I've recently needed to refurnish my bedroom but a lot of places i've looked were just too pricey or the customer service was too hard to talk to. I found this one to be very easy to work with, pretty affordable as well as shipped to me in a lot shorter of time than I imagined. Definitely recommend using them for your furniture needs. -

My husband and I moved into our first house together about a year ago now and had nothing but thrift store furniture, the few odd pieces we owned before marriage, and hand me downs from relatives. While those are good and all they never really felt like ours and plus they did not match one another and after awhile that started bugging me. After doing a little painting to make the house feel more like ours we decided that it was time to purchase some furniture together. It was important to us that it was new, matched each other, and suited our beautiful Victorian house. After browsing the Internet for a little while we came along this site and found furniture that was both beautiful and reasonably priced. With little hesitation (mainly on my part) we bought a bedroom set and living room furniture. ratingWow! Excellent customer service on an exquisite bedroom set! I looked at several places before landing here. The people were very helpful when I had questions, and my order went smoothly. I chose a great dark wood theme that complements the paint job I just finished in my house. It was really important to me that all my furniture matched, and they made it easy as pie. All of the merchandise arrived on time and is now installed in my room. It is beautiful. I plan to use them in the future to furnish my guest bedroom that I am in the process of remodeling! -

ratingI had such a great experience here that I can’t not write a positive review! The staff was very friendly and not only had great suggestions, but also made sure that the pieces fit our space and lifestyle. Since we have small children, we needed something that was going to stand the test of time, and the suggestions of fabric type and durability of the furniture really showed that the salesman knew what they were talking about. We had such a great experience, and definitely a repeat customer for the future. Keep up the AMAZING work! -

ratingWe are Complete; I feel that our family is well deserved of the finer things in life. Although, they do have most pieces that are affordable, some are just absolutely luxurious! We went the luxury route and spoiled ourselves with a beautiful dresser fit for a King! We are in clothing storage heaven! Shipping was great and safe, with no broken items, thank goodness! -

ratingThe buying experience has been very good and they really know about the products they carry. They (special mention - Jeff) helped me in finding the products and also giving the best prices. Best part was shipping & installation/setup. Very reliable and didn't have to take care of anything. All was shipped on/or before time and setup and cleaned after the work done. Overall experience was very good and totally satisfied. And also saved my time and ride to other showrooms. -

ratingWe ordered a Bedroom set on 09/22/14 and it was delivered and setup in our home on 10/16/14. All items arrived undamaged, and the setup went smoothly (we purchased White Glove Platinum). I had emailed Jeffery on several occasions, and he always responded in a timely fashion. Prior to our ordering, we priced the exact same setup at two different Ashley stores,,, one gave us a price of $800 more than 1stopbedrooms, and the other gave us a price of $1200 more. With great customer service and the best prices we'll definitely look to 1stopbedrooms for any future needs. -

ratingI ordered the North Shore King Sleigh Bed, the matching Night Stand, and the Ashley Mattress and Foundation Set from 1 Stopbedrooms. I was skeptical that everything would arrive on time, but Jeffrey G and his Sales & Service Squad did a fantastic job, not only in making sure all my items were delivered on time, but also in how they dealt with my by phone and online. They were at all times very patient and professional, and I am absolutely thrilled with my furniture. I have and will recommend 1 Stop to my friends and professional colleagues and I plan to order many more items from them in the future. They're outstanding!! -

ratingI purchased a 4 piece bedroom set i was very happy with the quality and the customer service was very helpful in assisting to choose the right bedroom set for me, as the options are endless. delivery date was prompt as promised with white glove service. in regards to pricing as i shopped around i noticed that online pricing couldn't be beaten and choosing to deal with 1stopbedrooms was just a cherry on top. -

I had a lot of questions about the different options that I saw on their site - which was so easy to navigate and with minimal pop-ups (those make me crazy!!) - and their customer service was really informative and helpful. My order arrived in the amount of time promised and with no defects or problems! After such rotten experiences with other vendors, this was a breath of fresh air! ratingI will be honest with you; I was a little nervous about buying furniture online without seeing the product in person first. I was also a little hesitant ordering from a company that I hadn't heard about previously. However, 1StopBedrooms left me completely satisfied. Not only is their furniture gorgeous, but is also very durable and seems as though it is made out of high quality material. I highly recommend them. -

ratingMy husband and I were on the hunt for a lovely bedroom set for months now. Most of the ones that we found locally were gaudy or too pricey for their aesthetics. A friend referred us here and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. We simply browsed the site, searched for the set and almost immediately found one that was perfect! I was a little hesitant in purchasing furniture online, sight unseen, but everything worked out flawlessly. The bedroom set was delivered exactly as pictured and it looks lovely in our home. -

ratingI am very pleased with my purchase. I have forgotten how I came across 1StopBedrooms, but I am certainly thrilled I did! I poked around the site actually looking for a set that had been discontinued. I decided to call and got Jeff on the phone. He confirmed that the set I wanted had been discontinued and there wasn't a set available- anywhere. Disappointed, I told him years ago I was actually interested in another set. Unbelievably, he had the set available and at a reasonable price. I was super excited. I made the purchase and felt ecstatic. The furniture arrived, the delivery service was awesome, and I unpacked and set up each piece. It is beautiful! I will check 1stopbedrooms before I make any more furniture purchases and I thank Jeff for taking the time to listen! That's a great skill. :) -

ratingI was skeptical of ordering online as I usually make all of my purchases in-store. So I was both surprised and pleased when everything turned out great! I ordered 2 twin beds for my kids to replace the bunk beds they shared. The deliverymen were ON-TIME, courteous and even offered to help set up the beds. I didn't take them up on the offer since that's the part I like to do myself. but overall i was very satisfied with the both the service and the quality of the beds. Definitely recommended! -

ratingExcellent! I have never shopped online for a bedroom set, but after seeing the high prices at my local shops, I went online. I am so glad I did! I was able to purchase my new bedroom set (bed/frame, night stands, dresser etc.,) at a HUGE savings. The site has much to offer and the purchase is safe and secure. My furniture was delivered fast with no problems. Everything was as described and neatly packaged. Customer service was great- I had emailed an initial inquiry and the response was really fast. I will shop again soon- thanks! -

ratingI brought a beautiful dresser for my daughter bedroom. I love it;it's super spacious . At a very affordable price. The shipping and processing of the dresser was fast ,and reliable for the time frame I needed it. There was a little chipping on side probably during transport ,but no a huge deal. The customer service was great! I will be using this company again ! Thank you. -

A friend recommended that I shop here and I ended up being pleasantly surprised. Everything was in stock and they had a great selection. I easily found what I wanted and had it shipped. The furniture arrived on time and in great condition. Also, the delivery guys were great and did an outstanding and professional job. Over all I really enjoyed doing business here. The prices were fair and the service was outstanding. I liked the company a lot and will use them if I ever need another bedroom set or some additional furniture for my place. -

ratingAs a rule of thumb I rarely buy furniture online. Buying a lamp or chair is usually the extent of it. But when I was unable to find what I was looking for locally and didn't have the luxury of waiting for a local store to find, order and get one shipped in. I decided to look online. I was able to find what I was looking for and the ordering process was easy. The Furniture came when promised and looked and functioned great. There was not one thing that I am not 100% satisfied with. I would definitely order from them again. -

We were so pleased to find this vendor online, and found everything we wanted- quality, price, everything was just right. The delivery was on time, and everything came in perfect condition.
