It was my first time purchasing any furniture online and I decided to go through 1stopbedrooms. I didn't know what to expect but I was contacted via email by 1stopbedroom to confirm my order. I spoke with the customer rep, Justin, who was exceptional in his service with ensuring my order was correct and even walked me through the affirm process. Before we ended the call, he made sure that I was satisfied with everything and I appreciate the little interests as such especially being this was my first time!

I had the worst customer service experience with this company than with any company I have ever dealt with in my adult life until finally, I asked to speak with a manager. After many promises of return phone calls that didn't happen and promises that the issue would be taken care of I received a call from Vera. I don't know why the customer service representatives (many that I spoke with) did not report my issue to higher management, as that is what I was being told, without me having to ask. But, nothing happened until I spoke with Vera. She is an absolute God send and she deserves a bonus + raise for her ability to handle my situation which should have been handled over a month ago. Thank you Vera! I hope this company recognizes what they have in you and treat you well. :)

I purchased a Ashley Livingroom set from 1stopbedrooms, after viewing it in another store. Their price was significantly cheaper is what made me choose them after searching online. After my purchase I started reading the reviews of other buyers from 1stopbedrooms and was horrified of what I read and considered cancelling the purchase. A little over 2 weeks later my furniture was delivered without any problems.

We are a military family that just moved into the area. I Had a little issue with shopping, Jason made sure not that we got the best deal possible but he also helped make sure that our daughters bedroom set would not be delayed. I am so impressed with the services of this company! I will refer to friends and most definitely be ordering again soon! Thank you Jason!

I placed an order online for a bedroom set for my daughter. I got a text saying that I needed to call to verify the address. While on the phone Avi went over my order and realized that I needed to order an extra piece for the bed since it doesn't require a box spring. He also managed to save me some extra $$$!

Daniel was the customer service representative who helped me out via phone to make my recent purchase of a sectional. He was very informative and patient with me and my requests and I will continue to make future purchases because of his help and will also share my experience with my family and friends looking to purchase a new piece of furniture! First time buying leather living room sight unseen – however, this was a most enjoyable shopping experience. Daniel was pleasant, helpful, and instrumental in us finding just what we need with regards to the style and the availability for fast delivery. With so many shopping choices out there, we came back to 1stopbedrooms because he actually worked to help us, and we felt comfortable with him. Kudos Daniel, and a big thank you!

There were so many mess ups & changes with our order due to couches ending up not being in stock after being told they were or the delivery date not working out that I was desperate & as soon as Tina got on the phone with me after 3 days of calls she fixed EVERYTHING right away! Going above & beyond searching for alternative options & dates that would work. Finalized everything, she was just awesome! Personable, polite, focused on solving the problem. She had me laughing & was just an all around delight. I’m incredibly happy with how everything turned out & will be back solely because of her.

I was very skeptical ordering from your site. Wasn't sure if it was legit but the Ashley sofas were less expensive on your site. I had to give you a try. I live the White Glove!! I love that it is FREE!! The delivery guys are so nice and professional. I was a little upset when I received the wrong bench tho. But then I called and spoke to Steve and he made the exchange so easy. Then I received the buffet and one door does not shut all the way. I called and got Steve again!! He said he was going to send me some hardware to replace the damaged one. I've yet to receive it. He has made it so easy and less frustrating for me. I look forward to ordering my next piece from you guys!! Thank you-- veronica

After taking a few measurement I needed to modify my order. However when I called One Stop I was informed customer service was closed over the weekend and told to call back on Monday. However, about 5 minutes later I recieved call while I was unpacking and answered it thinking it was one of my new coworkers. It was actually Charlie, the agent I had spoken to on the phone to make my orginal order. Charlie said he saw that I had called and wanted to see if he could help at all. I told him the issue and that I was told to call customer service on Monday but he said, "No problem, I can take care of that." He resolved the issue in about 90 seconds. He said if there any additonal modifications they were easy to make prior to shipping and to call and ask for him. (I have a couple of items in my cart I'm still thinking over) Charlie is an outstanding, responsive, and supportive agent who deserves more than 5 Stars.

I had delivery questions on a furniture purchase so I called the company's online support service. The representative provided the answers to all my delivery questions so I ordered the items. My wife and I are looking forward to the furniture delivery. I am very pleased with the company's online order service. Most ikely we will use the online order service again.

Super easy experience to place an order. Pick out what you like and add to cart. The website is easy to navigate and the process is straight forward. We hit a hiccup with our order as we fell outside of the coverage range for the delivery service. I recieved an email and place a call to the verification center. Upon calling I was transferred to Adam. This is where the customer service absolutely shines!!! Adam told me what the issues were, my options, and made some recommendations. I never felt rushed during this process or felt like Adam was trying to push a product on me. I made a few decisions and we left it at that. Adam gave me his personal, direct extension just in case I had anymore questions. However, I gave some thought to the situation and wondered if I could make some changes to my order. I called Adam back and while I didn't get him immediately he returned my call within 10 minutes. We discussed a few things and made the changes to the order. This ended up saving me some extra shipping charges, a second scheduled delivery, and I was able to add an excellent insurance policy to our order for a discounted price!! This, in my eyes, is service in its' purest form. Adam was great and I would have no hesitation of working with him again. Thank, 1StopBedrooms. You've made furnishing our new house a breeze and definitely earned repeat customers.

Justin was excellent in his service. I made a random call to 1 Stop Bedrooms, and he picked up the call. Was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Was not not pushy. He was calm, poised and was professional. Highly recommend him to bigger and better positions in the company. He deserves it. We need honest, caring, good attitude folks, especially in the service industry. Kudos to Justin! Good Luck in your career. Jacob John

Hello, The fabric on my furniture discolored when I cleaned. I had bought this exact couch before because I love it. I purchased the couch because it said I would have insurance on the pillow. Can you please confirm the purchase of the insurance that I purchased. My order # is 8433763. Robin has been on it and really helped me out. She is a very good representative for you.

Justin answered my questions patiently and didn't try to force the sale. Had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture and he was nice enough to ask about that to avoid same mistakes. Justin also price matched an item I found elsewhere, set up Express shipping (1st time customer), & checked to make sure my base was compatible. If the shipping process goes this well, this company will get my business from here on out.

Called today and placed order for the Trampton recliner living room set of sofa,love seat and single recliner asking if they could add an adjustable lumbar support to all the seats. The agent helped me add that and even offered an extra discount for the 5 units I needed to add. Made it easy! In the past 4 years we have purchased 6 bedroom suites (2 homes) as well as other pieces from 1StopBedrooms. We have had nothing but smooth experiences! The opportunity to get an unmatchable deal for the exact items sold elsewhere for 20-30% more is why we will continue to use 1Stop as our first choice to shop for furniture

Excellent experience after getting past auto phone system and extended time on hold, I will blame that on the season rush. Once I got to talk to Customer Service I was well taken care of. I live somewhat remote so understandably I had to pay a reasonable delivery charge. Overall I am very happy with my CSR, Charlie, and the efficiency that he resolved my issues. I am looking forward to and hoping for a speedy delivery of my furniture. I can't say anything about that or the comfort of the furniture until it arrives of course. So far I am very happy!

Order # 8582516 Because I searched for the 'source' of where furniture I'd looked at, came from, I found Steve. A very kind and considerate employee, who went the extra mile(s) to help me with my orders. He had to research and find the exact tables/colors I wanted to buy - you guys matching the pricing...and it wasn't easy for him. He hung in there and found what I wanted. You guys need to know what a great employee Steve is and he treats your customers with the utmost respect and helpfulness. Thanks Steve.

We had to update our shipping address and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and accommodating. For some reason the shipping address automatically populated to our billing address despite entering the correct address, but a quick call to customer service resolved this minor problem in no time. I’m truly looking forward to receiving our ballinasloe sectional and providing feedback as well. So far, my overall experience has been a positive one.

I ordered the Wurstrow power reclining sofa and love seat on Dec 23rd. Later on 25th, I called the customer service about a question and a price match. Customer service representative Tim responded very positively . He diligently worked on the request and conveyed to his management about the request. Management agreed and adjusted the price in minutes. This company 1stopbeddrooms.com is much more reliable than the local suppliers even though local suppliers price is little less. Customer service is much better than Ashley stores customer service too. I highly recommend this company .

The first time I called the service person was rude and belligerent. He actually hung up on me. The person told me that they did not service West Virginia. I called back a second time and talked with a supervisor and he was excellent. I actually placed my order through him. I didn't catch his name but he was so kind. It was a great experience and I'm so glad I placed my order today!

I just ordered a Full Bedroom and Dining Room Set (Both Homelegance). Charlie walked us thru the whole process, he was very helpful and verified everything with us prior to placing the whole order. He was professional, courteous and most of all went over all the particulars we asked about! Nice to speak with a fellow NY'er again! I hope the furniture meets all of my expectations! I got excellent customer service on Friday, December 13 and that representative did email me and I didn’t realize the email was in spam. The customer service representative who helped me today stayed on the line and did a test email to my email address and it didn’t go through to my primary email while she stayed on the phone with me. This level of customer service is excellent! She did not leave me hanging or put me on hold while this problem was resolved.

I purchased a bed from 1StopBedrooms. When I purchased the bed, I consulted a representative via the 1800* number about purchasing a foundation for the bed and was told it wasn't necessary but the slat roll was needed so purchased it. LUCKILY, Charlie at x7003 contacted me to inform me (before it left the warehouse) that the slat roll was not needed and that a different piece was required. You don't find that type of customer service anymore. Charlie saved me from getting unnecessary furniture which would have been a hassle to return but also would have delayed the setup of my new bed because I would not have had the correct pieces to complete the installation. I would have been one **** off customer. Please send Charlie my profound THANK YOU for going that extra mile! Wishing all other companies exuded the same courtesy, knowledge and expertise toward their customers in ensuring they receive their correct delivery. THANKS CHARLIE!

Have yet to receive the couch I purchased but dealt with a representative name Kieth over the phone to confirm my order and was very professional. Found out at the last second that I needed to switch my order to another couch because I was going to end up a few inches too big and Kieth was able to not only switch my order right away but make sure it was pushed right through and ready to be shipped all within a few minutes. Best experience ever! I was so stressed and had so many questions. Charlie was able to walk me through the process of purchasing our furniture with such an upbeat and positive attitude. He was so knowledgeable and thorough, explaining every detail so I would understand completely. It is the kind of customer service everyone should receive but rarely get. I felt a little duped by 1Stop as I was told that although my order had been accepted and 1Stop charged my card 3 days ago, you could not in fact deliver to my home as promoted. Daniel was very helpful in bringing about a resolution. He was calm, patient and professional. And although I still feel disappointed with 1Stop, I am grateful to Daniel for all his efforts. He is a great ambassador for your company.

Jason with 1 Stop bedrooms went above and beyond giving Great customer service. I called and spoke with him several times and he was so nice polite and helpful to make sure that my order was exactly what I wanted and was processed properly because having it sent to different address than my billing address. Will review again in a few woks and let everyone know how wonderful the pieces that I picked out are. Thanks Jason for being so helpful and kind. Will definitely always ask for him when purchasing from 1 Stop bedrooms.

Charlie was my sales rep on this transaction. He was knowledgeable and so helpful. He found a great mattress to suit my needs for the new bedroom set. He answered all my excessive questions and didn’t seem the least bit bothered. He even found a strategy to get around my non-working email! Impressive!! Well done Charlie & thank you so much!

I worked with Charlie, he was very helpful and even price matched one of the pieces that Ashley had on special. 1stopbedroom was over $400 cheaper than my local Ashley store plus I ordered one extra console for the sectional. Now I will just have to wait on the delivery, once I get it the I will let you know how that goes as well.
