I had questions about delaying my shipment’s arrival due to new home construction and possible fluctuation in my closing date, and he was able to explain the process to me prior to taking my order over the phone, looking for additional discounts he might offer me. I was skeptical about placing an order order the phone with my credit card but after peaking with him he erased all my fears and I felt totally comfortable. Thank you David I will be ordering more items from your site because of you. Let me mention I have HIGH EXPECTATIONS when it comes to customer service, I don’t spend my hard earn money if I feel like it’s not appreciated.. -

ratingI finally got my son a bed set and needed to call and verify my location because I’m pretty rural. The customer service agent helped me out a ton with delivery and also insured that my order was complete with the support brackets for the mattress. I will use them again due to there knowledge and great customer service. He answered all my questions and reviewed my order over the phone before getting off the phone. -

ratingWe had the worst experience furniture shopping tonight in our new town we moved into recently. We found a link to an Ashley subsitary store and called for information. Keith was the sales rep. We were fully informed and assisted more than expected. The care level and honesty was amazing. Thank you, Keith!!! We Will continue with you and recommend you! -

ratingI have been looking for a bedroom set for a couple of months now. I saw a link to 1Stopbedrooms and found exactly what I was looking for. I did have a couple of questions. So, I dialed the 800 number and was connected to a great young man by the name of David. He answered my questions and suggested that we place the order together instead of doing it online. He helped me with the process and made a few helpful suggestions. The whole process was a great experience. Not only was David helpful, but he was also very polite. I hope I'm as happy with the bedroom set as I was with the customer service! -

ratingAdam help me through the ordering process, this was my first time ordering from your company, I can't wait to get my Ashley living room set for my new appartment. Moving from one state to another can be a Hassel, I've went to furniture store after another frustrated not being able to find the right living room furniture that I like, and within my budget, I went on online looking at Wayfair it seemed like everything you have to put it together, my career takes up my time, this was not for me, so I kept looking, and stumbled across 1stopbedrooms, you have everything I was able to get what I needed without any Hassel. Thanks Adam from 1stopbedroom for making my move a Hassel and worry free process. I'll be purchasing for future items that I need. Thanks again for your 5 start treatment. Sheila, North Carolina. -

ratingI am currently in the process of moving. My house is being built and won't be finished until Feb. With it being Veteran's day weekend and amazing sales I just had to lock in the prices of the furniture I wanted. Luckily they can do that! I purchased new bedroom furniture for my room & my kids as well as other furniture for the house. I was able to put a deposit down & they keep it unit its fully paid off & ship it as well as FREE white glove delivery & set up. -

It appears the delivery was WAY quicker than we presumed - we actually can't have it delivered yet so we were hoping for an extended delivery time, but hey we can't complain! Due to this experience, I'd definitely order from this website again. -

ratingI compared prices on the set I chose and 1stopbedrooms was the best. Customer service was terrific at answering questions I had about delivery times and I appreciated the call explaining the fact that I would need a support system for my mattress and info about the manufacturer guarantee that I initially overlooked. I haven’t received the furniture yet so I can’t comment on the actual products, but the experience so far has been great! -

ratingI am very skeptical when buying high ticked items online. I received a message today & was asked to call in to the service dept. I spoke with Eddie and I must say this gentleman was very pleasant & most helpful. Eddie researched my choice of sofas because I thought I had ordered the wrong one, well I hadn’t! He explained to me the difference and even educated me on why I should consider getting insurance on my items. I am very impressed and will order from 1Stop again..THANK YOU -

ratingHad to call to confirm my shipping & billing address. Wait was not long & everything was confirmed in a friendly & professional manner. I did have to pay extra to have my furniture delivered. But I already knew that there was a possibility of that happening. I do live in a fairly rural area of my state & it did say in the terms & conditions when I placed the order that might be the case. Overall though, I’m very satisfied. -

As a victim of ID fraud, I understand the necessity of this process. I had the pleasure of speaking with Daniel, who's delightful demeanor and humor, coupled with the reasonably quick verification process made for a positive experience. I didn't have to wait long to be connected to a representative which is so nice, after being put on hold the other day for over an hour by Ashley Furniture. You guys are incredible! ratingThe online order was easy to place; the order tracking system was efficient; the delivery company contacted me to confirm the delivery date/time; and the deliverymen were courteous, placed the TV stand where I wanted it, and I received the white glove service as advertised. The TV Stand is more beautiful than the picture. 1StopBedrooms excelled in all areas. I would recommend this company to everyone. -

She took my information and had it sent to the proper department for processing, along with my request for an additional discount for a piece on the original order. He was friendly and very thorough in explaining the extra cost for delivery since I live in VT. He even spoke to his manager and got a discount for me! I could hear the excitement in his voice-happy for me that I was happy with being able to order furniture online and have it delivered!!! ratingI ordered a sofa and love seat from 1 Stop Bedroom . On delivery , the delivery Company crew inadvertently took the cardboard off the sofa in their second attempt to get it in my house . The far left corner in the process was damaged . I immediately reached out and a nice lady by the name of Yana ordered the pieces affected and they will be installed by a furniture tech once they arrive . It has increased my confidence in 1 Stop Bedroom hence I will order from them again in the future . -

ratingI ordered the beautiful pearl silver cassimore bed and within a couple of days I got a stain on the upholstry and while trying to clean it, I ended up getting a water stain mark on it. I was heart broken. To make a long story short, this company had no problem in resolving this issue. They simply replaced it with a new one. I'm now back to enjoying my bed! If u want top of the line service I would highly recommend this company. Thanks u guys for such great customer service!! God bless u all! -

ratingI would like to take a moment to commend Robin on her outstanding service. We ended up returning two nightstands which had been damaged. Robin stayed in touch with me and the manufacturer constantly throughout the process. I don’t know of any other service or representative who would have done that. She made me feel like her best friend. Robin is a one of a kind and someone the Company should cherish. I will absolutely contact her the next time I have a need for more furniture. He was very helpful during this difficult but happy time getting me a mattress and box spring to be delivered at the same time I live in new Jersey and my daughter is going to school in San Diego. He was able to set at my delivery when I arrive in San Diego. There should be more customer service reps like Justin. Thank you Justin for all your help I’m a happy customer. -

ratingI found the bedroom set at Ashley then went online to see who else had it. Finding it at 1SB seems to have worked out well. At 11:00pm ET Eddie was there to answer my questions and help me fix my order and place it. I’m still surprised someone was there to take my call. They really show customer appreciation: thanks you emails, courteous service, instant order confirmation, delivery and set up included, and fantastic prices. I just hope my furniture arrived as promised and in great condition! -

ratingI have been looking for a particular bar cabinet and have found it on backorder with other companies. My customer service representative was able to see that I was not able to get the cabinet because I was on the west coast. He has been the only person who suggested and did an east coast transfer to the west coast so I was able to order my cabinet. Thank you Keith for going over and beyond and helping me get what I have been looking for. Excellent customer service.! -

ratingOutstanding customer support from my sales rep. Justin. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product I purchased. They was a pricing error on the website for one of the items I purchased. The price showed a lower cost due to website error. Once I pointed it out to him he apologized for the error and made it right. The price listed on the website was honored no questions asked...he was so professional and honest...totally impressed! If my delivery goes as well as my purchase, I'm going to be one happy customer. Again, thank you Justin for your outstanding customer support!!! -

ratingLove my teal coaster sectionals! I thought they would be a little more cushional but they are still very comfy. I will buy a few more pillows to make the backrest a little more comfy as backrest is more for look than comfort but other than that it's very beautiful, soft and just as I imagined. It livens up a living room if you're into the vintage look. These are great couches if you live in an apartment that has small doors and a lot of ridged stairways on 3rd Floor. The delivery guys who came and assembled brought it up a 3rd Fllor and assembled it pretty quickly which was a plus. Happy Costumer! -

I’m not one to usually leave a review, but I do like to read reviews so I’d figured to let other like me know that I highly recommend others buying from them. The delivery process took a little longer than I originally expected and at one point, they let me know that the delivery would be delayed. Next thing I know, my couch actually ended up coming two weeks early! My delivery guys from white glove were AMAZING. Super friendly, helpful, and very efficient. I love my sofa chaise. I originally bought it because it was the cheapest sofa chaise I could find and it was honestly a great decision. Typically, I don’t trust sites that I’ve never heard of before when I’m making big purchases, but this experience has been great. Definitely coming back in the future! -

They kept me up to date every step of the way, they called when they had questions and everyone I spoke to was pleasant. Our experience with Ashley was the exact opposite. I must say I am a lifelong customer now. Thank you for showing was customer service should look like. We LOVE our sofa set!
