I was looking for a queen size sleeper sofa. I shopped for over a week until I came across 1 Stop Bedrooms. The sun was right, the price was right, but that was right. I will definitely be shopping from this company again! Their customer service is also outstanding! I received emails and calls updating me as to the status of my order every step of the way. Thank you one stop!

After visiting a local Ashley store, I was comparing prices online. I found 1StopBedrooms.com to have very good prices advertised. I was hesitant to order online due to some negative reviews. I called the '800' number and was connected with Adam. He was very knowledgeable and assured me there would be nothing to worry about. He helped me through some discounts available and some changes to my shopping cart. I can say that I felt comfortable enough to place the order with a tentative availability date for my items. I have ordered twice from 1stopbedrooms and both times my experience has been excellent! They are easy to reach and they followed up with me both times to make sure that I was aware of my order status. Their prices are awesome and their delivery people are very professional. I will always check here first when looking for furniture to see if it is something that they carry. I am very happy with both of my purchases.

The customer service I received over the phone has been amazing. Kobi was patient and gracefully handled my multiple calls (due to some sizing confusion on my own part for my mattress). He was incredibly pleasant to speak with, and was not high pressure at all. He was incredibly understanding of my chaos in the background and incredibly helpful. He even helped me decide on two of the dressers. He absolutely deserves a raise, and I will happily request him (if possible) for any other purchases I make through this company again. Thank you Kobi, your customer service is some of the best I have encountered in years!!

I called this morning because I was having difficulty with my card being declined while attempting to make a purchase. Long story short, I recently moved and my address had changed. Even though I did update my address with my bank the representative at 1stopbedrooms said it might take time for the system to completely register the address change. He patiently waited as I took my block off on the other line and he was able to proceed with the payment. He actually used my old address in order for the purchase to go through. I am exited to see the furniture when it arrives. I would definitely keep them I'm mind for future purchases.

Simon was very helpful. I wasn't sure about which mattress would work with the king bed and he had me look at several different ones. He was very patient and easy to work with. He also reminded me that I have 90 days to try out the mattress and if I don't like it I can send it back free of charge. Now I just have to wait to actually see the items in person when they are delivered. I hope they look just as good as online.

I placed an order online for the Darcy livingroom set. I received a text that required me to follow up about my order for verification purposes. When I called, I spoke with Cobi (ext 7061). I was upset that I was being told that I had to pay for shipping/delivery because white glove delivery was supposed to be included in my order. Cobi explained very clearly why there was an additional charge. He was very pleasant, efficient, and patient with me. He even got in a better offer for me due to the inconvenience. I will be ordering from here again!

I really had the best person to help me . I have being down sizing and still don’t know what all I can fit in my loft apt . He was very patient and we did order order a love seat for starters.. no pressures , I loved that about Ken . He’s awesome . Thanks so much .. till the next time . Looking forward to my love seat ! The only negative is that I waited 25 minutes to get in touch with someone to verify my order but be patient my friends bc it is worth the wait! I always look at negative reviews first to decide whether or not I’m going to go with a certain product or company and I’m telling you honestly that you won’t be disappointment. Once I got a hold of customer service, Daniel who helped me was sweet and set everything up quickly. I will be doing more shopping with this company.

Hey guys I want to give it up to an associate of yours named Albert! He should really receive a promotion for the stand up job he did today with the explanations he gave and just all around awareness of 1stop policy. He made me feel like I was getting a great product even though I already did my research and knew what I wanted, he made the sale. Also made me feel secure about my buy. Great job and two thumbs up for that guy. He's good!

I was a little nervous ordering furniture over the phone site unseen (except the website), but Harry was so reassuring and helpful! So professional, friendly, warm, and funny. He made sure all of the details are taken care of to get my table sent to the new address where we will be moving on the right date and helped me out with the shipping costs. I will definitely order for 1Stop Bedrooms again thanks to my experience with him!

Hi My name is Jennifer today I went to Ashely furniture to purchase a new bedroom set it was called The South shore collection, the experience there was horrific, so I decided to try buying online because my boyfriend Ken said I could get a better deal, he was right and when I called to change delivery date the gentlemen who helped me went above and beyond his duty's, The gentleman also helped me for about 20 minutes getting the right bed picked out. The site was easy to navigate and the customer service I received was excellent customer service, Thank you for making me feel important for spending money's with you, Thank you 1stop bedrooms Jennifer C.

I called and spoke to Charlie who answered all my questions. I still had some things to look into before pulling the trigger. When I called back and spoke to Keith he was very helpful in describing the details for me, answering my questions, and helping me process everything. Both gentlemen were just that, gentlemen. Very nice and easy to chat with, while being professional and helpful. Thank you so much for making this experience much easier!

I had the pleasure to work with Koby and if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't of stayed on hold to place the order. He was kind enough to answer every time I called and was very helpful. I can't speak for the product yet but because of Koby I would continue to order. He rocks! Thank you Koby!!!

I have been best price shopping for the Kiernan couch & love seat since last year. I was impressed with the price you offered online and placed my order in April during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. The folks I interacted with from transportation, to customer service and just today, to White Glove delivery of my set, has been a positive experience. The only drawback is I am currently in Texas and wasn't home to see my furniture upon delivery however, the photos I saw of the set is gorgeous. Thank you for everything 1/StopBedrooms....I remain your biggest fan!

Simon was a great help and very knowledgeable - look forward to buying more from your company if the delivery on this goes well. Just one note to your company - don’t show something in product picture without noting that the item is not included - bed pictured with slats necessary on this platform bed but they are extra cost. Also white glove service to 2nd floor of a house should not be extra cost.

I called to find out the delivery time of items I wanted to purchase. Kobi was very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed his customer service do much I placed the order with him even though I wanted the items sooner than they can deliver. We’re all stressed right now because of the pandemic and mixed messages we get from our elected officials every day but we have to keep our gratitude, grace and humor. And treat each other with human kindness! Kobi did that and I appreciate it.

I received the quilt I ordered very quickly. It is beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. My son loves it. The only issue was that the quilt was missing a few stitches on the border. I called and spoke to Steven and he was such a pleasure. I explained the situation and he was super nice and remedied my issue right away. Such a great company. I will definitely order from them again. Sometimes customer service means more than anything else when ordering online in today’s times.

The customer service representative was excellent both in communication and his knowledge of the product. He was able to give me the answers to all of my questions with patience and in a very cordial manner. He was also very candid and honest with his answers, which I really appreciated. I am excited for the purchase of our new modular sectional that we had been searching for for a very long time. I cannot wait to finally receive it. I hope it will turn out to be as great as it shows online and as the representative explained to me in details.

Took me a week to find decent furniture for our new home at good price. I was about to purchase from another site when I cam across 1 stop bedrooms. They had everything I needed including the availability to select and deselect items I didn't need where other site were forcing me to purchase items I would not use. (Dresser top mirror). Customer service was friendly and flexible. Will recommend to others once I receive my order and that everything checks out. We are excited!

I spoke with a representative name Matthew who was very helpful! I ordered a bed that didn’t come with built in bed slats and Matthew was generous enough to add in the slats for free! He saved me from the trouble from having to go out and purchase some slats. In addition to that, Matthew was very pleasant, patient, and listened to my issue—all of which I believe are essential in customer service. Great experience I will be ordering from 1stopbedrooms again! Thanks Matthew !

I called Charlie to order new office furniture due to the work from home environment. I like being able to speak to someone live. I was order from furniture picks and they had cheaper prices. Charlie took the time look at the website, highlight hidden prices such as service for installment and matched the small difference. He also was very knowledgeable of the product and gave me additional insight on variance warranties. He was a pleasure to work with and made my experience w 1stopbedrooms a pleasure. My experience will definitely make me recommend them and be a return shopper. Thanks again Charlie!

I don't ever order large pieces of furniture online, but needed a specific pieces to match a headboard. I was a bit nervous but David was very pleasant , easy to understand, eased my concerns, answered all my questions and then helped me place the order over the phone, just to expedite the order. I couldn't be more pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to use 1stop bedrooms again!

I am writing a 5 Star Experience for my salesman by the name Abe Simmons. He was so very helpful. He not only went above and beyond to ensure we understood what we were getting he described the reputable experience that 1StopBedrooms is known for. I was more than convinced that he was knowledgeable and confident in the product that we chose. After speaking with him about the Harelson Living Room Set, I decided to inquire about the mattresses in which we need so desperately. Abe explained the comfort level, the quality and the reputation of the brand. All sales and customer service reps should be as wonderful as he was. We will definitely be back thanks to Abe!

I cannot speak to the delivery or arrival yet, but I just placed an order today and it was a very smooth process. There was a question about my address and I received an email and a text so we could expedite the order. I thought that was a very nice touch. When I called back, there was a little bit of a hold, but we all work and we know how a busy day goes. Once I got to speak to a representative it was a smooth easy process. I am very much looking forward to the delivery of my new furniture. Especially at the competitive low prices.

The Arabella bed has been on my radar for a few months. I was very happy to find it 30% off. Simon was very helpful. The only problem was they were going to charge for the Platinum delivery service when it said it was a free special. They did honor it. Also our home is not constructed yet and they're holding the bed until our house is completed.

If it werent for Robin, this would be a negative star review. I have been dealing with damage on my brand new table since its delivery date a good 3-4 months ago. No one would return my call, the followi through was horrible etc. Then Robin answered one of my calls and finally someone followed through with their promises. A new tabletop is ordered and on its way. I cant wait to finally have a dining room table again. Thank you for all your assistance Robin, much appreciated
