I was impressed with how well our experience was with 1stopbedrooms. Their price for an entire bedroom set for my daughter was better than all the others I found online. They were punctual, came and put everything together perfectly without delivery or setup charges, and cleaned up all the boxes. They were very courteous and professional in the entire process. My daughter loves her new bedroom set!

I purchased my living room set from Ashley but returned all after I found the same piece at another store for half the price I paid. I looked on line and found 1stopbedrooms. I was a little hesitant to buy but the prices where phenomenal. I was able to get all three pieces for less than what Ashley sold it to me for. It was a big savings!!!!!! It was easy to track and keep updated so that I knew when it would be delivered. When it arrived I checked the living room set and it was the exact same set at Ashley. It took a while to actually receive the couch, about a month and a half, but it was definitely worth the wait. I paid about half the price I would have at a retail outlet. I did have a problem after the delivery, but onestopbedrooms quickly resolved the issue at no cost to me. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to make a purchase again in the future.

Hello I had a question about the free white glove delivery. My zip is out of the normal range, I was charged and additional 217.00. But I understand due to immediate call back to me. Was I happy paying another 217.00? Not really but I put nothing together and they take away the trash. Very quick response via Facebook message sent. Cheaper than rooms to go even with the additional $$.

I bought 6 dining chairs from Ashley Homestore. When I decided to go with a larger dining room table, I went back to Ashley for 2 more chairs only to find my chairs had been discontinued! I was desperate to find these chairs. By chance, I stumbled upon 1stopbedroom while doing a google search. I called and immediately got someone to help me. He was very pleasant. He informed me there were only 2 sets of chairs left, and if I wanted them I'd need to act fast and waive my free cancellation within 24 hours. I jumped on it and ordered one of the remaining sets with the rep. After I ordered with the pleasant man (I wish I remembered his name), I started to read reviews for 1stopbedroom and I became very very nervous. I found some good reviews, but also some pretty terrible ones! My heart sank, and I just resolved to believing it was too good to be true and not only would I not get my chairs for several months if at all, but I was probably out of about $350. Well, to my surprise, my chairs arrived 8 days after I initially called 1stopbedroom!! They came in perfect condition! (The box was beat up but the chairs were perfect). They are the exact match to the 6 I already had! They were also extremely easy to assemble-just had to put the legs on. I was so stunned at how easy of a process it was, especially after reading some other peoole's experiences with lost packages, waiting for months for their orders, and not being able to get customer service on the phone. I don't know if it was a fluke, but I had an excellent experience!

What I liked was being informed d dry step of the way in my order. I got email and text updates. And if I personally spoke to someone they were super friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Today my furniture was delivered promptly and they called me ahead so I could rush home and be there for delivery. They were kind, polite and efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves. I was a little skeptical about ordering my bedroom furniture online without being able to see it in person. We know the colors shown online can be different in person. I must say when it arrived I was more than pleased! It says silver but it is more of a faded champagne silver so don’t think of it as a grey color. From order date to arrival to my home was exactly 4 weeks. Every time I had a question customer service always answered and responded to my emails. I finally have that grown sophisticated bedroom I’ve always wanted!! Will definitely order from 1stopbedrooms again!!

I was skeptical about ordering online but after searching the reviews and what the previous customers had to say I took a chance. I am very pleased with the furniture. It is excellent quality and is exactly what we wanted. It did take a couple of weeks to receive but the white glove delivery even moved me up on the delivery schedule so it was a nice surprise. If you are looking for quality furniture delivered to your door with complete set up I highly recommend this seller.

I had been searching for this bed for the longest. Order it on my birthday and it took about a month and half later, which I think it was great because I never ordered from 1stopbedrooms. I did my research and they had the best reviews and sales. I’m so in love with my bedroom set. Delivery was on time and easy setup by the workers. You can’t go wrong, so ahead and give them a try!!!

I cannot say enough good things about 1stopbedrooms. From the first minute of contact with their sales department, Vera was BEYOND amazing at providing service. She helped pick the furniture, confirmed that it would fit appropriately, confirmed the layout of the dining room and made mattress suggestions, and then sent an update for each step of the order. There were no surprises which is amazing. Then came the actual delivery: I have never been so impressed with delivery, set up, and speed. It was perfect.. I didn't have to touch or rearrange anything. It came as scheduled, with the guys even calling me 30 minutes prior to arrival like I asked. The whole thing took 20 minutes - for an entire dining room set and bedroom set to get delivered and set up. PHENOMENAL! Vera even followed up with me the day of the delivery to make sure that all my expectations were met. Can't beat the price or the service!

They called before they came. They were earlier then expected which was great so I didn't waste my entire day. They were friendly and quick. They put furniture exactly where I wanted it. It looked amazing when they were done. They cleaned up before they left and took trash with them. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family. Received exactly what we ordered with no issues. DeliverRight called 1 hr 20 min before arrival on the scheduled delivery date. They were spot on to the minute. Very polite and efficient. There were 4 pieces plus pillows. Unloaded, unpacked, placed furniture where we wanted. Cleaned up the packing and gone in 20 minutes or less....no their first rodeo for sure! Couldn't be more pleased. Looks great and is very comfortable! We highly recommend 1stopbedrooms! BKT

I found this website and the sofa we wanted was out of stock . Called the company and a great rep called back shortly. He worked it out over the phone and put our order in. We knew we had to wait due to it being out of stock. The sectional came today. We are thrilled!!! The guys delivering the sectional were great and quick too! We will definitely use onestopbedrooms again.

I bought a bedroom set at Raymour & Flanigan after seeing it in store and falling in love with it. Then I went online to get measurements of the set to make sure they will fit and ended up finding this site which had the same set for close to $1000 less. I ended up ordering from 1stopbedrooms.com and canceled the order with Raymour and with the extra savings I bought a new sofa sleeper. Delivery took 3 and a half weeks but I was more than happy to wait for it. They brought it up to the apartment - set it up and took away the packaging. Really good service and an even better price. I literally saved hundreds!

My overall experience with 1stopbedrooms, was easy, affordable, and fantastic. From the quality of the services they provide, to their fine and professional customer service personnel, and to the checkout, I have had no problems with this website. This experience was very fine, and any concerns I had were answered by well-versed professionals; like Keith, who made the process of ordering the furniture, to checkout painless and I saved a lot of money in the end of the deal. I would like to first start off by saying that one stop bedrooms has truly exceeded my expectations as a first time customer! The original estimated date for delivery of my furniture was December 19, when the furniture arrived to the delivery center on December 10, 2018. The delivery center called me to schedule the white glove delivery appointment, unfortunately they were swamped with orders and would not be able to deliver my furniture until January 7 of 2019. I freaked out because that was a whole month away, I was anxious and it is the holidays. After speaking with the delivery company several times and them not being able to offer any additional options, I then called One stop bedrooms to see if there was anything that they could do to to expedite the process, later on that day I received a call from Vera (the the manager)She informed me that they were aware of the issue with my order as well as with other orders and that they were working on a solution. Vera informed me that although it will cost One Stop Bedrooms a lot of unexpected money for flights, hotels and other employee accommodations, however to accommodate their customers, they were going to fly their own employees out to our area(Washington D.C area), rent trucks, go to the original delivery company that was holding the furniture, pick up the furniture and make the deliveries themselves. When she said this I was completely shocked and lost for words, it made me feel so good to see how they were willing to go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. Vera was so nice through the whole process she told me not to worry that my Furniture would be delivered next week and that they would give me a call to set up a time. She gave me her direct number and told me to call her personally anytime. So instead of my furniture being delivered on January 7, 2019, my furniture was delivered on December 18, 2018! The furniture is absolutely beautiful, looks a thousand times better in person and it is very comfortable, very sturdy, and has really transformed our family room. I cannot say how ecstatic I am regarding the level of customer service that I received as well as with my beautiful furniture. I was very hesitant to purchase furniture from this company before because I had never heard of them I came across them as I was googling, however I am so happy that I did come across this company and I will definitely be Ordering from them again as well as referring all of my family, friends and loved ones. We just received our delivery of a sectional, recliner, mattress, storage bench, rug and lamps. The price for the exact same items through 1stopbedrooms was so much cheaper than our local store that we decided to go the online route. We're very glad we did. We needed to have the delivery pushed back a week so that we could get our old furniture picked up by a local charity and they accomodated this request with no issues. The delivery was on time, quick and they did a good job of getting the items in without causing any damage. They also cleaned up all of the packing materials as they left. I would highly recommend 1stopbedrooms for your furniture needs.

I am over the moon happy about the birlanny bed set I ordered through 1stop. It did not take long and everything came in great new condition. The white glove delivery was very quick and professional. The only problem i had is that even with all the information entered correctly it did no charge me taxes so I got a message about a billing error and when i called it turned out to jst be that they didn’t charge me taxes so i had to pay them before they shipped it out. After that i got the delivery in a week.

Shopped all over in stores and online for this specific living room set. Came across this company and the price was so great I honestly thought it was a scam! Called into the company and actually talked to a live person on the phone! He assured me everything was going to be ok and this was no scam.The whole system went to exactly as it was supposed to! My delivery was on time, price was great, they even have tracking of the order throughout the entire process! I will definitely order from this company again!!

The entire process of ordering to delivery was so easy and exactly as advertised. The couch I ordered came meticulously wrapped and handled with care. The sectional was for my basement, which presented a bit of a challenge for the doorway and railing. The movers took care of everything and were able to get it down stairs and put together without issue. The whole process was quick and easy. I will definitely keep on purchasing from this business!!

Ordered a server which I had seen that I fell in love with but was out of stock elsewhere. Found it at 1Stopbedrooms for hundreds of dollars less including the shipping. Although there was a delay in the shipping, their customer service and communication was great throughout the waiting time. Delivery service was excellent. The color was a bit off from the photos, but the piece is still beautiful and can still work with the look I was going for. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!!!

From start to finish the process went very smoothly. I was always informed with each step of the process from ordering all the way to delivery. I just received my sleeper sofa and loveseat and i am very happy. Its everything I expected they look and feel great. The shipping company did an excellent job and to schedule a delivery was the easiest process I had ever experienced. All you had to do was click a link from their email and you choose your date and that's it. Overall i am very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. I looked online and first time I saw I fell in love with it. It took too long to get it to me but I guess it’s worth the wait. I love it. The three gentlemen that delivered from deliveright are very nice polite and most of all their professionalism is above and beyond. The color are exactly the same from the website. we were skeptical to order from this company at first because the prices were so cheap and it seemed too good to be true. It was all true. Customer service and communication was excellent with constant updates being delivered in timely manners. The turnaround time from the placement of the order to the delivery date was superb compared to other furniture Outlets, the delivery and installation was perfect and of course the prices were rock bottom!

I went to a Ashley Furiture retail location and when I searched for reviews of a set I found their I came across your site. I approached a salesperson and asked if they would match or even come close to your price. I was answered with nothing but negativity. Can't match can't lower, you'll be back when you have issues with an online company. Nothing could be further from the truth.

From start to finish my experience with 1stopbedrooms was fantastic. I did have a few hiccups along the way but Adam (customer service rep) was so wonderful in helping me with my very minor issues. Customer service A+ My order did take longer to get in because it was backordered but it was worth the wait.
