ratingI went to the site and wanted to add a piece of furniture for my son's bedroom and Joseph quickly responded to the chat online to give me support. While reviewing my orders I noticed that my bedroom set and dining set emails were erased on my email and computer along with all my emails from the 27th on until today were erased. He searched and found my orders and added the five chest drawer set to be delivered along with the other furniture; therefore, I recommend this site they have very good customer service. I don't know about delivery or quality of furniture yet but I will comment when I receive these items. -

ratingI highly recommend 1StopBedrooms.com to purchase furniture. I was in the market for a china cabinet and found one piece on several different websites for several different prices. I even found it in a furniture store who gave me the lowest price by far. 1stopbedrooms matched the best price I could find and offered free white glove service! A win win. To round out one of the best customer experiences I have had with a company, I worked with Joseph via live chat to place the order. He entered 6 gift cards I had saved to purchase this piece. He was patient and answered all of my questions and entered all 6 gift cards! He sent me documentation when I asked for it. He was amazing!! Overall a truly amazing experience and I highly recommend 1stopbedrooms. Now the final part will be when I get the piece and the piece itself but if what I have gone through already is any indication of the final phase- I know I will be pleased. You should not order your furniture from anywhere else! -

ratingFirst off, I never write reviews. But I was asked to write one after I received my order, and I am more than willing to take the time to do it, as they definitely deserve it. I looked through hundreds of bedroom sets online and finally found one that I liked, at a VERY low price on 1StopBedrooms. I compared the same set to the manufacturers website, and was shocked at how much cheaper it was. Didn't hesitate, bought the set. I got in touch with Joseph in customer service, as I needed the bedroom set by a certain date. He worked with me over a period of a few days to coordinate the delivery before my deadline. Delivery came, on time and assembled. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I would DEFINITELY purchase from them again, and I urge others to do the same. ratingThis was a very easy and quick shopping experience. I appreciated the fact that a live representative thoroughly answered my questions via the Chat feature. I applied for the lease to own option through Progressive Leasing. After getting my ID number from Progressive, all I had to do was place my desired items in the shopping cart, and the transaction was completed by an 1StopBedroom employee. It was handled so smoothly. I highly recommend this company based on the speed and ease of service. All documents and receipts are emailed to you. Loved it! -

ratingJoseph did a great job with my order. My son needs his bedroom set in two weeks or as soon as possible. He said it shouldn't be a problem since it's all in stock. He took his time when I had to leave and come back later. I had someone come over that needed help. When I came back on the chat a few hours later he remembered me. He helped process my order further since the ship to address was different then mine. I'm in Nevada and this is being sent to my son who is newly married and in the Army in OK. All that is needed for A1 service is to have his bedroom set deliver in two weeks or less. Thanks! -

ratingI kept going back to a bedroom set that we loved and wanted to purchase. After talking through chat I was able to get the best price possible. I started to ask questions about the white glove delivery - and was disappointed by it meaning they will only drop it right inside your home. After expressing my displeasure with this they happily upgraded my delivery for free so what they will be delivering into my room of choice. It was great to know they were hearing my concern and were wanting to be sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. -

ratingI visited a local Ashley Furniture store and found a bedroom set I loved! I went home to do some research and stumbled across 1StopBedrooms that offered the same set for about $500 less since they offered free shipping and no tax. I chatted with a sales rep and got quick and easy communication and completed my transaction easily. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical as I've never heard of this company but so far I have had a positive experience. I have yet to receive my items (I purchased a king bed, dresser and chest for $2300+) so we'll see how long the items take to arrive and in what condition they'll be in. I paid a premium to get the Platinum Delivery fee so that the company will assemble my items for me, so I hope everything will be positive for my delivery as well. -

ratingI found the perfect Ashley's bedroom set, but didn't want to pay $5000 for it. I found it at a competitors online store with not so great ratings. When I found it at 1stop, I noticed they did a price match. There was no hesitation when they received the proof. Even though 1stop was already cheaper, they matched the free delivery and set up. The entire ordering process took 5 minutes. I can't wait to see our new bedroom set in 4-6 weeks! -

ratingI was a little nervous ordering product from an online store, but I was confident in the product itself as I had seen it in Ashley's but they wanted to charge and arm and a leg. I saved sooo much with these guys, and the delivery was awesome. While it definitely took some time to get my product(I haven't ordered furniture in a long time so I honestly don't remember the typical turnaround time), it was in perfect condition, and the team was great at getting it into my house and making it easy to assemble myself. Communication, from the sale of the product, to expectations and delivery, was awesome and better than expected. Will likely look at 1stopbedrooms again when I order any furniture in the future. -

Jeff was very helpful and wanted to make sure what I was ordering was right for me. ratingI shopped locally and online. I wanted to verify prices one last time before I went back to the brick and mortar other brand store to buy and came across 1stopbedrooms.com. I'm a buyer by trade and although I would've gotten a pretty good deal in person, there was no way I could beat the online price. No brainer - will buy again. Best price, easy ordering process. Will update when delivery is confirmed. -

ratingWe just made our first purchase with 1Stopbedrooms during the President's Day sale. There were site coupons readily available, but by chatting with the customer service rep, we were able to save another $100 along with a discount on the Platinum Delivery service. The transaction was smooth and quick, and the CSR was friendly and helpful - but also direct and to the point - which I really appreciate. Hopefully the Platinum delivery service and products will be as pleasing as our transaction. We're looking forward to our new furniture and will certainly pass along our positive experience after delivery and setup. -

ratingAfter breaking the second or third metal bed frame in a row, my husband & I decided out with the cheap junk & in with something nice & new like grown ups have!! We searched around for days at the big box retailers for days & our stomachs just dropped over how much we were going to have to fork out for a nice bedroom set. We ended up narrowing it down to two different ones... at two different stores. One was $3573.00 & the other was $3637.00. Not having the guts to make a decision on the spot & figuring we would just put our mattress on the floor & wait another 10 years we left feeling dejected. .... Later that night we looked at each other & said how much we liked "the one" & how it would fit so perfectly in our home. We decided to look at it again online to oogle & ahhhh over it & that's when we came across 1StopBedrooms.com They had our dream set for $2320!!!! For $1,300 LESS we could get the S.A.M.E exact set that we had fallen in love with, but couldn't find the heart to spend the money on!! But... wait....? What's the catch? The furniture must be used/returned/clearanced out floor models? NO!! All brand new, in the box & hand delivered & brought inside the house - FREE SHIPPING & NO SALES TAX! I grilled an online chat associate as well as a live support center sales specialist & the answers were all open, honest, thorough, professional & consistent. Well, I'm proud to say that although the kids will probably still pile in the bed with us that we're big kids now & our furniture will be here in a couple weeks!! YAY!! Stay tuned for an update... -

It's already tough for a guy like me to search for things by going to shops after shops during my work hours. Thankfully, I found 1stopbedrooms, where I found the best possible item at the best possible rates. On top of that, when I actually did buy the stools for my bar, they arrived in a day. ratingI ordered a dining room table and chairs from this company and saved about $300 based on other competitors pricing. The table had to be put together in my home, however the chairs were put together prior to delivery. I have been eyeing this table since my wife and I saw it in a furniture store last year. Finally got up the nerve to spend this kind of money on a nice table. It was quite an investment. Thanks again for your help.. -

ratingI saw furniture at Ashley's in Brookfield, WI. They lost their lease and were closing. The salesman was difficult and I could not get a deal on floor demos , delivery, etc. He wanted me to just buy it and make sure I picked it up within a few days. His attitude was like he was scolding me. I went on line and bought the same bedroom set, brand new, saved about $500 from the Ashley price and you know what. It was Ashley furniture, brand new. They removed the boxes when they delivered. I LOVE IT. Delivery was prompt. Everything from start to finish was excellent. I was fearful of ordering on line with an out of state company, but now I am glad I did. Couldn't be more pleased. -

Of-course I'll buy everything in good time, but I decided to tryout their service and their product, so I ordered a sofa. ratingWe ordered a Elk Grove bedroom suite which we had searched a lot of sites for lowest price and found this to be the best. When our order was to be delivered we got a call the day before to confirm someone would be home for delivery. Delivery service was great. When we saw what we had purchased we were more than happy with what we had got for our money. I had a neighbor look at it and he was so impressed that he ordered the same thing that night. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a very nice solid wood set of furniture at a very affordable price. -

ratingJoseph, I wright this review after getting the furniture. Joseph took the timed help me with my order for 1stopbedrooms store. It was a great experience with him. He help me in the order process & I made a change & got it updated as he said he would. When you see the bad reviews I thought I would chance it and I did. I am completely satisfied with the order sales and shipping. 6 weeks later I got the furniture as they said it would take. The drive delivered un box haul off trash and setup bed and put all in our room. All was done satisfactorily. The driver was knowledgeable in putting the bed together. Was in and out. Thanks to the 1stopbedroom store I am impressed!! -

ratingThere was one time when my husband bought a new dresser from a local store. It did looked good on the show room, but when we bought it, we discovered it has several scratches on the side. And the drawers would not align properly. I showed him your shop, at first he was hesitant to buy because of the said incident, yet we gave it a try. Our new dresser arrived on time and in good condition. Impressive details. Looked expensive. It was definitely worth it. -

The very next day I was surfing the web and found myself in 1stopbedrooms site. Found everything I wanted AND MORE at a lower price then Ashley's. ratingAfter days of looking for the perfect Bedroom set I finally decided on a set by Magnussen. Then, the hard part began, shopping for the best price and delivery. Two more days of web searching and looking for promo codes I found 1StopBedrooms. I found all the pieces I wanted, added them to my cart then needed help with selecting a mattress. I opened a chat and the friendly representative helped me out, price matched and and even placed the order for me so I knew everything was correct.
