I searched and found furniture I liked. Something told me to google the name of the brand and see if I could find competitive rates. 1 stop bedroom popped up and I was immediately skeptical. But over the next 2 weeks that it took me to decide on what I really wanted I was more than please with the price and the customer service of Adam who provided me with his direct extension!!! I paid less to fill 3 rooms on 1 stop furniture than I would have paid to fill one room on other sites and it’s the same furniture!!!! Thank you 1 stop!!

I worked with Steve In the Claims Department on an issue with an order I recently placed. He was awesome with helping resolve my issue. He read the notes In the system and without hesitation moved into high gear to help close the issue. I wasn’t expecting same day resolution, but that’s what happened. Thanks so much for help as it was greatly appreciated.

We have been researching sofa sectionals for a few months and when Covid -19 caused us to shelter in place we were concerned that we’ d have to do it on our current uncomfortable sofa. Out neighbor raved about 1 Stop Bedrooms and we did our research. Hesitant about purchasing without an I store experience we decided to go for it. We were about to press submit to purchase the Eltmann Slate Chaise Sectional but wanting to confirm the delivery date. We called in and to our surprise Matthew answered an gave us the most helpful info!! For some reason ordering over the phone takes less time to verify payment ( go figure) and instead of a Month it should take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Looking forward to receiving our sofa and writing a follow up reviews 3-6 months after we’ve had it and our three children have broken it in!

Abe helped make it so easy to discuss, build, and purchase my new sectional which will hopefully be on its way soon :) I can't wait to receive it. He was polite, considerate, and patient. He took time to answer my questions and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. He exemplified all the criteria that I associate with excellent customer service! The experience overall of using your website and choosing furniture was mostly easy to navigate and make choices. The website was user-friendly and not confusing. I appreciated the amount of information provided on the website which reduced the number of questions I had regarding the products. Thank you for helping me get my first "after-college" adult sectional :) I can't wait to sit on the couch with my family and watch a movie together :)

So I ordered a sectional that turned out to be too big for my space. I now know I should have taken measurements before ordering it. Anyhow, I called them and they were so easy to work with. I wanted to change it for a smaller one I found on their website as well (they have a great selection). Simon was such a sweetheart. So patient with me trying figure out the configuration of my new sectional. He explained it to me in so many different ways and kept telling me to take my time. That was very relaxing and eased my anxiety. Totally recommend them.

Initially, the online order did not show shipping or sales tax. I also did not receive a verification email. After calling, I reached Simon, who helped remedy the situation, was able to lower the shipping rate, and still made the transaction affordable. At this time, until I recieve the product, I cannot leave a review on the delivery/shipping process or discuss the receipt of the product, but I will be back to do so when I have the item on-hand.

THOUGH I ORIGINALLY HAD A PROBLEM GETTING THRU ON THE PHONE, (KEPT ASKING FOR A PASS CODE?) - EVENTUALLY WHEN I GOT DAVE ON THE PHONE, THINGS WENT SMOOTHLY - HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, WAS VERY PLEASANT AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEW BEDROOM SET, THOUGH DUE TO CORONA VIRUS AND WORK I NEED TO DO BEFORE I CAN ACCEPT DELIVERY (PROBABLY LATE SUMMER) , WHICH DAVE ASSURED ME WAS NOT A PROBLEM.

Abe is top notch in our book. He was patient and listened to our request. He is very informative as well as knowledgeable on each item we inquired about. My husband was a furniture builder for high brand companies and owned his own business building custom pieces for over 45 yrs.. I work In customer service for over 40 yrs. So he had his hands full and made us happy with everything we selected and sold us on pricing available. Thank you Abe!!!!! I can honestly say I had left a bad review earlier. I am rescinding my earlier statement. I just now got off the phone from speaking with JOseph, who I can absolutely say is a sweetheart, he helped explain everything to me once he realized I wasn’t trying to pull the wool over his eyes. My customer service representative was not only helpful, but he was a pleasure to talk with. It was so nice to speak with someone who was knowledgeable of the products I ordered and was also very helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed for set up of my new bedroom set! I am so excited for it to arrive now! Customer service is a forgotten priority in today’s world, so nice to know there are still companies who support their employees in providing their best! So tough to shop right now since everything is closed. So I hate buying online because I always have so many questions and am very hands on. Because of the circumstances I really had limited options. So I was sold on another sofa by Poundex via Aetna stores but they forgot to mention that Poundex is closed for the foreseeable future. So in great dismay I continued my hours long search and found a comparable Warstein piece via 1 stop bedrooms. I was kindly helped by Daniel assuring me on dimensions to fit in my apartment and other questions I had. Daniel was very patient and available at 5:30 PM my time 8:30 PM New York time! Was so nice to speak to someone in a reasonable amount of time. Looked at a lot of sites and for this style of sectional the price is very competitive. Thanks Daniel. Look forward to it being delivered!

I bought a bedroom set for the remodel of my master bedroom for a great price in the Winter of 2019. 1StopBedrooms was GREAT in accommodating my remodel timeline and held on to the furniture until I was able to receive it. Four months later, I came back to 1StopBedrooms when I decided to purchase a media chest and an extra night stand to complement the bedroom set I had purchased. The free Premium White Glove Delivery is one of the reasons I came back and the value of course. I would recommend 1 Stop Bedrooms to anyone looking for new furniture.

My husband and I decided we wanted to purchase the North Shore Collection by Ashley Furniture. We shopped around online and couldn’t believe the price 1 Stop Bedrooms was offering it for and that we could get white glove delivery and set up. So, we called and spoke with Eddie. He was so friendly, so helpful and so knowledgeable. It’s easy to see why there are so many positive reviews for this company. During this Covid-19 pandemic, this gentleman working in the heart of NYC, was there to listen and answer all of our questions. Thank you Eddie! You are an asset to your employer and all those you serve through your job.

The depth in both variety and vendors was incredible, giving us confidence to make our first purchase:)) We had a question and you all had an answer:)) The associate that confirmed the console was in fact gold was pleasant and very helpful:)) The description and piece both stated the piece was gold, yet the specs said the color was brown--he quickly verified the misinformation, and I went back to ordering:). Going forward I will always check your site first before going to other favorites:).

I called because I was having problems finding shipping dates for the products I was interested in purchasing. My agent was great! He built great rapport and helped with personalizing my order by educating me in the additional items that I would need for my kids bedroom sets and also looked for additional discount that I was qualified for. I had a great experience and would recommend to friends and family!

Abe was able to help me, and give me the info I needed to make my purchase online. He was very helpful , courteous and professional, even during the covid 19 lockdown in NYC. Prices were ridiculously low, compared to other stores. Been trying to buy an entertainment center for 13 years. Couldn't find one I liked or the price. I am ecstatic. Will use you again. I just purchased a beautiful bedroom set from 1stop and the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful! This man answered all my questions and gave me a great discount! I originally had no intentions on buying a new mattress along with my bedroom set but after being given a great deal I couldn’t say no! If I would’ve shopped with a different website I would’ve been forced to spend $2000 plus but instead I was able to stick to my budget! Thank you so much 1stop!

Shopping online was directed to 1st Stop Bedrooms for a dining room set. Found exactly what I wanted was able to finance easily through Affirm. Spoke with Azi after order was placed and he guided me through a few unexpected bumps but we were able to go forward with order. I am hopeful that the order will be delivered without issues because eating off a folding table is not pleasant. Sold our previous set before NY went on "lockdown"

A recent move required "downsizing" and if we didn't think it would fit at our new location it wasn't moved. After getting settled in we found that we did have room for an additional piece. Everything from the purchase to the delivery and clean-up was satisfactory. I did want a copy of the insurance policy so I called 1Stopbedroom. Luckily for me my customer service rep. was a very helpful lady named Vera. She listened to my request and followed up with an email to make certain I received my copy. Thanks to Vera for her efforts and to her PR for the company.

Daniel is an excellent salesman. He is familiar with his merchandise and most helpful in explaining the delivery system in regards to the glass cocktail table that I ordered as a house warming gift. I added the special guarantee that he suggested just in case of any future accident to the glass top, etc. He promised that should such an accident occur, all would be covered by this special policy. I anticipate the delivery of this table and that it definitely would be brought into the main level since it is a ranch style home. Also, I understand that it would be put together by your delivery people at the time of delivery so as to eliminate the need for my children to do anything. Also, I was assured that any packaging would be removed and taken with and taken by the delivery people after the table was completely set in place. I've called at least 5 times about this order and when I finally talked to a person named Matthew I got results. He has helped me every step of the way and even from getting disconnected through my cell phone he always called back. From what I got last night Adam made me want to come back and buy rest of my furniture with you. I had the worst experience last night with someone @your department hands down. I called back this morning new day and I got Adam, he helped me and I am thanking him for that. I was stressed almost cried lol I did cry last night just listen to my call. But that’s behind us I would recommend him to anyone and since I am a 1st time customer I know people who love to buy furnitures. The point is he helped me and that’s all the matters. I know companies say customers 1st but it shouldn’t it should be treat people the way you want to be treated. And he treated me fair. I can go on and on but I am just thankful to him. Thank you Adam I really appreciate it.

There’s wide selection to choose from, from modern, victorian, etc......... But second most important thing is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I never experienced BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Adam was whole time with me on the phone with my order. He took time with me, he answered every question I had. He explained every important detail to me. He was very friendly and nice . I encourage anyone to shop here, it’s good quality, it’s safe and customer service is above and beyond. 10 ??. Thank you 1StopBedrooms’s!

I just called to ask about delivery times & added taxes. I spoke with Matthew, he was very kind & courteous. He answered all of my “nervous to order furniture online” questions. For our particular item I was given a delivery date of 2-3 weeks which was expected & totally reasonable. I will update my review once our loveseat arrives and we are relaxing comfortably in it.

Matthew the man, the myth, the legend...he went over and beyond in helping me (a broke college student) he went the extra mile in his service and truly not only made my day but made my first apartment experience a much smoother journey. Simon was a good salesman. I gave him a hard time on trying to get items for cheaper than advertised and he still managed to make me spend more money than I anticipated. I would hire him in a heartbeat lol. So far so good. Just wish I didn’t have to wait so long for my set to arrive. 2-4 weeks is yikes :(.

She makes you feel like you are talking with one of your family members. If your company had a 100 Robin's it would be simply amazing!.
