ratingI had already ordered the bed from another seller but the other pieces were out of stock so I started looking for another place that sold the same bedroom set and I came across 1stopbedrooms online! They have great reviews so I thought I would give them a try. I spoke with Mike and placed my order. He was professional, courteous and informative. I expect to keep singing their high praises for their great service and if their delivery is a good as their customer support, then look out...I will tell anyone who will listen. Looking forward to getting my furniture. -

ratingMy dauhter and I had been searchin for hous to find the right bedroom set and finally in frustration called and Simon answered. He was very patient explaining out options as our house setup is somewhat unique. My credit card didn't go through so he stayed later to give me time to contact my bank and make a ppayment. He made sure we were happy with the colors and helped me out with the mattress. I have cancer and am coming to Florida to try to recouperate and a mattress is very important. He made sure we got all of out coupon and discounts I'll be calling him Sunday to order a diningroom set and guest room set. Linda B -

ratingI looked all over the web for this particular curio cabinet. Most places were out of stock and expensive. I finally found it at your store but had questions which were answered on my 1st call. This is very important as I will be out of town for a week and I want to make sure I'm here for the delivery. Simon assured me I would receive it in 2-4 weeks. Great! -

ratingThis is my first time shopping on this site- I ordered a sofa bed for an amazing price because they are so hard to find. Simon answered my followup text to check in today - ( Sunday) Simon helped my choose a better mattress and full service to deliver my sofabed. Since the sofabed is going to be hard at our new property in Reno, I added the full-service delivery. ratingI actually had a nice experience calling to place an order. Though delivery was additional because the company did not normally deliver to my area (CA), they were accommodating, and the extra cost was minimal. The rep Gary was very nice , patient, and courteous with me. He made this call much less stressful for me, as I was already stressing about whether they would deliver to my area. He was patient and informative, and answered all my questions/concerns with ease. Thank you; I look forward to receiving my item . -

ratingOrdered end tables after having set sold while I was waiting my turn to order from a Local furniture store. Was told I would have to wait 12 to 16 weeks if I ordered from the store. I like to support local businesses but when iI found the same exact tables at this site, and for considerably less than the stores sale price, I decided to take a chance and order them. They both came within ten days. The assembly was very easy and the tables were exactly like the ones in the store. They were exactly what I wanted for our family room and most importantly, my husband loved them! I am very happy with the entire process and have already told several friends about this site . -

ratingI stumbled on this site today and, although I initially had a difficult time reaching them by phone, I was ultimately able to place an order with Raymond. He was patient and courteous. He efficiently took my order and I expect to have it arrive in about 3 weeks. He has sent several emails confirming the sale and this one requesting a rating. At this time I cannot rate the quality of the product, customer service (if there is a problem), the delivery or specifics related to what I have purchased. I'll add those comments when the item is here, but Raymond was great. -

I was notified by Jason with customer service of the availability status of the item in my area with 2 options pay more to ship it from across the country or wait a few months for it to be in stock in my area. Polite, prompt and professional team member. -

I'd found the Madden Smoky Walnut And Coffee Bean Queen Storage Platform Bed By Scott Living on another site... 1Stop Bedrooms had the exact same bed for less and with better delivery/setup service. Simon made sure I had everything necessary to set up my purchase, so no hiccups or delays from 1 Stop Bedrooms. To top if off they were fast, friendly and over $1K less than the competitor. I'm happy! -

ratingRaymond was very helpful, knowledgeable about my product and worked with me to get the best price. He has a very friendly demeaner which made it easier to work with him. I'm a returning customer and I'm happy to see that your company still value customer loyalty by providing us with very professional sale agents to work with and Raymond truly fits the mold of a professional. He even laughed at my corny jokes. We had a long conversation about the product I was interested in and by the end of the discussion Raymond had convinced me to go ahead and purchased it. He could of probably sold me second unit but could not get the price down to my budget for two. -

My customer service rep Jason was extremely helpful. He had all my info already pulled up and confirmed all the outstanding info still needed. The call was quick and I could tell he was committed to making sure my order was completed. Great experience! -

He went through the process very systematically but with personality! I felt as though all of my questions were answered and although this is my first association with 1 Stop Bedroom I think it will not be the last! -

ratingI was using 1stopbedroom twice last 12 month. Like furniture they sell, some of the furniture difficult to find anywhere else. Yes, I have some problem with my order , but costumer support help me to resolve all mine issue. Costumer service answering phone, reply on email and work out on resolution with me - that’s part I appreciate at most. Some problem like delay or damages is unavoidable , but if costumer support is “exist “ and work out with you - it’s best I can ask. Happy ! Will for sure use 1stopbedroom again. -

ratingI called 1StopBedrooms after searching… I called 1StopBedrooms after searching for three days online to order the Coaster Bunk Bed #7395. The Salesman named Kyle @ ext#7054 answered my call. He was very professional and assured me they could mail my order to me, said they do have one in stocks and he would try to get my order to me sooner than expected! Other companies had a wait time of eight to twelve weeks! I am so happy that I was able to order this particular bunk. I wanted one that would support teen/adult, size/weight family members visiting from out of town. The stair step ladder was important to me as well, seems easier for adults. It is for a bedroom that is also a craft/sewing room so the space is limited. Can't wait to get my order delivery! Thank you to Kyle @ ext #7054 for his expert help! -

I had to go over all the info and pictures with my mom and called Raymond again the next day to place an order. He was extrememly helpful and patient with me. I specifically asked for him when I called back. -

ratingI orders a different set on 8/16/21 which got cancel do the unprofessionalism of the agent. On the other hand, Simon recommended different bedroom set I love. I have been waiting since January for the original set from another company. I have to say Simon provided the best customer and made sure I got a bedroom set, which I can receive quickly. He was kind, professional, and courteous. Kudos to Simon. I can't say enough regarding how happy I am Simon answered my call today. -

ratingAfter experiencing difficulty purchasing an Ashley dresser online to include “White Glove Delivery Service”, I called Custoner Service and received very good service - answering all of my questions and eventually placing the order for me, in a timely manner. The agent was very helpful. I was only disappointed with the large fee for the “White Glove Delivery Service” for a dresser already assembled and then having to pay an additional fee to go up one flight of stairs, in my home. But since the dresser is heavy and good quality, I paid the fee and am eagerly waiting for this new matching piece to a chest I previously purchased from 1StoPBedrooms. -

My son is hearing impaired, so I was texting my son as I talked with Raymond and Raymond was so patient. Very knowledgeable on the products and able to multi-task quite well. He advised me to place 3 separate orders to help expedite shipping and availability. Kobi was very straight up and honest with me about availability of all the items. Kobi was just great! I was called promptly this morning and Kobe (Colby?) helped me place this order and verified the products I wished to purchase until my card was processed and purchase confirmation came. ratingI received a text stating that I needed to verify my address and payment information. I called and spoke with Simon and he informed me that I had not purchased the base for the bed. I then asked Simon what he thought the best mattress I could purchase for a 6 yr old and he took care of that as well. Simon made sure that everything was taken care of before I got off the line. -
