ratingI ordered a new bedroom set but didn't have a delivery date since my new home is being built. Joe was so easy to work with. He said he could hold my bedroom set and I could call when I knew a delivery date. Joe was very helpful and answered all my questions. Now I can't wait to receive my new bedroom set. -

I was asked if I was Military or a Veteran, which I am a Veteran, was thanked for my service and was given 2 additional years of the service plan at no cost. Very good experience. -

ratingMy wife and I have been looking for a particular style of coffee table and end table and stumbled across your website by pure chance and needed to get these on order asap as we're leaving town and wanted them to arrive before we left. Abraham confirmed that your inventory position was quite good and made us feel comfortable with your company. IAnd all this was accomplished on a Sunday evening. ratingCharlie is an excellent salesperson he did a wonderful job he was very informative on the product which I had numerous questions for I recently tried to purchase the same identical items through JCPenney's the purchase did not go well they were very unprofessional however Charlie was able to get me the same products for a much better price better warranties and great deals I appreciate his help we look forward to shopping with 1 stop in the future thank you Charlie -

ratingCalled to inquire about Betrillo Black Full Sofa Sleeper Sku: 4050236 Wanted to know if shipping was indeed free and if any damage occurred during shipment would they be responsible for that technician informed me about maintenance plan 5 yr service where they come out to fix it so we got that as well including an upgrade for better mattress. Local store wanted $949.99 for basic sleeper/sofa of same name before tax and delivery fees. Your technician and store saved me money and I got the best deal possible. Your service member (Joe) was professional and knowledgeable about the plan and upgrades. Thank you Max Boneta -

His friendliness, knowledge, attention to my requests - exceeded all my expectations. He helped to complete my first order and made a number of very valid points, which helped me in research and understanding on what I should look for. -

ratingI had to call to verify my address because of a unique street name. I called during after evening hours and it was great to still have support. We were able to verify my address as well as talk through some aspects of my purchase that needed to be adjusted for my bed set and delivery to be complete. My cell phone battery died and the service rep called back immediately on our alternate number which was so helpful. Awesome customer service from Kobi that was quick and efficient! -

ratingI had some issues while trying to place an order last evening because the mailing and billing address didn't match. We just moved and I didn't get it updated in the system. Simon worked with me and helped as much as possible but we needed to finish up the order. Simon called me as promised and quickly placed the order. He was very kind and understanding. ratingThe Salesman was very helpful, understanding to my particular situation as well as pleasant to deal with. Also, there was a slight breakdown in communication. I called and explained my concern to Joseph, Manager and he solved it immediately and reassured me all was good. This was music to my ears as I was anxious and he was easy to trust. My furniture was delivered and set up with impeccable service. I will definitely go right to 1StopBedrooms if I’m in the market for furniture. -

I initially ordered this dinning room table from another company on line on yesterday and immediately cancelled it after inquiring about expected delivery date with an unbelievable rude person on the phone. ratingA few weeks ago I called and talked to Mike about the furniture I wanted. I told him I would have to wait to order it till I got my tax return. So I called him today to order it and he remembered me. He helped me figure out how to pay for it and he was very sweet and very professional and explained everything about delivery and the possibility of being back ordered due to Covid. He helped me with my first 1StopBedrooms order last week and then again today as I purchased additional items for the vacation home we are building in the Rocky Mountains. He was able to hold my merchandise for several months until the snow melts and the home is completed and ready for furniture. I recommend 1StopBedrooms for their service so far, and hope my experience is as great when it comes to shipping, delivery, and the furnishings. -

He explained all of the services that I inquired about and was VERY clear as to all of the costs involved. He also did so with a little humor. A customer can feel the smile o the other end of the phone and it was appreciated. Things have become so tense in the world that a pleasant contact is REALLY appreciated. -

However, I had the pleasure of Jack pulling my order from the cart online and placing it via telephone. This was faster than online and easier. He was extremely nice, polite, very professional, and very patient. Thank you, Sean. As for 1StopBedrooms, the service you have given me has been excellent. Because of my husband's recent death, I had to cancel the order I'd placed for a double recliner. I no longer had a partner to share it with. Y'all were so understanding and patient with me about cancelling the double recliner and letting me purchase the sleeper sofa. My thanks to all of you who helped me with this transaction. I will likely be ordering more furniture in the near future. And now this Southern Lady has her own personal furniture store... 1StopBedrooms... in New York no less. :) -

ratingWhile ordering a sofa on line I called 1stopbedrooms with some questions. The customer service representative I spoke to was able to quickly answer my questions and help me place the order. I was able to take advantage of an additional 25% off the Italia leather sofa. This is a quality sofa that is the exact brand and suite we already own. This sofa was several hundred dollars less delivered than a brick and mortar outlet. Quality product, great price, and professional service. -

ratingTo be completely candid my experience with 1stopbedrooms up until today had not been what I expected as far as customer service goes but Steve K completely changed my mind today. His customer service skills are beyond reproach. I was prepared to write 1stopbedrooms off and never order from there again but that is no longer true. I asked for a survey because I was so happy with my experience with him. He has made me a repeat customer. Please give him my thanks. -

He was very helpful and explained the order need verification to make sure someone wasn’t fraudulently using my credit card. After my order was verified, he went thru my order and confirmed everything. Advised I was missing a few key thing. He was very helpful. -

She went out of her way to send me links to similar furniture when what we wanted was out of stock and followed up to let us know when things would be back in stock and helped arrange shipment for the same day when there were multiple items. ratingI want to give a HUGE Shout out to Kobe, Abraham, and Lauren. All three have strong professionalism during these unforeseen times. They all provided detail information if the process that was impacted by covid-19 . The company was impacted by delays but the customer service department kept positive, it was out of their hands that the manufactures were being hit hard with delays and back orders. Their communication skills were not getting sharpen by this pandemic, this team was more than just a customer service for the company they became the front line to make the retail business stay on top of covid-19. All three should be recognized for their loyalty of the business and their loyalty to their customers, especially during these unforeseen times. We all need patience during these times, including myself. This team has taught me that. If the president / COO is reading this .. Please take note your team is working for you !!!!
