ratingI ordered the collinsville sectional from a different company and got online to check on the status and it was cancelled due to out of stock and had no clue when it may be available or offered an alternative, she didnt want to be bothered. Looked at your website, chatted with Marlene and I was able to order just the pieces I needed and all are in stock. She sent me a link to order it and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. She is certainly an asset to your company. -

ratingI am so happy with my living room set that I received today. Everything was just as they said from the purchase to the delivery and the product is perfect. Everyone is so helpful with questions you may have. I was afraid to buy on line. But I guess I found the right Company to deal with. And trust me I do not know one person at that store. ratingI needed a sofa terribly. With the holidays, bills, and other expenses I was unable to pay for a sofa + assembly. I wanted to cry. I spoke with Alex who had empathy for me, and was able to help me with this fee. I was so happy! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ME!! The real joy here is, I have a disability (I never mentioned this), and there is no way I would have been able to assemble anything, or pay someone to do this. I feel truly blessed today! ratingWhen the leather living room set I wanted just came in over my budget I scoured the internet for the exact same set. I found them at 1 Stop Bedrooms. They beat my local chain store price by $350!! I called the chain store just to see if they would price match that. They gave a resounding 'no way'. Just finished my order to 1 Stop Bedrooms and super excited to get free shipping and the best price available on high end furniture that will easily last and be stylish for 15-20 years! We are so happy when found out that 1stopbedrooms has a good collection of furniture from bedroom, to dining room and to the living room. Settled for a bed, mattresses, dining room set and a sofa. ratingOur house caught fire last year in June, it was a terrible experience, but fortunately there was no loss of life. As far as the things and the furniture is concerned, they suffered the total wrath of the fire that day. Fast forward a year later, I was able to get back on my feet and redecorate most of the house, but I still had reservations about the place where my favorite couch used to be. I watch every ball game every week and that couch was my designated place, and I didn't think that I will ever be able to replace it. How wrong I was, when I found this website and ordered a couch that arrived in 2 weeks, I was the happiest man on the planet. I will definitely buy more from 1stopbedrooms. -

ratingI'm so excited! I Just placed an order for a set I saw in a local furniture store (M**lo). The store only had the display set and the manager wasn't budging on the price. I googled to check reviews and came across this website. For less that what they were charging for the display "USED" items - sofa, love seat, wedge, I will get NEW sofa, NEW love seat, NEW wedge, PLUS ROCKER + PLUS DELIVERY + PLUS NO TAX. I'm thrilled and can't wait for the delivery! Also while deciding, I spoke with and chatted with their customer service. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!! -

ratingSpeaking with their representative was quite a pleasure. Usually when calling a comp[any like this you have to prepare your self for the onslaught of stupidity.... (Anyone who has called Walmart Customer service Understands what im saying) When Calling 1 Stop, the person on the other end of the phone was nice and knowledgeable. She helped with all the questions I had and offered even more information that I didnt know. Thank You for the great experience. -

ratingHi! Joseph was super helpful. I had a zillion sites open searching for the best price on a Signature by Ashley Living Room suit. I wrote to make sure I was finding the best promo code and make a final decision. Joseph's knowledge and assistance helped push me over the edge in to choosing your company to purchase from. I had all sorts of dingy questions about the tables in the pics, etc. and he - BAM - knew the answers or knew how to get them super sonic so we could get the transaction take care of right away. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET MY NEW STUFF! Looking forward to Phase II of my decorating project. -

ratingI just purchased a bedroom set with assistance from 1stopbedrooms' live chat support. The representative was able to save me around $250 additionally off the sale price of the furniture configuration I'd selected, which was already the lowest I'd seen on the internet. So far, all is well, but it's supposed to take 4-6 weeks until I get my furniture. I plan to update the review then. Update: everything arrived in great condition and was assembled quickly. Great service! -

ratingi want to just say i was so mad and try to cancel my order because i chat with a sale person and that person said they cannot price match my bed. the second time i contact again Harvey help me and change my mind and give me the price i wanted which made sense. he took time and found out and solved my problem . i would like to thanks him for being knowledgeable and take care of his customer. -

ratingMy initial online purchase was in November. Order was delivered, assembled and set in place - no problems and friendly, professional workers - and it actually looked better than the pictures. Then I found a flaw in one of the chairs. Called and talked to Joseph. Replacement is on its way - no hassle, no charge. What a deal! Now I need something else, so... I'm off to the website to check out the merchandise! (BTW - I am very critical so draw your own conclusions.) -

I found a lounge that I loved and surprised that it only cost half of the price of the previous one I liked at the local store. I bought it 2 months ago and now my family enjoys a lot of time with it. -

ratingI have been planning to buy a sofa set for some time and I already ordered one from hayneedle.com, which was listed as 3 pcs but it turned out that there was a "listing error" and they just shipped one piece. After 5-6 days of daily telephone calls - they agreed with me and started the cancellation process but they are yet to return money. Meanwhile I started looking for an alternatives from google shopping and was looking particularly at 2 retailers: colemanfurniture.com and appliancesconnection.com. I tried asking a few questions on their online chat but surprisingly their sales people were rude - almost unwilling to sell and did not want to accommodate any of my requests. For example appliancesconnection.com white glove delivery is just opening of furniture and they were not ready to assemble it for me. Colemanfurniture.com did cover everything but they were not ready give me any information. Their sales people were probably tired. Then I discovered 1stopbedrooms.com, which gave me a very good price on my purchase, added a complementary platinum white glove delivery and also matched the best price of a coffee table I was interested in. Their sales people were truly exceptional. I hope everything else will also turn out to be exceptional with them. -

ratingI originally found the bedroom set i wanted on overstock.com, then did a little searching to see if I could find a better price. I was able to find a better price on another site (not this one), but then saw a few of the items were cheaper at 1stopbedrooms. I messaged the online sales rep to see why not all of the prices were better and she matched the prices on all of my items and was pleasant to do business with! Thank you so much for all of your help in saving me money, I can't wait for my new room. :) -

ratingJoseph did the best out of the 3 times I called.....He helped to decide and looked things up.....5 stars for Joseph.......Now you! have females who can really careless, I asked 1 question and I said thank you and she hung up.....You need ppl who care about what they do for work, imo, you had 1 out of 4, I was a supervisor at a call center for me, that wouldn't fly! unless I see margins I cant help any more, so you need some work with your workers on the fon! I will return but only deal with Joseph......imagine if you had at least 1 more Joseph $$$$$$......I think I made my point! -

ratingThe customer service is top class-everyone was very courteous, friendly, and very helpful. As well, the quality of the furniture I ordered was beyond what I had anticipated -yes, looks nice in the pictures. However, in person the quality is there. As well, delivery was perfect and my items arrived earlier than expected too. Finally, if I was ever to purchase furniture again I would know exactly where to shop! I would recommend 1stopbedrooms to everyone-awesome furniture store and thank you again for all your amazing customer service and top qualitiy furniture! -

ratingOrdering furniture online with pictures only for my daughter who is currently deployed overseas was a true test of patience on my behalf as well as for my customer service rep. As challenging as it was, my Rep *Joseph* was AWESOME!! He went above and beyond to help me with her requests and even offered a little bit of his opinion on the styles she wanted. This was an absolutely positive and smooth transaction and I know my daughter will be very pleased. Joseph was very courteous and polite but conversed in a way that I knew there was a REAL person I was typing to and not an automated bot or computer. He gave me the attention I needed and the perfect customer service I deserved. Two thumbs way up! -

ratingBack in 2015 I ordered a bedroom set and saved over $1700. I was leery about buying online and had much discussion with my husband. We decided to chance it and the furniture showed up packaged very well and protected. When you are buying wood there is that fear of it getting damaged in shipment. Because of our good experience, we decided to buy our leather sectional sofa. Same experience but I did have an issue when I ordered. There was a miscommunication with the "online chat" and I ended up ordering some battery packs I did not need. It took a bit of diligence on my end to get them returned but I did. So I would recommend speaking with a live person if you have any questions so nothing gets lost in translation. Bottom line, I would recommend the company for your furniture needs. -

ratingThe customer service was pretty north of amazing, they seem to know their stuff. I tried testing a few by talking to them about really complex things regarding the China cabinet I was looking to buy. But I was swept off my feet to find out that they are really skilled and know how to handle the customer and their requests. I am going to come back again and buy more products from 1stopbedrooms , that's a promise. -

Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended me to go on the web and search for 1stopbedrooms, since then, I have bought 3 different items from this place, including the L-shaped couch I was originally in for, and I will continue to buy again. -

ratingOn Saturday 11-12-2016 My husband & son and I were out from 12 noon til 7pm. We went to about 6 different furniture stores. Most of them had the same Ashley furniture but the prices were all different. All of them were way more than 1 stop bedrooms. I goggled 1 set to see if anyone had a better price and 1 stop bedrooms came up and my very tiring and frustrating furniture buying experience had come to a screeching halt. I went online and chose my furniture and Joseph helped me customize it, and even pick out a console for me. I am very happy I found 1 stop bedrooms and will share it with all of my friends and family! Thank you Joseph for your outstanding customer service. We feel very Blessed!! -

ratingWanted to buy a bed, looked everywhere, but couldn't really find the exact thing that I was looking for. Came to 1stopbedrooms by accident, and what a happy accident it turned out to be, not only did I find the bed, the customer service was splendid, the order was processed in what, 2 clicks I guess, and within just a single day, I got my bed. And i was a little bit doubtful about the quality of the product. I didn't think it was gonna be exactly the way it was advertized on the website, but boy was i wrong. Definitely coming back again to carry out more purchases. -

ratingI am overweight. It is hard to look for a bed that can withstand my weight. All other stores are just liars. They tell you their beds are sturdy, but after a week I can hear squeaky noises and I don? like it at all. I tried buying one of your beds here, and I AM SURPRISED that it is really strong, sturdy and stable. Still using it now. The best I've ever had. -

But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a dining table just to check them out. And boy was I totally surprised to see a high quality dining table in front of my eyes. -

ratingAfter trying extremely hard to search for a reliable website, where I could easily shop for furniture for my house at the best possible rates, I was about to quit looking until I found 1stopbedrooms. Safe to say that after making the first purchase, a bed, for my room, I was more than happy with everything. The quality of the furniture, it was, as it was claimed to be. The quick service and delivery, pretty rare these days, many online outlets make excuses about how your product can be delayed or damaged or both, but nothing of that sort here, everything was as good as it was expected. I would recommend everyone look to one 1stop as the only source on the web for their furniture. Kudos to you guys!! -
