ratingI have been shopping around quite some time for what I consider the perfect bed for me. I found it on 1stopbedrooms. Not only did I find the perfect bed, but when I failed to initially order a foundation for the mattress, they contacted me to clarify whether or not I had one, or needed to purchase one. I added one to my purchase and then received an upgrade to my delivery process. This was a win-win shopping experience. -

ratingI have not received my items yet, as I just ordered them but within a couple of days I was contacted by customer service to confirm my shipping address and other minor details. They informed me about a structural piece that I would need for my purchase and simply helped me add it to my order and included a discount! I’m these time saving any money is a good time in my book, I really appreciated the assistance and I can’t wait to receive my items -

It was easy to pick exactly what I wanted and I got pretty often communication about the status of my order. I also received a call to verify everything before it was shipped to ensure my needs were fulfilled. It truly made for a good shopping experience. -

Otherwise you will never find an employee like Raymond I’m more than happy dealing with Raymond, my words to Raymond is to keep up the good work I’m very satisfied with you. ratingI had a great interaction with Morris. He was knowledgeable of the sale, professional and made it seamless, kudos to a great employee. However, Payless Furniture/ 1 Stop Bedrooms is a horrible company, it ruined my 23 year relationship with PayPal and I shouldn’t be at this juncture of using a store credit being forced to buy something. I never received my sofa, it was damaged in transit and company decided to return the item. I was penalized for your poor shipping practices and I never was able to exercise my 30 day money back guarantee. I’m glad to say that I will never use or refer your company to anyone for any reason. Goodbye and Good Riddance!! -

Morris was able to check prices for us and when wanted to check around he told me that he can hold the deal for a small refundable deposit while we looked around. After a day of searching we could not find a better deal so thanks Morris for holding the order for me... -

ratingI placed my order with 1stopbedrooms online & saved over $500 dollars over Ashley’s furniture store price.. The process was easy and had my new furniture in less than two weeks.. The furniture arrived wrapped up in foam & plastic to protect the leather finish and everything was perfect no damage at all. The delivery drivers were great & brought my new couch & loveseat inside. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I will definitely order from 1stopbedrooms in the future.. -

It was wrapped and covered in clear plastic, absent of stains, and in excellent condition. My beautiful sofa has received great compliments from family and friends. My experience with this company has made me a repeat customer. I purchased a beautiful antique living room set when I relocated from Georgia to Nevada. The customer care associate, Raymond, was knowledgeable and professional. I could not asked for more for 1StopBedroom. -

He also helped me with questions on where to find all the parts and put it all together. He always kept in contact which I appreciate because these days good customer service is hard to get. ratingOne stop bedrooms not only had great prices (one of the most affordable I could find online or in store), but they keep you in the loop on the status of your order throughout the whole process! They would send updates via email and you can also log into your account and see the updates immediately. Our item was on backorder but they let us know upfront and even though it was delayed again, they gave us the option to wait for the new date of when it would be in stock or give a full refund. We chose to wait and it ended up getting here quicker than anticipated. I would definitely order from them again -

ratingI looked at everything regarding pub tables online for over a week. I kept coming back to 1StopBedrooms Pub Table & Chairs . . . I ordered the set. Absolutely a quality piece of furniture! Solid wood and what a great addition to our Great Room! The whole family keeps sitting at the table and eating - despite the full table in the kitchen area with 6 chairs! They love it! We set that corner of the room up like a pub - with steins, etc. Very cool! So happy with this purchase! If you are looking for a pub table & chairs (bar height) - this is THE set! -

Joe, the 1stopbedrooms rep assisted me in finding a more than comparable one that was actually more affordable and nicer than the original one. I am very grateful for his help. After just recently moving, if all goes well with the new order, I plan on using 1stopbedrooms in the future for furnishing my new home. -

ratingI called find out if I could order my bedroom set but needed assurance it would not ship to my house until after my closing in 3 weeks. Joe assured me that he would notate the order so that it would not set up for delivery until we were ready. He also explained that a bed slat that we had selected would not fit with the type of bedframe that we ordered and quickly proceeded to find the right fit and updated our discount coupon. I have worked in a call center customer service center for 30 years and I would be happy to have Joe on my team. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with my questions. While I had to wait a bit for shipping, it was 100% worth the wait. The color, craftsmanship, quality and sturdiness is unmatched. It was well packaged and delivered professionally. ratingNot only is the product I bought much cheaper than their competitors but their customer service was great each time. The first time I was contacted by customer service was ensure my order was correct, at during that initial interaction they actual caught a mistake that I made and were able to save me a ton of time and hassle later. Then next time I reached out to customer service because of a missing piece (not their fault, but the deliver services) they were super responsive and helped me quickly resolve the issue! -

ratingI bought 2 couches. They took about a month to get to me. I expected that because they were on back order on the Ashley site as well. The price on the 1stop site was a lot better though. Customer service was great, they called and verified the order. The site updates as any updates are available to when the items will arrive. They got here and are perfect and exactly as deceived and pictured on the site. Definitely will shop here again. The couches are soft and spacious. They fit together as they should. Unboxing wasn’t terrible. Both were two pieces so I have 4 giant boxes some last ice wrap and foam stuff to get rid of. The ottomans legs are INSIDE of the ottoman. Took us a second to realize that. -

ratingI purchased a bed for my niece, who lives at a different address than my billing address. 1Stop sent a text asking me to call to confirm the shipping info. I spoke to Chris and he was extremely helpful. He also let me know that I needed to order another piece to support the mattress, something I hadn't realized when I placed the initial order. Chris was able to add the piece to my order so that all the pieces are delivered at the same time. -

ratingOrdering was pretty straightforward. I did receive a call on the captains bed confirming if we were using a mattress only or setting it on box springs. Since we weren’t this required an additional support not included. It was nice not to have that surprise when we went to set it up. The bed was the only thing we really had to put together and it was quit a job even for two people. I highly suggest the white glove service, it would have been worth it. Especially if the hauled off the insane amount of packing material. The furniture itself looks nice, good color. It’s not very big, not what I would call full size, but for the money it’s nice. None of the drawers on anything Ary very deep and they all have a catch that only allows you to open them half way to prevent pulling them all the way out which is pretty annoying. All in all, we couldn’t have gotten a full set this nice looking for the price so again still worth it. -

ratingEven though after my order was placed it took forever for my Ottoman to be shipped... However, I was updated each time there was a delay… Once shipped, it arrived super fast… It was very well packaged!! Cheaper than some other places I had found and I got free shipping! So over all it was worth the wait. Will I order again? Absolutely! I highly recommend them if you are on a budget can’t beat their prices… -

ratingI orders 2 chairs in the same color and brand of the 2 I already had. Risky? Yes, but they matched perfectly. The only downside was the shipping. It took a little longer that what I wanted. However, I would definitely purchase again. Side note: the box arrived beat-up (obviously the shippers fault) but, the chairs inside were in perfect condition! -

ratingI've been eyeing this particular bed for a couple of years and have fallen in love with it over time. 1Stop Bedrooms was the website with the best price including delivery even though the bed is sold in nearby stores. 1Stop Bedrooms was recommended to me by my mother who have bought several items and stated that their service is excellent. ratingI was a bit worried about ordering from this website from all the negative reviews, but I’m must say I’m happy I did. I bought the Ashley dining set on September 8th and it was delivered on September 14th… that’s less than a week and the shipping was free. Also the dining set I bought was already a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the competitors. There’s also an option to finance with affirm so that helped me out a lot on not dishing out hundreds of dollars all at once. Whatever your needs I’m sure 1stopbedrooms will have what you’re looking for. -

There was a small concern that my billing address & delivery address did not match, so the company called me to verify - I appreciate that! Great customer service and I am not local, so the shipping had to be arranged as well. Pricing for both the merchandise and shipping were very competitive. Will definitely be shopping here again! -

If that wasn’t enough of a good thing, the customer communication has been outstanding after placing my first order. When called to verify my shipping address, the young man up sold me on my mattress, which was actually what I wanted anyways! Great find that one. I think his name was Charlie from New Jersey. ratingI personally went to a local store looking for a particular bedroom outfit advertised by their company website, and was informed the bedroom set was discontinued, even though the website did not state that and I went to their store for nothing. Then, I searched for the exact bedroom set on line and found it at One Stop Bedrooms! It was made by the same store's manufacturer where I had been told it was no longer available.
