It is difficult to make a decision on expensive items when you can only see them on line. ratingInitial contact was to check on product availability...the CS Rep (Gary...I believe)..did a wonderful job of following up on an existing order that I was on the verge of cancelling due to delivery concerns. Long story short, the problem was rectified, a new order was placed and you have a satisfied customer. I will recommend 1Stop to family and friends. God bless you all. -

ratingI ordered my a couch/loveseat back on May 2nd and love the options that were available. The only downside was that they were back ordered for some time and I’m just receiving them the first week of August. Their white glove delivery crew were awesome. Very professional and personable. So happy to finally receive them. They’re beautiful. I will definitely consider 1StopBedrooms for future purchases. -

ratingOrdering process was great. But when trying to reach customer service for a price adjustment, I had quite a difficult time and still have not received word from the company, by phone or email. I tried multiple times over the phone and sent two emails to customer service for the price adjustment. Never heard back from the company. The delivery was exceptional with email communication. Since having a difficult time with customer service on price matching, I’ll probably not shop with them again and choose Overstock. -

ratingStephen was excellent and patient with helping me to figure out a few tweeks to my purchase. It was my first time purchasing so I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleased with my purchase overall and my family was very impressed when they seen my dining room set and my storage bed, I did have to wait 3 months for it but it was well worth the wait and no fault of 1stopbedrooms since I made my order in May during the early part of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. -

ratingI was looking for new bedroom furniture online and came across 1StopBedrooms one day. Love the selection that they had. I was hesitant to order online because I have had some bad experiences. I am so glad I did. I ordered two night stand, a dresser and a headboard and I LOVE ALL OF THEM. Customer service answered all my questions. The only thing was that waiting time for my purchase. It was over a month before all my items arrived. But so worth the wait. The quality if so much better than I expected. VERY WELL MADE. NOT CHEAP LOOKING. HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS. I would recommend anyone to 1StopBedroom and I will definitely purchase from them again. -

ratingIt just so happens that my residence is out of normal delivery area. So an extra delivery charge needed to be added. They did go as far as split the cost with me and offer other things at cost to try and offset the inconvenience. Shawn got the manager involved and was able to get my furniture treated for free. That was more than a $100 service. So even though I had to pay more to get my furniture delivered I got good value out of what I purchased. Thanks, John -

ratingWe were working on a tight timeline due to covid moving everything up and mike was so sweet and helpful reassuring me that they’d work with us and try. even though they weren’t able to do so on our timeline, mike reassured me they’d complete the refund and in the event we had more time to wait for our order I would have been okay with it. -

ratingI called the number for 1stopbedrooms after researching power recliners with power lumbar and adjustable headrest. I decided on the Catnapper Messina Walnut Power Recliner. Al at extension 7062 answered my call. Al can be described as knowledgeable, personable, patient, guiding, humorous and real. It was a pleasure doing business with 1stopbedrooms, not only because of the Catnapper product, but also due to Al understanding that a purchase is truly an investment. Al did not pressuring me. Rather, he allowed me time to think about my purchase and answered my myriad of questions. Al is an example for other salespersons and a stellar asset to your company. Treat him well. -

He tried many different options to try to give me what I was looking for and I appreciate his hard effort and his patience in finding a solution. rating1 Stop Bedrooms was my third call of the day in trying to buy a Reclining Sofa for my brother who has spinal stenosis. Your agent was knowledgeable, polite and his mannerisms made our interaction a pleasant experience. He answered my numerous questions and made me feel as if I was his number 1 customer. For the first time in my life, I know I would use this furniture company again. He is indeed a valuable asset for your company. -

ratingI told Steve exactly what I was looking for in a bedroom set and about my money constraints and he was able to get me exactly what I wanted. He was totally interested in giving me thorough personalized service while trying to meet my needs within my budget. I've not had such wonderful customer service in I can't tell you how long. I will definitely be calling back to purchase my living room furniture and more pieces to augment my bedroom set. Even tho I feel the prices are steep, I will continue to shop here because of the wonderful customer service!!. That's what'll make me keep coming back!! -

ratingI had a lot of questions and he was patient answering and explaining the process and the ideas of saying free delivery with stipulations or price checks when white glove pricing comes into effect he made us feel like we weren’t getting screwed over by the underline print details even though it wasn’t in our favor.i will definitely buy again if delivery and everything turns out well -

ratingWe had been tracking the chest of drawers for a few months debating the best time to buy. Suddenly the price went up so we called and asked if we could have it for yesterday’s price. Garrett, our accommodating salesman, got us the discount and split the white glove treatment in half. He called us back while checking with his manager so we wouldn’t have to hold the line. All in all a wonderful purchasing experience! -

The best part of my experience, however, was working with Kobi (customer service) he was very informative - but more importantly, he listened - and did the best I've experienced in a long time at making me feel heard. At the end of our call, he provided me with his extension. I called him back today, and he was able to help me place my order, and was super helpful and pleasant AGAIN! ratingI am so glad I called 1 Stop to ask about a price match guarantee. I ended up speaking with Derek. He was incredibly helpful and was able to help me get my recliner ordered. Also the lead time is 3-4 weeks lower (as well as the price) than another site I was looking at too. I am very happy with my customer experience and can’t wait to receive our new recliner! -

I ordered couple of furniture items from your site, one came damaged. I had an initial contact with your customer service rep Jon M, on 5/5/2020. But didn't hear back from him no matter how many emails I sent. Robin was very responsive, great communicator and amazing attitude. She listened and got back to me once she had the information. Robin, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your help, it took me about 10 years to buy a couch which came damaged but you managed to make me smile and appreciate my new purchase. It is very rare to find a customer service rep who actually will help or try to help. We need more customer service staff like Robin. ROBIN, you rock!! ratingI MISS being able to shop in brick & mortar stores. Before Covid-19 our shopping experiences were changing towards on-line/phone ordering and now since Covid-19 it will definitely be the trend. I appreciated Kobi's professionalism, patience, and interest in answering all my questions/concerns. Sometimes I have difficulty hearing when on my cell phone, but Kobi spoke clearly and succinctly. I appreciated not having the frustration of struggling with a language barrier in addition to my stress of shopping. I'm happy to have discovered 1stopbedrooms. -
