ratingI ordered a piece of furniture from another company but it was going to take 2 months due to current material shortages, etc. I found the same item on 1 Stop and it was available one month earlier which made me very happy. Furthermore because my credit card address is different from where I am having the item shipped, the company did a follow up with me to verify it was indeed me who had ordered this item and not some scammer. What a wonderful extra step to protect their customers. I would recommend this company and buy from them again. I am very impressed. -

ratingIm a return customer that being said my first order went smoothly and delivery took 3 months yes! I was told and informed and waiting was worth the thousands yes thousands I saved. I just made a second purchase with Garret over the phone he was amazing his customer service was spot on my order placement was simple and easy and he explained everything and gave a discount for being a return customer. I ordered the partytime sofa and loveseat and can’t wait to enjoy my new furniture for years to come if your on the fence about this company don’t hesitate to place that order the worst is shipping damages and they will make it right after all that’s not in there control life happens and isn’t always perfect. I found him very personable, informative and professional. The call ended with a smile on my face and the peace of mind that comes from fantastic customer service!! ratingI've been looking for a bedroom for a new home in Orlando for two months. I've been talking with multiple furniture stores and have been unable to find any that have what we are looking for in stock. One company indicated a 30 week delivery date out of North Carolina. Really? Coby at 1Stopbedrooms was able to not only help me but forwarded other choices to me and within an hour we picked out an Ashley bed. We are very relieved. Absolutely great service! -

The person I spoke with was very helpful, offered me options available that turned out I needed very much. I was concerned ordering furniture online but after speaking with him, very confident I did the right thing, saved money and will highly recommend your company. ratingI found a couch that I fell in love with but it was out of stock almost everywhere I looked. If it was in stock, the time to get it was over three months. 1stopbedrooms had what I wanted, and it was estimated to ship out in less than a month. Also had a wonderful experience with Simon on the phone, who helped fix a billing/shipping error and was extremely pleasant. This was my first time with this company and definitely won’t be the last!!! -

ratingYour customer service representative, Sean, helped me verify my order. We were able to add a few things that was necessary to make my bed fit it's adjustable base. Sean also caught a problem with the size mattress fitting my Murphy bed. I am glad he caught it because it saved me the hassle of a return and wait to for a new bed. Thank you for such great customer service! -

ratingI had so many questions and needed a lot of help in picking a bed, mattress, etc. for my great granddaughter. I'm 74 years old and not a whiz on the computer. Adam, ext. 7063, was so helpful in preparing my order and giving me his best recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had complete confidence in him. Therefore, I give him a 10 star because he went above and beyond for me. He was beyond excellent. It took me 2 days to totally decide on my order, and he kept in touch the whole time. -

Ordered and then got an email saying bc my billing and shipping address were diff they wanted to verify so I called and they said they wanted to make sure my card wasn't stolen and make sure it was me and for security reasons which was awesome. William was very friendly and answer every question I had. Was a very great overall experience. -

He was extremely friendly and willing to assist and help me with completing the order. Was a wonderful experience and one of the easiest trouble free purchases I made online. This is allot of money so makes me nervous to do things online. He assisted me through the entire process. I will definatly recommend this place to my friends and family If the delivery and set up goes smoothly. I am hopeful that it will go smooth and be here within couple week. ratingI made a purchase online and didn’t enter my zip code properly. I received an email to contact customer service to correct my order. I didn’t have to wait long and my error was Corrected quickly and professionally. I also had the opportunity to ask a few questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. I will be a repeat customer as they carry the same products as my local furniture stores at better prices and with MUCH better availability. Thanks again 1stopbedrooms!! -

ratingI already knew what I wanted for finding it on the manufacturer’s show room. I was able to find quickly using the product number. It was half price, in stock, and free shipping so I placed an order. Glad I checked the order details after because it said I needed to call them to verify since my billing and shipping addresses aren’t he same. That was also easy and the phone rep was super friendly and nice. What else can you ask for??? -

ratingI was very impressed with the quality of customer service. After I placed my order I received a confirmation call. I was once more explained the order process, I was updated on ETA for my order to be arriving and so on. My adviser also helped me to decide if I needed any additions to my bed like mattress base, adjustable base and so on. Im really happy with the service and attention to detail. -

ratingI'm writing this before I actually received the bedroom set I ordered so taking that into consideration ... but what I can say so far is the help I received getting the order placed with Simon was phenomenal! Sooo refreshing and easy to reach a human at 1Stop Bedrooms which means a lot to me! Simon was knowledgeable, warm, caring, followed through with me until the order was complete and even helped with a request to strengthen the bed frame a bit. He is a real asset to 1Stop Bedrooms and to anyone working with him on an order for your own home. Thank you, Simon and 1Stop Bedrooms for the warm human touch you provide. ratingI spoke with Raymond twice, probably about 30 to 45 minutes in between each call and on the 2nd call he remembered exactly what I had called about and had it on his screen faster than I could talk. He was kind and got a kick out of me and my husband arguing over set up. When I get ready to order a new bedroom suit, I will ask for him again!! -

ratingPurchased a bed frame at Ashley furniture got home and checked on-line and found the exact same bed on your website for hundreds less. I called and spoke with Joe extension 7078 just to make sure it was the same bed. Told him I would go to Ashley's and cancel my order. He gave me his extension and when I called back he answered my remaining questions he processed my order in a prompt and timely manner. -

Everything was perfect and I just ordered a kitchen table set with white glove delivery as well, I cant wait for it to arrive!
