ratingBought the silverglade mansion bed (king) after years of desperately needing a new bedframe (and my wife suggesting she'd rather sleep elsewhere if we didnt figure this out). I had forgotten how much difference a proper frame can make! Reps helped us choose between that and the Cavallino, it was down to the wire but I was told to close my eyes and see which set "hit me" the second I opened them. A great way to decide! Might have to come back to do the rest of the room now -

ratingMy boyfriend and I were looking for a new dinette set. The one we had held a lot of memories but it was time for a new set. After looking around we found a really nice set we liked. It was modern, very well made and we really liked the set. We weren't sure if the set could fit in our dining room. We had a small dining room and didn't want to feel boxed in b our furniture. The customer service person who helped us was so helpful. Well, I guess he was really a sales representative though it didn't seem that way. Instead of giving us a hard pressure sales pitch, he suggested we go home and measure our dining area. So, we did and we had enough space for the set. So, we ended up making the purpose. Delivery was smooth. The delivery guys came within 30 minutes of the quoted delivery time. I love our new dinette set and my husband and I are happy. We plan to shop here again in the near future. -

ratingI had my bonus so wanted a home make-over. Wasn’t sure if it will fit my budget or taste. I had no idea that in $3340 I was able to rejuvenate the major parts of my home. Their furniture is stylish and made to last. The furnish is amazing and much more in value. I have already referred them to my brother who is getting married in summer for his wedding furniture. -

ratingmaking the biggest move of my life and knew I wanted too have new furniture too go along with the change. Though I found that every single time I tried shopping at other stores I would be almost "pushed" into buying outside of my budget. Though this wasn't the case with this place. They respected my budget and where awesome in helping me get what I needed. The pieces arrived in awesome condition and any assembly was done on the spot. Thanks alot! Took so much stress of me :) -

ratingbeen having so much issues with my credit cards. Have to request Jojo to split the payment into two cards. After that the cards were blocked by the issuer and I have to call both card companies and Jojo patiently waited to process them again and again until it cleared. I was also very worried about the delivery date due to a house event and jojo reassured me that I should get it before june 9. Very nice experience overall. The price was also better than wayfair and all modern furniture store. thank you -

ratingI wasn't really a fan of buying things off the internet, because I thought most of them were scams, but I still decided to try this place out, because of constant insistance of my wife. And I thank her everyday since then :D 1stopbedrooms has got the collection of collections and you can find everything here. Plus all of it is at cheap rates and they delilver very very quickly. -

ratingThese people have everything. I only wanted to buy an armoire for my room, so I ordered it, but there are so many things here, so many variety, so many stuff to chose from. Thankfully, the customer support at 1stop is very knowledgable and they know their stuff, otherwise I probably would have chosen to buy something that wouldn't have been good for my house. -

ratingI searched online and in stores for a great price for a low loft bed with stairs and drawers. I found this site through google shopping. The price was very competitive and I used the chat service to answer my questions about delivery and price matching. I actually talked to a real person--thanks for that! And I was able to ask questions about the options, total cost, and assembly cost. The customer service was knowledgable and helpful, and very polite. I look forward to seeing my purchase -

ratingI've been eyeballing this Ashley Signature Banner Collection for about a week now, since I saw a couple sets in-store last week. After much googling etc., I found 1 stop bedrooms. Joseph, via chat, was able to beat the price of a competitor AND helped me with layaway (as my husband and I need to close on our house next week before we make any large purchases). The option to place just 10% down on an item (that both me and my husband LOVE) so that we could have that price Locked in while we keep our finances in line for our closing is just PRICELESS. The kicker is Joseph didn't know anything about my home purchase until AFTER he offered layaway. He was just doin his job. I'm sooooo GRATEFUL for his service. God Bless Yall! Part 2 / 5.15.15 Move in Day WElp we've closed and I can "officially' go shoppin lol! Michelle help me complete my purchase. It turns out we are within a few minutes of a local warehouse so she expedited my order. How GREAT is that? I'll check back in once my items are delivered. -

ratingThe greatest thing about 1stopbedrooms which I feel, is their ability to be so human in their interactions. I mean, they always make us feel as if we are the most important people in the world :D I bought a couch the other day, and I was so humbled by the manner in which I was received and everything. ratingOur attic was a mess. I figured that we really needed more storage cabinets for all the items lying on the floor. Heard about your shop through a friend at the office. I purchased one just to try it out, yet I was surprised that the cabinet arrived earlier than I expected. It looked nice, just what I wanted. And after that I bought 2 more cabinets. and they never fail to disappoint me. -

ratingWhen you buy stuff off the internet, you should always be on the lookout for scams, but 1stopbedrooms is definitely one of the most authentic places on the web. The prices are reasonable, great customer service, and what should I say about the rate of delivery, amazing. I love my new kitchen, the dining table, chairs and dining set that I bought from 1stopbedrooms really increase the lustre of my house. -

ratingI was very happy with my experience using 1Stop Bedrooms. I ordered a bedroom set, and got exactly what I ordered. This doesn't always happen when you select furniture at a retail store! There were no surprises. Customer service was easily available, easy to use, and I received my order within the window 1Stop had provided. Apart from the service, 1Stop also has a tremendous amount bedroom items to choose from. 5 stars! -

So here I was wandering around from local store to local store in search for the best items at the best rates, until I was told about 1stopbedrooms from a friend of mine. And that was a real masterstroke, I was able to get a good deal for my sofa, and an entertainment center, and now I am looking to buy a dining table for the kitchen. -

ratingI submitted a large order with Joseph at 1stop furniture early March. A dining room table, 4 chairs, a bench, 1 king mattress and box spring, King headboard and foot board, dresser and mirror, bedroom chest dresser and desk. He was very realistic with me about the time frame for the delivery of the furniture and what my expectation should be. He followed up same day whenever I called with questions or to add additional items to my order. My furniture was delivered and in great shape. It was exactly what i had seen in the Ashley store for almost a third of the cost. I will without a doubt use 1stop bedrooms in the future. -

ratingI was in search of an L-shaped couch, searched around different places, but I didn't find what exactly I was looking for. But thank God for 1stopbedrooms, I was a bit desperate so I figured let's give it a go. It actually goes against my policy of buying off the web because I have had bad experiences this way. But I am so happy that I decided to give this a try, everything happened so smoothly and swiftly that I am compelled to come back here again and again. Great going 1stopbedrooms -

ratingI was redecorating my home and dreaded it, everywhere I went had overpriced and cheap furniture. They had everything I needed and wanted. I saved a pretty large chunk of money so I was even able to get extras for my daughter's room as well. The Demarlos bedroom set made my home look brand new and so classy. I love every piece I got and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. -

ratingOverall I had a very good experience. I needed a new bed frame and dresser and I stumbled upon this site on google. The website was very intuitive and I was able to do everything I needed to do without any trouble. The prices were more than fair. The quality of the furniture was also top notch. Customer service was also excellent. I called up the company to settle some confusion with the shipping (my error) and everything was fixed promptly. I would recommend this company to anybody! -

ratingThere are many websites where you can buy the stuff you're looking for, but I prefer 1stopbedrooms. Not because of the quality, not because of the rate of delivery, although they both are absolutely great, but because of the way their customer service guys and gals handle the clients. I was a bit disturbed when it came to ordering stuff, because I was looking for a couch like this for a long time and I wanted to have it straightaway, so I was a bit pushy. But hats off to these guys who handled ME, as well as guided me along the process to buy the couch. -

Very confident we got the best deal here. The personnel was so helpful and caring. I never once felt pressured by a salesman, which is saying a lot! I'm happy I made a great purchase. -

ratingI'm so impressed with the customer service offered by this company. I was hesitant to buy furniture online. We visited a local store and selected a package. I found it here nearly $400 cheaper including shipping to my home. My local shop could not match that and it took them longer to provide a quote to me. I made my entire purchase online with assistance from Jessie, a wonderfully responsive and sincere customer support rep. She made the buying a simple one. I needed a day or two to make my decision. I simply asked for her through the online chat platform and within 10 minutes my order was complete. -

ratingWe got a great deal on a Damacio Leather Sectional by Ashley. We had previously checked out the sectional at an Ashely furniture store but we're able to get it at 1stopbedrooms for $1500 cheaper! When we ordered we were concerned about shipping to WI with the free delivery that takes 4-6 weeks but we received a call 3 weeks after ordering from the local delivery company to set up a delivery. We set it up for the next day and delivery was excellent, they dropped off the boxes in my garage and the boxes were in perfect condition!! We opened them up to find everything we ordered and brought them in for an easy setup. Now we have an amazing sectional for almost half the price as it is at the local Ashley store. Will definitely buy from 1stopbedrooms again!! -

ratingI am a big fan of loveseats, and I scouted the market for a good one, but I couldn't find one that fits my criteria. But the other day, one of my mates showed me this site and I haven't been able to get enough of this place. I found the loveseat I was looking for for ages and ordered it right away, took me about 20 minutes maybe :D . And today it arrived, and boy do I love this chair!! Thank you 1stopbedrooms for making a dream come true. -

Not so fancy, not so extravagant, just for checking the services. It was such a happy surprise to not only see my desk arriving at my home in 10 days, but also seeing it in such great condition. ratingThere was a delivery delay on my order but the customer service agent called up and informed us about the third party delay in the order and apologized for the situation. He was very courteous and helped me order a similar item from my local store to replace my original order. I thank him for all the help that was provided and would recommend 1stopbedrooms for any future furniture purchase. An update:- I have ordered a second set for my formal living room and the customer service agent have agreed to ship it with this order, i am so excited as i wont have to wait for 4 weeks. Thank you 1stopbedroom and with staff so dependable you guys rock. -

I would recommend this business to all my friends. Why? Because the prices are reasonable and the time it takes to receive your order is faster than most of the major retail chains.
