ratingI was very hesitant to order furniture online but 1 Stop Bedrooms had a great deal on a beautiful rustic bedroom set that I was admiring for our new home we were building. Well my husband and I both decided to place the order and we are so glad we did. The set was delivered by 2 very pleasant men and was very well packed. The set is beautiful and we could not be happier!! We admire it every day. Thank you 1 Stop Bedrooms for making our Bedroom so cozy. -

ratingI never really order stuff from the internet, but I thought let's try it. So I proceeded towards ordering a couch, glad to see the professionalism of the customer care guys here at 1stop. They really guided me throughout the process, and I am really excited about my couch which is due to arrive in 10 days. I expect the quality of the product to be as good as the site. -

ratingI just placed an order for a living room set and I must say that the price offered on 1stopbedrooms is at the least $500 less than other online retailers and Ashley stores at my location. The customer service support lady (Marlene) provided a very good discount for me on this Labor Day. Am waiting for the shipment to arrive and hoping that furniture is as good as the discount that I got! -

ratingI was trying to order a bedroom set online but didn't want to mirror to be included w/ the dresser. Chat Agent was being soooo helpful and send me the link to cart w/ exactly what I want and all discounts were applied. I got the best deal in compare to the rest of all other link. Now let's just see how fast the delivery is and how good of the quality of the furniture. If all good, I will definitely gone shopping from this site again and again. Thanks Agent. -

ratingI am a director of sales for a 200 million dollar company and I wish I had a person like Jesse on my team. She was helpful and knew her product very well. She also knew the website and how to to help manage through it. She made my experience to be very satisfied. The only critical thing I could say is about the website. ran into some glitches navigating through it. It also froze when I tried to send in my credit information. However Jesse was right there to take care of me. -

He made himself available for me to make my order on my time and it's really appreciated! The item was described as best as possible and he was very thorough in his work. I even questioned the security of the online chat and he reassured me with the online security measures so that my information was protected. I am very pleased with my customer service and just hope that I am as please with my furniture! -

ratingI just ordered a dresser and chest to go along with the rest of the bedroom set. I found 1 Stop Bedrooms through Google because they had the lowest price on the Chest. When I asked if they price match other online furniture stores, he not only matched it but beat it. Ordering both pieces also brought the total over $899 which includes standard White Glove delivery. I don't like to order bulky items online, but this saved me over $500 from buying at a local furniture store! -

ratingMy wife and I just moved to the city and after doing some researching we found 1stopbedrooms. Granted, cost is always a factor, but I was very impressed with the quality of their selection. We decided on a Wood Poster bed, bedroom suite that fits in our Master Bdr beautifully. Our new brown leather sectional looks amazing in our living area, and I of course had to choose one with a recliner built in, on the ends. I am very pleased with their service and quality of our couch and bedroom furniture. We will be shopping here again soon! -

She was very patient with me and answered all of my many questions and did everything in her power to assist me. She did not pressure me and was a pleasure to deal with. I personally am in the Customer Service business so when I receive "EXCELLENT" customer service I think it always warrants recognition! -

ratingMy husband and I have been looking for sectionals for almost over a year now. We used the online chat option to speak with a representative. We had a lot of questions and they answered every question in a timely matter. They were very polite and very informative. They worked with us and help us understand the measurements and even sent us a guide to help us understand better. They also helped us out with the checkout process. If you have any questions regarding anything they are very knowledgeable. I cannot wait to receive our sectional but overall I had a great shopping experience. -

ratingSo far I've only purchased my item so I can't comment on the delivery or assembly but the purchasing was a great experience. I had a very expensive dining room saved in my cart and a coupon code applied. The pop up with the sales rep came up and when I asked for an additional discount, they happily agreed. They also included white glove delivery since it's their summer sale. Very happy with the experience. I'll be back to review delivery/setup! -

I’d been looking for furniture for a bit, but always passed because usually the prices were not good with the store delivery and I do not like loading it into my own car. I purchased a bed set from them and I’m so glad I did, it’s comfortable, luxurious and everything I could have asked for. Thanks 1stopbedrooms! -

ratingI recently furnished my own apartment. For the very first time! So it was super exciting and I did a lot of research before I even thought about purchasing. I have a toddler and that's where most my money goes! Still I saved up a decent chunk of cash to make my furniture and decorating purchases. None the less I wanted reasonable deals ( I pride myself on being a bargain shopper ha!). I also wanted the perfect design/color etc to make my place look my very own. I was super happy with the variety that 1stopbedrooms offered and you really do pay less! I absolutely love my sofa set and table. I get a lot of compliments too. If you want good quality for decent prices this is the place to go! -

The whole interface is pretty easy to understand and the customer care division is also very informed. What can I say about the prices? They are simply too low, so low that you feel it's too good to be true, but it actually is true. -

ratingI wanted a bedroom set but had so many questions. Online shopping, and big purchases at that, can be nerve wracking. I talked to a fabulous customer service rep that not only answered all of my questions, but explained further about putting my product on hold, and calmed my anxiety. Hey, you never know with the internet these days! I was very impressed and due to the customer service, I will buy from this company again. I look forward to my new addition to my home!! -

ratingI made a online purchase from a storefront located in Staten Island. I didn't realize they wouldn't deliver anywhere in the US until they cancelled my order without offering me any recourse. I really let my wife down! I found the same items on 1stopbedrooms.com late on a Sunday evening and got great assistance from customer service hero in the chat window that I almost ignored. We're heading to bed shortly and we already have fat grins on our faces. -

ratingI had a little issue with my order, I wanted a specific bed for my room, but I bought something else by mistake (don't ask me how it happened, it just did). I was so worried about this, but I was so happy when they replaced the bed without any over the top cost. I love my new bed and I love you guys at 1stopbedrooms. -

The customer service is great here, the sales professionals were patient with me and the delivery time and assembly assistance was a surprise to me. I will definitely be shopping here in the future as their product selection was also abundant. -

Then I decided to try online, I got lucky and found this site. Their customer service was always available and happy to answer any questions I had. ratingI myself am a business owner and I to know some things are possible and some are not. When Jesse said the normal time was gonna be a few weeks I simply told her hat I appreciate it but I needed them sooner and just because of timing I would not purchase. Then she told me she could guarantee me it would arrive on time. Well she ended making the delivery way before I needed which was a bonus. At first I was skeptical about the timing she said because I was in the assumption that maybe she was just trying to make the sell and I would find out afterwards that it wasn't gonna make it on time. Things changed when she sent me a confirmation through chat messages and I felt a lot more secure and when i made the order it was 12 midnight and she said that it would ship next morning and the following day she called us to let us know it would ship and hat by Saturday it would arrive. Ben she followed up with is on Thursday to let us know that it WAS going to arrive to us on that Saturday. I told her before that if this went just like she had said then I would purchase a lot more from her. And sue enough everything arrived on time. My wife loves the couches and we are going to pick out a bed and some mattress for 3 rooms next. Plus what we else we can find to update our home since we found a Place with quality products and very fair prices but pricing is not always the first thing to go for but customer service and on time or fairly on time deliveries in this case but either way y'all have all 3 of them so I would definately let someone know I'm management that the only reason I did and will do more business is because of Jesse's help. -

ratingI scoured the internet for days to find this bedroom set that I saw inside of Ashley Furniture store. I must admit that I was skeptical during the entire process because the discounts, no tax, free delivery, etc. were simply too good to be true. I was able to work with a rep via chat and customize my order, which saved me additional money and it only took about 10 minutes total. Moreover, they offered multiple payment options. Awesome service and awesome prices. You can't beat that. -

ratingI rarely EVER spend time to write reviews but this one is well deserved. My wife and I are replacing our living room furniture to make it more comfortable AND baby friendly. We sold those couches online in one hour; they will be picked up Monday. Therefore, we needed to find new furniture FAST. We found a beautiful set locally but they quoted over 2 weeks for delivery. As my wife is 8 months pregnant, you know that's not gonna fly. So...I searched and searched and found 1StopBedrooms.com. They had the best complete price with delivery. HOWEVER, I read the fine print afterwards and noticed a delivery time up to 6 weeks. So, I contacted Live Chat on a Sunday - Fathers Day - to cancel the order because I assumed there was nothing he/she could do to speed up delivery. I WAS WRONG! He arranged expedited handling on my behalf at no extra charge and responded very quickly to my request. I really like speaking to a live chat operator in their corporate office because he was able to take care of this...again, I was expecting them to say there was nothing they could do..they are just the sales department and I need to call back on Monday 11am Est. Again, he was great and helping me out greatly! I'll be receiving my order in 10 days! -

ratingI just ordered a dining room set from 1 stop bedroom and it went very well. My wife and I knew what dining room set we wanted and I then proceeded to try to find the best price and delivery options out there. I found several that had the exact set for a price between $1,400 and $1,600. There was one that had it for just under $1300 and just like 1 stop bedroom advertises they will BEAT any price you find for the same product. They were also able to deliver and set it up for free. Once the product is delivered and set up I will come back and update this review, but so far so good. I can't leave a star rating for shipping process since I just ordered it. -

ratingMy family and I have been through a lot in the past few weeks. We lost our home to a fire and everything in it. We are all fine but still have no information about how long or even what to do as fas as insurance is concerned. We didn't want to miss out on the great deals for the Memorial Day sale, and our amazing sales associate that I chatted live with handled each problem with grace and sincerity. We got all we wanted for the price we wanted and have the ability to call back when we do know when and where our new home will be available to us for delivery of all our furniture. ratingI was looking for bistro set, and I found exactly what I was looking for in like 10 minutes after visiting the site here at 1stop. The variety is pretty cool here too, and I was thinking that this is too good to be true and they must be having a dark spot somewhere somehow, maybe in the delivery or in the quality of the product. But I was left starstruck when set actually arrived, and it arrived in like 2 weeks at most. I will most certainly order again. -

ratingI don't even have the words to express how awesome my experience with 1Stopbedrooms has been. I am writing this review with tears in my eyes. Recently my husband accepted a job offer over 2,000 miles away. While relocating, the tires on the moving truck blew and cause the truck to lose control on the highway and flip over. Almost all of our furniture was destroyed. The insurance company that covered the moving company still hasn't settled yet and it have been almost 7 months. My husband and I work hard to save and save in order to rebuild back our lives. We had to buy almost everything we owned all over again (three bedroom sets, livingroom set, diningroom set, etc). On a mission to save and stay within our budget, we came across 1Stopbedrooms.com. There we saw our daughters old bedroom set at almost $1,000 below what we originally paid. We had to purchase it again, it's such a beautiful set! The transaction was beyond smooth and Customer Support was there every step of the way. On a quest to find a new bedroom set for my husband and I, we knew it would be hard with such a small budget but Joseph came to our rescue big time, he literally was a God sent. He was able to help us find a complete bedroom set and worked hard with us to stay as close to our budget as possible. He even made sure we received VIP delivery. I am in shock right now because without him, there's no way we would have been able to afford such a beautiful set in the price range given. 1Stopbedroom already have such GREAT prices and it was amazing that he was still willing to work out a deal with us.
