However, after doing some research, checking online reviews, and giving their customer service number a call, I decided to take a chance and purchase my dining room table from 1StopBedrooms (due to their awesome price). So glad I did! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and the price I obtained it for. Standard delivery times, great prices, and a customer service department that answers the phone every time for questions. Highly recommend. -

ratingThis site has so many different products to choose from. Their selection is the best out of all of the furniture sites I have been searching through. Not to mention the customer support?! I rarely had to reach out to their team and when they contacted me they ensure any and all questions I had were answered. Absolute 10000/10 they deserve raises. Also let's talk about how quickly I got my furniture, it literally took 10 days from the time I ordered to the time it hit my door. You literally cannot beat that! -

ratingFound what we were looking for at the right price. Glad to have options for different tiers of delivery as well. It was unfortunate to learn, after a few days of placing an order, that part of our order was back ordered. But, we like what we purchased so decided it is worth the wait. Can't speak to the quality of anything, because we haven't received it. But, customer service was great and helpful. -

ratingWe were offered a free delivery into the house as the team member on the phone advised us that it was heavy and we should have it brought in. We were also advised that we needed to select an electric option as we hadn’t during purchase. If they didn't call we wouldn’t have had a way to power the couches. Very friendly delivery service also. Highly recommend. We save over $1,000 buying direct from the furniture store. -

ratingAmazing Price! I wouldn't have been able to purchase my dream couch if 1StopBedrooms didn't exist. I knew I may have to wait longer for it to be delivered but the savings was worth it. Couch actually arrived pretty quickly and I am so glad I did the upgrade to sectional connectors and in home delivery! Thank you to the customer support guy that contacted me prior to delivery! -

ratingI was very pleased to find that 1StopBedrooms had the furniture set I was looking for in stock when no one else did, and, on top of that, it was more affordable! The payment process was quick and easy, allowing me to qualify for financing in minutes online. The delivery service was quick, and the workers assembled all of the furniture in a neat and efficient manner. I would definitely buy through 1StopBedrooms again. -

ratingWe are very pleased at the quality and communication from 1StopBedrooms. We were a little hesitant to spend the money $3k+ online without being able to go see it in person, but it is perfect. When arranging the delivery, they actually brought up the Ashley warrantee could be purchased and if it was never used it would be reimbursed. Also, it was nice to have it delivered before the original estimated date. Finally, it was great to call customer service and have a person on the phone so quickly rather than the automated round robin of going through all the button pushing prompts. Great experience, better quality. -

ratingI found exactly what I wanted for. I was able to save money going 1StopBedrooms. I would have spent $500-$1200 more for same sectional through other companies. I accidentally order 2 ottomans and only needed one. They were easy to work with and credited money back. The gentleman I talked to also noticed I didn't order attachments when looking at my order, so we got those added in. So far very happy with shopping experience. -

ratingWe saw the same furniture in a showroom for a lot more money. Turn around time was 2-3 weeks to PA. We received a call to schedule delivery and furniture came the next day. We got a recorded phone call after our address was programmed in their GPS telling us exact time of arrival if no problems. We had to screw the legs on and carry inside since I didn't pay extra but that wasn't too bad since my husband and sons did the work. We all love the feel of the couch. It is really soft to touch. Our family of 5 just fits on it to watch TV. We actually got 2 chaises and put it together for a huge couch. My grown son who is 6'3" thought it was so comfortable that he's sleeping there tonight. -

ratingThis is the most beautiful furniture! Once I ordered it I received it just shy of four weeks. It was a large bedroom suite so I thought that was reasonable. 1Stop kept me apprised as to the status. I was very pleased with the white glove service once the furniture was delivered. They unpacked and assembled (where necessary) all furniture and took the packing materials with them. They did an outstanding job! -

ratingJoe was fabulous. I spoke with Joe to confirm my shipping and billing address and he let me know about an awesome sale on the mattresses to go with my bed frames. He stayed on the line with me and then called me back to see if everything was good after having issues with my bank (had to confirm that is was me and not fraud such are banks these days). Joe was patient and kind making my purchase experience a great one. -

I found the set I wanted elsewhere, then went online and found them. I got 2 more pieces of furniture for the same price, plus free shipping! They kept me posted where the order was throughout the process. Shipping was fast, too! I'm very pleased and will be back to order more furniture. ???? -

ratingCalled to ask how shipping/delivery was set up as we are moving to another state and did not want our items to ship before we arrived. Customer service was top notch as he was able to set my shipping/delivery date to when we would be available as well as informed me about a better mattress. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Very glad I called instead of placing an order online without his help as he placed the correct order for me. -

I really appreciate how they send a confirmation to verify my address and we're on top of everything up to when the order was delivered. When calling customer service to verify my address they were very quick to answer and very friendly! -

ratingWent to the big furniture store looking for end tables and a coffee table found a set that I really liked but the cost was too high, so I took a picture of sale ticket with all the information. When I got home I thought I check to see if I could find the same set cheaper online, well I found the same set at One Stop Bedroom not only cheaper but closer to 50% cheaper for the exact items. When I received the items free shipping I was completely blown away! Exactly the same set at 50% cheaper! Thank you One Stop Bedroom! -

ratingI could not find the specific sofa I wanted in Tucson Arizona. I found the sofa on 1Stop Bedrooms on-line website. Ordering the sofa online was easy. I was informed that the order processed, the order was shipped, and the order arrived. I received the sofa yesterday and am very happy with it. I also spoke to their customer service rep and was given excellent advice. Highly recommend 1StopBedrooms and will definitely order from them again in the future. -

I confirmed my address and once my couch was delivered to my area, I received a phone call to set up a delivery time. The couch came in perfect condition and the delivery was super smooth. ratingUm, how to start... I'm a 62 year old woman who is not very good at the computer. My children have stopped helping me with it. They said that I'd never learn if they kept helping me. Talk about turning the tables! Anyway, when I googled "roll-up bed slats" that the girl at the store recommended for my sagging box spring and mattress, I chose 1StopBedrooms from the picture and how easy they made me understand the product. Then, they communicated with me every step of the way, even when I got a strange email. The gentleman on the phone walked me through everything. Thank you for catering to older people who aren't very savy at the computer. -

I received updates. My emails were answered promptly. There was some confusion on my part about a the selection I wanted. That was cleared up in a phone call. My furniture arrived earlier than promised. The delivery was fast and courteous.. For the price I am satisfied with my purchase -

ratingI can't believe how easy and efficient this purchase was. I ordered easily and from the first I was kept kindly informed very polite. Every step where my furniture was and when to be delivered. And today it was delivered it's beautiful and absolutely no damage I checked thoroughly. The two men delivering were clean and put pads down as not to damage my floors. They are fast and did some assembling. So nice they even showed me how to open my glass door all the way I did not know this. I truly would recommend this type of purchase. -

ratingAt first I was a little weary on the authenticity of this site, but I went out on a limb. The prices and the reviews gave me the nudge to make my purchase and I am so glad I did! Customer services was terrific in responding very quickly and more than polite! 10 out of 10! Shipping took a little longer than I'd like but I am in Central Louisiana. It was worth the wait! No damages, within the time frame, nice and helpful delivery guys! Will definitely order with them from here on out! We love our Ashley sectional and two recliners! -

I did have to call and "verify" my delivery address, the process was easy and the gentleman (Joe R 877 958 9203 ext 7078) I spoke with was great. I am looking forward to receiving my order. Searching the usual stores 1 Stop gave me a choice of furniture I saw at the usual brand stores at a great price. The delivery was fast and they set it up professionally. The experience from ordering to delivery was more than I expected. -

ratingWay cheaper than Ashley. Free delivery to outside the home. Ashley charges 99.95 to outside of the home n 199.95 inside. When you order online from Ashley it ships to local Ashley n the delivery it. Worked for them. Live less than 5 miles from the store. Lol Save yourself money. They also will not service Ashley brand at local store if u do not buy from them. So if it’s a concern keep it in mind. -

He pointed out I could save money by not including the white glove delivery; however, I assured him it was necessary to include it. I did add the scotch guard treatment for the sofa to prevent from spills, etc. and will receive an adjusted invoice to include the fabric treatment. Raymond was very helpful. -
