ratingNot only does 1stopbedrooms provide amazing prices on quality furniture, they provide excellent service. The guys were personable and they took their shoes off before coming into my home without me even having to say anything. They did a great job putting my bed together and cleaning up. They were in and out within 20 minutes and arrived 30 minutes before (with notice). Wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend. -

ratingI just got my bedroom set today and all I can say is wow! It is beautiful! The delivery men were very respectful of my home, set everything up where I wanted it and double checked with me after everything was done to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It did take a little longer than expected to get my delivery. We ordered it over a month ago but it was worth the wait! Overall I’m very happy with one stop bedrooms and I would definitely buy from them again. -

ratingBefore purchasing we read through multiple reviews both good and bad but having experience in customer service made it easy to pick through the ones that were clearly the client and not the company. This was the best price on the furniture we liked BY FAR! Thankfully the quality of the furniture wasn't compromised and the service exceeded my expectations. ratingHad been checking many online sites for a particular dining room set I had in mind and accidentally came across 1stopbedrooms site. I was hesitant to go to the site as I thought it was just bedroom furniture. I was so glad I did because they had exactly what I was looking for that I couldn’t find anywhere. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the set as it is very sturdy and easy for my husband to assemble. It looks exactly like the picture on the website if not better. It looks awesome in my dining room and I have received many compliments on it. I tell everyone where I purchased it from -

ratingI am very pleased with my transaction. The delivery was on time and I was called 20 minutes ahead of time as a reminder. The delivery team was professional and efficient. They setup the furniture and placed it in the room of our choice. They respected our home and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Will be shopping 1stopbedrooms again for sure. Highly recommended! -

ratingI just placed my second order with 1StopBedrooms. In my first, I ordered a beautiful sectional couch. I was very worried because I have never ordered something so large and significant online, but the reviews were accurate and the customer service reps were amazing. In my first order, I was on the phone for quite a while because the pictures shown with schematics didn't match what I was ordering. The rep walked me through it patiently and assured me I was ordering the right size/configuration. He waited patiently while I discussed it with my husband and we measured things out again. After we hung up, a manager called me back and said he noticed our call was a bit long and asked if I had any other questions/concerns. I explained about the pictures online and within 5 minutes, while we were on the phone, he sent me the schematics of the couch I ordered with all the measurement...just to reassure me. When I placed my second order yesterday, I was live chatting with a rep because my screen froze and I wanted to make sure the order didn't go through b/f I placed it again. I decided to leave the chat, logout, and place the order again. Within minutes, Joseph, who I was live chatting with, called to see if I needed any help because I ended the chat. He went in and confirmed my order (just 1) and assured me we were all set. WOW!!!!! Seriously folks, this company and their customer service team are the real deal. I shop online exclusively for everything (except groceries) and this is the BEST CS I have ever received. These people set the bar HIGH and the furniture is great and reasonably priced. I'm extremely happy (and relieved) with my 1StopBedroom buying experiences. -

ratingWe were a little hesitant to place our order after reading a few bad reviews about people waiting a long time for their furniture to arrive and/or coming damaged. We went ahead and placed the order anyway because the price was so great. I have to say that we are so happy that we decided to take a chance on this company. Any fears or worries we had were completely put to rest. We were told up front that delivery would take 4-6 weeks and our furniture came right at 5 weeks. It also came in perfect condition. The delivery men were so nice and professional. They were quick and clean. Delivery only took about 15 min and they layed down blankets and wore booties over their shoes so as not to scratch the floors or track in any dirt. Our experience with 1 Stop Bedrooms was amazing from start to finish! Not to mention you can't beat the prices. We absolutely love our new sofa and coffee table. We will definitely look to 1 Stop Bedrooms for any future furniture needs. -

ratingI had a very positive experience with my purchase. My new bedroom set is beautiful. My order was delivered a few days shy of 7 weeks. The delivery went great. It arrived in the time I was promised and the men were very friendly, and worked in a timely manner to get all my pieces together and in the room where I wanted them placed. They also removed all the boxes and garbage at the end. I know some people don't want to wait weeks for their order but for me it was worth the wait. I'm very happy and will recommend 1stopbedrooms to friends and family as well as continue to be a returning customer. -

ratingI do a lot of internet shopping and rely on customer reviews to help determine who I shop with. I had a very good experience with 1stopbedrooms. I ordered the product exactly 4 weeks from the time it was delivered. The estimated ship date was 4 to 6 weeks. The delivery was very professional. They called a half hour before arrival. My furniture was set up in our desired location and all debris was collected and removed. The price was great and I recommend using this company. -

ratingThis was my first order from 1stopbedrooms so I wasn't sure what to expect. Well I was very pleasantly surprised. The estimated shipping time when I ordered was 4 to 6 weeks. My living room set arrived today about 3 weeks after ordering. The pieces were well made and everything was in perfect shaped wrapped in moving blankets and then a layer of plastic. Very well protected. The delivery crew was amazing. They assembled the furniture plugged in the power recliners and tested them out, placed the pieces exactly where we wanted them and cleaned up everything before they left. We had price shopped before we ordered from 1stopbedrooms and estimate that we saved around $400. Next time we are looking for furniture, 1stopbedrooms will be our first stop. -

The only thing that was a bummer was the time frame to get the items, 4 to 6 weeks is a pretty long time. If I honestly would have known it would take that long before ordering I probably wouldn't have gone with the set or company. -

ratingDelivery workers were very fast, careful, and courteous. They took care of the table and chairs, adding protective covers for the chair and table bottoms. They also offered to help break down existing furniture to make space for our new 1stopbedrooms table and chair set. The product is superior. We are, however missing our table extension. I hope that 1stopbedrooms sends the extension shortly. Otherwise, a very professional experience overall. -

ratingThe quality of the coffee table that I ordered was excellent. It was packaged great and there was no damage. I was super excited because it came preassembled, which is the first piece of furniture that I have purchased online that came assembled. It was such a pleasant surprise to see and I didn't have to waste a few hours of my day assembling it. I will definitely shop here first the next time that I need furniture. -

ratingI ordered two expensive pieces of furniture that I was told would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Precisely during that time frame I received a call from the local shipping company to schedule a date/time for delivery. I gave them my preference and they were able to accommodate my request. I then received an email confirming the 3 hour delivery window on the appointed day (which was yesterday). There are often so much confusion surrounding delivery of merchandise, that I appreciated them re-confirming our arrangements by email. I was also told to expect a phone call within 30 minutes of the scheduled delivery, which I received as promised. The two men who arrived with our merchandise were polite and courteous and extremely efficient. Each piece weighed a couple of hundred pounds but they handled each one with such care. I was impressed by how well packaged/protected the merchandise was (wrapped in very thick and durable packing blankets) and was thrilled at how quickly they completed the assembly. We've been making a number of improvements to our home and have ordered much of our new furniture on-line, but this was my first experience with 1StopBedrooms and I can't say enough good things about not only the quality of the two buffet pieces we purchased, but with the entire delivery system from start to finish. This is a great company that carries very high quality merchandise and I'm so delighted I found them. I am confident anyone who purchases from them will be as satisfied as I am and recommend them 100%. -

ratingI shopped at a local furniture store to make a purchase of a leather sofa. After making the purchase I searched the internet to compare prices. 1Stop Bedrooms had a far better price for the sofa. Because the pricing was so great, I ended up purchasing the matching chair, bar chairs, tables, coffee table and two bar chairs. The customer service was also excellent! I'm sure I will purchase additional furniture from 1stopbedrooms. -

ratingAfter shopping for the best deal on the sectional set I wanted I purchased from 1stopbedrooms, not only did I get the best price on the set I also received free delivery and set up, the delivery team assembled everything even the lamps and put them in place . I think the only complaint I have was the time it took to receive the furniture, it was 5 weeks from order date to delivery, but I also custom ordered my sectional so maybe that is why. -

ratingI went into a furniture retail store looking at a new bedroom set and some living room pieces. I took some pictures and wrote some information down on the pieces I liked. I then went home and went online and discovered this site in a google search of the furniture. I was amazed at the prices and service that were offered on this website. I have since purchased my items and I am just waiting. Lead time says 4-6 weeks, but I was in no hurry and at the cost savings I am happy to wait. So far everything has been great. I will update as the process moves along. -

ratingI had trouble with my original purchase but customer service was very friendly and more then happy to correct the problem. Furniture came on time and I damaged. The white glove service did a great job setting everything up and was very quick. My bedroom set is a darker finish than was pictured online but that’s was a plus in my opinion! I will definitely order with 1Stopbeddroom again! Thank you!!! -

ratingI was a little skeptical ordering furniture online, but the process was seamless. We saw the bedroom set we wanted in store, i went online to check if it was available at other retailers and stumbled upon 1stopbedrooms, and it was less than half the price they were selling in the store! I called the number online to make sure I could speak to an actual person and see if the furniture was in stock and decided it was worth a shot. It took about 5 weeks for the furniture to get delivered, but that was fine with us especially given the money we saved. Moving company was very professional, called 45 minutes ahead of delivery and set everything up very quickly. I received emails every step of the process with updates on where my furniture was and the next steps. If you can be flexible with the delivery of your furniture and don’t mind waiting a bit longer, i’d highly recommend using 1stopbedroom!! I will absolutely consider them for future purchases. -

ratingI have only the best things to say about 1stopbedrooms. Daniel is absolutely the NICEST guy and super helpful. I explained to him that I would love to have my delivery expedited, if possible, because I needed it for an event, and he got the job done in no time! He was patient and caring and worked a miracle! I'd definitely recommend 1stopbedrooms. AND the sofa and matching chairs are BEAUTIFUL! -

ratingWe found the sectional I wanted at a different department store. I stopped around online and came across 1stopbedrooms. I was a little Leary about ordering furniture from a store I did not know, because the reviews are so mixed. I'm so glad I decided to go with them. I saved myself $600 and got the exact same couch I wanted! I placed my order March 1, 2018 and received my couch March 25th! Delivery guys were nice and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. -

ratingI don't normally give reviews. Takes too much time. With two young kids, I dont have time. Which is the reason I ordered this sleeper sofa online. Hands down the best quality, service, company! I love this sofa! It was more than I expected and even came with matching pillows. I was kept informed through the whole process from the minute I ordered until they were delivering at my door. Also for some amazing reason, I was upgraded, for free, for placement in a room of my choice with full assembly. I am in need of a new, durable kitchen table and I am going to only order it through 1stopbedrooms. Thank you for making my day! -

ratingI saw a dresser on the internet but it was going to cost big money for shipping. I googled it and found your store. What I found was unbelievable! What a great internet furniture store with prices 2nd to none. I even found the rest of the pieces to complete the bedroom set. Tried to order online however; it said all pieces not available. I called your toll free number and Daniel answered. To my delight you had everything that I wanted to order. The sale was completed on that phone call. Daniel was helpful, kind, and personable. ratingThis was my first experience buying major furniture online. I am so pleased with my new furniture. The only minor thing I did not like about this experience is the time frame to get your furniture. I was advised by a customer service rep that the time frame is much longer and they are trying to get the website updated. Otherwise, my furniture was at a great price and great quality. I would recommend this company to everyone, if you understand the time frame is not exactly 4 weeks. -

ratingLiving in SC, we were very leary of ordering furniture from an online company in NY but our local Ashley store could not come close to the price we paid. The manager said he could not get within $800 of 1Stop's price. We took the plunge and it may have taken a bit longer than buying from the local store but other than that, it was great. Great price, free delivery and the delivery service was top notch as well. Won't hesitate next time. -

I was answered within 24 hours and he was very helpful and answered all the questions I had for him. I then ordered the item from him he was very professional and very helpful. ratingWhile doing research I came across their website. I called the customer service and asked for the price matched. They did it immediately and offered free delivery as well. We had ordered entire living, dinning and family room furniture. Delivery crew were really nice and helped us to organize the furniture as well. They were very patient and helpful. Over all experience was excellent! Definitely use them again for other room furniture. -

ratingAt first i was skeptical about buying the same couch that i saw at ashley furniture homestore $1000 less online from 1stopbedrooms but I took a leap and ordered it. The other reviews from different websites made me nervous about my purchase...most complaining about length of time it took to receive their product and damaged furniture. My experience was fantastic I received my Ashley furniture Damacio leather couch and love seat this evening and couldn't be happier. The delivery was 4 weeks from the order and the couches are in perfect condition and for $1000 less than I would have paid at Ashley. I highly recommend them and their customer service was very nice and friendly helping put my mind at ease along the way. I will definitely check the website first before buying furniture from anywhere else!!! Thank you. -

We were so excited to find 1stopbedrooms also sold this piece of furniture for half the price. The sectional arrived in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe.
