ratingI called on Friday and spoke with Raymond. He gave me the information I was seeking. I mentioned I needed a couple to days to think about it and he did not try to pressure sell me. He gave me his extension and politely asked me that when I was was ready to please give him a call. That made me feel very good about working with him and the company. Today, I was ready to buy so I called and entered Raymond’s extension. He remembered me and thanked me for reaching out to him. Again, he made me comfortable working with him and he made me feel important. When I purchase something else I will work with Raymond. -

ratingI’ve been looking for two months for a bedroom set that was good quality and affordable, that’s what I found here! 1 Stop Bedrooms was suggested to me by my daughter and I’m more than happy with the huge selection of bedroom sets they offer! There’s truly something for everyone and every budget! I won’t shop at the big name furniture stores again (they sell the same furniture here, for a much more affordable price) they don’t offer nearly the variety, nor the quality! -

ratingOrdered a bed frame with headboard for my mother today. Prices are great and the bed looked superb. Added a mattress for her and talked with customer service to make sure I got everything I needed, he went above and beyond to help me. I order most everything online as we live very rural, and the website is easy to use and I chose to call to make sure, as I said, that I ordered everything I needed to be sent to her home. Would definitely recommend this company. CS -

ratingI have never purchased furniture from a company on line until today. From the minute I dealt with the Sales Rep Cobi, I knew I had found a reputable company to deal with. He was so knowledgeable & personable. He described in detail the furniture, the company, the shipping. The pricing was better than we found anywhere by far. They accommodated us with storage, etc & timing for delivery He bent over backwards to make this purchase a pleasure. I would recommend 1STOPBEDROOMS Whole heartedly! -

ratingWe placed an order for that came back to us with a December delivery which was further out than we expected. So I called about our order and spoke with Raymond and he was very helpful in helping us get decisions on the furniture options that were in stock. We were able to have our original order canceled and then went with a new furniture selection. The furniture arrived within a decent time frame and had no visible damage! The basic delivery service was sufficient for our needs. Everyone loves the furniture pieces we selected and we would definitely order again from one stop! -

ratingI called to order two powered recliners. When I talk to Kobi, he told me that the recliners that I wanted would not be available for about 8 to 9 weeks. I said that that the website indicated they would ship by May 9. He informed me that the website information was incorrect. He then said there was a similar powered recliner that was available much sooner and he directed me to that recliner to look at over. My wife and I had a lengthy discussion while Kobe waited patiently for us to make up our mind on what we wanted to do. Kobi talked about the recliners and provided good information on each. When we finally decided to go with the original recliners even though there was a a considerable wait, he quickly got everything squared away and got the order done. Kobi did an excellent job working with us— patient and totally professional! -

ratingSurfing the internet looking for a sofa set that I admired at 1 Stop Bedrooms, as I was adding to my cart the 3pcs I wanted, I did not see all of them in the cart, so I called their customer service dept. and got this wonderful person named Charlie that help me with my purchase ensuring that I was getting everything that I ordered. Charlie's customer service attitude was very professional and superfast in assisting. I can't wait to receive my furniture and very excited to recommend 1 Stop Bedrooms to my relatives and friends. -

We had been calling other furniture stores without any help so we were about ready to give up. He also told us we wouldn't have to wait 3-6 months for our furnitured!! -

ratingI ordered a piece of furniture from another company but it was going to take 2 months due to current material shortages, etc. I found the same item on 1 Stop and it was available one month earlier which made me very happy. Furthermore because my credit card address is different from where I am having the item shipped, the company did a follow up with me to verify it was indeed me who had ordered this item and not some scammer. What a wonderful extra step to protect their customers. I would recommend this company and buy from them again. I am very impressed. -

ratingIm a return customer that being said my first order went smoothly and delivery took 3 months yes! I was told and informed and waiting was worth the thousands yes thousands I saved. I just made a second purchase with Garret over the phone he was amazing his customer service was spot on my order placement was simple and easy and he explained everything and gave a discount for being a return customer. I ordered the partytime sofa and loveseat and can’t wait to enjoy my new furniture for years to come if your on the fence about this company don’t hesitate to place that order the worst is shipping damages and they will make it right after all that’s not in there control life happens and isn’t always perfect. ratingI've been looking for a bedroom for a new home in Orlando for two months. I've been talking with multiple furniture stores and have been unable to find any that have what we are looking for in stock. One company indicated a 30 week delivery date out of North Carolina. Really? Coby at 1Stopbedrooms was able to not only help me but forwarded other choices to me and within an hour we picked out an Ashley bed. We are very relieved. Absolutely great service! -

ratingI found a couch that I fell in love with but it was out of stock almost everywhere I looked. If it was in stock, the time to get it was over three months. 1stopbedrooms had what I wanted, and it was estimated to ship out in less than a month. Also had a wonderful experience with Simon on the phone, who helped fix a billing/shipping error and was extremely pleasant. This was my first time with this company and definitely won’t be the last!!! -

ratingYour customer service representative, Sean, helped me verify my order. We were able to add a few things that was necessary to make my bed fit it's adjustable base. Sean also caught a problem with the size mattress fitting my Murphy bed. I am glad he caught it because it saved me the hassle of a return and wait to for a new bed. Thank you for such great customer service! -

Adam, ext. 7063, was so helpful in preparing my order and giving me his best recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had complete confidence in him. Therefore, I give him a 10 star because he went above and beyond for me. He was beyond excellent. It took me 2 days to totally decide on my order, and he kept in touch the whole time. -

Ordered and then got an email saying bc my billing and shipping address were diff they wanted to verify so I called and they said they wanted to make sure my card wasn't stolen and make sure it was me and for security reasons which was awesome. He was extremely friendly and willing to assist and help me with completing the order. Was a wonderful experience and one of the easiest trouble free purchases I made online. This is allot of money so makes me nervous to do things online. He assisted me through the entire process. I will definatly recommend this place to my friends and family If the delivery and set up goes smoothly. I am hopeful that it will go smooth and be here within couple week. I didn’t have to wait long and my error was Corrected quickly and professionally. I also had the opportunity to ask a few questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. ratingI already knew what I wanted for finding it on the manufacturer’s show room. I was able to find quickly using the product number. It was half price, in stock, and free shipping so I placed an order. Glad I checked the order details after because it said I needed to call them to verify since my billing and shipping addresses aren’t he same. That was also easy and the phone rep was super friendly and nice. What else can you ask for??? -

I was once more explained the order process, I was updated on ETA for my order to be arriving and so on. My adviser also helped me to decide if I needed any additions to my bed like mattress base, adjustable base and so on. Im really happy with the service and attention to detail. -

Sooo refreshing and easy to reach a human at 1Stop Bedrooms which means a lot to me! Simon was knowledgeable, warm, caring, followed through with me until the order was complete and even helped with a request to strengthen the bed frame a bit.
