Simon was absolutely fantastic with explaining the shipping process and providing additional details on the sale. Because Simon provided me with proper information during the confirmation call, I was able to be proactive, and update my shipping location as well as make sure items such as the bracket, to attach the sectional were included. Simon went to on to explain that if the warrantee is not used, it is totally refunded, and was able to give an estimate on when the couch would be delivered.

Kyle was very professional, he knew the product very well and he saved me money with a huge discount. I thought I had found a better deal and he showed me it wasn't. More representatives like Kyle will make your company become a favorite amongst customers like myself. Keep up the good work, and I can tell you this will not be my last order.

Great prices, although "FREE Home Delivery Ships by ****" in upper right corner of 'Today's Price' is misleading. 1Stop contacted me days after purchase to say I had to pay for shipping because it required a dedicated truck. I resisted, quoting the 'FREE Home Delivery' banner, and the Customer Service agent was very accommodating, and found a promo code to get my shipping free. But if I hadn't challenged it, they would have charged me another $150 or so. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

I have been looking for the Binghamton Collection Dining Table, and saw this on your website and it was at a GREAT price, so I tried to sign-up but had problems with my email, so I just couldn't let the table go. I called and spoke to customer service, who informed me that the table WAS available. Your customer service was funny and got my table ordered. I really enjoyed the interaction and enjoyed my time with ordering a table that I had been looking to purchase for weeks. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU

from the moment that you call you are greeted with excellent service and knowledgeable employees. Even if you are having an issue and you need to make a claim they are always attentive and very courteous. They try to find a solution to your problems and help you every step of the way. The sales team is great I’ve made an error on one of my orders and they were very happy to help me they fix the issue the problem and now everything is great. Love the furniture good quality at an affordable price.

I only needed the dresser out of a bedroom set, due to damage done while moving. The website didn't allow for that purchase, so I called and the rep on the phone had my purchase and delivery set up completed in just minutes. Of course there are delays due to Covid in production, that was all explained, so no surprises down the road with a delayed delivery.

Great Job. It’s not every day that you come across someone who really cares about their customer!!! He was very kind , patient, and knowledgeable of his products!! You can tell he takes great pride in his job. you can tell it’s not just a job!!! He knows his products & business. You can tell he cares about what he does. Truly a pearl of great price. I wasn’t sure about making such a large purchase without seeing the product. He made me very comfortable. Now I will wait with excitement for my new table. ! & I will be back. I just bought a home. Online shopping experience was great. Worked with Shawn. My Princeton recliner just got delivered and I would like to buy a sofa that match with it and Shawn helped me with it. When I was placing my order, my credit card declined due to my billing address is different from my new address now. Shawn gave me his extension number so that I don't have to wait longer when calling him back after talking to credit card company. He was not available when I called so I left him a message. Shawn returned my call right away to finish my order. It saves me time and I got things done right away which is important to me because I am always busy. Shawn also helped me save money by offering discounts.

My order originally was placed through Garrett, and even in the original call, he was so nice and so transparent about the process and expectations for furniture arrival. Four weeks later, I got a notification that my order was back-ordered for another month. The supplier didn't accurately inform 1Stop about inventory! After calling through two separate customer service reps, I got Garrett's extension. At this point, I was very frustrated but Garrett completely turned my mood around and helped me pivot my order to get me a new set of furniture faster. He quite literally saved the day and the move I made! Thank you Garrett.

I just discovered this company and am so happy that I did! It is so refreshing to get attentive, personable service over the phone and assistance in choosing furniture to meet my needs. I’ve talked to three different employees and each time was very well taken care of and felt like I was building a comfortable relationship where I’d trust 1 Stop Bedrooms with all of my future purchases. They definitely stand out with their friendliness and helpfulness!

We wanted to order a sofa and loveseat set that we saw on the website. Kyle did a great job in helping us with the order and also finding the set in a warehouse location. This will help us receive the set in 2-3 weeks instead of the normal 2 plus months that seems to be normal due the pandemic situation. Kyle is a real asset to 1stopbedrooms. Thank you!

I had a question on my order about the mattress and Coby answered my question. I almost ordered the wrong thing for the mattress and Coby explained to me the difference. He mentioned a promotion of another better mattress and I ordered it. He also was very patient since I had trouble with the internet being slow. He made the ordering process easy and fast. I searched 1 Stop Bedroom online and saw that they had the full size bed I had been waiting for. Called and spoke with Kyle, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He verified that the item was in stock. The ordering process went smoothly. He also offered additional services to protect the bed. Thanks to Kyle and 1 Stop Bedroom, I will finally have the room I envisioned.

I have been searching for a week various Websites for both a Jenna twin narrow mattress and bar stools. This was very difficult until I reached your website and had the great fortune of speaking with Toby on 2 separate days in reference to my searches on your website. I wanted to better understand the exact seat height for several bar stools that were listed in your website but appeared to have incorrect information or on the seat height. Toby patiently looked at atleast 5 bar stools, explained height differences for counters/bar stools and needed space between base of table and stool, which helped me make a decision. I am so excited and look forward to receiving my items. Toby provides excellent customer service! Thank you.. I am unable to comment on shipping and returns but anticipate the same great service. received from Toby, if assistance is necessary.

I have had a horrible experience trying to get this bedroom set that I absolutely love and adore for my daughter. I live on the east coast and no companies in my area would ship it to rural Pennsylvania. Out of the blue I found 1stop bedrooms online and decided to call and ask if they were able to ship it even though they are from the west coast. I was very lucky and got Mike on the phone. He was so easy to work with! He literally made this all happen within minutes. It was click click and done! Mike was an outstanding person to deal with. I would definitely recommend working with him! Thank you Mike!

I called in to ask a question about a table and chairs set I was interested in buying and Garrett was not only able to put the set together for me, he also had unlimited patience answering questions, comparing other sets, and even waited on the phone when I got a called away for several minutes. found you guys online, but called to confirm an order I wanted to place. ended up speaking with Colby (sp), and he was a fantastic rep - walked me thru the process, and helped me understand what your "white glove" delivery was all about. he was friendly, and super knowledgeable. based on my experience with him, I'd def shop with you guys again. looking forward to receiving my new bedroom set. thanks! - Dave

After dealing with several furniture stores, and being a former Customer Service Manager myself, I can not tell you how glad I was to get Garrett on the other side of the line. He walked me through the process, thoroughly and kindly answered all my questions - putting my PTSD from the other furniture store experiences completely at rest. He is an all-star, and you're lucky to have someone like him on your team!

I placed an order in April and felt like I was getting the run around and nobody could tell me when my items were going to arrive. Charlie was the only person who not only let me know when my items were expected, but helped switch out items so that I was able to get them in a timely manner. I can not thank Charlie enough for all his help, you need more employees like him,

I’ve shopped for a new recliner for a year. Everywhere else was going to take 6-8 mo. to order it and that wasn’t promised, due to the pandemic. I decided to take a chance and order my own chair on line. Looked at a few sites and chose 1 Stop. They called a couple wks later to confirm my order, add some details and I get my chair in 3-4 weeks!! My experience so far has been wonderful and very professional. Just might try it again in the future. Thank you very much to Garrett who was very nice and knowledgeable when he called to confirm my order.

I wanted to order livingroom furniture. Left a message for a call back as the shipping was a possible issue. Joe called me back before the store opened. He was very friendly, articulate and really made sure all info was correct for my order! Will definately refer anyone I know who needs furniture to First Stop Bedrooms. The pricing is great as well! I ordered a new bedroom set but didn't have a delivery date since my new home is being built. Joe was so easy to work with. He said he could hold my bedroom set and I could call when I knew a delivery date. Joe was very helpful and answered all my questions. Now I can't wait to receive my new bedroom set.

Called to verify my shipping address. I was asked about the service plan I was purchasing and was told about a better plan, which I then upgraded to. I was asked if I was Military or a Veteran, which I am a Veteran, was thanked for my service and was given 2 additional years of the service plan at no cost. Very good experience.

My wife and I have been looking for a particular style of coffee table and end table and stumbled across your website by pure chance and needed to get these on order asap as we're leaving town and wanted them to arrive before we left. Abraham confirmed that your inventory position was quite good and made us feel comfortable with your company. IAnd all this was accomplished on a Sunday evening. Charlie is an excellent salesperson he did a wonderful job he was very informative on the product which I had numerous questions for I recently tried to purchase the same identical items through JCPenney's the purchase did not go well they were very unprofessional however Charlie was able to get me the same products for a much better price better warranties and great deals I appreciate his help we look forward to shopping with 1 stop in the future thank you Charlie

Called to inquire about Betrillo Black Full Sofa Sleeper Sku: 4050236 Wanted to know if shipping was indeed free and if any damage occurred during shipment would they be responsible for that technician informed me about maintenance plan 5 yr service where they come out to fix it so we got that as well including an upgrade for better mattress. Local store wanted $949.99 for basic sleeper/sofa of same name before tax and delivery fees. Your technician and store saved me money and I got the best deal possible. Your service member (Joe) was professional and knowledgeable about the plan and upgrades. Thank you Max Boneta

His friendliness, knowledge, attention to my requests - exceeded all my expectations. I had to call to verify my address because of a unique street name. I called during after evening hours and it was great to still have support. We were able to verify my address as well as talk through some aspects of my purchase that needed to be adjusted for my bed set and delivery to be complete. My cell phone battery died and the service rep called back immediately on our alternate number which was so helpful. Awesome customer service from Kobi that was quick and efficient!
