ratingFound a recliner that my husband tried out and loved at Ashley Furniture. I found the same recliner on this site for big savings so I called. Caller rep was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and knowlegeable. My husband has extremely painful health issues and besides saving money they offered 2week delivery vs Ashley’s 6 to 12 weeks. We are so grateful for that. Will review again if delivery lives up to what was told!! -

ratingI got a very nice man to help me from the first minute he asked if he could help me. And help me he did. I was very impressed in everything he told me about what I was looking for and in the end I got exactly what I wanted. He was very helpful in telling me which one was the best to buy and talked me into getting the policy at a discount for 2 years. I ended up getting the cheaper of the two because he said the quality of both were good, but the cheaper one was just as good. Thanks to Simon, I will more than likely get my next chair from you also. Thanks Simon. Great job. -

ratingI ordered a sofa / loveseat combo from 1StopBedrooms, and so far the process has been great and the price was very competitive. The product is Ashley, and as I've had Ashley before so I presume a quality product once delivered. At the time of this feedback to 1StopBedrooms, my order is queued up to be shipped, so I can't give a review on my delivery experience or the product. -

ratingWhen my husband and I purchased our first home 5 years ago it was during the pandemic. I had done online shopping before in the past. But not for furniture. So I found one-stop bedrooms online and I shopped there for our furniture to furnish off first home. Everything arrived right in the due time. And they put everything together and I'll be first home. Look, great. I am now coming to them again because it's time to do a refresh on the furniture from the first time so reordered furniture again to replenish our home for the next 5 years. Yes, and wouldn't choose any other place. But one-stop bedroom background. -

ratingI spoke with Irving. He was very efficient in explaining details of my item and was able to get what I needed in a thorough fashion. Did not know I could get the mattress also for my new twin bed. The price was a tad high but I decided to order anyway. My husband recently passed and now I'm moving from a home to a studio apt. In a city 3 hours away and it has been quite an overwhelming ordeal. So I appreciated Irving's efficiency and getting one less thing in order for me. When we were concluding I thought to ask if you sold Faux leather sofa beds and gave him a complete list of what I wanted in size, pillow arms, etc. And he is now trying to find what I need. Oh, he just called and found what sounds like what I want. One thing I did ask of him was if it could be combined with my bed order so I don't have to pay two shipping charges which I certainly need that savings and hope that will be possible. Very polite young man! You have a very good employee there. I used to be a Residential Service Administrator for a Corporation. One of my jobs was to teach customer service to customer reps within the Co. In 5 states. Just telling you this because I recognize immediately what I taught and Irving filled the bill totally. He recognized my phone number and recognized every single thing that I was trying to order he was able to repeat everything the price the breakdown and even made sure that I get the right pieces that I need for the mattress, excellent service I can’t say anything more. rating1StopBedrooms made buying my cocktail table very simple! In addition, I saved just over $200 from the cost of the exact same table at our local furniture store. And early the next day I received an email asking me to call them and verify my address. Otherwise, it would be delayed! They wanted to ship my table out to me ASAP, and I really appreciated them promptly taking the time to reach out to me. You rarely get that kind of service from any furniture store these days. Talk about great customer care! 1StopBedrooms showed me the best customer care and fair prices I've ever seen! You won't be disappointed purchasing any product from them! I will definitely be visiting their website again! -

ratingThe fact I had to call customer service was super frustrating at first but then the guy who handled my call made it so easy and quick. Customer service most places was awesome but if he is the example of their customer service then most companies can learn from them. 10/10. Also, I move tomorrow so my shipping and billing address was different. They flagged it and confirmed it with me before moving forward and I love that. -

ratingThis is the 5th time, I've ordered from this company in under 8 years. I've always had stellar customer service, and quality products that include 5 bedroom sets. There is professionalism, courtesy and a very hard work ethic. It was only a few weeks for waiting for the products to arrive, and the communication was extremely thorough. The prices were lower than I expected and it was just a super experience each and every time! -

ratingI accidentally stumbled upon the 1 Stop Bedrooms website after doing a Google search for a very specific sectional sofa I was looking for. They had exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with their product. Even the customer service rep I spoke to was fantastic when placing the order. However, the delivery service was another story… Unfortunately, the young guys showed up unprepared without any tools and they damaged my door frame bringing the sofa inside. That is not a good way to make a first impression. -

ratingI Bought sofa and recliner set by Ashley's furniture. It turned to be around 15% cheaper than in Ashley's store, came with free in home delivery. I loved customer service. When I called them the agent was able to track down the order easily and send the updated delivery. Delivery was smooth and seamless. They came on time, were very polite and fast. Pleasure to do business with! -

ratingOn our recent move, our headboard for our bed was damaged. On 1StopBedrooms we were able to find just the headboard piece, without having to buy the whole bed frame again, and at the lowest price I could find anywhere, especially with the free shipping. Shortly after purchasing the company let me know the headboard was backordered and gave me the option to wait or cancel my order. I chose to wait and the headboard shipped exactly when they said it would. I was incredibly happy with the customer service and their communication. The headboard arrived quickly and was exactly what we needed. Now our bedframe is complete again and looks great. Definitely a company I would use again and would recommend to others. -

ratingI don't feel comfortable ordering from a company that I'm not familiar with but this website was set up so well and all my concerns were addressed. Every other company I looked into dropped off the furniture in front of your house with no options as to how you are supposed to get it in the house. Here you have options. I just hope my high expectations are met. -

ratingWe ordered two beautiful end tables to complete our new living room. They were shipped timely with excellent communication and coordination between myself and 1StopBedrooms. The tables were shipped to me via FedEx, which I always prefer. The packaging was extremely protective of the furniture and the clear instructions and quick and easy assembly were a pleasant and much appreciated surprise. ratingThe Bridgette II 5 Piece Square Counter Height Table Set was shipped from overseas and delivered from a Local Delivery Terminal today. With simply to following assembly instructions, this fine piece of solid wood furnishing, started taking shape this evening. I chose this particular table set for its smaller footprint for my 1bedroom apartment. Its deep espresso finish is eye catching! And definately worth my wait. -

ratingI was searching high and low for a bed matching my son's furniture in his room. His bed broke and I couldn't find another exact match. But then I stumbled across this site and I found the same exact bed he used to have and I also found a better matress and foundation (previously had a terrible matress and weak wooden box spring). I was so happy to purchase the pieces and when I tell you it is strong and sturdy and makes his room look complete, I'm serious. I will be ordering more furniture from this place... Also, the customer service is amazing (that's rare). I'm very grateful for the new bed and he loves it. Thank you. -

ratingThe first time I called I spoke with Simon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and handled my questions about a product in a timely manner. I had to call him back to get my finances ready to order and asked if I would be able to speak with him again. He told me all I had to do was ask for him. When I called back to order a few minutes later, I asked for him and was transferred right to him. He picked up and my call quickly and also remembered who I was and he had kept my information from my earlier call! THAT KIND OF SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME! He processed my payment, took all my information, and emailed my receipt and order number. He also read off my order number over the phone so I could write it down. He reassured me that my receipt would be emailed quickly and he was right! I was able to see it within a couple of minutes. I appreciate Simon's handling of both my calls. It's rare to get a customer service representative of his caliber these days! His speech was clear and precise without any "uummms" in the conversation, which I very much appreciate! I am trusting his word that the product I ordered will arrive in about a week! Looking forward to it! Thank you, Simon! Very refreshing experience on a phone order! -

ratingI ordered this product from one stop bedrooms because it was the cheapest pricing that I found online for the same product. Also, it was free shipping. Customer service was exceptional. I spoke with them today. Also, the website is easy to use. Ordering is simple. Confirmation is immediate very very happy with, the way the company handles itself with customers looking forward to maybe shopping some additional items in the future. ratingI was a little skeptical about this site considering that my sectional was 65% off the actual store price. Although I waited for a very long time because of the sectional being backordered, I did receive my sectional honestly could not be happier. This isn’t a scam and I’m sure me texting this on a review that it’s not a scam. Sounds like it’s a scam lol I will always check the site for the better deal. -

ratingWe love our new couch! It arrived in perfect condition and was simple if a bit awkward to assemble. My only minor complaint is that the website showed shipping within a few days and then we received notification that it was backordered. We approved the backorder and got the couch in about a month. The issue I have is that the item still showed as shipping in a few days even after they sent us the notification of delay. We were fine with the delay (we researched this couch beforehand and everywhere else showed the delay). Seems a bit shady to advertise quick shipping when they know it's going to be longer. The price was the best we found though and we're happy with the service and the couch. I'd definitely order from them again...just knowing that the shipping times might be much longer. -

ratingWe are BEYOND happy with our experience with one stop couch. In May, we ordered a 6 piece sectional from another (big name furniture outlet) and were told we had to wait 6-10 weeks. Everytime it was 2 days before our pick up time it got delayed. We were never told the same information twice from all the people we talked to at the customer support. Long story short, we canceled our order after the disrespect we got from the store we bought the couch from. We then ordered or 5 piece reclining sectional from one stop. We talked to a lovely man on the phone who helped up put our order through, gave us an estimated tike frame for when the couch will be shipped, delivered, and brought to my home. He was SPOT on AND the couch came WEEKS before the estimated time of arrival. I will be ordering from one stop in the future. -

ratingI had identified a table for my new home as the style and size I wanted. It was from Ashely furniture. When I pulled the trigger on the purchase, my internet browser showed me the availability from 1Stop Bedrooms. They had the exact piece I wanted and at a much better price. Needless to say, they got my business. The shipment arrived within 6 days of purchase. While the packaging definitely showed signs of travel, the furniture itself was perfectly fine. So, the packaging did its job. 45 minutes of solo assembly later, my new table was set up and ready for dinner. All in all, a great experience from discovery to purchase to delivery to set-up. Will definitely start with 1StopBedrooms for my furniture purchases going forward. -

ratingI was a little concerned about ordering furniture online, but after talking to their customer service representative Joe, I placed my order right away. The prices are really reasonable and the bedroom set I ordered is beautiful! I would recommend 1StopBedrooms to anyone looking for furniture. Also, what I purchased online is exactly what our local "high end" furniture store has on their floor, but 1StopBedrooms is about half the price. If you are unsure, give them a call and talk to a sales associate….they are great! -

Anthony K helped me out by answering all my questions and making sure I was a satisfied customer. Which I completely was! ratingI was shopping to match a larger rug that I have in my home only to find out that the rug is discontinued. An ad popped up from 1StopBedrooms offering the rug I was looking for. I was skeptical at first thinking how could they have the rug I have searched all over for. So I called and asked if they had the rug in stock or had to order the rug. They advised they had the rug on hand. So I took a chance and ordered the rug. I received email correspondence stating the estimated delivery date. Still skeptical I called customer support and my order was promptly confirmed by the pleasant associate. Two days later my rug arrived. I am so happy to have my matching rug and this shopping experience was top notch from customer service and shipping time. Thank you. -

ratingHonestly, it was a great experience from start to finish. My ONLY complaint: calling to ask me if I want to buy brackets to old my couch together AFTER the sale was complete. That was a bit skeevy. Other than that though, shopping and comparing couches was a breeze. Payment was a breeze. When I called to voice my complaint, THAT was a breeze. Delivery was a breeze. Set up was a breeze. Ultimate chill mode being activated on my brand new couch as soon as I was done setting up, was a breeze. The fact yall take Affirm sweetens the deal even more. Ultimately, even with the one hiccup. I would 10/10 suggest 1stopbedrooms to anyone! -

ratingI was very pleased with the quality of the material that was used, shopping was very easy to do. My only drawback was the delivery date, it changed several times over the course of this order, l guess I was very anxious for the order to come, but when everything came I was very was very pleased. Making the payment was very easy I had no problem doing the payment method I have already recommended One Stop bedroom furniture to daughters to use this website when they are ready to buy any furniture in the future.
