ratingI have been window shopping your website and could re-do my entire house and neighbors if she let me. I pulled the trigger on some furniture for my son who is moving into an unfurnished apartment. I decided to call and ask some questions regarding delivery times and was pleased to receive Shawn as my personal assistant. He was accommodating and professional. He also upsold me twice, good job. I am looking to redo an office in the next 30-45 days, I can assure you I will be calling Shawn directly to place my order. It refreshing to have a company that is focused on the customer experience. ratingI recently placed an order for an Ashly recliner and could not have been happier with the product as well as the communication received with my order. The order took a few weeks to complete but this was expected at the time of ordering. Email and text communications were excellent and really made it easy for me to schedule and receive delivery of the product. I opted for outdoor drop off and when they delivered asked for them to wheel into our garage as I would not be home for a few days and had my daughter sign for delivery. The delivery driver was kind and happy to help. I would recommend this company for future purchases! -

ratingNo comment, this place charge us a restocking of 3/4 of the price of the item we bought, my husband call them on the of the delivery, to cancel because we all had Covid, this was explained to customer service and it was a terrible experience. We then got a store credit of 261. On a purchase of $900 dollars, was told it could be used anytime with no time expiration Date when I called to use the store credit, I called about 5-7 times to and spoke to Simon you basically give me a run around, with persistent I got the product. But I will personal never order anything from them again. Good luck on the messed up system and customer support. -

rating1StopBedrooms made the purchase process for my sofa extraordinarily easy and transparent. I feel like I got exactly what I paid for from the delivery service, my sofa was delivered with no damage, and looks great in my living room. 1SB was also very communicative in the time leading up to the delivery of my furniture and even contacted me to confirm my delivery address, delivery time, and informed me of the delivery process to make receiving my furniture as frictionless as possible. Fantastic service and I'm very pleased with the results. -

ratingVery easy to find furniture on their site and online staff was very attentive. Once we ordered our couch, someone reached out to verify our address was correct so there was little room for error upon delivery. Unfortunately there was a delivery delay, but one stop bedrooms sent out a back order notification and approval to determine if we would like to wait longer. Upon accepting the back order, there was an expected shipping date. Once that date was here it only took them two days for our new furniture to be at our house. Overall very satisfied with our purchase and delivery. -

ratingThe only thing I would change was that there is no indication on the website that my items were backordered so I had to wait about a month and change to receive my sectional. Was told that the sectional was at the distribution site and that I would be contacted for delivery dates, however, the delivery was done without me, knowing and no one was home to receive the sectional because of that -

ratingI knew what I wanted, but in our local furniture stores it was pretty pricey, so I shopped online and 1stop was significantly cheaper. At first I was hesitant to order bc what if it gets damaged during shipping etc… but went ahead and decided to risk it…. Shipping was super prompt, delivery company used was very polite and my new sectional looks FANTASTIC in my living room! The man I spoke with on the phone to confirm my shipment (I wish I could remember his name) was so polite and courteous. Nice job, guys! Thanks! -

ratingBig selection of items for a decent price. Website is user friendly and easy to explore. I'm still waiting for my orders to be delivered since they were recently placed but have received plenty of updates throughout the process which has been nice. The customer service rep was wonderful helping with a larger shipment I ordered and thoroughly explained options to me and was really kind. I have several items in my favs that I'll be purchasing over time since I'm redoing my house. Thank you! -

ratingI listen to the guys putting the table together and the chairs and as I overheard them, I could tell how careful they were about getting the installation exactly right. There were a couple instances where they started to install. Things may be backwards or whatever but they quickly corrected themselves. It seemed that one of the guys was in training, and the other guy was an expert. There were about five or six instances where things could have gone south, but the expert made sure that it was done properly. -

ratingI had never heard of this furniture site, but when I searched the couch I wanted and 1StopBedrooms came up and had great reviews. I ordered the couch off the site (for half the price of other retailers). The couch did not initially ship by the expected date, so I contacted customer service. They got back to me within a day and let me know it was a manufacturing delay. From that point forward customer service kept me updated along the way. The delivery was smooth and everything was packaged nicely. I will definitely be purchasing from 1StopBedrooms again. -

ratingAfter a horrible experience with a local furniture company that went out of business before getting the furniture in that I ordered, I was able to find the successfully find the exact pieces on 1StopBedrooms and for a better price. Even though the items I wanted was backordered with the manufacturer, I still received everything in exactly 30 days which was sooner than I expected. They communicated well throughout the entire experience, my call to customer service was superb and the delivery driver was nice enough to honor my request to make sure the items were left under my carport so they weren't exposed to the rainy weather. I'd definitely shop with 1StopBedrooms again! -

ratingHave ordered an entire bedroom suite, plus assorted other items including a dining set from 1StopBedrooms. I do so much of my furniture shopping online that I have become very discriminatory of companies I trust, in respect to both their quality and pricing. I have come to really trust the products sold by this company and if there have been any delivery issues whatsoever, their customer service reps are right on top of it. I also appreciate the regular text updates about shipping and delivery status. -

ratingBought an Ashley Signature series bed frame from a local store. Decided after the fact, I also wanted to get the nightstands, but was hesitant because of the cost. I l researched the nightstands online and found 1stopbedrooms had them at basically half the price. I was a little hesitant because it seemed too good to be true, but I ordered anyways. The nightstands arrived yesterday, match perfectly and I saved over $200. Bonus, they were already assembled! I am so happy I found this company and I will order from them again. -

ratingHonest I was a little skeptical at first because I saw some odd reviews. However, I received exactly what I ordered and love it. It was well worth the wait to save all the extra money compared to buying the same couch from a big name brand store. 1stop cuts out the middleman so you can save $. The only thing is it may take a little longer. But I am so glad I found 1stop and will definitely buy/recommend them to everyone. I even had a minor scuff on the couch and they were super responsive and fixed the issue promptly. Super satisfied. -

ratingAbsolutely love my new furniture! Not only is it great quality and beautiful, but the prices are adorable! I had been searching for the perfect chest of drawers and headboard for months. Unfortunately when I found the perfect ones they were out of my budget by a lot. When I came across 1stopbedrooms I found the exact same pieces I wanted at half the price! I didn't even think about it twice and immediately made the purchase. I am extremely satisfied and will keep purchasing from them going forward. The only issue I found was that the website is a little difficult to navigate wish it was more user friendly so I can find some more treasures! Great communication, great prices with outstanding top notch quality furniture. -

ratingFirst, I appreciate the transparency of this company. I initially looked the same sectional at a well known corporate furniture store for $600 more plus shipping cost. So 1StopBedrooms was significantly more cost efficient. When I called to ask for help with the purchase, and ask questions about the sectional, I was assisted right away and the representative was very helpful and patient with me. Overall, I'm disappointed at myself for not coming to 1StopBedrooms first! -

ratingThe time between purchase and delivery was very reasonable compared to past experiences with furniture stores. Selection and prices also matched the experience, very reasonable for good quality. Delivery service offered exceptional care and diligence. Unfortunately, we were unable to fit part of our furniture in it's designed location due to size, but we can't fault the service as they provide exceptional effort. Our reorganization of furniture in the house turned out better anyway. Will probably be ordering from here again, especially with those store/warehouse to residence times. -

We had been online shopping for a sectional with an ottoman for at least 6 months and it wasn't until I found this site that we found exactly what we wanted within our budget. Secondly, I gave them the wrong address and they did everything they could to deliver these pieces to us in another state. The delivery team even helped bring the furniture inside the house. We are thrilled! -

ratingHad bought sofa from Ashley a floor model. Wanted matching chair. They want 99.95 to deliver literally 5 miles. Chair with delivery from 1stop is over 150.00 cheaper. Do your research Ashley Cheyenne will not service Ashley products unless u buy from them. If that's an issue. Personally don't care would just buy another if something happened. N Ashley website is a separate company then an actual store although Ashley Cheyenne delivers website order in Wyoming n Colorado FYI so personally I would just use 1 stop. On some items literally hundreds of dolls cheaper with delivery. -

The customer service communication to keep me informed of my purchase and delivery were ongoing and professional. The delivery service was very communicative and punctual. I elected the $49 delivery and they brought the boxes into my home. I unboxed the items, assembled them, and there were absolutely no issues or defects. I will be purchasing from these guys and gals again. Thank you! -

Their package tracking system is also a very nice feature, the unit came in even sooner than they thought and I was called twice in advance of the delivery by the company and the driver. ratingThe ordering process for the oversized ottoman was so quick and easy. It only took me a few minutes and I was done! Delivery only took about three or four days. I already had the oversize chair that I had purchased a few months back and decided I wanted the Ottoman to go with, and I'm so glad I did. I just love them both!
