send me the tools necessary to correct the damage. When I get the essential items he sends to me, I will notify him, and he will send a technician in my area out to fix the damage.
