ratingIt was such a pleasure to deal with Joseph. As a newlywed, I have very starry eyes, and I'm high on all of the loveliness I want to create in my new household, as woman of the house. This was a great deal for us. Though we are not local to the area, we were still able to manage to have some super cool and gorgeous bedroom, living room, and kitchen furniture shipped to us, and still save money. Will be shopping here again when we buy our summer home. Thanks, Joseph!!!!!!! -

ratingThis year, I finally decided it was time to replace our bedroom set. I went to a few stores but nothing stood out to me. After searching online, I discovered 1 Stop Bedrooms and found something that would work great for my husband and I. The staff were very helpful to both of us. The bedroom set is just right and the price is reasonable. My husband and I were very impressed by the whole shopping experience. Now we have a quality bedroom set. -

ratingThis company not only offers great pricing on their product lines, but also the delivery time was much faster than I anticipated. There was a mistake at the warehouse, but the team at 1 Stop were quick to work with me to get the problem taken care of in a timely and mutually acceptable manner. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I think I will order my living room set tonight! :) -

ratingInitially I fell in love with this bedroom set on a difference site. It was pricey for the bedroom set alone, I don't even know what tax and shipping, deliver, assembly etc. would have been (we live on the third floor of an apartment building) but I was willing to do a little compromising and waiting to get that set. After doing a little more research however, I found the exact same bedroom set on 1 Stop Bedrooms for over $700 LESS, and more pieces were included in this set than the one I originally found elsewhere. I was so excited to find it for such a low price (thanks to your fall sales) I decided to just sign up for financing (6 months interest free) and buy it right then and there! I called customer service to help me sign up for financing and the gentleman I talked to was extremely helpful. He got me all signed up and we even completed my order over the phone. We also worked out the extra shipping costs because unfortunately free delivery isn't available in my state. So for my bedroom set, extra nightstand, extra shipping fee, & Platinum white glove delivery (for every single piece of furniture!) I'm still paying over $200 Less than I would have if I had bought the original set I found on a different site. Well worth a look. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you so much!! -Courtney G. ratingI dread having to shop for furniture. The high-pressure sales tactics that a lot of them employ are just a big turn off for me. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here. The staff were super helpful, nice, and respectful. My questions were answered and asked. I didn't feel like they were hovering. I was able to browse as I needed and found what I wanted. The store is well organized and clean. The purchase process went smoothly, and I didn't have to worry about delivery or hidden charges. My furniture arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't have been happier that they made the process so easy. -

ratingI was badly in need for a new bedroom set and 1stop got it to me within 3 weeks. Joseph was my sales rep who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The price was unbelievably cheap for what I wanted. I got a nice bedroom set from here great quality and long lasting. It arrived to my house fast without any damages done. I was overall very happy and the prices they had online were unbeatable. I had all the help I needed when shopping on their site and I definitely will shop with them again. -

rating1 Stop Bedrooms has been a lifesaver for my family! We have been looking forever to find the best bedroom set and we finally did. The large selection gave us a lot of options to choose from, and the customer service made us feel like they really cared. We also love the "white glove" delivery and the attention to detail in making sure that our furniture arrived on time and was delivered with care. -

ratingThe staff were very helpful, as was the salesman who came out to do initial measuring. Kevin who did later measuring was also very helpful and friendly. The delivery men were extremely careful and professional, and the fitter worked very hard throughout the whole day to complete the work, and was also courteous and friendly. When we dealt with phone staff they were clear to understand and helpful and returned calls when promised. My wife and I are very pleased with the wardrobe now it is completed. -

ratingThe outdoor set I purchased was good quality with a very unique style. I haven't seen tables like this since I was in Europe. It was a unique, modern style and delivery was also reasonable and prompt. I have bought lower quality from other sellers and wasn't as happy. This table will last a century and matches my home's architecture. I will also add that James was helpful in showing me my dream table. Thanks James! -

ratingI rarely take the time to do reviews online but I had such a great experience that I wanted to give a review for this company. I was worried about ordering online from an out of state company but the savings from not having to pay taxes or delivery was substantial enough that I went for it, and I am so glad I did. I bought the Coal Creek Mansion bedroom set and got all the extras to go with it. The quality was great and their prices were already good but then on top of that they had a sale going on, so I received an additional 6% off, plus free delivery and no taxes, so all together I saved almost $300 over the cost if I had bought it locally. They also gave me 12 months interest free with my existing Synchrony Furniture card. They quoted me 3-4 weeks but I had it in a little over 2 weeks. I am a very cautious person and no matter how many good reviews I read, I was still worried because I had never heard of them before I found them on Google. I am just so glad I took the chance because I got the furniture I wanted at a great price and was able to finance it. The only place that could even compete locally did not accept my Synchrony card, so it was a great choice for me. Depending on where you got your card from, you can use an existing Synhrony Financial card for payment of your order. They also offer financing if you don't have a card. My sales rep, Valerie, was so wonderful and she took great care of me from start to finish. I did have an issue at the time of delivery but it was resolved immediately and for me that speaks volumes of a company. It is not the perfect transactions that speak to the integrity of a company but how they handle issues. I called them and they immediately rectified the situation. I could not be more pleased and I plan to buy my living room outfit from them in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this company and encourage you to buy with confidence. I called them at their toll-free number before I placed my order, just to give me that added peace of mind. -

ratingI just moved into my new apartment and needed new furniture, so I searched around and found Payless furniture. I ordered a couple chairs and a bedroom set for my house and the prices were really fair. I got a good discount for spending a certain amount and that really saved me some money. I loved the way everything looked just as pictured and the furniture went perfect with my bedroom. I will definitely order from there again when its time to work on my office. -

They have really nice kids furniture for cheap, I ordered him a chair and table set plus an extra bed for his room. I got a lot of help with picking his furniture out and everything was shipped on time. The quality of the sets were in good condition and you can tell they will last long. Great store -

We bought a bedroom set on 4/17/2015 and it is super elegant.The cabinets and the dressers have a great finish to them, and we enjoy the super soft mattress that helps me sleep like a baby. I've had quite a few bedrooms sets in my day and this bedroom set far exceeds all of them when it comes to quality style luxurious bedding to a whole new level. Great furniture even better price I would recommend it to everybody looking for luxurious decor for the home. -

ratingI came here to get a bedroom set in February. Honestly, I had never given a whole bedroom set much thought, in my old place I just had a bed and dressers a friend gave me. I wanted to have something that looked nice together though. This place was just what I was looking for. They had a nice, diverse selection of bedroom sets as far as colors, and styles. They were all offered at a much more affordable rate than I was anticipating, and I was later told by friends it was a great rate. I ended up getting the North Shore Bedroom set. On top of the quality purchase, I received friendly, helpful customer service that I appreciated. If you need a good bedroom set or any other piece of quality furniture I'd definitely recommend. -

I ordered a bedroom set. The bed, boxspring, rails, and headboard. And an Dresser. Two mirrors. A nightstand and a chest for my bedroom. The delivery was quick and speedy. I had to call to modify the order because we chose to change our mind and buy different nightstands and the customer service was always perfect and very quick. Furniture arrived on time and the delivery men were exceptionally helpful. The furniture was packaged very well and took some time to unpack. Despite the packaging, there was a very, very small chip in one of the dresser drawers. 1Stop immediately offered to replace the whole drawer, no haggling involved. We are very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the furniture and will definitely shop there again. -

ratingMy fiance' and I recently bought a house and it was my job to buy the bedroom set while she bought the bed itself. We were initially looking at big name retailers until we fell in love with the Ashley Timberline series. When I found the series the first thing I decided to look for was for a cheaper price. I found that cheaper price at 1stopbedrooms.com. I was able to save about half the retail value of the whole set while getting the underbed storage (2) and a light set. The set was as described, even if I didn't initially read the description and had to add more to the order. When there was an issue with the delivery not being complete I was taken care of by their world class service in their employee Jeff. I would recommend 1 stop to anyone who is looking to buy a bedroom set and wanting to save money. -

ratingSearching for a bedroom set was such a long process, and all we could find were either cheap products that were poor quality or really nice sets that cost a fortune. Being newly married, we couldn't afford to pay a big price for a furniture set, but we also didn't want to invest our money in cheap products that won't last very long. I happened to come across this site for these sets, and was really pleased with the price and quality of what we would get. Not only are the products made of quality materials, but they fit within our price range--not to mention they look amazing! They are just the style and colors we were looking for in our bedroom set at a very reasonable price. Customer service is also great about being quick and thorough in answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and will likely be using this to order our guest bedroom set as well. -

I just moved into my new home with my husband and we were looking for a big bed that matched the wall color and our carpet and we went with the Martini Suite Poster Bedroom Set. First of all, I'd love to say that their service was completely amazing! I had questions to ensure that I was getting exactly what I asked for and to make sure that I was purchasing a quality product. They did not let me down, not to mention, they delivered on time! After everything was set up, we put the mattress on, tried it out, and it was the most comfortable experience ever. We are so excited!
