First of all I found the chairs and couch I wanted at the local Ashley furniture store. Without searching for a cheaper price which is something I usually do, I impulsively ordered from the Ashley store with a total of around $4500. When looking at my receipt I saw that the wrong couch was ordered in order to inflate the price so I promptly canceled that order and then my online search began. I found the same chairs and couch from another vendor in Slidell Louisiana. I saw no other price that could beat theirs the only catch was I had to pick it up, they would not deliver to my area. Slidell Louisiana was about a 2 Hour Drive from my house. We got the call to come pick up my furniture and I hired some friends to go help me pick it up. When we arrived in Slidell at the furniture store we discovered that the couch I had ordered was busted on the corner, Bad enough that I’ve decided to get a full refund on the couch but we took the chairs home. So, my online search continued. I found one stop bedrooms and they had the same couch and chairs for a slightly higher price but worth it because I could have my couch delivered straight to my door with no hassles. I paid extra for them to place inside my house and that is exactly what they did with no further services. The couch came wrapped in plastic and very secure. I signed the delivery and they were off to their next destination. We unpacked the couch and made sure there was no damage in which there was one scuff mark but that’s on the back and we had no worries about it. Everything on the couch works correctly. It is the same exact couch that I picked out from Ashley furniture and I am very pleased with my purchase and the price was just right. I ended up paying a little over half of what the Ashley store locally was going to charge me for the same exact furniture. We got several updated emails about our order and shipment and once the local delivery company received my shipment they continue to communicate with me about scheduling delivery. Everything went smoothly and the delivery was a little later then the schedule delivery window 12 PM to 4 PM, it arrived around 6:30 PM. In which the delivery company communicated that they were running late, so no worries as long as we were updated to that fact. I am a very satisfied customer.

I've been looking for a new bed for the past year. I've searched locally and online and only found your site a month ago. You have the best selection hands down! No one can beat the quality or your prices. My bed was delivered this morning and I am sitting on it now. I couldn't be happier. It is exactly what I wanted and more. I will be looking to you guys when I make any purchases in the future. I'm not being paid for my comments and this is my honest opinion. I LOVE MY NEW BED!!! It is so beautiful and amazing quality! The pricing and website are great for an online merchant. We had a bit of a hiccup once we placed the order, but Simon came to the rescue and was the man to make it happen. We were directed to Simon when we called in with our issue and he went out of his way to make sure everything was right to the N'th degree. A great website can be brought down by poor customer service, and he made sure that 1 Stop Bedrooms stays at the top. Charlie was wonderful to work with when purchasing our two new electric love seats that we now require due to medical reasons. We are on a limited income and appreciated all that was done to assist with our order as our daughter has used 1Stopbedroom a few times before & encouraged us to purchase thru them. I spent the whole day researching for a twin hybrid 8" high, 38" wide mattress. I was just about to settle for a mattress that was not hybrid It was midnight and I remembered that when I bought my bedroom set I'd saved about $500 compared to what I was about to pay at a local furniture store. Sure enough, I found exactly what I wanted and at a 55% discount. Happy customer!

I had water damage occur in my living room that left my present couch is damaged. I took months to research and find the best couch online as the ones in my stores did not fit my style. I looked at several websites in regards to my purchase to look for durability as well as someone with excellent customer service. 1stop bedrooms reassure me that I was getting quality customer service and product. This is a heavy and very sturdy desk. It's made of wood not particle board. It arrived in a large well-packed box--getting it out of the box was more of a challenge than putting it together. All you have to do is attach the 4 legs with 2 long screws and washers for each leg and attach the drawer knobs--easy, I did it myself. You will need help moving the desk to your desired location. I plan to put felt sliders under the legs for easy moving and to not mar my wood floors. The desk looks classy and is just as shown on the pictures. The drawers glide smoothly. It arrived within a week of placing the order. I'm not only happy with my purchase, I feel this desk is a very good value for the money.

We ordered a memory foam mattress for a great price particularly compared to the Ashley furniture store. It ended up being backordered so while we didn't get it when anticipated, our customer service representative, Vera kept me informed as much as she could even taking the time to call regarding my concerns. She went so far as to have the mattress shipped fedex when it's original shipping method was going to be USPS ground. The mattress itself is everything we wanted and makes our camping trips that much more restful and relaxing. Thank you ibedrooms!

I saved 50% on the bedroom set I purchased which is amazing. The shipping was fast and the delivery company brought the boxes in and placed them where they were told. Overall experience is 5 stars. I have not gotten the bedroom set unpacked yet because I haven't moved to my new house yet but will do another review on the bedroom set when I get it setup.

I was very pleased with the website. Very user friendly. We had actually gone to an Ashley showroom and were able To try out the chair before purchasing what made us more comfortable about purchasing on line. But The site provided multiple views of the item and a very detailed description. It was very easy to navigate through the purchase options. We have not received the chair yet, so cannot comment on the quality of the chair after delivery.

We had our beautiful dining room set delivered and set up with white glove delivery. Everything was fantastic and the set is exactly what we saw online and wanted. When I cleaned the table off after set up I did notice a couple minor scuffs or chips in the varnish on one side. I contacted 1Stop’s customer service/claims department right away and got a phone call back from the lovely Robin shortly after. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to liaise with the manufacturer and reach a solution for us. Really reputable company with really friendly, helpful people working with them. Definitely recommend!

This is my first time using your services and I pray the chairs are what they are supposed to be as I have the dining set, just needed these two chairs to complete the set but they are not on sale at Ashley. I had not heard of your website until now. I am also missing the chest of drawers. If this purchase works out and I don't have to return the merchandise, you have a new customer. Easy peas! I found all the info I needed and was able to order, without having to also call... (sales tax & shipping cost and shipping date) The free shipping is amazing! AND The price of the chair I wanted was marked 18% off and I was given a coupon code to get another 15% off! The chair was originally marked $2353.50 on your site. Eighteen percent off made it $1929 - which was about the same price I found this chair at a half dozen other sites. With another 15% off, it comes to $1640 before tax. That's outstanding! And my order info states the chair will be shipped out by July 11th, most places I called gave me a delivery arrival between July 15 and Aug 28; the only sooner delivery date (for late June) would have ran me $2321. I had a pleasant phone call with a representative of 1Stop named Koby (sorry if I spelled the name wrong). In today’s world where people don’t want to work, he was pleasant and shared options with me to make sure I had everything I need for my purchase. I would have been upset if I didn’t order everything. He also saved me some money on the delivery. Koby knows what he is doing…he’s a keeper!

I bought a Bolanburg table and chairs at a local store in Florida. I realized that the counter height stools that I had did not match so I searched the web. The website that offered the best price was 1StopBedrooms. Their website was easy to use and there were no hidden costs. My stools arrived in 5 days- they were easy to put together, the quality was great and they match my table perfectly. I looked up my table and chairs on their website and I would have saved over $400.00 had I known about 1StopBedtooms. I will be viewing their website prior to ordering any other furniture and will definitely recommend it to my friends/family.

I was pleasantly surprised with how fast the shipping process was and the delivery was so simple, it was pouring the rain and the guy just tossed our dresser over his shoulder and set it down right inside our door. Was wanting to switch out a desk that was ordered a week ago for a lateral file cabinet with hutch. Initially, had a little trouble explaining that I wanted to modify/change my order but was transferred to speak with "Charlie" who promptly located my order and a previous order from a few months ago. He listen to me and he put himself into my shoes and to be honest I didn’t get what I called for because I wasn’t qualified for that offer but he gave me alternatives and I leave very satisfied. I just bought a leather loveseat sofa for a very competitive price. Lots of choices so i called in to get help and talked to Kobi who did a wonderful job of helping me find the best fit for my needs. He saved me a ton of time. He knew the products very well, did an excellant job at answering all my questions and pointing me to products that fit what i was looking for. He was very quick to process the order when i made a selection. Very impressed with the website, the prices, and the phone support from Kobi.

After shopping many websites, I found the best price offered on one stop bedrooms page. Ordering my furniture, and the follow up that they had was as good as their prices. That being said good as in very very, very, very good, not low. The furniture was shipped in a reasonable amount of time given the size of furniture shipments. We purchased a 4-piece bedroom suite and are completely satisfied with the entire process from start to finish! Our purchase included a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and nightstand. Upon purchasing, we were given periodic updates of the delivery status via email. A representative of 1stopbedrooms contacted us the day before delivery to set up a time frame for our bedroom furniture to be delivered. Our furniture was delivered in well-packaged and supported boxes. Everything was delivered in pristine and excellent condition. All items were easy to put together and came with all necessary hardware. Attaching the bed rails to the head and footboards, and mounting the mirror to the dresser was all that was needed to complete the set up. I bought a table and 4 chairs from 1stopbedrooms as they had the best price with free shipping. The table shipped immediately, received within a couple of days. I received a email that the chairs were delayed so I reached out to customer service. They immediately responded to my email and notified me that my items were on backorder however, they provided me an anticipated back in stock date and they confirmed that the manufacturer had my order in the system and that it would ship out when the chairs were back in stock. I reached out again after the ship date passed, and immediately had a response that customer service had called the company, they confirmed my order was next, I seriously received the chairs the next day. Both interactions with customer service were attended to promptly. I would definitely purchase from 1stopbedrooms again!

I brought my guest bedroom set almost 3 years ago and the company didn’t have any more nightstands. I could never find the matching nightstand for 3 years! Until I came upon this site! I’m so excited to finally have the complete set. Shipping didn’t take too long and it’s exactly how it was pictured! I’m so happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend!

The experience was easy. The site was easy to navigate. Found what I wanted. Easy ordering process. You are alerted through email of the process of your order then through text once it moves with shipping. The dates or estimates were off as were expected to have the sofa delivered to the delivery service in mid-May. That said, 24hrs after confirming delivery to delivery service we were confirmed for delivery the next day. So confirmation to delivery was 48hrs. This might not be the usual scenario but it was awesome! Delivery service was amazing. Overall I would, and will use these guys again!

I'm one who reads allll the reviews and they are varied! For clarification, yes shipping is free. You are called for an additional charge for tax for your state. At this time you are also offered extra options, warranties etc. I ordered my 5 pc table in January with a mid February delivery estimate. End of February I received an email saying shipping delays and it would be mid March and asked if that was acceptable or did I want to cancel. End of March I sent an email that was responded to within 24 hrs with the new updated delivery estimate. It is April 19 and my items have arrived! Realize that the items are not in 1stopbedroom warehouse that can be plucked and sent to you, they are also depending on the company manufacturing your item timely and shipping it. Yes, I had to wait 3 months but I fully expected that. Will definitely order from again, just realize you have to be patient.

We saved quite a bit of money getting living tables here that we had seen in a large furniture store. Delivery was efficient. There was only one con to our experience. Although free shipping is advertised except for some rural areas, we were charged shipping to Augusta, GA, which is not rural. Customer service thought it was strange too and could not give us a reason.

I ordered 2 sets of counter stools from a brand name that's available at furniture companies for a higher price. I read the reviews on 1stopbedrooms to make sure that 1) the price is not a scam and 2) the product is comparable to other stores. I received my items early and in good order, and the items are the same ones sold at other furniture sites, so the quality was great! Thank you, 1stopbedrooms. I have now added you to my (very short) list of furniture places to look at when I need something.

I was a little worried that it was going to take along time to get my purchase. I left than a message after 2 weeks and they got back to me the next day and said it would maybe be as long as 3 more weeks, then the very next day it was at my front door when I got home. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I love my entryway table.
