ratingFound two sofas and an ottoman that we wanted at a local furniture store. We stumble across one bedroom and saw the same sofas and ottoman for over $500 less including delivery fee. We just received them yesterday. They were wrapped securely and although we had to wait four weeks for delivery, it was well worth the wait. Already looking for my next purchase -

ratingHi there hi unfortunately ordered the wrong item. I ordered a Belziani sofa but I wanted a sofa bed so I could not return it because I was out of the country and it was over 30 days. I was very upset. Edmond helped and he was very patient going back-and-forth with me and I had to re-purchase another Belziani but the sofa sleeper and Simon helped me and he was very kind so I have to say my experience as frustrating and money spending it was because I spent almost $2000 and I’m trying to sell the original couch I purchased Simon was very kind as well so thank you. One bedroom stop and I hope I win this raffle.! Hi -

ratingI originally contacted Joe because I needed a new bed frame because I broke mine by doing a foolish act. He was excellent to the point placed the order and we used an old credit card that was still on file only problem was I replaced that credit card so it was declined. I called back and I spoke to Raymond who was also just as excellent as Joe. I am very impressed with your company I am impressed with the people that I get on the phone and the quickness as to which I can get through the automation which rarely happens nowadays to get to a live person keep up the good work and props to Joe and Raymond -

ratingVery high-quality, customer service was above expectations. I had called in to make adjustments to my order and there was not a long wait great service all around. My furniture was delivered a week before the anticipated delivery date was put together with care and was cleaned up very nice when they were done. I would highly recommend. And significantly cheaper than competitors for the exact same product. -

ratingCandidly, I’d never heard of this company. We had been shopping for a couch for awhile (we had really specific needs) and looked at retailers all around the greater-Atlanta area, but couldn’t find a match of size, color and cost. Ultimately, we landed on a couch from Ashley that would work, but found it cheaper with free shipping here. I was glad we did. It came quickly and as expected. It definitely completes our rec room area nicely. I was very pleased with our experience and would definitely consider 1stopbedrooms again in the future! -

ratingThis is my first time doing business with1StopBedrooms. My first call was on Monday May 27th 2024, because I had questions regarding the items that I was purchasing. The young man who took my call was very helpful attentive and very patient in answering all my questions. My second encounter was today Monday June 10th regarding verification of my address. Once again the young man who I was transferred to his attitude was uplifting as if we were face to face, I could feel the caring over slash through the phone. His attentiveness regarding my purchase and the answering of my delivery questions were handled in a very professional manner and he also went one step further, he wanted to make sure I had all of the parts that was needed. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome Customer Service. ???? -

ratingIt was very great. We were looking for a specific couch we saw at Ashley but for a better price. We found your company had the best price for the exact same couch but wayyy cheaper. When we called in to verify some of our information. The rep was even kind enough to offer us in home delivery for free as we explained to him this couch is a gift from my parents for my first home that just got finished being built. I thought that was really kind and wonderful of him! I definitely would continue shopping here as the prices are great and the customer service is top notch! -

ratingI had a very good experience and to be quite frank I am surprised. I placed an order a few months ago and asked that it be held until I returned back home so I could receive the furniture. This company did Exactly what I asked them to do- no issues, no hassles, no miscommunications. I just called them today asking them to release the hold and ship me my merchandise. They did just that and my merchandise will be delivered in a few days. As a side note the credit card charge for the merchandise was handled properly and now that the item is being shipped the charge will be reflected on my credit card in the current month. I can tell you that I have had to do this same scenario with many other companies and each and every time the vendor messed up the order. Its refreshing to say the least working with a company and staff that are professional and extremely competent. Thank you very much -

In the last two months I have researched companies online and locally for this bedroom collection and surely I know this agent was truthful about additional charges over item prices and limited inventories increasing wait time for months. I have not received my order hence I just made it today. I will send additional reviews about timely delivery as promised and condition of furniture when unpacked. -

ratingThis is my second purchase from One Stop Bedrooms. Their selection is amazing and their prices are great. I purchased our bedroom set in 2023 which I absolutely love. This is the only place I found that carried furniture with a barn door type closure (at the time of research and purchase)...at a REASONABLE price. I have now purchased a dining room table, four pub chairs and new throw pillows. My kitchen is small, so I needed to find something that would fit within our space constraints. I found five or six options and was able to narrow it down based on my husband's feedback. After placing the order, I received an email asking for additional confirmation on some items. I called One Stop Bedrooms and after reviewing the order and shipping/billing info, the matter was resolved promptly. The agent also let me know my items were in stock and gave me an estimate of when I should receive them. I will definitely use them in the future for our spare bedroom and living room. I will also recommend them to friends and family who ask without reservation. -

We initially where planning on ordering from Ashley directly, however, I was looking online and stumbled upon this website. By going through 1Stopbedroom we saved around $600.00+. I was skeptical at first but my mind got put to ease when I was able to call and get through to a LIVE representative so easily. The customer service representative answered all questions and was fantastic at explaining everything that was asked. 10/10 on customer service! -

He was a pleasure to speak with and he was very polite. He had no problem giving me a few days to think over my purchase so I made sure I talked with him when I ordered. ratingI called today to order furniture and the customer service rep was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond to actually try and find me another piece in the collection that you did not have on line but Amazon was selling. I told him I would rather get from you so he is checking with his manager if they can get and will call me back in an hour. So thus far I have had a great experience and cannot wait to get my furniture. Fingers crossed he can find the other piece or I will just get from Amazon which I would rather not. ratingCalled in to talk about my order and the rep was very professional and looked at my order and let me know that there were other options that I may be interested in with the item and what the differences were, which I happen to prefer the options and then I don’t need the items for 3 weeks and he scheduled the delivery out to the date that I needed it! Will definitely be buying more stuff from 1stop! -

ratingJust ordered a Dunlieth sectional from 1 Stop Bedrooms by phone. Raymond who took the call was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. It didn't take him long to figure the price, shipping and taxes. He also explained very well the shipping process so we could receive shipment when it suited us. We were amazed at how much less expensive they were as compared to the competition. I would recommend 1 Stop Bedrooms for your living or bedroom needs. -

ratingI ordered a dining set online & had a rough sleep because I kept thinking about the other set & what do I do to make that work? So I called & your associate was extremely helpful. Now I'm going to try to take a nap however I'm so excited I won't be able to sleep again. This is going to be a long two weeks waiting for this dining set to come. It's like being a kid waiting for Christmas kind of wait but in a grown woman. Thanks to your sales associates help. It's good to feel like that sometimes as an adult. Just hoping delivery goes as well & that all the parts come & that I don't have to much trouble putting them together. After the call today though I'm sure if I have any problems you all will help me out. That's good to know. -

And he even upgraded my order to in-home delivery. These people were amazing to work with. I hope I love the sofa when it comes, but I know even if I have any issues that I can contact them and they will make it right! -

ratingOrdering was easy and I received instant confirmation. I had a question about the billing charge which they answered completely to my satisfaction. I then received notice that the tables I ordered were no longer available and that they had tried several warehouses to get my items. I was given the option to cancel the entire order or just the items not available. I cancelled the items and my refund was again done instantly. I have been contacted if I had any other questions and that if I need anything to give them a call. Their customer service is stellar. The remaining item I ordered will be delivered soon. It is available at multiple stores but 1StopBedrooms had the best price. I would recommend them highly. -

We actually forgot to purchase the connectors for our couches so they called us and asked if we wanted them, which we did want them. My order was schedule to ship April 28th but got pushed back 2x and after reading the reviews about shipping issues I did get a little nervous. However, I contacted customer support and they were super friendly and helpful and quick to respond to emails. My items were delayed shortly, but did ship out and the items were in perfect condition and nothing was damaged or missing -

We found this set in our local Ashley Home Furnishing store - sat on it & fell in love with everything but the price. I did a quick Google search and found it on 1Stop Bedrooms. I was very skeptical of ordering online as I had a horrible experience years ago with a different company. I read the good reviews from 1Stop and decided to give them a call. I spoke with a very nice young man by the name of Coby. He took my order over the phone, even gave me an additional $50 off. The entire process took less than 5 minutes.
